Betty the manager and Carlos are truly helpful and accommodating .They deserve a raise seriously.They have to put up with some of the rudest people in Freeport.ill always do buis ess with them.

This rent a center is one of the worst. The staff is extremely rude they clearly are not sharing information between one another. There very disrespectful makes you not want to do buisness. And on top of all of they they take ur money make u fill out rental applications and never call you back with an updates for anything you paid for or agreed too. I do not recommend this rent a center to anyone.

Worst rental experience ever. Gave them a deposit and still didnt get it back. According to them they need to make money first before they can give my money back. What happened to my deposit? It is there to make sure everything is good with the equipment and so on. It is supposed to stay there until I return it. Now you dont have the money I gave you. Did you give it to someone else? It is not meant to be a profit that you deposit in your bank. What if you never make the money to give me the deposit. Wait forever? Never again will I be coming back here.

This company is a joke. Utter joke. The delivery guys are disrespectful, unprofessional and miserable, obviously. They use 18-21 year olds who do not know what theyre doing, are lazy and act like theyre in the streets. Do not use this company. Youll regret it. I only gave them 1 stars, bc the couch is nice. The company isnt. I shouldve read the reviews below! Seriously.

Damaged my car with an illegally parked sticker while I took money out the bank to spent at their business. Completely turned me off before I could walk inside.
