VERY POOR SERVICE I WENT TO GET A TV ONLINE MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT WITVH WAS 83$ put a promo code in and ended up with a 13$ total witch they are advertising the penny payment but I call to get delivered and now because the manager felt a way that my first payment was 13$ she said she needed more money for the first payment witch I already made THEY ARE FULSE advertising

I got a tv and tv stand with this company and I always paid on time with my payments for a year straight my tv started giving me problems and I kept calling the company so they can come look at it I called for two months straight and every time they said someone was gonna come they never came after constantly speaking to the manager they came one time before thanksgiving and said they were going to come back I got no call back and no one came fix it it took for me to stop paying to get a call back it got to the point where I was like just come and get it I lie to you not within a hr of me telling them to come get it they where here to pick it up but when I needed it fixed I couldn’t get anybody here worst experience ever

I was thinking about renting from them I’m second guessing I just moved to my new apartment I guess the person that used to live here rented from them and they won’t stop banging on my door just want them to stop knocking on my door I need help what do I do for them to stop knocking on my door

My experience was unpleasant and I certainly will not be a returning customer. I was racially profiled and charged for items that I had not received... Although I received a full refund I would not suggest R.A.C to anyone!!

Because here you can rent furniture and just give them the payments every month
