Not very nice to deal with. Over charged furniture for sure.They have no idea how to assemble furniture that needs it. I know some people that had things break when putting together. I have one bed where they crackedcracked side board cracked side

Dan The Manager here at RAC always takes care of me & helps me out & makes sure I’m happy with what I’m getting. He is the Best & I really appreciate everything he does for me.

Been up and down about making this post but I figured someone should be aware. Went to this RAC a few months ago and changed my mind about ever renting from any RAC after what I encountered. The boss man Don I think his name was is extremely unprofessional and the fact there isn’t another rating about it blows my mind. Started heavy flirting with me from the minute I walked in. Added me on facebook afterwards, which I thought was okay at the time until he started IMing me. Likes to flaunt that makes around 38$ an hour or something around there (I don’t remember the exact amount). Said he gets the best numbers around because if someone’s late on their bill he will pay it with his own money and then they will pay him back later (which he doesn’t tell them that he’s doing this). And lastly he doesn’t want to pay his hard working employees more because that money comes out of his salary. I’m completely appalled. Like I said earlier this was a while ago. I never ended up renting, just got creepy signs.

I have to give a big shoutout to Rent A Center in Albion. I’ve been without a washer and dryer since yesterday so, today we took a trip to Rent A Center told them what happened, reminded them we bought the washer and dryer ten years ago from them. We told them what we were looking for and, by 6pm tonight my rent to own washer and dryer were here and I was able to do 4 loads of laundry. Thank you Dan Dominick, Jessie, and delivery guy ( I don’t know his name). Also Dan the dryer works so good we only have to turn it on once to dry the laundry. Thank you again.

Very helpful for finding what u need with great moving In The new item and help u take your old furniture and/or appliances out they fully assemble your purchase so saves a lot time and thought great place shop here all the time pay off at a reasonable few months is better than paying all at once for me so this is a great way to get brand new furniture and appliances at a great price
