Placed a order and was approved through text. Then got ask to submit my id etc and after that they flagged my order a fraud for no reason. Then say I wasn’t approved. Took at-least 2 weeks to even reach a manager cause he always busy or not their even though store is never busy.

I bought a the stove when I receive the stove it was old and used I say look I need another stove I’m not paying for a stove that has missing caps on and all scratched up how after being on them I had to pay $34 extra to get my new stove now I got my stove at the first time we didn’t have a handy man at the time to uninstall the stove so they couldn’t get the stove same time i have the stove in my house for 1 week and I have a feeling that I’m gonna have the stove for 2weeks I would say the thinking about rent a center I would say find a different location that’s it

Called 3 different times, all 3 occasions different information was given to me, I had informed a representative that I was on the way to the location to pick up a computer for school after speaking with them 3 times before and the representative said okay. When I arrived I was told calling 4 people (references) would take a week and then I can come pick up the computer. 4 people, 1 week. I explained the urgency of my situation that I needed it for school and I was told otherwise. Waste of time, horrible service and no thorough explanation. I even had explained all my references are ready to speak now to confirm, still had excuses of pure laziness. I dont know what these people get paid for. Horrible service.

Raekwon and all the other employee are very unprofessional and spiteful. Raekwon over charged me because of a verbal disagreement we had over the phone for his mistake. The Spanish woman is nonchalant and not very helpful. I’ve never seen a manager, but I am going to go about this the right way ;).

Wish there was a 0 on here because this location is the worst, how its still open is beyond me..they are rude keep you on hold and ignore when u call not to mention waiting hours for merchandise that I paid for with a thousands of excuses when you confront them...NEVER AGAIN THEY SUCK!!!!!!
