Tim A. arrived on time with a huge smile. He was extremely thorough in his explanations of the services, quality and reliability of the products. He carefully listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoughtfully. He showed me the hidden flaws in the old windows I have in my old house, and explained how and why this products is superior to the existing ones. The demo was likewise convincing. Im getting new windows and I have complete confidence that next winter, Ill be warm!
Adam Curyto came out to give me a quote today after meeting the Andersen team at the home show. He went over everything with me in detail and answered all of my questions. Yesterday, Adam Curyto of Renewal by Andersen came to our home to explain the benefits of installing Andersen windows to replace our old ones. Adam was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. He thoroughly and patiently explained the many options available. He showed us many before and after pictures of previous installations, explained how Andersen windows are constructed and installed and showed us the operation of a double hung window using an actual window that hed brought with him. He explained the screen options, ease of screen installation, showed how easy the windows move and tilt out for easy cleaning and much more.I am looking forward to our new windows, as they will be custom made and will be precisely fitted without disturbing the interior moldings. The exterior brick mold, now covered with aluminum, will be re-done with a covering that will be aesthetically complimentary to the window itself.Once the installation is finished, Adam said hell be back to make sure were happy. This whole process was a nightmare. We replaced 5 windows. After having to contact RBAWNY and literally convince them that the windows were leaking and improperly set on numerous in person visits and phone calls , a different installation company had to come and pull the windows and reinstall them. Additionally, one of the windows was measured incorrectly, had to be reordered and replaced at another time. An installation that should have taken half a day, dragged on in for 5 months. What was their way to rectify it? They gave me a RBA fleece blanket. Haha. 10k, 5 months, numerous appointments and that was it. There is WAY more to this story with their unprofessionalism, damaging my deck, and not showing up for measurement appointments, but thats the short version. If you want a company that is happy to satisfy their contract and that is all..these are the guys for you.
Jesse Chudzik came to our house and did a great presentation of their windows. They had a lot of options to choose from and he was very knowledgeable and professional about all the windows for our home.

Renewal by Anderson did a large window installation job (20 windows) on my house 2 years ago and I was so pleased that I have contracted with them again to install 6 more windows. Adam has been my consultant on both jobs and he has been most responsive, following up after every step in the process to make sure everything went well. The windows are very high quality, totally worth the price. I really noticed a difference in my energy bills last winter. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a home and I wanted to replace my picture window. Adam came out and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this company. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and also had doggy treats for my boxer (extra points). He never made me feel pressured into any purchase. Anyone can replace a window, but I believe in quality and not fixing something with a bandaid. I feel extremely comfortable with Renewal by Anderson and excited about the window I purchased.

This review is for their Polaris doors.I have a door installed 2+ years ago. It is AWFUL and does not function any better than the door I had replaced.This company first tried to convince me that *I* ordered the wrong door, and then, when they couldnt install it correctly and realized it was bowed, convinced me to write a 5-star review because they were doing ME a favor by replacing it.New door arrives and STILL they cannot get it installed correctly. I have had no less than 10 different people come to my home and try to fix it. It is still not flush, it is still impossible to open without counterpressure on the wall, and now the finish and paint is peeling off the lock and handle.I have wasted DAYS of my life on this. I had to call them multiple times about the deteriorating lock/handle to get it replaced.I have already filed a BBB complaint about this.The door and their service is barely worth hundreds of dollars, in my opinion. I paid THOUSANDS. Stay away

Just signed our contract for new windows and a patio door with Anderson Windows and we are beyond impressed with Greg’s professionalism and knowledge on the products. He took his time to explain the difference between the construction of Anderson windows vs other companies and the quality that you will get with an Anderson Window. He thoroughly explained that windows are an investment to last the life of your home, not to replace every 10 years. Overall, we decided that the investment was worth it to only have to do it once (the warranty is also incredible!) Tim Sztaba showed up promptly at 10am, courteous, friendly, and personable, he put me at ease right away. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences in the materials and features of the window choices presented to me. I liked that he showed me the videos, pictures, and actual samples of the glass and frame. He was great about answering all of my questions, even those I had about other windows in my home that do not need replacing yet and helped me discover that I would not need to call a bee exterminator after all, once I replaced the window that was the cause of that problem. Overall, it was a pleasure to meet and do business with Tim, his salesmanship skills are top notch.

Our window installation has not yet been performed, but I wanted to share my positive initial impression at this point, having just signed a contract with Renewal by Anderson for replacement of all the original windows in our home. Jim Kowalski was very polite and professional in explaining Andersons products and answering our questions about them and their application to our window replacement needs. He worked with us to make sure we were aware of all the options offered and showed us samples so we could see firsthand how they would look within our home. Renewal by Anderson was also competitive in its pricing structure, with significant mid-winter savings programs applicable to our project that Jim made sure we were aware of. We are very pleased with Renewal by Anderson at this initial stage and are looking forward to the actual installation in the late spring. We will update our review or post a new one after the installation is complete, when we can speak to the quality of the job upon completion. Recently bought a home and unfortunately the vinyl windows are failing. Met with Greg tonight and super excited to get new replacement windows from Renewal! Great company to work with!Update! This was a big purchase and Jesse offered many different options to make it possible in my price range.

The representative who worked with me, Adam, was incredibly patient and informative! He took so much time to explain everything I had questions about in detail. He was kind and communicative with my 3 year old, and broke everything down for me so I could fully understand the value and quality Andersen offers. I am not completely sure what Ill be doing yet until I fully explore a couple other options, but Im leaning towards renewal by andersen and I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, intelligence, and courtesy Adam demonstrated even towards someone who is still in the information gathering phase of a big purchase.
I am not one who gets that warm and fuzzy feeling from salespeople. To all salespeople or companies who use them please be sure they represent you well. Adam did just that. If not = no sale. I knew that new windows were going to be a necessary investment to our fixer upper. When Tim arrived, he was friendly and efficient with taking our window measurements. He worked around my toddler and animals and discussed what makes renewal by Anderson the best choice for Windows. Initially I was hesitant, but upon seeing for myself the effects poor installation and quality of vinyl windows, I knew that it needed to be a trustworthy investment. The meeting felt more like a conversation than a “pitch” and showed a great deal of understanding to our point of view while explaining all the steps involved in the process from production to installation. They are not installed yet, but I’m so excited about getting proper windows and doors in my home. Charles took the time to go through the materials & installation, and compared pricing and quality of other brands. My original plan was to get quotes from several places… But after looking at all of the information (and having done this once before in a different house), I realized that would be such a waste of time. It didn’t hurt that all the reviews in my neighborhood group are that these are the best and everyone who has then loves them. I’m glad I won’t have to worry about them failing to work or insulate once they’re installed.

Charles came to do an estimate to replace windows that are in bad shape. He arrived exactly when scheduled which is very important to me. He wore a mask, removed his shoes at the front door without being asked, and looked at my windows without any judgment! And I dont have to clean my windows for another six months since theyre new!And....its now 9-14-21 and Mike DiLaura is here and sold me windows for my upstairs and he is wonderful also. And besides that Mike is my neighbor.
Tim came out for an in-home window replacement estimate. He arrived on time, was friendly, didnt mind my 60lb dogs jumping on & licking him endlessly, & he provided a professional presentation by way of easy conversation. Ive done sales & even I didnt feel like he was just trying to sell me a product. I have to tell you what an amazing experience we have had with Renewal by Andersen and it started right from our appointment with our sales person, Greg Cappello. Gregs personality is electrifying. From the moment he walked through our door he had our attention. What really impressed us was his knowledge of the product. Cheap. One of the locks crumbled 1 week after installation. When the repair person came to fix it, he broke the other one trying to lock the window after he replaced the broken lock. Now our sliding glass door that installed at the same time is cracked at the bottom. When we called to schedule this door to be repaired they told us they wouldn’t be able to get to it for weeks, pausing almost waiting for us to say never mind. Needless to say very dissappointed. Should have just went with actual Anderson Windows and not “renewal” by Anderson as they are not clearly not the same quality.
I have been extremely please with my window installation project with Renewal by Andersen. Mr. Aldape arrived for my appointment on time and was very thorough in explaining the windows I was interested in purchasing. From the initial consultation to the completion of our project, Andersen was excellent. Our design rep Adam Kuryto came right to our home to walk us through everything. His knowledge of the products were key in helping us narrow things down to exactly what we were looking for, and he was very patient with us, truly listening to our questions and concerns, which resulted in windows that complement the style of our 1926 home, and greatly improve its appearance. Adam explained and demonstrated in detail all of the benefits and features of the windows we’d be getting. He laid out the entire process and timeline for us, and what to expect. He even followed up with us and personally stopped by our house after the installation to check everything out and ensure that we were pleased. He is a true professional and remembers EVERY detail, and on top of that, he was nice to our kids and dog!As for the installers, Shane and Beau were fantastic. They addressed my questions and concerns, and the care they took to protect all surfaces in our home was impressive, covering everything in plastic, and even sealing off rooms so the cold winter air wouldn’t affect the rest of the house. I’ve never in my life NOT had to clean up after a contractor, but with these gentlemen, I was able to just put the furniture right back where it had been, no sweeping or vacuuming required! Their trim work was impeccable, and even the caulking they did was perfect, and we’re VERY particular. It turns out that Shane is a master carpenter, and the whole crew has years of experience in the building trades. Truly impressive, and just like Adam, total professionals. We are VERY pleased with our Andersen windows, and would recommend not only the windows, but every person we encountered during this project. Thank you!

Tim Aldape was extremely patient as I asked question after question and changed my mind on some of the customizations. oh, the options and the craftsmanship is unparalleled to anyone else. When I started the process of legit window shopping (first time home owner needing to update) I had 2 of the local radios companies come out for estimates. Their product and knowledge was just not what I was looking for. The moment Andersen send Tim I felt relieved. The window salesman Jon was here on time and was very courteous. He explained and showed us the quality of the windows. The heat lamp demonstration was unbelievable. He explained all of the possibilities we could do with our oversized windows. We were looking to replace 4 large windows in living room but with the September incentives available we decided to do a 5th window as well in our dining room. Mike and Bryan were amazing. I had five windows done, and when they found rot beneath one of the kitchen windows, I was able to hire them on the spot to do the repair before installation. I had most of the windows replaced in my home. I cannot say enough about this company, from the salesman to the excellent crew that installed the windows. I also had a sliding glass door installed. They matched the trim to the window frame. On two windows, I did not want that, I wanted white. I informed the foreman and they replaced with white, no questions asked. There was a problem with the patio door as it was replacing an existing one that was constantly sticking. Once it was removed we found out why it was sticking. It was in a load bearing wall and the original person who installed the door years before (not Anderson) did it wrong. The crew could not correct it that day but they put up plywood and secured my home until they brought in experts to fix the opening correctly. The new door was installed and it is still working smoothly 2 yrs later. The crew cleaned up everything, did not find any debris afterward. Just a beautiful job. I was so impressed I am ordering the last 5 windows that need replacing. Great job Renewal by Anderson. A plus, I would highly recommend this company. If you contact them see if you can get the Sales Manager I had, he was great. His name is Greg. He was very informative and knowledgable.

WOW! Tim gets a round of applause from my wife and I. I saw an ad on Facebook for a BOGO 40% off windows. I filled out the form and had a phone call the following morning. We were able to get Tim’s last appointment of the day. He came out and found water damage, mold, and framing issues in our current windows. They are 60 years old and in need of replacement. Jim Robbins from Anderson’s spent time at our home today going over options for replacing our windows. I would highly recommend that you call Jim any time. He’s exceptionally professional, but also very personable and takes the time to discuss how to best increase your home equity with the best quality. His experience in windows made us feel very comfortable asking questions and listening to his recommendations for the future of our home.
I had the misfortune of meeting with a “salesman” named Timothy who oozed the sort of misogynist and aggressive personality that I had heard about this company on Nextdoor.com. He met with me, a female, instead of meeting with my husband, and made it clear he was unhappy about that. He implied that I could never make such a big decision on my own (how could my tiny brain handle such a mind-bending decision?!). Rather than focusing on windows, he made a point of interrogating me about previous quotes I had received, my occupation, details of my marriage and personal life, and overall bullying type behavior. It was so disappointing and unpleasant! While I may have considered this window product prior to meeting with this person, there is no way I would now.
Adam came out today and we decided to move forward based on the company product and Adam.

I don’t usually participate in surveys. But I must say that I was very much impressed with the presentation that Charles Sanfilippo gave to me and my wife On Thursday for Renewal by Andersen. He showed up relatively on time wearing a tie! This demonstrated respect and confidence on his part. His demonstration and knowledge of the product and the company were both quite impressive. After an hour or so we decided to replace five windows in our 60 year-old house. Can’t wait until October when they will be installed.
Lowell Andrews came to our home today on behalf of Renewal by Anderson Windows! The first thing I noticed was that he was impeccably dressed in a dress shirt and tie! Nice first impression! He was very knowledgeable about his product and covered every aspect while taking his time to explain all the intricate details! My friend Judy got windows from Renewal and I turned out great. We opted to get our front picture window and front door replaced and it turned out great! Mike C was our salesman, he was very helpful and even came back after the work was done to see how it went!
Adam visited today, and he was one of the most mature, friendly young professionals I have ever met. He was excellent at explaining the materials, the business model, and even financially flexible plans to enable me to replace all my windows. Adam seeks to carefully customize and fit each customers needs. As he was measuring my windows that badly needed replacement, I was explaining that one window had a broken pulley on one side, and I was afraid of opening some windows and needed to call my daughter to be able to close windows once I got them open. Just then he attempted to open my 2nd floor office window; it was the one with the broken pulley. Imagine our surprise as the top half of the double-hung window came out of the track and hung over Adams car hood below on one string. He lunged for the pane, tried to grab on the left while I, on the right side of the window, was grabbing it by sticking my fingernails between the trim and glass. Adam guided it back into its track, and we closed the window (it took both of us to even do that). Thanks to Adam, we avoided a real disaster. Renewal by Andersen can be very proud of this consultant. He was the best ever in his explanations and even saved the day by grabbing that surprising window.
Jim was a great salesman. He explained everything very well. I am convinced that I bought the best window. He was very professional and thorough.
Adam was a wonderful design rep! So knowledagble, helpful, and polite. He showed us so many different options for the windows, walked us through financing, and put together a package to meet the needs of our house. Highly recommended!

2022-04-28We used this company for 11 of our windows 6 years ago and they were absolutely wonderful through the whole process and the quality of them has been excellent. We recently discovered that our patio door and two of our windows that we didn’t have replaced were needing attention now and placed a call to get an estimate for those. Jesse Chudzik, the salesman from our previous dealing came right out the next day and gave us an estimate and in-depth detailed explanation of their product and process and we were sold once again! Excellent 6 years ago and still great today! Would highly recommend this company!

2022-08-12Meeting with Adam to go over everything regarding window replacement was nothing less than an exceptional experience. Adam was knowledgeable regarding EVERYTHING that involves window replacement, the different materials, what the end result would look like, as well as energy savings of the windows. I was shown multiple options, given all of kinds different choices, and I encouraged to go with what works best for ME, cost and style wise. 2022-06-251st, the salesman was great. Very informative and helped us make decisions. I have nothing against the price, company or anything like that.It is 2022, please, please, please stop with the sales pitch. Im 36 years old. I can use Google and figure out why Im choosing a company. I honestly (and Im not being rude) dont care about your technology, being industry first in this or that.If I call for a quote, I want a guy in jeans with a tape measure to come measure my windows give me some options, professional opinions and a price. Maybe 30 minutes of my time. I dont want a guy in a suit to come measure, tell me how great their products are and pressure me into buying now and waste 2 hours of my day.

2022-03-01This is our first time installing windows in our house. Tim A. was very helpful in explaining the different type of windows and provided information pertaining to the regulations of windows in certain parts of the house. Tim was very honest and really explained things so that we could understand what our investment was going.

2022-04-08I cannot speak on the quality of their workmanship because we are choosing not to get that far.Estimator showed up and declined to give us a quote. My wife answered the door whereupon the estimator asked wheres your husband?. They then cited that both parties needed to be present.Though, an estimator showed up at a colleagues home not 2 weeks ago who has a wife but was given a 1:1 discussion, sales pitch and quote without his wife present as she was unavailable.Come to find out that this is an antiquated, misogynistic and pressure-based tactic to limit excuses of prospective customers to sign an agreement on the spot. We were very clear when setting up the appointment with office staff that we would gather a minimum of 3 quotes and would not sign anything on the spot.After a few days, they called my wife to reschedule and I ended up picking up the phone. I spoke to the office staff about the situation - initially wasting our time, abjecting my wife as a illegitimate party, and underlining the conditions we mentioned regarding not signing day of quote receipt. Their office staff agreed with us, said both parties DO NOT need to be present and said they would make it right. We said wed agree to set-up another time for an estimate and that my wife would make new arrangements to be home and call them back to reschedule. This was on a Saturday.It is now the next Friday. They called her seven times. She finally picked up the phone, spoke to the office staff (who was very pleasant, mind you) who said that they were calling to schedule an estimate. She rehashed the details whereupon the office staff said that the notes showed the estimator showed up and (my wife) told them to reschedule because her husband wasnt there.Really?You are not getting our business.You are out of touch.Start treating people fairly and with respect. Be transparent and honest. And last, dont screw with people who understand business.We will be taking our $15,000+ business elsewhere and will be sure to tell everyone we meet to avoid Renewal by Andersen of Buffalo, NY at all costs.

2022-03-16While we had some challenges, I would do it all over again. We had our front door and 8 windows (all custom) replaced. While more expensive than other quotes, the quality is second to none. Their service when issues arose spoke to how much they value their customers. The installers messed up a few things in our house but the customer service team made it right and we are happy with the windows and the time frame to get them in. Our project was completed Jan 2021.
