Do not deal with this place !!! The Management Hedi is beyond unprofessional she will call back to back until she reaches you 4 and 5 times in a row don’t be week late she will tell you about your self like she owns the products never never again I can’t wait to pay my product off

I have dealt with this establishment for quite some time now and this time I was not pleased with there services in timely matter such as delivering an item on that day and the appliance didnt arrive on time day instead wasnt told and they delivered the following day and late in the even which is unacceptable to me. So if I choose to deal with the company that is my choice. But im not please with them this time around.

I regret doing business with them people..it’s been a rocky couple months and my luck is just not the best …they don’t communicate all they know how to do is harass you they don’t work with you ..spoke to heidi few weeks back she helped me this week month it’s a payment delay because my card is damaged i been waiting on a new card since last week ..i spoke to heidi she’s tell me she can’t help me this month ..mind you i need it till the 28th when my new card will come so they threaten to remove what i have ..like they are rude and they don’t even give people at least 24-48 hrs or a couple days to pay same day payments they running down people are at work and so on they give no time worst place ever ..they need to learn how to communicate because that’s the key to keeping customers and it’s not working

The delivery team does not know how to build the furniture properly, they get frustrated super fast and want to leave the job halfway done. The manager Tito is also unprofessional and a liar. The only good employees here are Scarlet and Nelson. After I pay off my bed, I will never do business with Rent Center ever again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! No communication between the boss and his employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
