Im here to talk about my hero, Dominick Cinquemani. But before Dominick, my wife and I decided to sell our home without hiring a realtor, and that went bad. We were suppose to close in November, but instead everything went bad. The buyer didnt have enough money and he wanted to extend it a bit longer. We have already signed the papers to sell the home, so we wanted to end the agreement and he gave us a hard time. We already had our stuff in storage which was already costing us money for them to hold. Not knowing what to do, so we decided to call Dominic. Dominic had sold my neighbors home in 3 months, so we decided to give it a try to see what he can do for us. We explained to him our situation and he listened. He told us not to worry. He handled everything very well, he took over and put our house on the market. Our home was sold within 24 days.Not only did he sold our home, but he helped us buy our dream home in Georgia. Primi and the rest of the team were lovely to work with. My mother and I are about to move out of our home of 14 years, so the move is pretty bittersweet. We are relatively picky, but Primi was beyond patient with us. The signing process was quick and efficient, we couldn’t be happier! Prompt replies, smooth communication, and extremely knowledgeable. She definitely helped make this transition as easy and positive as possible.

2/13/22Let me start by saying that if I could give a negative star I would. Primi Akhtar, the Remax/Edge agent asked me to meet her at a property that I was interested in which was a block away from my current residence. The landlord was home and I looked over the apartment and opened the refrigerator and Primi made a comment as to ask why would I open the fridge it’s nasty. I explained that’s the exact reason why I opened the fridge to see how nasty it was. Then after viewing the apartment, Primi offered to show me another apartment and asked me to get in her car. She drove to the other listing and parked at a hydrant and then explained if she get s a ticket I should pay for it. I didn’t respond to her as she was not acting professional at all. We went to see the apartment and again I opened the refrigerator and she then said why do you keep opening the refrigerators? I said I need to see if it’s up to par and of course was not. I said well this apartment will not work for me as I’m looking for ample closet space. Primi then explained I need to not be so vague when looking for an apartment. Then went on to tell me she needed to make some personal calls and wanted to use the restroom. I asked her to drive me back to the original location and she told me no she wouldn’t be able to drive me back. It was snowing as well as extremely frigid out. I can also mention I’m very pregnant and had to also use the restroom. If I would’ve known I would need to walk back to the original location, I would have driven my own car. I’ve never met such a rude agent in my life!!! Beware of this agent.

2022-07-05Patrick Lennon is hands down the best realtor Ive worked with in the years of looking for a home. Im convinced if we found him earlier wed have purchased far sooner. In addition to having a network of home specialist (mortgage, repair, etc.) who match his level of professionalism, Patrick is an adept negotiator and 5 stars do not do him justice. Hell continue to be my go to realtor in the future and someone Id recommend without hesitation for anyone.

We appreciate frequent communication she delivered. She let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. She listened to our needs and budget, and recommended a lender to compare.We made one offer that fell through at the last minute before the signing. Found a new place soon after that and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She was great to work with and answered every question. We closed after a complicated CO approval.We’ve been in our home a month and very happy to be here. I cannot say thank you enough times! Highly recommend.

2022-02-19Re/Max Edge real estate agent Jean was a great fit for us when we were seeking homes in the New York area. We met and talk over the phone when we just started and after a while we left and start seeking homes in New Jersey but that was a disaster and we connect back with Jean and after looking at homes in Brooklyn and Queen and hearing that they were in contract or sold already we gave up and Jean encouraged us to keep looking and he would send us homes as well as we will send him homes to research for viewing after our third search we found our beautiful home in Brooklyn. Jean was with us to the end, he answer every question and make us feel at ease and make the process easy. Jean always find time to answer our emails, text and call, and when he dont know the answers to our questions he said he will find out and let us know and make sure we are comfortable with the answers we received. Jean is a agent and will always be with us for other properties in and around New York and I highly recommend him.

Michael was very personable and accommodating, and frequently sent me apartment recommendations as soon as they were listed. He was able to schedule visits for every unit I expressed interest in. Michael was very familiar with the co-op application process and very knowledgeable about Brooklyn real estate (particularly Bay Ridge).
