The company name describes them perfectly! They are 100% Reliable and my new go-to for SUV car service. George is amazing! He was incredibly helpful with a very important job with my in-laws in from LA. George was extremely helpful and forthcoming with concerns and cost associated with my requests and came up with awesome deal that accommodated my in-laws to perfection. And more important, their driver Mohammed went above and beyond while driving and waiting for my in-laws. He was in constant communication with me to let me know their status and ETA. Mohammed deserves 10 star rating for his excellent driving, communication skills and customer service.

Company was amazing to work with - we were a big group, who had a pickup vehicle cancelled due to mechanical issues. George was very responsive and assisted our party of 11 - with a lot of luggage. We loved the service so much - we used it again on our return - and this was during UN week - great customer service - was there early! would highly recommend and would use them again!

George is the man. Communicates well and quickly. I ordered a sprinter to transport 13 customers to an event. When asking my customers how the ride went, they were very happy! I was told the ride was on time, comfortable and the sprinter was party-ready. Couldnt be happier. Thanks again George.

My family and I wanted to visit the Dyker Heights Christmas lights show so we reserved a SUV for the round trip from Manhattan. Our experience from the reservation calls to the professional service was exceptional. The car was superb and they were accommodating and punctual.I would highly recommend them for special occasions

Our experience with Reliable Luxury Car and Limousine Service was simply outstanding!! From the first phone call through the completion of our service, the staff was professional, friendly and efficient...and we werent easy to accommodate! We needed service for 12 people to/from LGA including two children in car seats. They were able to provide us a Mercedes 14 passenger Sprinter (complete with car seats) for a very competitive price! Furthermore, on both legs of the transfer, our drivers were there ahead of time. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days...George and his team knocked it out of the park!! I will most certainly use their service again when in the NYC area. Thank you, George!!!

I had a great experience, I received a text message with all of my driver’s information and where to meet him, he was standing with our name sign and it really made easy for me.The car was a new and had a bottle of water my driver was very polite.I highly recommended Reliable Car and Limo to all of my friends and colleagues.

Although we did not use them to transport our small group, a driver, George, went above and beyond to help us!!!!! Our little group was stuck at the Gulf gas station, just before LaGuardia. I locked the keys in my rental vehicle and we were stranded for quite some time. This was July 21st, an awfully hot and humid day. George noticed us sitting outside and trying to keep from roasting. He offered to let us sit in his car, he was waiting on the call from his client to pick him up. We did sit in the car, he let us use his phone to call for roadside service - again, we had already been waiting for 3 hours. An hour before our flight, he let us use his phone, again, to call United. We found out our flight was delayed. We called roadside again, to no avail. George called a locksmith he was familiar with. He had to leave to go get his client, but gave us his # if we needed anything else. When the locksmith arrived, he had George on the phone. He wanted to make sure that we were taken care of. He also called the police, but learned the locksmith would be there sooner. George was a Godsend 💗Nowadays, you dont come across people with that type of ethics and morals too often. George was so kind and caring, the next time in NY, we will use Reliable Luxury for our transport needs. THANK U GEORGE 💗

BEWARE: Timely and responsive (why he gets 2 stars) however the buses they sent were NOT what we agreed upon!! We requested luxury minibuses, and they confirmed with pictures that they would send these. Instead, oversized dated coaches showed up for a 5 star event!! After the fact, George took zero responsibility! I simply do not trust George, and will never use his company again.

This was a great experience!! Our driver was on time and very helpful with our luggage. On our way into the city he started to show us multiple points of interest.We booked our return and this time was another driver who also was a very pleasant man.
