Three of my closest relatives (aunt, uncle and my grandfather) have been dialysis patients for many years. We have been sending them with Reliance Ambulette and this company is honest, reliable, trustworthy and compassionate. They work very hard and truly do go out of their way just to make their customers happy, simply out of the goodness of their hearts. The owners and the staff are true gems who have shown my family such kindness and compassion. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. It is the Best Ambulette company I have ever come across. These people are honest, sincere and good, kind, dedicated, sincere and honest people.

My grandparents have both been with Reliance over the course of many years. They are very reliable, honest, punctual and courteous. Even in those terrible snowstorms and blizzards, they stayed open out of the goodness of their hearts just to get everyone where they needed to go. They treat everyone with respect and like family. I’d certainly highly recommend them and I already have to my friends and family and they’re all equally satisfied.

They always get my dad to his appointments very safely and in a timely fashion. Really appreciate the all star A+ service during the pandemic when so many other companies were closed. They kept him safe and comfortable.

Dear Reliance Ambulette,My husband and I absolutely love you guys. You guys have taken such amazing care of us both for so many years. You are by far THE BEST AMBULETTE company we have come across. You guys are reliable and honest and more importantly, you treat everyone like family. If anyone utters a negative word about you out their own negativity you guys maintain such godly grace and still see the good in them, forgive them and you dont even respond negatively...because you guys have such true character. Its so nice to have found people like you all because its rare to find truly good people in the world. You guys are amazing and this includes your work ethic and your true and amazing personal character. Excellent company and excellent group of people, all across the board.

Worked for these people watch out for the queens dispatcher gorgette horrible. We were always late to the pick ups because of her instruction. If mohan the boss gives you a certain schedule trust me its not set in stone they will try to make you work more. The patients will file complaints not knowing its not your fault we drivers follow dispatch orders in this case gorgette. If you can choose jose to be your dispatch or eldwin cool guys. Lucy is honest with payroll . get ready new drivers to be abused and when you open your mouth youll be fired like me. I was van number 48

If you care for a loved one, if you care for your mental sanity, avoid this business at all costs. My mother is a dialysis patient and needs treatment 3 times a week. Ive lost count the times that she has been left outside in the cold, waiting for an ambullette than never comes. You call the office and nobody picks up. If you finally manage to talk to someone on the other line, they have no idea what is going on. Its a business ran by complete morons..... I hope that this review serves as a beacon to anyone that has even the slightest inclination to even consider using this service; avoid at all costs.... You would expect a more reliable service from a company called reliance.

My grandmother was a patient using the services of this company for 2 years. They used to be on time time, courteous, etc. but something changed over time. Not sure of it was turnover of staff or new management, but we had to change to a new company.

If there is less than one star I will give it to them. two hours and half waiting and the a not working van # 78 driver did not bother to apologize. spoke to Hose who did nothing. I will continue to complaint with the city.
