Been living here for about 5 months now and so far enjoying it and have no real issues to complain about. My Apt. is newly renovated and has all new appliances. The Laundry facility has ample washer/dryer machines and the pool area is a nice amenity.. and theres also plenty of parking. The other residents Ive met have all been friendly and respectful. The location is also conveniently located close to many stores, restaurants, banks, etc. and the Long Island Expressway.Lisa, Laura & Paula in the Mgt Office are fantastic. They are always professional, attentive and provide prompt responses my questions and have quickly addressed any concerns Ive had (which were very few). The entire complex is kept neat and clean and all the maintenance workers Ive encountered have been friendly and do a good job. The remodeling of older apartments can be a bit noisy, but I understand the construction work is needed to make the development an overall better and more modern place for residents. The online Resident Portal they have also provides a convenient means to the pay rent & utilities and to request any maintenance service, if needed. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because the Fitness Center isnt open and it was an advertised amenity that I would have liked to use.. and no credit is being given by Mgmnt to residents for its loss of use (Mgmnt purports to be building a new larger Fitness Center soon). For now, as an alternative, the CRUNCH Gym across the street is bigger and better than the current fitness center anyway.. and only cost $15 per month to join.
I’m paying for an amenity I can not use. Fitness center has been closed since the pandemic. There are talks about a new fitness center, but I don’t see and renovations going on. There isn’t any compensation for the fitness center being closed either. Also, they said heat and water are included but when you get your statement you are still paying for it as well as trash removal. It’s a scam don’t move here!!!
The campus is well manicured. The community is well mannered. There are plenty of amenities. The rooms are quiet and equipped with modern and clean appliances. Parking is ample. Eric made our move in (3 months ago) simple and efficient. There is nothing more I can ask for from an apartment complex that’s close to major highways and plenty of shopping. I have nothing but good things to say about this complex.
10/25/21. UPDATE… Only took management 1000 views 15 likes and 8 months to notice and comment on my horrible review. BTW …. Intelligence at its best…. Guess what management… We moved out back in April. It was that bad!!! Apparently they don’t even. Notice or care who is writing these reviews. Way to go Ren Hills !!We have lived here for about 5 month. On the surface the community looks like a nice place to live. After a short while your opinion will change Our apartment is cold and drafty. Residents dont clean up after their dogs. The new ownership doesnt seem to care about the state of the parking lots and sidewalks following snowstorms. They are left icy and dangerous. This is not a community we enjoy living in.
Renaissance Hills is a gorgeous community. A few words to describe my experience would be polite, professional, caring and understanding. Laura Cunningham (Leasing agent) was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Thankfully this made the process more then easy for me. The staff along side her were always more then willing to help with any issues and concerns that arise. Rest assured you will love this place as much as I do and call it home! And if education is a top priority for you as much as it was for my family. The Hauppauge school districts are A+ and known throughout long island for having incredible public school education. I hope this review will help all of you find this location to be the hidden gem that it is!
I had been looking for apartments for a few weeks and came across renaissance hills and WOW. Their so nice inside! not your basic looking boring kitchens and ugly bathrooms. everything inside is updated and really modern looking. Laura and Lisa were so helpful and nice and made me feel at home and like they actually cared about my needs. happy to call this my new home
Some of these negative reviews seem like the people would complain about something anywhere they chose to live. And the dog incident is unfortunate, but ultimately not the properties fault, as it was a residents.I just moved in here and the leasing staff has been nothing but professional. The manager was extremely pleasant and my leasing agent, Rick, was so helpful. The complex is clean, looks nice and my 1 bedroom apartment was given to me in great shape. Great place to choose to live in.
UPDATE as of 8/25/2020:Just got a response from management today about this review. It has been made very clear what they truly care about: their image of themselves. Here is a quick timeline of events:May 2020 - My original review was posted. One Week later - Roommate write review calling the staff sleazy. Roommate gets call from management about the review and tries to fix the bug issue.August 2020 - reply to my original review below. No phone call; no updates on bug issue within the building. Contacting Office to get more bug issues fixed.Original Review:ZERO STARS! As time goes on, I realize how much worse the management team really is. My complex has a bug issue that is caused by one of the neighbors in the building. The electrician mentioned that in other apartments that there were clusters of bugs all over the place causing an infestation. The exterminator mentioned that our apartment shouldnt have any issues since we do not have any clutter. The management team will not instruct a full extermination for the building, so the bugs will continue to fester.I do understand that there is a pandemic going on, but if things are not being dealt with about the bug issue, it is only going to get worse. I am furious that the contracted exterminator was instructed not to come out and that management is not handling this issue seriously.
I have been residing at Devonshire Hills the last two years and have not had any issues. It was a perfect fit for me and my husband to start our family. The pools are beautiful and I love to grill on the gas barbecues! My now, two-years old twins love the kiddie pool and the on-site playground.Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance are very helpful and pleasant. They make the community fun with patio decorating contests and I had a blast taking my children through the “haunted leasing office” to trick-or-treat on Halloween. The Devonshire Hills team continues to impress me. Especially, over the past week. I accidentally dropped my wedding band while putting it on in the parking lot. I chased after it as it rolled down to the sewer grate and down to the water below. It was Sunday night and leasing office was closed. I called the police in a panic not knowing what to do or who to call as it was a 15 ft drop and I could not see my ring. The cops came, they were nice but jokingly turned to my husband and said, “well I guess you gotta get on planning a vow renewal because there is now way to get the ring back.”Teary eyes, my wonder husband told me everything will be okay and he’ll get me a new ring. I said I would call the leasing office in the morning just to see if they could do anything. My husband said not to, it would just be a waste of time as I heard for myself from the police officers the ring is gone.”Despite what the police and my husband said, I still proceeded to call the leasing office the next day. I spoke to Frankie and embarrassingly explained the situation I was in. Frankie is amazing. She gave me hope and said they have retrieved rings in the past. The leasing manager Karen (always very pleasant) called me back to tell me the grate my ring dropped in is 15ft to 20ft down. They would have to wait for the water to drain and then they could send someone down to see if they could find the ring.Early the next morning Karen called to tell me Joe from the maintenance department went down the grate and they have my ring! Joe is great. Anytime anything has broken he always is quick on fixing any issue.Karen, Joe and Frankie are wonderful and make leaving at Devonshire hills even better. I am very excited to be on the search for a house but it will be said to leave such a wonderful community next spring when my lease is up.
I’ve lived here for a year now and things are great until you have to deal with management. Calling the office is an impossible task. I get put on hold for 5 minutes to then either be hung up on or sent to voicemail. This has been happening for months now and I’m finally fed up enough to leave a review. They send me an email with a BS charge that’s “overdue” and I can’t reply to the email... and they won’t pick up the phone. Cool, good luck getting your money then. The apartment itself is pretty nice and the price is reasonable but just hope you never have any issues that involve management.
Weve had a great experience with the staff at Devonshire Hills. Yes, weve seen some roaches, but we put in a work request and they come 24 hours later. Thats what you get when you live in an apartment complex.Overall, its clean, friendly, and SAFE. I feel comfortable walking around the complex at night. The staff is very attentive and has been able to answer our questions. Plus, our rent did not go up that much this time around. Looking forward to another year!
If I could give this rating a zero I would!!!!! To be specific the rating would be dedicated to Karen Molano (the manager). Do yourself a favor and reverse immediately!!!! Karen does not have the residents best interest at heart, far from it. Her never ending lies and cold attitude will have my husband and I out of here as soon as humanly possible. What a scam of a place and the new owners are making a huge mistake by keeping her around. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE OR THE LOOK OF THE APARTMENTS. No amount of money is worth this DISAPPOINTMENT.
I have been a resident for the past 3 years. The treatment of the residents has become terrible since Bainbridge took over the management. The new management especially Karen who is the Property manager is unwilling to hear the residents concerns and wouldnt even give time/appointment to talk in person.I once reported that the fitness center feels unsafe and explained a situation where a man acted weird while my wife was working out and she felt unsafe and we reported that incident to the management. We wanted to know if the CCTV cameras could help in identifying the individual and was just shrugged off saying the cameras dont work. They didnt take any action to make the fitness center feel any safer.Lately I wanted to terminate my lease due to Job loss and requested Karen for some time to discuss options just to be told NO and redirected to subordinates who really dont have any decision making powers.Would have expected a more humble and resident friendly management. There are a few good people in the staff but the upper management treats residents with prejudice and arrogance. The apartment homes are well maintained otherwise.
I completed my first year at Devonshire Hills and I am happy to report that my experience with this apartments outstanding. One should realize that not everything is conflict free. what matters is the willingness to work with tenants to reach a fair and just resolution. Karen, the property manager, and Andres a very competent, honest, and straight shooter, did exactly that. we resolved our conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.the surroundings are kept clean, the pool is welcoming and sparkling, and most important I feel safe.I see happy children playing, and residents are very caring and respectful to others.if you are looking for a professional setting with solid service, and fair management, I recommend Devonshire Hills.and no, I was not paid to give this review. It is my heart felt appreciation for the folks who respectfully resolved a very important issue.
As an elderly woman I am always afraid of large snowstorms and their aftermath. Icy or un shoveled sidewalks are my worst enemy. I could fall and break a hip or a wrist. A few weeks ago was my first snow since I have lived at Renaissance Hills. The roads were plowed throughout and immediately after the storm. I saw little bulldozers individually digging out cars. And every sidewalk and walkway shoveled to perfection. I didnt slip once. Great job to everyone and my sincerest thanks. And on a sidenote a special thank you to that Eric from the leasing office. He is such a nice young man. He always remembers my name when he says hello. And a friendly face during what has been for me such a lonely pandemic means so much. He is in my prayers. I wish you all good health in the new year.
While leaving here I’ve had a difficult time communicating with management, specifically, the manager, Karen, who spoke with me as if I was a piece of nothing. Such disrespect. The place might look attractive at first sight and the apartments are really beautiful, but in the long run it’s not worth the hustle. I would not come back here even for a visit.
Broken AC, broken foundation that is incredibly unsafe, roaches in the hallway and more.Make sure they show you the difference between regular and deluxe apartments. Make sure they actually show you your apartment before you sign any papers.7 months in and still nothing has truly been fixed.EDIT: 2 years in and no fixes for any issues in sight. AC works half the time, foundation is getting dramatically worse and the ceiling is caving in on itself, ceiling has a giant water stain and has been unfixed for months. AC units smell like old socks, our bathroom door doesnt fully close all the way sometimes and the screws leading into the wall are rotted out, theres mildew behind the walls where the pipes are that smell up the apartment if you have a window fan, and we kept losing hot water on and off for around a month. They sent the contractors to move the people out who live in the apartment below me, they cut the fiber to my apartment causing me to lose internet for over a day and I narrowly avoided getting charged the $100 fee. This isnt the first time.Thankfully I have a job where I can leave when needed and work from home. If not, I wouldnt be able to live here with the amount of times I need to come back to fix issues.Best part about this place is how close it is to 495, for when you literally want to escape and get as far away from here as you can for a little bit.
I initially gave a 5 star rating, However since the New Owners have taken over management is poor. I had a bug problem 3 times after the second time with the American Cockroaches they finally got rid of them. The last problem I had was bees which they told me they could do nothing about and I would have to wait till winter for them to die out. The hallway smells like Pot which then seeps into my apartment. There are kids that hang out in the vestibule and write on the Bricks. The apartment is nice but small with small closets. We have been here 4 years and the last year has been the worst. We have had renters insurance since we have lived here and its a requirement. Recently we got charged 30 dollars for not showing them the renters insurance proof... WE HAD IT AND PEOVIDED IT. They still charged us the 30 dollars EVEN though we showed the policy never lapsed. So you show proof and they still charge you anyway. They said it was in the lease but we never got a copy they just show you where to sign What a bunch of bull.
If I could give this place -100 rating trust me I WOULD!1) The “professionals” and I use this word very lightly are rude, they’ll hang up on you, mock you and if you are a single week late harass you to no end.I and my partner were a single week late, Missed a fee. It was disclosed with a “professional” it’d be paid by Friday and yet he harassed my partner all week long threatening he and I that we’d be evicted if it isn’t given in 48 hours of that call.2), if you’d want people shooting up dope by your window man you got the PERFECT place. It’s nice to walk your dog and be nervous he and yourself will step on used needles. So go ahead and lease this3) if you have a First floor apartment and you’re not in the “upgraded side” which THEYLL SHOW YOU passing off all the units are like this. You’ll have people who are beyond rude, throwing stuff over their patios, stomping around till 2/3am.Take this into mind if you’re wanting to move here.Cause it is not a place you’d want to be.Look at all the reviews this passed year. And you’ll see how miserable all the people are
If I could make it zero stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Originally I thought the place was great, I was shown an apartment and told my studio would be almost identical without the bedroom. Stainless steal appliances, cutout for the kitchen etc. The first time seeing my studio it was the complete opposite of what was promised. In all fairness they did the cutout for the kitchen quickly but I had to deal with the mess of people working in the apartment after moving in. I had to call the police multiple times on one neighbor and I was told by the complex his actions won’t be tolerated and he will be removed from the location and he never was. I had made many complaints and nothing was ever done when I was told otherwise. Now that I finally moved out, waiting to hear about my security deposit and they took money off for things that we’re not damaged. I won’t even receive half of my security. Brainbridge is a scam and they are terrible people. The people in the office always have an attitude and barely listen when you speak with them. There is only one gentleman, Andre, that was helpfulness sincere the entire year of living here. Worst experience ever.
I live on the first floor and the boiler is in the basement below. Since October Ive submitted ~6 service requests because even though we never use the heat, the residual heat from the boiler below us (a monstrous one) makes our apartment stifling hot. the floor sometimes feels like its heated. we have been trying to run a mildewy a/c and sleeping with the windows open even when its 20F outside and i have a 18month old in the apt who sleeps with open windows. otherwise if closed, the apt temps shoot over 82+ degrees almost immediately. A/C cuts out every few minutes...Devonshires response has ranged from head scratching to ignoring to sympathy to downright accusing me of faking the problem to avoid paying rent. its still not fixed and they have no plans to even refund the heat charges of 120+$ a month even though we literally never. use. the heat.. they brought in an outside contractor who, in front of me claimed that we had the heat on and that all was fine..they flat out told me they were going to document a knowingly false temperature (again) and do NOTHING about the issue. initially i gave a positive review because we had no issues prior to winter and Andre was super nice. we also found our prticular building to be in a mostly peaceful area. if you move here (i dont recommend it) be prepared to possibly live in a sauna which will not get fixed. in my case they just kept sending techs over to document totally fabricated conditions which Ive documented and were admitted to me by one tech who was sympathetic. as a government contractor whose gone without pay i.e. the shutdoen, has an 18 month old with a heart and lung problem, and lives in an unhealthy unsafe apartment I do not recommend devonshire. it looks nice and they play nice until they have to play dirty to save money and hey, theyre good at it. the picture is the temperature of my sons play area at 77+deg and behind me the 12,000 btu a/c is running despite the fact its 40 something degrees outside and nightime. devonshire Dwayne told me today on recorded line they are doing nothing so i hope devonshire responds with one of their fake apologies claiming to fix it. By name, Karen is the downright nastiest person there, Dwayne has lied to me directly multiple times, and Andre the leasing agent somehow despite being surrounded by these criminals remains a genuinely nice person who asks about my sons health everytime i see him. thank you Andre. Karen, shame on you. UPDATE: I spoke with my neighbor who is also above the boiler...Guess what? Her bedroom also is 80 degrees in winter, shes complained numerous times as well. So, when Devonshire says that my experience is not typical, its actually the opposite. I am going to be using my neighbors story to finally sue these crooks for literally breaking the law JUST so they wouldnt have to replace a 1 million BTU boiler.
If you scroll down the reviews, the older reviews are great and the newer reviews are horrible. Ever since Bainbridge took over last year, living here pretty much sucks. I have lived here BEFORE Bainbridge for five years and it was great. I do not recommend anyone living here. After six years here I plan to move out at the end of my lease because of the new owners. If only I could give this place zero stars.DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!I never had a bug before and now there are roaches and cricket spiders jumping out from the baseboards in the apartment in which the exterminators do the bare minimum about. They do not check on the neighboring apartments and are forcing me to pay $150 to take care of the problem. Talked to Karen, the property manager and she was very rude and obnoxious blaming my water filtration system for bringing in the bugs because it is bringing in moisture and heat. Really?!There is poop everywhere on the lawns and have not picked it up, the landscaping has declined, the laundry machines are tiny and expensive (cost has gone up since new owners), you find out your clothes are still wet after 45 minutes because the dryers never work but the machines are not affiliated with them so there is nothing they could do about it, my air conditioner barely works and dust flies in with it because the filter has never been changed or cleaned, and my rent went up $140 in a single year since they took over ($200) for my neighbors when my rent used to go up @$40. THey also charge you $20 if your blinds break and constantly come home to notices threatening to charge $25 for every item they have to remove from the hallways or patio. There is an area where cars drive downhill really fast and they do not put speed bumps regardless of the close calls of people getting hit by cars. Spoke to Karen about it and wont do anything about it. We received letters of car thefts and hallways wreak of weed. It is so noisy between the hoards of kids that play outside and the landscaping people that you can’t even open your windows. The new owners are doing a lot trying to make the outside of the place look nicer but don’t be fooled. It has become a disgusting place to live with Bainbridge taking over and Karen the property manager. They truly don’t care about you or your safety. They are sweet and friendly until you sign the lease, Then, they rob you every which way.
Takes way too long to get an appointment just to see the apartments. Glad I didn’t bother with Renaissance Hills. If it takes this long to look at the places I could only imagine how long maintenance requests will take or anything for that matter. Ended up signing with a different complex. Wouldn’t consider this an option in the future.
If I could give this place a zero start I 110% would. Atleast I thought this place was so great and was so excited to move in. But until the people were rude, don’t understand you or anything. They don’t get back to you within a few hours like they promise you they would. My laundry was stolen, and there was a crack pipe right outside my door along with people leaving garbage all over the floor. Do not live here, and do not give Devonshire any money. They do not deserve it. It’s disgsuting a former resident like me has to share these things.
My husband and I have been living here for 7 years just recently moved from a one bedroom into a two bedroom I really love the upgrades they have done have no complaints about maintenance or the office as every time we called for service they have came. As for the people in the office we haven’t had a problem.
Lived here less than 2 year and do NOT recommend it. They take forever to fulfill service requests, if they even acknowledge them at all. They show apartments in the middle of the day, so you dont get the full experience of what its like to actually live there. Walls and flooring are paper thin; you hear the neighbors TVs, lovemaking, running up and down the stairs, etc, but DH plays off the thick carpeting as an insulation. JOKE!!! Rent goes up almost $100 per month every year youre there with no kickbacks - you pay additional for the gym memberships, laundry facilities, basically everything except snow removal / landscaping. Shared entryways and halls add to the noise and traffic headhaches.
Theres roaches in every apartment it feels like . There is this nasty smell in all the halls . But the roaches are bad thats why there always spraying for the little Bastard . Visit more then once and go too both sides of the complex. I would never move there ever again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Renaissance Hills Management biased and Prejudice List of issues Very hard to Reach Management associate and maintenance Cleaning,Exterminator,Building maintenance,And as soon as your lease is up New renewal lease increasement more than 10%Your rent Per month Also you have to pay electric,Gas,Heating, watersystemGarbage removal And management company extra fee Please consider it before you get involved with this management company.
I currently live here and the only thing positive is the cleanliness and location. Now the bad: NOISY NOISY NOISY I can hear every step, and bump upstairs. The company charges almost $2000 per month just to hear noise all night!!! Your rent and energy bill are placed together??? And your utilities are separate. So if you pay rent on time and not your energy bill your considered late on rent because of failure to pay your energy! $30 to pay rent by phone and $10 to pay online, I feel they do anything to get money. Never lived in a complex with a gym that you have to pay for ???? All I have to say is if your willing to pat $100 extra every year for your monthly rent for everything listed above be my guest, I will be leaving soon.
Google there should really be an option to not give any stars at all because Devonshire Hills does not deserve even one star. Devonshire Hills is absolutely the wort experience I have ever had from has a rent and from a customer service stand point.... to be continued when I have more time.
My children n I love it, entire staff is very friendly, and time efficient with everything needed..great community, very friendly...very clean and safe environment...wish we had an club house for hosting functions, n a state of the art gym.....i think bringing back basketball court for the older kids would be awesome. ...other then that great place to live. ..
Two residents allowed off leash dogs to attack another resident (whose dog WAS leashed) on 7/14/19, and the leashed dog (NON-AGGRESSIVE)was KILLED by the owner of one of the off leash dogs. Killed with bare hands as dogs attacked his owner, and thrown to the ground. All dogs are supposed to be leashed, and Devonshire did NOTHING.... Does not care about welfare of animals nor humans, murdered dogs owners were injured by off leash dogs and still theyve done nothing.... Justice For Rex
There are no words for the events that have transpired to my cousin and her boyfriends innocent dog. He was murdered by a man known to hate pitbulls - despite the fact that this dog has never hurt a fly.He was ONLY charged for animal cruelty so he will get a fine - thats it. Why is murdering a human a nonnegotiable but because this dog couldnt speak up for himself, he doesnt get justice?UPDATE ON JUSTICE FOR REXThis man was charged with animal cruelty which is considered a misdemeanor and given a ticket to appear in court September 12. I would give ZERO stars if possible...Called numerous times to inquire about a 1 BR rental...was hung up on and/or disconnected each and every time...also, based upon the reviews, I would not waste my time even scheduling a tour at this point.100% Disgraceful and unprofessional
The rent is very expensive , the office personal is very rude, they need only money but not the comfort of the residents.. my AC makes sound all the night but they don’t want to replace as it cools room but, how can we sleep with such nasty noice.. I do not recommend it especially now with the new administration.
The leasing office is only helpful until you sign your lease. They also showed us an apartment on the other side of the complex, that had sliding doors, and an outlet on the patio. But on move in day, or patio doesnt have a sliding door, and it doesnt have an outside outlet either, which is annoying because they require you to use an electric grill they make you use. Also, be aware that the parking lot floods VERY easily. Last Monday my car was flooded and its going to cost $2,000 to fix. Also cars get broken into all the time, but they dont care and refuse to put up cameras, but instead are redoing the rugs in the entryways. Lastly, I dont understand how they do their billing. EVERY time I get my bill theres a credit or a debit, and no one in the leasing office can tell me what its for.
After 2 years Im finally movi out......Worse apartment complex ever, moving out because rent increases $150 every year and theres always noise in the building and mice in the building and always working on the plumbing, people always slamming doors and no respect to neighbors...........and families fighting in building & before lease signing office staff is friendly after there rude...

2022-05-28Moving in day , I got to say I felt at ease. All my questions was answered by the leasing office and agents Laura and Lisa in a very professional manner. The apartment and complex overall is gorgeous to the eye. I feel like I am walking in a beautiful garden/park. What I like most it is a quiet place to live and very close to all the highways and parkways. Also that it is a pet friendly place and allows up to two pets. The amenities are very well built with very fair rules. The complex is also very clean and well maintained landscaping. I would definitely refer others to live here. Can’t wait to start using the pool and other amenities such as the tennis court and bark park. Feels like home! :)

2022-06-13I have lived at Renaissance Hills for over three years and have had a great experience there!! Great size apartment. Beautiful pool and gym. Maintenance is highly responsive and office staff very friendly and prompt with responses. Beautifully manicured complex and close to highways. Very sound proof as well and you will never hear your neighbors.

2022-06-13I had a bad experience at this place, the place is nice and big but they do not fix anything, I made a lot of complains and I had issues with the humidity in the apartment, I lost a lot of cloths and shoes due to this, they are very aware of this because I complain about this the first month I was there, i dont recommend this place, all the kitchen cabinets were broken and I moved out of there before they can even fix it, the new administration refused to clean my carpet and fix the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen stove came apart and I hut my self with that , the pool is another issue, people who dont live there come to enjoy the pool, I did was not aware that they had a public pool. my neighbors are my witnesses that all the want is money, they are rude and dont fix anything. dont move here you are going to be disappointed, they charge too much money for nothing.

2022-01-20The leasing agent Laura was great and Lisa too, showing me the unit explaining everything Renaissance Hills has to offer and answering all of my questions. I’m very happy, my apartment is beautiful everything is in working order it looks like a new apartment , the surrounding neighborhood is nice and the complex is well groomed, cant wait for summer to sit around the pool and take advantage of all the amenities Renaissance Hills has to offer.

2022-06-06DO NOT move here, place is horrible lived there for 3 years. Office staff is very rude and disrespectful. Reported a bunch of things around my apartment that needed to be fixed, maintenance would come and say they fixed it but never did. Glass from Oven door fell on my foot after being reported and “fixed”. Drawer in kitchen was reported the first month I moved in and it never got it fixed. AC would work when it wanted to, they checked it and never found anything wrong with it. Called about random charges that they put on my monthly statements and got hung up on all they say is that is not their problem.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX AT ALL.

2022-06-02Working with Laura Cunningham was an absolute pleasure. As someone who also in the real estate industry Laura is very hands on and goes above and beyond to help renters get into an apartment they apply for. She response to the emails and phone calls in a timely manner and is very easy to talk too. If you are working with Laura in any aspect of real estate you are in good hands.

2022-01-20The staff is completely disrespectful. A couple of tenants is and was having plumbing issues they cursed and said that’s not their problem. Than I called to clarify a charge that added to my monthly statement knowing I moved out a month prior to and got hung up on. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone Ever since it was changed from Devonshire to Renhills it’s been completely terrible!

2022-02-15I would leave 0 stars if it would let me! I have been renting here for 2 years and it Us been the worst experience of my life. My rent has been raised by $400 in the time I’ve been here. They charge ridiculously high rent for the area they are located. My car has been broken into while locked 4 times since I have been here when you mention it to the complex they tell you it is not their issue as they do not have cameras or security to check with. I am experiencing a financial hardship and when mentioned to the complex they tell you to figure it out or risk eviction. The staff are very rude and disrespectful, I have been laughed at, disrespected and hung up on. This complex is an absolute cesspool and needs a lot of work. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
