Christine has been so incredibly helpful since my first phone call to her. I called her interested in a home, but it ended up selling earlier that day. She told me about another listing that just went up and immediately contacted the selling agent to say we were interested. Christine is a gem. I would say the number one thing that stands out about her vs other brokers is how much she cares for her customers. Not only before the transaction but also during and after. In our case, we were looking for a house in a particular area. We have young kinds. She gently steered us towards a different area and into a neighborhood that was more family and kids friendly, within walking distance of the town and near the water. She knew that we would be happier here, and she was right. Took us months to “discover” all the features of our great location, which of course age already knew. She was also great during closing. She helped us with comps in a challenging situation, when the market was bonkers due to COVID. Lastly, after we closed and lived in the house for a couple months a storm blew some shingles off our roof. Within a couple days, even though it wasn’t her responsibility, she helped us get someone over to the house and repair the roof fast. I would recommend her without hesitation. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring.

She doesn’t know how to speak to people. She was incredibly rude to myself and my mortgage broker. And she was lying to the sellers of the house to try and get us the house, which we didn’t approve of and blew up in her face. We walked away from the house we loved so we didn’t have to deal with her. She was a horror show.Edit: she’s now attempted to threaten to sue me for posting a factual review. Censorship and empty threats. Not having it!

Extremely unprofessional. She makes it very clear that she will not deal with buyers who do not use her as an agent , which in return costs her sellers. 2022-03-29Christine is not only Great at her job as a Realtor but shes also a very good and honest person with Integrity.I went into contract with Christine after a failed 18 months contract with another company and Realtor who was not able to land any contract to sell my house. I was very skeptical that she would be able to sell my house as quickly as she had promised and especially above my asking price!. Within 4 days of listing with Christine there were several offers on the table and within a week I was in contract and looking to close very soon.I would recommend Christine to anyone who is seeking a competent Realtor. Shell get the job done.

2022-03-29We recently put our home up for sale using Remax/Sparrow realty. Christine the owner/realtor walked us through the entire process, examining the entire house and property, setting the asking price, taking photos and scheduling an open house. The result was approximately 90 to 100 people showed up and we received a large number of offers all above asking price. Christine is one of the most diligent and thorough workers I’ve ever seen - a consummate professional.

The two of them took a situation that can be stressful and often not enjoyable - and made it smooth and easy and exciting. Which buying a house should be. She produced a very professional online listing (including drone shots) that attracted a lot of attention. She was tireless, hosting several rounds of open houses. She was very astute in quickly weeding out enticing but unqualified offers. In short, she was superlative.

2022-03-26Horrible experience. She was rude, disrespectful, lies and degrading. At first I thought she was a nice lady over the phone until I had to interact with her. She said she couldn’t sell my house without me removing half my furniture and belongings out of the house or put them in the unfinished basement. When I refused she yelled at me asking “how am I supposed to sell your house then. Mind you, my daughter and I live in the house with all our belongings. Then she also yelled at me saying my house was nasty and filthy. This is the same house she took pictures of and place on the internet. There is nothing nasty and filthy about my house. I’ve never received that reaction from the other agents or perspective buyers that came to my house. She was recommended to me by Ideal Agents when I contacted them after seeing their ad of 2%. Which I also found to be deceiving because Christine told me the fee would ultimately be 4 and a 1/2% if she has to share her fee, although she had me sign papers indicating 2%. After Christine disrespected me, I immediately told her that I wanted out of the contract because I no longer wanted to conduct business with her. She replied that she would release my property, but texted me right after stating she won’t do the release, instead, vindictively stating that I have to wait out the rest of the contract without my house being shown to perspective buyers. A lot more was said but it is too much to mention so I will stop here. However I ultimately contacted Ideal Agents about the situation of which they replied after speaking to Christine, that she agreed to release my property. As of today March 26, 2022 my property is still listed on Zillow and other real estate sites depicting her listing. She refuses to give me written release. I signed the contract on February 27, 2022 and my property was shown once for the first time, three weeks later on March 20, 2022. The release was requested on March 21, 2022.I remembered a different agent told me before, “you get what you paid for”. It seems as if Christine’s confidence lies in selling vacant newly renovated houses. Just saying.

2021-12-06My husband and I want to give credit where credit is due. We feel Christine S. at ReMax deserves that credit. We moved from Virginia to LI. and had to buy a house quickly as we needed to have a safe place from the pandemic. We soon realized that even though we were comfortable in our house, the area was not where we wanted to live. So we decided to sell. I called Center Moriches to obtain a realtor and Christine from ReMax answered the phone. That was one of the best phone calls that I could have made. Christine immediately took charge in selling our house and quickly located us a home in the area that we wanted to live. The house is more than we could have imagined with such a lovely yard. There was a lot of bumps and rough spots in selling our house, but Christine solved everyone, keeping a positive attitude , even when our hopes seemed to be falling apart. There was even an incident where she saved us literally thousands of dollars during one of those rough spots. Christine always made herself available to us with our many questions and fears. There was never a busy signal or a text that was not returned right away. We are now in our lovely home for a month now. And as we reflect on our experience in buying and selling , we remember the love, care and concern with good advice that Christine showed us. We would go above and beyond in recommending her and her team to help you with your realtor experience. She’s hot stuff when it comes to buying and selling real estate. Thank you Christine😊

2021-11-15I generally do not write reviews unless it’s a very bad experience or a very good experience. I’m happy to say that this review is inspired by a very good experience. Admittedly, I am not the easiest person to deal with in stressful situations such as selling your home, While making arrangements to move out of state. Needless to say she earned every penny of her commission. She is very honest and straightforward and goes out of her way to make sure that her client is happy, And their needs are met. For me, what started out as a business relationship, Has become a friendship. She is a good person with a great work ethic and is committed to excellence. Highly recommended!
