They need to be moreprofessional. organized, able to communicate correctly and quicker service than what they say to be delivered. Also work out good deals with long term customers thats have bought of merchandise before. Be fair n courteous to us.

Worst service ever I Sales man G told me delivery time would. Be from 10-4pm I asked May you please make the delivery before 3pm I have to pick my son up , this was 2days before delivery date . Delivery day I call in the morning to remind G he told me not worry he will be there before 3 ... he arrived 3:20pm my son gets out of school at 3:45pm . I hate to be lied to especially more then once , we G arrived he laughed and said sorry . Never will I shop her again

My payments should have been finished in Jan 2016. Thanks to Martin not scheduling my payments for every two weeks, I was scheduled to pay once a month for three months. I was going to the store and the computer was having issues processing my payments. I now know why.Then the location moved from n 116th Street & Madison to 2202 Third Ave, near 121st Street. My payments werent registering at this new store, every pay period I was receiving a phone call to make a payment. After four months, someone got it right and the payments are being taken out on time.On Nov 28, 2016. I called to soeak with a manager and the person who answered the phone didnt give his name, which is procedure. When I asked whom was i speaking to, the name was mumbled but G was the name given. I asked for a manager, G wants to know my name, he states that a manager will be in about an hour, call back. I asked for the managers name and the reply was a manager, I asked if the managers had names and he finally said Anthony would be in. Lets see if that was the truth. (Maury voice).

These people are so unprofessional. One guy argued with my mom and threatened her! Very disrespectful! Please do not do business here. Save you the stress and the threats. Only one person talked to her in a kind and professional way which was anthony
