I love my credenza!! I bought the matching desk last year and absolutely love both pieces. I made both purchases from Coleman Furniture. Ill admit that I was little nervous about ordering furniture online but I had a wonderful experience with Coleman both times. I will definitely order from Coleman Furniture again!!!
We purchased a leather couch and love seat on line, it was delivered on time but as soon as the delivery men left I notice a 3 stitch’s were broke in the couch. I called immediately and got no one I emailed them and got a reply that they would not warranted it because it was too new, I didn’t have it long enough, I called and spoke to someone twice and they said they would only reimburse me 85.00 for me to call someone to repair it. I bought the warranty for 5 years and they say It won’t cover it either. I am so disappointed in this this companies policy and there customer service people sound like robots, not consideration for the real issue. I will never buy furniture from them or anyone else on line again, Lesson learned .
We ordered a desk from Coleman / Renegade. After 7 months, and multiple cancelled deliveries they delivered a desk that was used. There was no manufacturer packaging, stains from something spilled on the top, scratches and chips all over the place. They won’t allow you to refuse the delivery, want to charge an $800 restocking/delivery fee for a desk that was not delivered as a new product. All they’ll say is they will send a technician to fix it. I don’t want it fixed, I paid for a new desk not a damaged on to be repaired! Never use this company!
Were very happy with our purchase. Being an internet order was a bit risky but we received our delivery within the promised time window and the white glove service partner ensured our order was not damaged and was professionally installed. The furniture is very high quality and perfect for our great room! We will order again from this company!
Regarding Order 6137562I purchased online a Rustic Oak Bar unit from Coleman furniture and the piece is excellent. The shipping was late (as is all shipping right now) but professional, already assembled and fit my space perfectly. Their process was very detailed regarding the shipping process and exceeded my expectations. I would order furniture from Coleman again. WIP photo!

Renegade Furniture and Coleman furniture is the absolute WORST furniture company I have ever encountered. I ordered a sectional LAST YEAR!!! It took until March (I believe) to receive my couch, only to find out that one giant piece was missing. Not only have they ordered the wrong part once, but twice!!!!! And it’s backordered!!! Again!!! And when I wanted to cancel the order, they refused at first and we’re going to force me to pay a restock fee!!!!!!! IT WAS BACKORDERED!!!!!!!! While customer service has kept me informed, mainly because I threw a fit, there must be a major breakdown in communication. I have been extremely understanding with COVID setbacks, staff shortages, and issues with transportation. However, I believe there is something illegal going on inside the company for SO MANY PEOPLE TO COMPLAIN!! Had I realized that Coleman Furniture was a subsidiary of Renegade I would have run and never looked back. Nobody seems to know anything about what happens and they make empty promises. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! EVER!!
I have never ordered furniture online before, but with limited local inventories and the price of gas for travel to the cities, I decided to give it try. A little disappointed with the 5 wk projected delivery, but it arrived 1 wk early! Delivery and setup team worked well together and were courteous and efficient. Perhaps a little aggressive with the furniture pieces during assembly, but there appeared to be no damage as a result. I ordered a LR set - Lambent Gray Leather Double Reclining sofa & loveseat. They are beautiful and well-made - a little stiff trying to put the footrests down, but hopefully thatll get better with time. They arent quite as comfortable as wed like - the backs, on both pieces, lean back too far. Its fine if you are reclining, but when the footrest is down, you never really sit upright in them. We use pillows to help with that.
Great value and the wood was solid. Instructions were clear and easy to assemble. The color matched our existing set as well. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the last box was delivered the following day and the end of the box was completely ripped opened and looked damaged. After opening the box, the corners on two pieces were damaged. I was too lazy to call and complain and will just live with.
Ordered bed in December. Still have not received it. BEWARE BUYERS! They will tell you its on the way and then back to the beginning. We are having manufacturing delays, then its arrived at the warehouse, then there are pick up delays, then delivery delays....then it starts back at the beginning with its not even made yet. IF YOU EVER WANT YOUR FURNITURE AND A TRUTHFUL DELIVERY PROCCESS, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
We like the wall unit overall, but a back corner of the TV stand had the laminate chipped off. The top edges of both shelving sections are barely painted & we have a few spots where they are not sanded well. For what we’ve paid, the quality was less than we expected. I doubt we will shop with you again.
Coleman Furniture is the most professional top notch company that we have ever purchased furniture from and they delivered sooner than expected. The quality of the furniture is at the top and we are over the moon excited about our new bedroom set. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Thanks Coleman for being the absolute best furniture company that is full of class.
Purchased the Sundance Rough Sawn Mahogany Extendable Trestle Dining Table on Sun, Jan 5, 2020. After waiting several weeks and having very poor communication from the delivery company, our table was delivered on Wednesday, February 19th. Within 10 minutes of setup, I saw that there was damage to the tables expanding mechanism. The wiring was broken and frayed. This note was made to the delivery team. In the hopes to not be stuck with a damaged table, I called Coleman/Renegade Furniture right away. The delivery drivers were very hesitant to stay around and wanted to leave immediately. I was told by the Coleman representative to not let them leave before getting this resolved. The only way I could have prevented them from leaving would have been to forcibly hold them, and I was not going to do that. After being put on a brief hold by the Coleman rep, I was given the option to have $65 reimbursed to me from my purchase. I assumed this was for the trouble and inconvenience of having a damaged table delivered. In no part of that offer is there any wording on waiving liability from Renegade Furniture or allowing them to not be responsible for further issues. After my reply of, This will work, thanks, I was sent a reply from Coleman. In this email I am now, after agreeing only to monetary compensation, being told that I have agreed to waiving liability from Renegade Furniture and that this waiver washes their hands of the situation. Since I did not agree to the terms that were given after my original statement, I requested a full refund for this table, as well as immediate pick up and removal from my home. If Coleman/Renegade cannot issue this refund, we will contact our credit card company and open a case with them.
I purchased an end table for our living room to replace the exact one I had purchased from a chain store a couple of years ago. The chain store wanted twice the price for it than Coleman Furniture plus I was able to get free shipping!! Great place to get nice furniture from!!! I will shop here again!
I ordered a desk. It was delivered by a third party delivery company who noticed it was damaged. Home Gallery ordered a replacement part (glass top), but wouldn’t leave the damaged desk (without the glass) to use until the replacement arrived. (I’ve ordered from more reputable stores, and they have at least left the damaged item or given something to use in its place). They also couldn’t tell me when the replacement might arrive except to say “at a minimum, it’ll be 4 weeks.” They have already charged me for the desk, but can’t tell me when I might even get it. When I ask to cancel the order, they state they will charge me a %15 restocking fee. More aggravating, they were rude on the phone and refused to let me discuss with higher levels. Buyer beware. They are unethical.
Order number: 6141234This new entertainment center has certainly made our empty home feel more homely! The color swatch online was perfect, the product came as it showed on the pictures. We did the white glove delivery, that team was amazing as well. The only reason we aren’t fully giving five star as there are some cosmetic issues but they don’t standout to the naked eye. Despite that, overall we are overly satisfied with our purchase!!
We love our new couches. My order came in earlier than the original delivery date. We had the white glove free delivery service. The experience was perfect. The 2 delivery men Assembled our new white couches, they made sure the power recliner couches were all working and arranged the furniture exactly where we wanted.614-0483

I realized I only ordered one night stand instead of two and I placed a second order and they emailed me right away making sure I meant to place my order before they just took my money. I thought that was nice of them to be checking on their customers.
This is an update to a prior unfavorable review. After posting a review detailing my negative experience with Coleman furniture, owned by Renegade (the short story is that an item expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks was severely delayed (almost 9 weeks before I stopped waiting) but each time I called to check in on it, I was told it would likely be arriving by the following week. I was told this 4x over 4+ weeks before requesting to cancel the order - and then I was told there would be an almost $200 cancellation fee). I am disappointed to share that it was not until after I posted reviews on social media that Coleman furniture took positive customer service action - but ultimately they did resolve the issue and refunded the full cost of the missing order. Julie, the customer service manager was very helpful. I have accordingly updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
We ordered a side table and it arrived with one corner crushed. After contacting the company, they shipped us a new one at no expense to us. They made good on their end of the bargain. And the side table is beautiful and will be enjoyed in the living room. Thanks for great service!
The furniture is beautiful. It wasnt particularly easy to set up (to be fair it recommends two people and I did it alone), but once it was set up and installed I fell in love. I had an issue with one of the pieces not being properly built on my order. Coleman was quick to respond and shipped out a replacement for it. Great customer service.
DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY! By far the worst furniture experience ever! Renegade also owns the online store Coleman Furniture. I have two orders with this company. When I ordered I was reassured I’d receive the order within’ 4 weeks. 6 months later and I just received the furniture. I received zero updates and then one day the furniture just showed up sitting outside in the RAIN in my driveway. They claim that once the furniture ships from the manufacturer I would be contacted by the shipping provider to arrange a time for delivery. That never happened. The sideboard/couch table came and it has a corner bashed in. The company did absolutely nothing to rectify it. The entertainment center I ordered also has a corner bashed in. The dining set came with 4 chairs but is missing components to put one of the chairs together. I have reached out to the company with zero response. I’ve been waiting 6 months for furniture and then it comes with issues around every piece not to mention it sat in the rain, and there are water marks on the furniture as well I just discovered and have to report to the company. If the ever respond I’m sure it will be another 6 months to get the situation rectified. The financing company has been charging me for 6 months as well before I revived the furniture making automatic withdrawals from my checking account before I even took delivery. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
White Glove service? Renegade group is a sham. We had delivery planned for a 4 hour window and were available. They contacted us hours before the window and we werent available. Now they say we have to pay for delivery. I have 5 screen shots of calls with their times and SMS text notifications that clearly state our window for delivery. They say they sent a text stating it was changed but we did not receive such a text. I believe they are fabricating their evidence to cover their tracks and try and scam us into paying more. They refuse to look at the preponderance of evidence stating our case. Where is the customer service? These criminals arent interested in anything but your money... more than you contracted to pay.
Severe delay, disappointing customer service. We ordered a bed from Coleman furniture online on 29 July, order 6057236. We have been regularly following up to see when it will arrive. It is now 18 November and it has not yet arrived. We were charged but received no shipping tracking information despite asking more than once. They have not provided an estimated delivery date and instead referred me to their carriers for information. I asked them to please refund me and keep the bed, since it had been several month beyond their estimated initial delivery, but they declined to do so based on their 24 hour cancellation policy. 4 months delay seems like reasonable cause for refund. Be aware that as a buyer, you will not experience a transparent process or helpful customer service, in my experience.
Best experience ever - from order to delivery! Cannot compliment them enough or express how much I LOVE my couches .. definitely well worth the wait (2 mos. from start to finish which during a pandemic is completely acceptable once you step out of your Amazon Prime mindset); not to mention the 52 yrs it took to find the perfect ones .. so glad I didnt settle for something I wasnt head over heels for because it was local with same day delivery .. took a chance with Coleman Furniture, a company Ive never heard of before, and extremely happy I did!
*** UPDATE: I am updating this review to add that, after making a demand, Renegade did promptly agree to issue a full refund ***When dealing with people, including businesses, you cant expect perfection - but you can expect reasonableness. Unless, of course, you shop from Renegade Furniture. Stay away if you value your time, or have any need/expectation for your order to arrive during your lifetime.I ordered a dining table and sofa table from them (through their Coleman website) on May 22. Supposed to have their wonderful white glove delivery they promote so much. Shipping ETA to the local deliverer said (and still says) 1-2 weeks.Well here we are, halfway through July. On the plus side, Anna with their support staff has been very responsive. Unfortunately, the updates she has been feeding me over the past month have turned out to be very disingenuous, and appear to have just been for the purpose of placating me. As it turns out, their 1-2 weeks ETA was never anywhere in the ballpark - not even close - and they knew it from the start.Rather than 1-2 weeks, it took 6 weeks just to get to my local area - which is Dallas, so not exactly off the beaten path. It has now been sitting in Dallas for a full week. Just sitting in a truck, waiting to be offloaded. Here is the most recent update I got this morning: this shipment is still waiting to be fully unloaded at the carriers Texas terminal, which is the final terminal before delivery. After being fully unloaded, their load planner will then be able to plan the delivery and provide an ETA. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we they are experiencing delays of 3-4 weeks or more.There you go. Its here in Dallas, but Im supposed to patiently wait another month for them to do anything with it. And THEN I can just expect yet another ETA from their load planner. Their reason for this is a labor shortage. If that is even true, then there is no way it was not something they were aware of before the order was placed. Was I made aware of that? No. I was told 1-2 weeks. Their business model, it seems, is get the customers money now, and apologize later.Since I placed this order back in May, I have also placed a handful of orders on other sites, such as Wayfair. Except for an order which was only place a few days ago, they have all arrived - some later than others, but all within a reasonable timeframe, and all reasonably close to estimates. Not Renegade Furniture. As a result, Im left unable to finish getting moved into my new home, entertain clients or guests, or even have a proper house warming. So much excitement turned into so much frustration and disappointment.I honestly cant believe these people are in business. They are either shamefully unethical, shamefully incompetent, or both. Please spare yourself the hassle and the indignity of giving these people your business - they do not deserve it.
I ordered a U-shaped sectional from Coleman furniture. The order and delivery process was great and it was delivered before the estimated date. There was some damage to the couch/cloth once delivered. I am awaiting a call back from them to see if they can fix the issue. Will update to reflect 5 stars if all issues are satisfactorily fixed!
I rarely review a company but this company deserves it. When I placed my order for couches on July 31st I was quoted 6-8 weeks delivered to my house. It will be 12 weeks as of tomorrow. This is being delivered to a campground and when the order was placed, it fell into the time period that the campground was still open. As the weeks went by, the time till delivery continued to grow further and further away. Our campground closed on the 19th of October and now they have very specific hours to which we can go there and I explained this to the Renegade aka Coleman furniture along with the delivery company and they took it as a refusal of delivery. I was told by the delivery company that Renegade cancelled the order due to refusal of delivery.At NO point did I refuse delivery, period... I simply asked that it be delivered during certain time periods.
**BUYER’S BEWARE. *Horrible customer service, *horrible return policy (15% restocking fee), *non existent exchange and or replacement options on items delivered damaged and they have a *VERY high volume of complaints filed through the BBB. I bought a 3,300 dollar bedroom set online from Coleman’s (aka Renegade) few weeks ago. They called us the day after Thanksgiving and told us it was going to be delivered a 5pm that Sunday. Of course we were out of town for the Holiday weekend and weren’t expecting them to deliver for a couple more weeks. We made it a point to be back home by 3pm on Sunday so we were able to clean out a few item from our bedroom and make room for the new furniture. 2.5 hrs before our scheduled delivery time we got a call that they were at our house (which we were still 20 mins away from home). They waited for us to arrive home but were in a big hurry to leave and we had no time to get the rest of the items out of the bedroom so we just told them to leave the bedroom set in the garage and we would haul it in and put it together ourselves. The dressers and night stands were already but together but the headboard, footboard, ect. were in boxes so we visually couldn’t tell if they were damaged at the time of delivery. For some stupid reason the delivery personnel put the headboard on its side instead of upright (so the weight was on the legs of the headboard). When we open up the headboard box we were of course disappointed to find the headboard was damaged. We contacted Coleman’s (aka Renegade) to make them aware of the issue and they *said that they will not replace damage headboard, *will charge us a 15% restocking fee if we return, *and told us to find furniture repair person on our own (which is hard because we live in a very rural area and we sent photo’s to a couple and they said damage can not be repaired) and on top of that we have *5 days to return item which gives us no time to try to hunt down someone to see if they can repair. So I just spent 3,300 dollars to receive damaged furniture that I am stuck with, that is CRAZY and a horrible disservice to paying customers. **Recommend purchasing furniture from a store that has better policy’s, ethical and moral values. (VERY high volume of complaints through the Better Business)
Spend your money elsewhere. Before Covid hit, I was to have a sectional delivered. They did not show up on the date they stated and arrived the following day (causing me to take off work). The Delivery Drivers were unprofessional, lazy, and kept returning to the truck to sit down. They made NO attempt to deliver unless a signed a waiver. They would not even attempt to carry it in. They just propped it against the door and said it wouldn’t fit.Customer service was rude and insisted that I needed to pay penalties if the furniture did not fit through the door. I needed to send them multiple pictures proving that my door met the minimum width for delivery. They would not issue a refund or work with me AT ALL to resolve the matter.Fast forward 2 months and a new delivery company came. The furniture fit EASILY through the door. If Coleman or the first delivery company had any modicum of customer service this could have been resolved in a more satisfactory manner.
The vanity we ordered came in 4 boxes that were delivered in 3 shipments. The 2 biggest/heaviest boxes came together and I found them outside my garage doors apparently about 4 hours after they were dropped off. The 2 other shipments/boxes were dropped off on the front porch. The box with the mirrors was long and heavy and pretty beat up. I held my breath as I dragged it into the house. I have opened all the boxes and thankfully they appear to have been packed well. I wont have a chance to unload the boxes and assemble the vanity/chair until this weekend. So much for the White Glove delivery and assembly that was promised in the order. I suspect a COVID excuse - but I do wonder if I paid for a service that was not included? I have not made any contact with Coleman Furniture prior to this request for review, as I was waiting to first complete the assembly of the vanity to verify everything was okay.
Purchased a beautiful navy, velvet ottoman - had never purchased or knew of Coleman but I was very impressed by the delivery, communications keeping me updated on delivery status (the item was backordered for a while)/estimated delivery dates, and the quality of the piece when it arrived! LOVED it so much I bought a second one! THANK YOU, Coleman Furniture!!
Amazing Amazing Amazing. I did quite a bit of shopping online and in person to try and find an accent chair for my bedroom. Nothing was really clicking though. Then a girlfriend of mine sent me a link to this wood framed, upholstered leather look and all I could think was that is perfect. The chair arrived and I assembled in between breaks while cooking dinner. The quality for cost is superb and I could not be more pleased. There is such a variety of items on their site: contemporary mixed with traditional or modern, its just an overall great selection.
I ordered a piece of furniture that is usually pretty hard to get in under three months. Coleman delivered this piece of furniture within 3 weeks with white glove service. The delivery men, assembled my today and inspected it for any defects. The product and service were great.
Got our desk and dining room set from Coleman within a month which was fine.Been waiting for a TV stand for 3 months because of damages. Not acceptable. I wouldve asked for a refund and cancelled the order, but I liked the tv stand too much to pass up on it even though it was pretty pricey.Never again will I buy anymore furniture from them.
I ordered several pieces of furniture that were delivered on time! When they received my bed frame, it was damaged. They immediately contacted me and ordered the replacement. They did a great job of keeping me informed as the shipment progressed. I would definitely use them again!
Coleman (Renegade) Furniture Company is awesome! We couldnt be happier with our purchase and delivery! Ignore the bad reviews! The purchase was flawless, the customer service rep we spoke to told us when we could expect delivery, and the furniture arrived a week earlier than they were expecting. We saved approximately $1,000 over what all the Kansas City and local dealers offered us (we called many to compare as we knew we wanted the Flexsteel Apollo living room furniture)! We must say our delivery team was superior to the local delivery people weve had in the past! They were extremely nice and performed their job well with care! Love the Flexsteel Apollo furniture as well!! We had a brand new Lazboy love seat that broke right after we bought it. Lazboys arent made like they used to be for sure as we have Lazboy furniture over 30 years old that we still love. Well definitely use Coleman Furniture again! Thank you!!
So.... My daughter ordered a Loveseat and Couch combo. 37 weeks later, no furniture. Just angry customer service saying that its not their responsibility. Originally promised in 6 weeks. Order was originated July 1, 2020. Now they say delivery will be AFTER Jan 15, 2021. LOL. No apologies, no responsibility. RENEGADE furniture group is the actual owner. I DO NOT recommend them.

All of the items received were damaged and I refused the entire order. This included a headboard, dresser, chest, and 2 nightstands. The remote control for the headboard was cracked in half, there were multiple pieces of peeling wood and chips on the rest of the furniture. The hardware provided for the nightstands did not even fit. Upon receipt, both myself and the delivery drivers called the company to let them know all pieces were damaged. They refused to give me a full refund and told me that I would have to get another set delivered or if I cancel, pay a 15% restocking fee plus a delivery charge. None of the damage was my fault. I refuse to wait another 2 months + for another set. I did not cancel my order I just dont want the headache of dealing with receiving cheap and damaged furniture. I am demanding a full refund of my original purchase price. I will not pay a restocking fee or a delivery fee.
I had a wonderful experience with Coleman Furniture. Not only was the gorgeous mirror $80 less than in a store, (Im not exaggerating, the mirror was $249.99 marked down, and Coleman had it for $170), the service was great! I called to confirm the price. And, the friendly associate who answered confirmed it - and, then asked if I preferred to place my order online, or with her. SIGN ME UP!! I said! And, the next thing I knew this beautiful mirror arrived, very well packed, without a chip. Now, if it was just as easy to find someone to hang it!!
Horrible buying experience!! What should have been 6 to 8 weeks to deliver quality furniture turned into waiting 4 months through 4 attempted deliveries only to receive the furniture damaged. Had to wait 2 more months to have the furniture only partially repaired after company committed to full repair. The communication was terrible! Company stonewalled customer throughout. Paid high-end price for outlet store quality. Will never shop with this company again!
Buyers BEWARE! Horrible and rude customer service. This is only and online middle person and they do not stand behind the products because they are big them from different suppliers. We ordered two pendant lights- both boxes dented and one product itself dented and damaged. Took tons of hours and over a month to get it returned and refunded. The reps that respond are all different so don’t follow up on prior communications. They had fed ex show up at my house when I had sent multiple emails saying I wouldn’t be there for a week to pick it up and they stole a $700 sink off my porch!!!It’s taken another 3 weeks still with no sink returned to me. The customer service rep Anne had the nerve to say it was my fault that fed ex picked up a packaged off my steps. They are rude and not helpful! I would never buy anything from this group again. I’m a military doc and I rarely give bad reviews but people need to knowWhat they are dealing with with this group! Shame on them.
Wow. These guys are dishonest. I purchased a sofa from them and after waiting 5 weeks and being told the item was on back order through the manufacture (never mentioned during the purchasing process) I requested to cancel the order. I was then told that the item had in fact shipped from and I could no longer cancel. However for some reason the item would still not arrive for a minimum of 8 weeks for what was originally a 5 week delivery. Honestly if something it is on back order I get it but to try and stop me from canceling the order by lying about it’s status?! Disgraceful.
Avid this company and its subsidiaries like the plague. It took almost 3 weeks and two delivery appointments to get my furniture. I even had to provide my own vehicle to finally get my furniture. Many excuses, from weather, muddy drivaway, to the truck was too big.They then had the nerve to offer me $50 as an act of good faith. They even threatened me with a restocking fee if they couldnt deliver.
Terrible service !!! We received our bedroom set on December 30,2019. First off the delivery people were late by at least three hours . The chest and my dresser had damages. The delivery guy took photos and said that he would send the photos with the damages to the furniture company. When my husband went to sign he asked the delivery person where did it mention about the damage and he said,not to worry that the photos were the proof. Mind you that when my husband signed it was just blank on the delivery guys phone. But when they sent him a copy of his signature it showed that he had signed that he received the furniture in good condition. How can a person sign for something on a phone and then show that the signature was at least 2 inches from the top and an inch from the bottom. My husband spoke to the manager Cierra Zayas . She acknowledged that the furniture was received damaged. We got an email from Dale Johnson offering a $75 credit,for us to fix it and they would reimburse us. Now why should we have to look for someone to fix our brand new furniture, when it should be Renegade furniture to replace it. They also go by Coleman Furniture. This is the worst furniture company ever!!! What ever you do keep shopping elsewhere!!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Please do not do business with this company. We recently ordered a dining room table based on the color provided in photos by Renegade Furniture. When the table arrived after a prolonged wait, it was a completely different color and when this was discussed with customer service and photo documentation was provided, they refused to own their error, and are charging us over $550.00 to return the table inclusive of a 15% restocking fee. They are unethical and highly deceptive in their business practices and you would be wise to avoid doing any business with them.
The other reviewers had problems with Renegade. Thankfully we had a pretty good experience. OK, the manufacturer sent the wrong thing to them and then to us. And yes it took almost 4 months to get our sectional. We did get weekly updates that the sectional was in process. But here is the great part of this experience: our cost was $1800 less than Ashleys. We are retired and need to save as much of our money as possible and waiting that extra couple of months was worth it.
Very unprofessional company and terrible customer service. I have been waiting to receive my bed now for over 2 months with no resolution in sight. I have been given the run around and excuse after excuse as to why my order has not arrived yet. Customer service team is not helpful or genuine. Three separate times I have called and received phony tracking numbers for an order that never shipped. Going to report my order as fraud with the bank. Think twice before purchasing anything through this company, the headache is not worth it.
Worst furniture company ever!! Their items may be reasonably priced, but it’s not worth the headache. I ordered a dining room set that has been damaged both times it was delivered. I wanted to cancel and they said I would have to pay a restocking fee, imagine that. The furniture was damaged, and the customer service team sucks. I don’t recommend this company at all.
After paying THOUSANDS of dollars for an order from Coleman, over a month ago, I still have not received 3 of the 4 furniture items. A third party customer service person from Zendesk, for Renegade, responded to me and tells me one wont arrive until the end of January. Who knows where the other two are. She warned me that if they send the available 2, Ill be billed for the whole order. I HAVE PAID IN FULL FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER OVER A MONTH AGO. Not Happy!
Would be 0 stars if that was an option.Delivery driver stood at the end of my driveway instead of ringing the doorbell. They called saying they were there and by the time I walked outside they were driving away. I have it all on my security cameras. Yet no person at the company will take responsibility, they just make excuses.Was charged $145 for redelivery.Also received a voicemail asking me to return their call about the delivery and I have now called about 30 times and left a voicemail and havent heard back.
Worst customer service I’ve EVER HAD!! Issue with a sofa less the 6 months old called customer service and received a leather cover that I would have to be an upholstery professional to replace with no instructions. I called and was told I would get a phone call back (which never happened) after a third call to customer service I was told to call a third party company to repair!! Would never recommend this company!
Honestly one star is wayyy too generous!! This company is a Joke!! The products they sell are delivered in poor quality and damaged which the company does very little to resolve. VERY BAD customer service!! I looked them up at the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and there rating is a C!!! And they have 375 complaints which clearly they could careless about!! Also BEWARE this company also goes by COLEMAN FURNITURE!!!! Save yourself a headache, time and your MONEY and shop somewhere else.

2022-03-17I ordered a large 7ft mirror from Coleman, they did a wonderful job at keeping me informed on when to anticipate delivery. When it was time for delivery, Renegade Furniture Group did an excellent job as well. I received an email and text on the date I’d like to schedule delivery and I received both confirmation emails and texts. On the day of delivery I was called at least 30 minutes prior to confirm. When the gentleman arrived at my home the mirror was properly wrapped /covered and they placed it in the room of my choice and all wrapping material was cleaned up and discarded. This was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend!

2022-02-24I ordered an Ashley Furniture couch from them as the price including protection plan was around $300 cheaper compared to in-store and they offered free shipping and assembly. Only caveat was a few weeks of wait time which I was okay with. It took a little over 5 weeks after ordering which was less than their initial estimate which is great. The delivery was smooth and fast, they contacted a day before and set a delivery window and kept their time and setup the couch pretty nicely. I was a little doubtful at first ordering from an online store but Im happy I did it. Would recommend to anyone!

2022-02-14If I could give this business a zero I would! I ordered an entertainment center end of December. Of course it arrived late. I had to call to find out about the piece and was told it was there and they could deliver it right away. Delivery day comes and the furniture is damaged. A door had already been replaced and it had been worked on but the results were unacceptable being I had paid nearly 3k. I wanted a new piece of furniture not a piece that had been patched together. I refuse the delivery and the nightmare has begun. Phone call after phone call I am told I must give them the chance to fix it or replace it. At this point, I do not trust this company! I do not want a patched piece of furniture! I want some rights as well!!! They want to charge me shipping and a 15% restocking fee! So I am having to pay for their mistake! Terrible customer service! Run from this business!

2022-02-24Great company to work with! Coleman was professional from the start with regular emails to update status. The furniture even came 3 weeks earlier then expected and we love it! And kudos to the delivery team gor getting it up our stairs! Delivery was great!

2022-04-04ONLINE EXPERIENCE: Knowing the pandemic has lengthened delivery times and reduced the availability of certain items, I ordered a couch through Coleman Furniture - owned by Renegade Furniture Group - in early March. My initial delivery date was mid-April. One week later I got an email pushing it back to late April. 1-2 weeks later the next email further delayed to early May. Coleman Furnitures communication up to this point was great, even though I can tell its automated in some fashion (again, I was prepared for delays).It was a final, automated email that bothered me. It stated that Coleman Furniture was advised by the distribution center that the couch I ordered was experiencing a prolonged delay with no available ship date for the items [I] ordered. Due to this information [my] order [was] cancelled. No one attempted to contact me to see if I wanted to order another couch before this step was taken. When I followed up on their website seeking assistance, Customer Support from Renegade Furniture had this to say: ..timeframes and product availability are beyond our control. This made me lose my desire to place a new order with Coleman and the Renegade Furniture Group.So, you can order a couch online from Coleman and/or Renegade Furniture Group. Just hope the distributor actually has one, or the ability to make one. I would recommend that Coleman and Renegade only post the furniture that they actually know is in stock and/or available, rather than wasting buyer time with unmet orders and cancellations.

2021-07-07I bought the cali pearl modular section and while the couch is beautiful, let me tell you the delivery and assembling experience was not. This company prides itself in its white glove delivery. First off, I received a call the day before the delivery to confirm the delivery the next day between the hours of 9AM-1PM and that the driver would call me with at least an hour notice to let me know when they were on their way. Next day, the driver calls me at 8:30 AM saying he is 10 minutes away. I live in a complex were freight elevators are reserved for a specific time and notice is needed. Couch gets delivered and the 2 delivery guys were not wearing any kind of gloves to deliver a WHITE couch. Obviously the couch stained in different areas but we were re-assured that it would come off with a damp cloth. I asked if the couch had any types of clips to connect and was told no. I then called the company to let them know that the couch literally separates to the point we are falling and I learned about the internet that the couch does have clips and these should have been installed when the delivery guys came to deliver the couch. They then proceeded to provide me with a $60 gesture credit to get a technician on my own and they would reimburse me. Why wouldnt they just send someone from the local delivery company to take care of this. How was I supposed to know that they didnt give me all the information when delivering the couch. The couch is literally so uncomfortable and moves all over the place.

2022-02-23After much consideration, I chose Coleman Furniture for my new bookcases. They had the color and features that I was looking for, and also good reviews for the exact ones I was ordering. The shipping timeline was great, and I was very satisfied with the white glove delivery. The bookcases are beautiful!

2022-06-20I ordered 2 Dinging chairs online, and it was a smooth process. The chairs came packaged very nicely, and had no problems with the structure or quality.I did shop around a bit, and this company had the most cost effective price. I love my chairs, they are fantastic, and are unique!

2022-03-17It was a fantastic experience! I found the perfect table for my new small apartment. When I ordered it I expected it to take a few weeks but it showed up so quickly! I was a really great experience all around and was very happily surprised with how quickly it was delivered.
