After losing EVERYTHING we owned in a local storage facility, I was under pressure to grab in-stock items quickly for my family. Cash purchased about $2000 of furniture and rented about $4000 while waiting on Insurance to pay. I didn’t read any reviews but this was the only location after six calls that could help in a pinch. What a nightmare dealing with Becca (manager) is. It’s possible that she has mental health issues; she lied several times, twisted my words, and became very defensive after the Staff took my own tools by accident. Simple mistake that was never rectified. They called me only when I was literally unavailable. And once I returned their call, they would put me on hold until they came back to the phone to say they’re closing. If anyone had trained the managers to deal respectfully and honestly with customers that SUCCESSFULLY pay off ALL past rentals/purchases, I wouldn’t have told them to come and pick everything up! I don’t need the drama or foolishness and certainly not from a business where I’m spending my hard earned money. Not worth it. Becca needs to be removed from that position. There’s no excuse.

When they are selling items, they are very pleasant, however I decided to return an item. I spoke with the district manager about it and we were fine. I’m not sure who the guy who calls you about your payments name is but he legit is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He called I told him what was going on and he hung up because I told him, I was going to return the item.

I should have read these reviews before using this location. I cant agree enough that the manager Becca is very disrespectful. She tried to charge me for a payment before the due date was even up, and then threatened to make my payment more if I didnt pay the full amount she was demanding that day. I told her several times I would be back on the due date to make that payment. She made one lie up after another, Ive placed a call to the corporate office and am waiting for a call from the district manager. Ive completed 2 contracts with them and I am 10 payments from finishing my last contract. I will never ever ever do business with them again.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL !!!! Becca the manager needs to learn some respect. Laughing at me over the phone and refunding my payment that I have made. I would not recommend renting from here! Nothing but disrespect!

Manager is disrespectful I would never rent from them again Becca is a highly rude person that makes lies up for no reason so no one can rent there I would highly recommend everyone to stay away cohoes is way better

Dont deal with this spot they are lazy as hell and they say they will call u back and never do they say they are gonna have your items the next day and then they dont so lazy i feel bad for the next person that chooses this location
