Rooms very comfortable. Beds gave a great nights sleep. Having a full kitchen very helpful. We had the 2 bedroom suite, 2nd bathroom handy for our group of 4 people. Every amenity well done, very friendly staff. Couldnt pick a better location, close to highways (but still quiet) and many nearby dining options.
I had a great stay. The hotel was extremely clean and the hallways smelled so clean and fresh. I love staying at The Residence Inns because I always know what to expect. Clean rooms, kitchens full of dishes, silverware, containers, coffee makers etc. This visit in particular was awesome. I had initially selected a top floor room, and while driving there I called the front desk. I spoke to a nice man (I forget his name, possibly Robert?) but he was so great. I asked if there was a room further away from the elevators and he happily and quickly changed my room to a nice room down the end of a hallway which was perfect. Although I noticed that I need not have worried, as the hotel was very quiet everywhere. I loved the table out back and the extra parking. Check in and out was super easy, especially with the Bonvoy App. I was even able to use my phone as a remote for the tv and doors. The housekeepers were so friendly when I saw them in the hallways, and the guests equally as friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, updated place to stay. It’s like a condo, I love having a separate bedroom and large closet and vanity area. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
This place is always clean and comfortable. Whether for short stay or for weeks at a time I always get great service. They have friendly and accommodating staff and easy access with the mobile key. Its also conveniently located near many great restaurants, fast food option and other conveniences, close to many industrial parks and Mc Arthur airport. Ive been to most hotels in the area over the years and this one for me is the most modern and convenient with the best price. Only thing missing is a King bed option for those who need the extra sleep space.
Hotel rooms need to be updated and are not very clean. Housekeeping does a poor job and with covid I would expect far better housekeeping protocols. Front desk is understaffed. I wound up having to make requests through the app because nobody answers the phone. They do call back when they miss your call but by then I had already messaged through the app both times I called. Mattresses need to be updated. The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living area felt dirty. The carpeting is dirty. There wasn’t a chair to sit in the living room just the dirty couch without any pillows. The rates they are charging are insane for the quality of the rooms. The only good thing is the location and the breakfast is ok.
We have stayed at this particular hotel twice now and will definitely return when visiting family in the area. Both times (during COVID) we were treated well, made to feel welcome and had a great experience. Its nice to have a bigger space and the amenities of a suite hotel when staying away from home.
When booking three rooms for a wedding out of state the first thing we looked for was a hotel that served a hot breakfast. We were a party of 7. The website states a HOT breakfast, however, due to covid no breakfast was served. We received a grab n go. It was horrible. We had to go to a local restaurant every morning for a hot breakfast and coffee. Also, our rooms were not cleaned the entire stay. Not your typical Marriott.
Our flight was rescheduled for a day later and I needed to book a place for our extra day near family. This Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge was a very convenient location and very comfortable for our family of 4. The very kind and friendly individual who assisted in check in and check out made it so much more pleasant, I really enjoyed interacting with her!! Unfortunately, there was another front desk staff that was there outside of her hours. She assisted in what was requested, but it sounded like I was bothering her and she wasnt very responsive. My son in law approached her and even though he wasnt staying, she initiated the conversation by telling him youre not a guest here, making him feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way she talked to people was very indignant and a huge contrast to the initial front desk agent. Its amazing how one person could make your day and the other can just change that around! She was just unnecessarily unfriendly and seemed to make it a goal to make others feel how much they were inconveniencing her
I look at the Residence Inn hotel “apartment” and think “this is all I need in a house!”. Kitchen, Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom ! Add to that free breakfast and a clean quiet hotel with visually pleasing landscaping, and you can bet that I will be back again and again … ! Great Job, Residence Inn !
Many things wrong with the hotel (key system out of service, room / hotel not clean, gym equipment in poor working condition, breakfast bar food quality wasnt great), though the staff was great in handling these situations as well as they could. Given the long year behind us, I felt as if the hotel was just waking up after a long slumber and probably needed some more time to become operational, but frankly my other half wont let me stay here again.
I have been staying here for multiple nights for the last few years and it is getting worse. My latest, current trip prompted this review. Kitchenette floor was sticky, no dish soap, 2 towel sets for a week, the sofa cushions are litterally ripped, my room smells like Indian food and vomit, apparently they downgraded their TV size since last I was here to 32, and every morning I wake up with a sore throat...most likely from the black air (that has stained the ceiling by the vents), no strainers in the kitchen sink, broken non attached strainer in the shower, and the toilet seat tries to fly out from under you when you sit down. But at least I have room to stretch out.. ..next trip i will definitely book elsewhere.
If you are ever stuck in Long Island, this hotel is the way to go. The room has a little kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The staff here is wonderful and really accommodating. There is a coin laundry and gym onsite. Only bad thing is that the pool is closed due to covid restrictions and the breakfast is to go prepackaged for the same reason.
Well-maintained, clean property in a convenient and quiet location with helpful, friendly staff throughput our stay. Good variety offered at breakfast and kept replenished and fresh. Internet was reliable but not consistently fast even with the upgraded service. Sound insulation of rooms is excellent. Property is pet-friendly as advertised with the hefty fee, however, a few irresponsible guests don’t pick up after their pets and the hotel leaves it as well, so walking outside is a bit of a mine field around the rear parking area.
Overall keeping it short even on a short stay I’ll be choosing residence! Best hotel I ever stayed at! Staff should be paid $30 an hour because there all worth it they are more then excellent! Never met such a polite staff or as sufficient in my life !!! Great job guys thank you for making my stay pleasant !
I stayed with my two kids and our 2 cats. The staff was very pleasant. It was quiet at night and despite the presence of animals, you did not smell, nor hear them. Some guests were extended stays like myself and we were greeted warmly every morning. Even the room attendants were friendly. I enjoyed my stay and my kids wanted to go back😄.
The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Staff, in general, was quite helpful. My assigned room was clean and comfortable; I got a good nights sleep. The physical layout of the hotel was a bit problematic: finding the elevator was like walking through a large maze.
My family and I stayed one night and it was very quiet and relaxing. We absolutely loved the place. The hotel is clean and the staff is very pleasant. I gave one less star because the breakfast was lacking. We love the new update on accessing the room and gym with the card. We also love that we can log into Netflix with our account on the tv.We will definitely stay again.
I stayed in the two bedroom suite which had a kitchen with full sized appliances, utensils, dish soap and paper towels. This allowed us to buy groceries and cook as we would at home. Each room has its own bathroom which had a tea tree type shampoo and conditioner and nice smelling bath wash. Beds were supper comfortable. And the staff were great. Please note that some tenants actually live there for up to a year so be respectful of that when you have unruly/loud guests. The staff did warn us nicely despite the rudeness of one of our guests. I would definitely go back, just with different people.
The family had a wonderful trip to Long Island Hauppauge, the stay at the Residence Inn made it feel like home. We were able to bring our 1 year old puppy with plenty of space for all of us. I was impressed with the breakfast it had something for everyone healthy granola cereal, fresh fruit to sauages and scrambled eggs, decaf coffee was great and all the food was hot. My daughter enjoyed her own room with the comfy queen bed 2 large bathrooms. I couldn’t ask for more , it was very well decorated as well. I would stay again and recommend to all. Nice job!!!
We were really disappointed to see that the jacuzzi(advertised in their website) was bricked over. It was a major reason why we stayed there. The pool also had only tiny towels in the area, which sucked because we had not thought to bring down larger towels. It was a little dirty. Other than that it wasnt bad. The bed was relatively comfy and the room was large. We got late check out thought and werent told the keys usually shut themselves off at the normal check out time, so I had to run back to the desk and get our key reactivated and then run back(we were basically on the opposite side as the desk and pool).
This is an excellent place to stay. Staff is genuinely friendly. I have stayed here a number of times and each time I am greeted with a smile. My room has always been ready for me and it is clean. In the evening they have security in the parking lot, which makes me feel secure when I go out and come back in late. The exterior and interior of the hotel is clean. They have a breakfast with egg whites! Everything is pretty good food. And always being stocked. They have a mixer on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Snack type food, beer and wine. I have not seen such an attentive group of people who work in sync with each other to make my stay so pleasant. This is a friendly, clean and safe place. This is where I stay when I am in this area.
I travel around the country for business and family travel and try very hard to take things in stride and not be a Marriott snob but this hotel needs a makeover badly. The common areas, lobby, hallways, elevators appear fine. Our room one bedroom suite near the elevator/laundry room was terrible. The bathroom was years beyond its replacement cycle (I would bet all the bathrooms are original to this hotel).Main issues:Bathroom door did not fit the frame which caused a gap on the jamb side of the door large enough to look through. Strange considering the doors are stock sizes not custom. Tub and tub surround should have been replaced years ago along with the old fixtures. The drain was slow so even a short shower ended up with a bath for your feet. Large gap where drain side met the wall. Final straw was a long piece of black hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling by the doorway. The mattress was beyond its lifecycle but they apparently put mattress covers on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable but that just created this weird marshmallow effect. Two of the four nights we were kept awake by guests doing laundry after 10 pm because the washing machines are on the other side of the wall of where you lay your head in the bedroom.Staff was professional but I would have never throughly this was a Marriott property based on our stay.
We stayed at this hotel over the past weekend for a family trip to Long Island/Port Jefferson. We needed a room with a pull out sofa and door that closed between the two rooms. We got exactly what we requested. The sheets to the pull out sofa were in a zipped up plastic storage bag in the closet. I was very impressed with the sheets – there were so crisp, they looked like they had been ironed. The hotel was immaculate throughout. The breakfast the next morning as very good. Coffee was on and ready by 5:30 AM. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Everything about this place far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!
The staff is beyond friendly, that was my first experience and a very lasting experience, especially Joe at the front desk. The hotel itself is very home like, the rooms are a little small, but quient and cozy. The pool and hot tub area is fun and gets the job done. The gym is a little small, but I was thankful there was one. The morning complementary breakfast was delicious, great selection and awesome waffles. Once again, the staff was beyond helpful and personable, Joe at the front could not be any friendlier or helpful, great job Marriott!
Beautiful clean property. I just had a bad experience with the front desk worker. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes before the employee came back and I could enter the building to begin check in soon checking in the worker had a bad attitude. After all of that I decided I wasn’t going to be staying on the property and was refunded.
It has been a pleasure staying at The Residence Inn, Marriott. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. The suite is large and has plenty of storage for clothes and office supplies. The kitchen is also large, updated and fully equipped to stay in and cook a meal. Weve enjoyed having the Monday - Wednesday mixers where weve met wonderful people who have turned into friends. Every morning we look forward to grabbing a breakfast downstairs before starting our day. We have loved staying here in the interim of finding our forever home!
The location is convenient, only a few miles from the Long Island Expressway and the Long Island Railroad. The staff is excellent and friendly. Fireplaces in some rooms are a nice touch. The place is clean and well kept up. Ive stayed there at least 5 times for a week at a time over the past year. Breakfasts are good, and hearty: not just Continental. The mixers three nights a week are well done, with reasonable snacks verging sometimes on meals. Wine and beer flows.
This hotel is one of the nicest places Ive ever stayed. The staff is professional and friendly. I cant rave enough about them. They put their own personal touch to make your stay pleasant. The evening mixers have good snacks - the best was the waffles and ice cream! Clean..there is always someone maintaining and cleaning the place. My room was comfortable, clean and stocked with what I needed. The grounds are well maintained. Glad I came. I have booked here again.
Clean and comfortable suites with an indoor pool and fitness center. Very accommodating for larger groups such as wedding parties. Suites come equipped with full size sink, refrigerator, microwave, and stove as well as couch and desk. Convenient to several expressways. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I needed to be in the area for a family event and stayed at the Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge /Islandia. It was close by to where I needed to be and yet since I had free time was a perfect location for me to entertain myself with shopping and dining options. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the room amenities were very convenient. Complimentary breakfast was a great start with many options for varying diet choices. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating to your needs and if you needed assistance they were more than happy to help. All in all a great experience for me but I had no doubt since it is a Marriott and you can always expect a quality stay at a Marriott property. They certainly lived up to the reputation,
We always have our family and friends stay here. There are nice seating areas and BBQ facilities to hangout at the hotel. Complimentary breakfast for those that like a little something early in the morning. The usual Marriott breakfast. The staff is very nice and accommodating.Tip: if paying for the room for your guested be sure to remind the front desk not to slip the invoice under the door.
The staff was very friendly. The complementary breakfast was very delicious (try the spicy Andouille sausage). However, the pool was way too cold for everyone. We also had issues finding and controlling the thermostat in our room. But once we did the room was comfortable. The other annoying thing we found was that the bathroom sink is actually outside the bathroom. However the breakfast was very pleasant, the coffee was good, and the staff were very friendly.
Not a great experience. Horrible set up, long walk to lobby from any room. The 24 hour convenience store is so dinky it seems ashamed. Similar to one shelf out of some random 7/11. The room is a whole other experience. Seemed clean, but can never tell how clean main complaint is the bathroom. Loose toilet seat, like being at Sea and the only light is connected to THE LOUDEST BATHROOM FAN you have ever heard. As a Marriott guest rewards member I am promised upgrades when available. We were with a wedding party that booked a lot of rooms, and many of the other guests got nicer rooms. It was like being the poor cousin. Front desk staff needs help, and the reception area looks like an abandoned Kinkos station. Not the best, by far.
This hotel was not only immaculate, but an ideal location for our visit. All the staff was extremely courteous and Carolyn was immensenly helpful with a special need. The evening social was delightful and the breakfast plentiful for a buffet with fresh fruit and enough choices. I loved the fresh strawberries and blueberries for the delicous homemade waffle! Hubby loved the hardboiled eggs too! The unit was spacious and comfortable! Thank you and we will return!
Excellent. Would highly recommend. The two bedroom suites were perfect for the wedding party to get ready in. It rained on our daughter’s wedding day and the hotel let us do the “first look” right in the lobby. Everyone was so accommodating!! Staff was fabulous and went above and beyond.
When I arrived I was greeted at the front desk in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Since I arrived and until today, every single associate (from the front desk, to the maids and individuals that work in the kitchen) were always smiling and prompt to help with any need. I cant remember the name of the associate that checked me in but she was really wonderful, Valerie was great as well... but, even though I dont know their names, every single associate I was in contact with has been a real pleasure to interact with. My room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the internet speed is very good. My room is quiet and the kitchen has everything I need to take care of my meals. All of this for an affordable price!
Very clean and friendly I love it the only thing I’m unhappy with the internet the wifi in the middle of my children watching their learning shows the wifi keeps goin if I’m my laptop doin work the wifi drops or won’t connect that’s literally my only problem other then that it’s a very lovely place!!! ❤️ o yea the breakfasts Sucks my kids don’t even eat it 🤷🏾♀️
Location good as midway point from city to LI aquarium. Rooms a bit dated, but bed and sheets were very comfy. Excellent service, staff always looking to be helpful. Complimentary Monday evening snacks and drinks great feature, didnt have to leave hotel. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were stale, but waffles and coffee cake delicious. When staff found out we had trouble with one device on the paid internet upgrade he refunded the fee. Exceptional customer service! Would stay again definitely.
What a excellent facility. Clean, the staff is exceptional, room was amazing, plenty of towels and the sofa bed was comfortable (I was not expecting that). It was just a little overnight treat for my grandchildren who simply loved the pool. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to feel right at home.
Fantastic hotel, best in the area. I stayed in a studio room (standard), it had a full kitchen and a office desk/ living room area. The hotel is clean and well kept. All the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly including the cleaning staff. Everyone will go out of their way to help you. The pool is adequate size and the fitness center was clean and well equipped. They have a great breakfast in the morning and there are a lot of restaurants near by.
My best friend was getting married and booked two suites; one for the bride and her party to get ready in, and one for the groom and his men. We had an informal get together there the afternoon prior for everyone to meet. On both days, the staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The rooms were large and very nice, and the whole facility was in good shape. I would definitely recommend it for a stay or informal gathering.
We found the room comfortable, The amenities in the room unexpected. The breakfast was very nice however we did have to rush down to get it before 9am. When you were up late attending a function early rise is not appealing. We were not aware of the closing time and made it down to breakfast 10 min before clean-up. The staff was not very happy and a little grumpy that we were in their way. The wedding party was large and rushed down. Despite that issue our stay was pleasant.
Nice clean and well maintained property, recently updated and well managed with courteous, professional and helpful front office staff, Similarly, housekeeping was helpful, courteous and thorough. Only criticism- coffee was available in the lobby ONLY DURING BREAKFAST! I love the 24/7 availability of coffee in the other extended stay Marriott properties and really missed it here!
My boyfriend and I had the best experience. The rooms were the perfect size and beautiful, I didnt wanted to leave! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the environment was beautiful and quiet. I wish I was able to stay longer than one night to experience the pool because it looked very enjoyable. Cant wait to visit again!
The suite was very nice, attractive and clean. The added bonus of a full kitchen made our stay away from home a pleasant one. The bed was very comfortable too. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It made for a lovely start to the morning. One small suggestion. I think you could use a larger sign in front of your establishment. We passed it twice in search of your hotel.
This is a clean, comfortable hotel that is centrally located. When we checked in, the women at the desk were exceptional. The morning attendant, not so much.It is a Residence Inn, so the layout is spread out. The elevators are not convenient to the layout, but the stairs are located in the absence of an elevator. Though, when you are carrying heavy luggage, that might not be an option.I walked by the breakfast, and my daughter grabbed some food to go. The breakfast is comparable to every other hotel that has a complimentary breakfast. Ok on the fly, but nothing special.I do a LOT of traveling for work, have also stayed at other Residence Inns, and NEVER have had an issue with my tax exempt form being sent after my stay to adjust for the tax. This time, I was running out, and was carrying all of my luggage. I asked the attendee if i could send it in when i got back to the office, she said no problem. Except it was a problem. I called the hotel when I got back to ask for an email to send it to, she told me they cant accept it. I spoke to a manager, who then told me the same thing. I wound up having to argue for it, then he finally said ok. I emailed it from my work email, specifically requesting he email it back to the same address. He didnt. He sent it to my personal email that was attached to my Marriott rewards, which I dont check very often. After a few days, i again emailed him for a copy of the updated bill from my work email. He did not respond to me at all. Eventually i looked in my personal email for something else, and came across a bill that showed (what I think is) the tax being removed, but it didnt have any details of the stay, or the total for the room. He was rude, caused an unnecessary hassle, refused to communicate properly, and shouldnt be a manager of a hotel or a McDonalds. Disappointed, and wont be back to this location. Thankfully, i have had great experiences at my other Marriott, and Residence Inn stays which i will be happy to give my business, and my offices business to.Not recommended.Three stars for the hotel itself, zero stars for the customer service.
This hotel has the highest standards. It has the friendliest most professional staff. It is kept clean and well maintained both inside and outside. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of food and everything is kept clean and well supplied. I have been staying here every year for the past three years and have always had only 100% positive experiences.
Recently stayed at the Hauppaug/Islandia Residence Inn while at the US Open Golftournament. Room was tidy. Beds looked beautiful and were comfy. Staff was welcoming upon arrival. Complimentary cold and hot breakfast options were sufficient, but not over the top. Lovely place to stay.
The Islandia Marriott Residence Inn is perfect. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. The rooms are immaculate. The housekeeping is very efficient and keeps the room and bathroom neat and spotless. The hot breakfast is delicious and more than ample. We were very impressed by both the quality of the food as well as the selection that was available. We have been regulars at Marriott Residence Inns for several years and would not think of staying anywhere else. The rates are very reasonable when you think of all the amenities they provide. The Islandia Residence Inn is centrally located right off the Long Island Expressway and 10 minutes from Islip MacArthur Airport. If you try it you will like it.
My wife and I along with our dog, drove up from Suffolk, VA to visit my sister in Lake Ronkonkoma for New Years Eve/Day. this was our first stay at a Residence Inn. I thought I booked this hotel at the location near Lake Ronkonkoma. But now seeing this location, I like the fact that its away from the LIE (Quieter) instead of the other location being right next to the LIE. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a room with a Fire Place which I did not know they had. The room with the fire place made it look very homely; especially since the weather was bitter cold and we had our dog with us. We loved the room and our dog Aki (Standard Schnauzer), did too. She was very comfortable on the bed but we kept her in her kennel at night. Breakfast was good, too bad they did have more food items. We did not get to enjoy the social hour on new years eve and day because we were at our families home but maybe next time in the future. We will definitely book this hotel again if the price is right. Thank you for your hospitality.
It is a very nice place stay with family. The suite room has a king size bed and living room has a sofa bed. They also have a full size kitchen with all kitchen staff including cooking ware and dishes as well as knife and cut board. There is a yard very clean is good for picnic. Inside pool and fitness room also very nice. Breakfast is very nice too. Landry room is located in second floor. Driving to Jones beach is about 30min. Everything is good!
Was a decent stay but probably will not stay here again. My husband noticed an odor when we walked in and couldnt place what it was until we heard dogs barking. I love dogs but I dont want them at my hotel. They should make that fact clearly visible to folks when booking. And they werent tiny dogs, one lady had 2 very large dogs go into her room with her. And in the morning what woke us up were the dogs barking. Loudly. I realized people may have to travel with pets but certain rooms should be pet free bc the smell lingers. Especially if you dont have pets, its very noticeable. Room was ok, dated and small but seemed clean enough.
Im not one to really write a review or give 5 stars on the workers of a hotel over what really matters the room. But this place is different, hands down the best and friendliest staff ive ever seen at a hotel. 5 Stars for the workers here! The hotel itself is ok, compared to most Marriotts its very old and needs some serious improvements. The pool however is super warm, and we loved the pool!
We loved our stay here! Incredibly friendly staff, super accommodating, family friendly, clean and comfortable, complementary breakfast was delicious! Loved elements like the awesome tea tree shampoo and conditioner in the shower, secure side entrances, great mini market of supplies available, easy access to highway, etc... will absolutely stay again or recommend to a friend!
The hotel is located in a nice, if somewhat deserted area. Rooms are overall clean, staff is very friendly, atmosphere is generally very good. The hotel exceeded my expectations, considering that much more expensive Marriott is in the vicinity. If you dont have much use for high end facilities (meeting rooms, lounges, etc.), but are mainly going to spend time in the room, or outside of the hotel, this is a good place to stay.
If you need a place with a kitchen, this is the place in the Smithtown area. Dated décor and dreadful breakfast, but upbeat staff and on-site laundry (helpful for longer stays). Also has a pool and fitness area. Nearby food offerings are pretty good (better to eat out and bring in food/have items delivered). Clean facility. Great parking in front and back. Close to LIE and other freeways. But do not eat the breakfast!
I dont want my criticism to reflect on the staff, who was wonderful and responsive. The room was comfortable. Television equipment and programming was poor. Bathroom was cramped. The walls are thin and the door has gaps, making the room quite noisy. Fitness room was fine, Breakfast was great. Hot tub was broken for nearly our entire four night stay. Marriott continues to place excessive credit card holds. Three of four nights were paid in points. There was no room service. No pay movies. No mini bar. No restaurant. The only possible incidents were items in the pantry and I dont see any quest spending hundreds of dollars on Snicker bar. Other hotel chains dont do this. Please stop, Marriott
Excellent place to stay. Lobby and public areas are very nice. The pool was closed the night we were there but it looked nice. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfy and smelled fresh. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was a nice variety to choose from. It was an excellent experience for us and we would certainly stay there again.
Was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff was. Really nice room and with the one bedroom suite it was like getting 2 hotel rooms for the price of one. Full sized fridge was also a nice bonus. Will definitely return here. the pullout bed mattress was bad -- the only down side of my stay.
The hotel is really nice n clean, the staff is extremely nice n they are all very helpful. The free breakfast had pretty much everything n anything you could want for breakfast. The only 2 complaints we had was the bed in our room was very very uncomfortable n the pool was absolutely freezing that the kids only went in it for not even a whole minute, which was really disappointing.
We just came home from a great 2 day stay in Long Island. The Residence Inn Long Island/Islanda was great. They have a very welcoming front desk staff. The rooms were perfect for us and very clean and a super comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had so many different choices both hot and cold. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
Could not have been more comfortable in our suite while visiting family over four days! Complimentary breakfast was very good; only suggestion would be to have available an extra hour: weekends and weekdays. Will certainly stay again when in the area! Best hotel experience we have had recently: clean and comfortable!!!
I am about to post my observations on Trip Advisor. Okay...it doesnt hurt that I stayed at Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge/Islandia on a complimentary anniversary voucher provided by my Marriott Reward card. That being said, the rooms, which are all suites, were immaculate. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, all had smiles and were more than pleasant and cordial. The complimentary breakfast was another major perk as was the complimentary morning newspaper. There are many fine restaurants in the local vicinity, and they are easily accessible. You may want to check the flush lever on the toilet in room 119, reason is: if you dont physically lift it, the water will continue to run. I should have mentioned it to your staff, but after such a delightful experience, I didnt want to complain about anything. The sole negative I can attest to, and mind you it has nothing to do with the hotel or its personnel...its our fellow guests who, even though there is a conspicuous cigarette butt collector, placed in the middle of the courtyard, there were copious stubbed out butts on the ground. How lazy and sloppy can they be to just fling their debris all over an area that is obviously well maintained? All in all we will recommend the Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge/Islandia as a local gem. Thank you!
The staff was helpful, accommodating, and made a special effort to make me feel welcome. Over my two week stay, I got to know the staff pretty well. There was a real sense of teamwork between the managers, front desk and galley staff. Yvonne made sure that all of the breakfast items stayed stocked and clean no matter how busy the traffic was. Ralph was always there with a genuine smile and a greeting.I would most definitely go out of my way to stay at this property again, and will highly recommend Residence Inn Hauppauge to all of my colleagues and friends.
The hotel is nicely situated and central to both the south and north shores. Its very quiet on the property and there is a nice area out back for doggies to do there business. Plenty of parking is available. Easy access to the major highways. Breakfast needs improvement. The suite was large and comfortable and the shopping option is a plus.
I had an awesome stay at this Residence Inn. It has new interiors and accommodations. The staff was excellent: very helpful, considerate and welcoming. The rooms had everything I needed plus more.Great location in the middle of Long Island. I highly recommend this hotel for short stays or long term visits. Very reasonably priced too for the accommodations . A real home run in the lodging game! Great Job to the team and Marriott!
We stayed at the Residence Inn Island to celebrate our 41st Anniversary. Check in with Hope was efficient. She asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told her it was our anniversary, and she sent us a bottle of wine. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was bountiful with a great variety. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.
The Staff at this hotel is excellent. Quick to answer any questions and very friendly. The Rooms were excellently maintained and complimentary breakfast was well stocked with fresh foods. They were very accommodating with our dog as well. Overall we had a great trip and stay.
I was in need of a place to work on a presentation. The Residence provided a perfect location just down the road. The suite design allowed me to take some quick food to heat up and stay focused. The only thing that we found [ my husband met me] was breakfast. The eggs and the rest of the hot food was just awful. Nothing worse than cold eggs and sausage! With no micro in the breakfast area I dumped two platefuls. Look great, but not eatable. But the rest fo the stay and the facilities was friendly and secure.Would return again...thanks
Very clean extremely nice staff. Great place to have my 2 dogs very pet friendly. Tje only thing i would chchange s to have there indoor pool heated more hot tub is warm bit pool is chilly for winter. They also provide a very nice breakfast and have theme mights on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday nights. I would highly recommend this Inn.
We had to go to Long Island to visit my niece for her birthday. It was a two day trip and one overnight. The reservation process was simple, and the check in process even easier. The room was very clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. No issues at all and we are glad we stayed at this hotel.
This Marriott has it all. Close to highways, great breakfast to start your day, accommodations are clean, large and comfortable.Anything you need just call the desk as they are fast and courteous.I usually consider the Residence branch of Marriott for business only trips , but this time it was a long family fun weekend and I am very glad I decided to stay here. Wonderful Breakfast to start the day and use the workout room. End the day with a dip in the pool before retiring. Jump in the bed with a game on your tablet and the TV on and just hear your body say aaaaahhhhhhhhh.
I enjoyed staying over at the Residence Inn in Hauppauge. The staff was generous enough to offer an upgrade to our room to a two bedroom suite since we requested an upper level floor and only a first floor room was available at our rate. We were quite pleased. The room was nicely cleaned and ready for arrival. The only thing I suggest to the hotel is to upgrade their kitchen amenities. They are out of date compared to most Residence Inns throughout the Northeast. Either than that, I enjoyed our stay. I will be returning when travelling through Long Island.
The staff was very friendly and did not seem top get annoyed when I called the front desk several times with questions. The suites are spacious and they even give you a complimentary bag of popcorn. Cute touch. The rooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable.
We had spent 12hrs in the car when we arrived at the Residence Inn. I had gotten turned around/lost and had to call for directions before hand and the gentleman was so nice and was great with giving me perfect directions. We arrived and check in was quick friendly and the room perfect! (Clean and comfortable) we only stayed one night but from check in to check out was great! Thank you!!!!
We had a great experience at the Happauge Marriott location. We were staying there as a part of wedding. The staff was very helpful and understanding in providing great service. Especially we are very grateful to the receptionist staff who offered help to our injured dog. They provided us with first aid kit and directions to the nearest vet center. Without them it would have been a much greater emergency. We will absolutely consider Marriott for our next step.
My family and I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott in Hauppage. It was clean, friendly and my family had a blast. $100 for a four legged family member to stay and free parking. The mixers on the M-W were fantastic. Overall a great place to stay for my family while I was at a Conference at Cold Spring Harbour.
Great location off 1-495 makes this hotel a nice place to stay in LI whether you are on business or looking to vacation on the island for a weekend. We used the hotel for a weekend stay and were able to visit friends in western LI as well as spend time in Fire Island to the south and travel out to the North Fork to the east. The hotel has alot of amenities.....indoor pool, gym, complementary hot breakfast. Plus our suite was beautifully decorated and contained a full kitchen (stove/microwave/kitchen appliances/dishwasher). Also enjoyed that the living room was completely segregated from the bedroomChecking in and out was also very easy. Only negative was that we had a very noisy bathroom fan which would wake up our infant at night.
As always the only place well stay when visiting on Long IslandAll the staff make you feel at homeThe cleaning staff is the bestWe werent here in 2 years and they recognized us and remembered where we were from. The breakfasts also are good.Just wish they had bacon everyday🤣
I stayed at this location for a total of 3 weeks and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the staff! They always had a friendly smile on their face and were always so accommodating! Being away from my family for so long was made easier thanks to the incredible customer service of the staff here!
Patrick which is the man helps you with bringing in your belongings and things along with any other help you may need is absolutely amazing. He is a true sweetheart and even went out of his way to help my daughter and I bring our stuff in while he was on break. He answers his calls right away if asked to bring something to someones room and he does this with a smile on his face and complete and total respect. I have had some very very very bad stays at the Marriott and the people this time including nikkie, and valerie along with the cleanliness of our room and the pool was so warm it was amazing. My daughter and I are locals but we had an unfortunate event that brought us to have to stay a night at this hotel and the warm welcome from nikkie and the next day the hug from valerie was extremely sweet and very much needed..... if it werent for them we would never come back to another Marriott again because this was our LAST AND I MEAN TIME WE WERE GOING TO GIVE IT A TRY and they redeemed it......we will never stay at a different location due to all of our bad experiences but we will without a doubt be back to stay here we just hope they remain there lolThank you so much for making a really bad time a happy one for my daughter....Michelle Lynch
The Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge is an outstanding Facility with a caring staff with an atmosphere of welcome. My stay there was made comfortable and welcoming.. The room was clean, staff was the best and facilities were quiet, comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel is a gem in the area. Convenient to most locations in Suffolk County and beyond. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfasts and social hour. Rooms are like a little apartment with two TVs, microwave, full size fridge, dishes, utensils, stove and dishwasher. Great Value!
While the staff was great, this hotel needs an upgrade. The hallway carpets are awful...stained and old. Also, they offer no rooms that have been pet-free. Because my son has severe pet allergies, we cannot stay here again. Every hotel should have at least a few rooms that are pet-free. Also the hot tub was out of service.
As a platinum preferred guest, I am eligible for preferential upgrades. When I asked the girl at the desk if any were available, she rolled her eyes and said there were none. She did not even pause to check. Honestly, there may not have been any other rooms available, perhaps the whole hotel was booked - but she should never make me feel like she was just blowing me off. Also when I asked for 4 room keys she did the eye roll thing again. Yikes! Other than that, the hotel is very clean, but my room was missing a few minor items like knives in the kitchenette and conditioner in the dispenser. There was a maintenance issue with a leak in the hallway and while it was fixed, there was a scent that lingered.
Thank you for all you & you’re staff have done! What with the weather, we did have to stay on an extra two days & your staff was most accommodating The entire experience during our stay was most pleasant, quiet and peaceful which is a total opposite of our stay at a competitors of yours in Melville, NY this past August. I can say without a doubt that on our next stay in the NY area I will be looking for this particular Marriott!
We were able to check in late on a Wednesday before Thanksgiving, get up early Thanksgiving Day, have a little breakfast and run the Nissequoge River Turkey Trot. The staff allowed us some extended time to get showered up and leave for our family Thanksgiving Dinner in Smithtown. So grateful for that extra hour. We have been staying there the last 4 or 5 years. We always look forward to our stay there.
Ive stayed at the Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge/Islandia multiple times in 2015 for nearly two weeks at a time. The rooms are consistently clean and the extended stay amenities are nice (frig, micro, dishwasher, laundry, etc.). Having hot items on the breakfast buffet is nice, and the selection of items is good. The staff at this hotel is fantastic, friendly and very helpful. I think they are planning to update the interior soon, which would help give the place a refreshed appearance.
I had a good stay but not a great one. The mattress was dated and offered little to no support. After third day, I checked-out due to lower back pain. I did not report the discomfort of the bed b/c the staff is so polite and accommodating. Besides, what are they going to do? Bring in a new mattress? I will give the Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge/Islandia one more chance, but if new room has same dated and uncomfortable bed, I will be checking out same-day. Lastly, the High School Marching Band football field, directly across from the Hotel, had practice till 9pm a couple nights during my stay. After after two hours of drumming, I was pulling my hair out.
This Marriott property offers an individual or family a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly; knowledgeable and at all times professional in their manner and dress. Though not a full service Marriott property this one offers you a very relaxing and laid back experience. When traveling for business and/or to see friends in the immediate area I always make this property a must to stay at. Locally there are a number of fine restaurants to dine at and the property is close to major arteries.
My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks on business with pets. Service is very attentive at the hotel, though the housekeeping could be more thorough--we found several blond hairs on the carpet in our room. The breakfasts have very good variety, about 5 or 6 different meals. The biscuits are very good. We didnt go to a lot of the Manager Receptions, but the food was good, especially the vegetarian lasagna. Our only complaint (and tip to travelers) was our 10-year-old AC went out while we were there. It took nearly all day to find a good solution. First, they offered a portable unit. While fine for a weekend, not suitable to live with for a few weeks. We then got a room with an updated A/C unit, which worked wonders. Moving half way through our stay was a pain, but worth it...otherwise the broken A/C room never got below 74 degrees. Be sure to get a room with an updated A/C or a portable in the summer. The hotel fills up quick on weekends, but still remains fairly quiet.Good fitness room with 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical, weights and a weight bench. The pool was closed a few days after Memorial Day because they had to shock it, which was a minor inconvenience. As far as pets go, theres a nice pet area out back (I wish they would fence those in so we could let our pets off their leashes) and a decent walk down the road, if you dont mind all the Veterans Memorial traffic. The rooms were recently updated, which was a mixed bag...furniture was nice and so was the decor, but seemed a little hastily done. No oven.Even at the long-term stay rate (1 bedroom) of $159, this place seemed a little pricey, and the normal rate of $189 is way too much to pay.Requests were handled professionally, and the head housekeeping guy (looks like the late Uncle Sal from Jimmy Kimmel) was very friendly, as well as Alicia at the front desk.Hotel is minutes from the LIRR (Central Islip). Prob about an hour to drive to the city and an hour on the LIRR (Penn Station). A few restaurants and grocery nearby. The Waldbaums was pretty dirty, so go down to the Shop Rite. Takara Japanese Restaurant offers some great sushi!Overall, would stay here again and recommend for guests with pets.
We flew in from California - were greeted at the NY airport by a not so wonderful car rental experience - had to drive at night in an unfamiliar area that had snow on the ground, so It was so very refreshing to be greeted very warmly at check in. That set the tone for our stay - everyone was super welcoming and helpful - even answering questions about driving in the snow!! We experienced 3 storms while we were there. Staff goes up and beyond with their friendliness.
This Marriott Residence Inn location is located in Hauppauge Long Island right off of 495. Its a cozy hotel with excellent service. Its not a newer residence inn however if your looking for a place to stay while visiting the area or just need a weekend getaway, this hotel is perfect.
Beds are not as described on the website. Sofa bed is only a full size, not queen. No ice in the rooms when you first arrive or on the floors. Ice should have been immediately available in the rooms refrige. Not enough towels in the room. TV is not viewable from either the bed or sofa. Only from the kitchen table.Staff is especially friendly and professional. Good location. I might go back but only when not needing the sofa bed and knowing the short comings, I would be better prepared.
I had two suits, one, one bedroom with one dog and the other, with two bedrooms three people and two dogsThe second suite with two rooms also had an art table and easels set up as well as a video editing office and as if that wasn’t enough we had four guitars and amps and video equipment since we have a few business all run from our home that now needed to have a place to run while we’re out of the home. This stay was incredible we lived in the hotel for an entire year and while our world outside the hotel was upside down inside it was made easy and fun The hotel has a pool and a gym as well as an outdoor BBQ hang out, the staff at the front desk were on 24/7 for any of our frivolous needs and there were a few I’m sure.My son had to catch a school bus from here it took him an hour and a half before he had to be in school and anytime he was not down stairs for the bus the staff would call to make sure he was coming down they didn’t have to do this but again it was something that set them apart Breakfast is served here and the morning breakfast was always well maintained clean and fresh and for those days we slept in we enjoyed cooking in our room one room had a full Kitchen that they stocked with utensils and other cookware we had a stove top and an oven dishwasher microwave toaster etc the second room a little smaller had a small stove top dishwasher microwave so we were able to cook dinner on most nights.Monday Tuesday and Wednesday nights were mixer nights the hotel would offer a happy hour with wine soft drinks and snacks All of the ladies that cleaned were all friendly loved sharing stories and always came with extra loving for my three dogs oh did I mention the hotels pet friendly All of the rooms were very clean and were well maintained by the staff and the three or four times in the year that we lived there that we needed maintenance they too were awesome and quick. oh, by the way they showed up immediately unlike the contractors working on my house I could go on but I will end with this I have travelled all over the country and even to some countries out of the US and I have stayed in four star hotels here and around the world and still you can not beat the staff working here they make the experience beyond a pleasure my only wish is that the decore needs a little updating and I wish they had a party room but it’s clean and the facilities are clean and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful one of the best hotel stays by
The decor and upkeep is great. Bathrooms are mildly outdated in terms of the bath itself. Only complaint about the stay was the ability to hear when neighbors flushed their toilets (ok assuming was the loud whooshing noise I heard; it sounded like a small pipe burst and lasted about 10 seconds) which was so loud that it woke me up at midnight and 3am.
The Residence Inn Hauppauge exceeds expectations of a moderate hotel in every way. When you are greeted by friendly staff, enter a hotel room that has everything you need and is super clean & comfortable and have extra amenities such as fitness center pool & wonderful breakfast you feel comfortable & happy! Was a great stay!
Furniture is old, worn out. Sleeper sofa was not usable. No cushion was left. The couch was indented in the middle where it was worn out. The bedding was not comfortable. Furniture needs to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were dirty. Breakfast was disappointing. My fresh fruit strawberries were clearly over ripe. Not the quality you expect from a Marriott.
Modern hotel kept clean and in good repair. While the scrambled eggs are nothing to write home able, the other offerings included waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, pasteries, bread, bagles, English muffins and breakfast meats. Front desk personnel were friendly. The evening social hour with a hot and cold munchies and beverages was a real plus.
We stay always at the Residence Inn Hauppauge/Islandia when we visit on Long Island. The facility is fine, with an indoor pool, good food and ambiance, wonderful rooms, and the bestest on-site manager anywhere: Carolyn!! Great location for travel. Interesting restaurants nearby. Clean, well-kept, with an inviting atmosphere. We feel at home, our home away from home. Come-on-a-my-house!
The Hauppauge Marriott Residence Inn is the perfect place to stay on the island. Easy access, neat, modern and comfortable rooms with kitchens offer the option of preparing your own meals or simply enjoy the complimentary mixer meals offered most nights. Breakfast is included. As always is the case with Marriott properties, the staff is great!
My family and I have stayed at the Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge a few times because the location is perfect, staff is always friendly and helpful, and the hotel is always clean. We also enjoy the selection offered by the free continental breakfast. Great hotel and great value.
I recently stayed at the Hauppauge residence Inn and thinking Id only be there for just a couple of months. My stay ended up being extended to 10 months almost a year. During my stay the staff at the residence and made me feel like I was home. They became like family and I looked forward to seeing them everyday. I cant say enough about the staff, I plan on stopping i for time to time just to say hi. Thanks for everything!
I chose this hotel because of its 4 star rating. It was actually the first time the star rating matched the hotel. It was comfortable, clean and had a friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was of great quality and quanity. Will definitely brag about this hotel.
Ive used residents inn up and down the east coast during my working years, this Marriott in Happague sits right at the top of my list. My family and I were attending a very large family event, Christmas Eve, nearby and needed a place to stay overnight. I picked the Marriott because of past experience and we were not disappointed. A first class hotel from a first class organization.
I generally like this hotel, but Id love to see the TV system improved, and newer crosstrainer/treadmill in gym.Earlier in this work trip I stayed for a week at a Hilton in another city. It had a similar number of channels, but the looked so much better - all widescreen digital channels, most were high definition. It was a much nicer TV viewing experience. Their gym also featured crosstrainers/treadmills with the same TV channels available, in glorious HD. I wish the Marriott Residence Inn Hauppauge had a similar TV setup. Instead, it has three local channels in digital widescreen (plus some others that were cutting out, so not watchable), and the rest were old-school analog channels stretched out of shape and fuzzy etc.
Having already written about my displeasure regarding certain hotel features, I ask you to read previous material.I have used my own WD-40 to make the door work better.I have found a screw in my basement hardware assortment to replace the missing screw in the desk drawer, the desk at which I sit frequently to use my laptop.
Valerie at the front desk was very welcoming, and provided a nice little surprise for my special weekend, after a very trying week... the breakfast was good with many options to choose from... the pool temperature was like bath water... the queen suite with mini kitchen was very nice, anything you needed, was already provided.... the only complaint that I have, was a small stain on the carpet in the bedroom, thats why I rated 4 star, other than that, thumbs way up 🖒💯
The Hauppauge residence Inn. Is the best hotel on long Island especially for stays more than a day or two. The facility is clean and recently refurbished. The staff is always pleasant and when you factor in the free breakfast and the kitchen in your room the price is great.
The Residence Inn is an excellent place to stay if you are travelling and want to feel like you are at home, rather than some big hotel. There is no bar or restaurant, but food and drinks are available. When travelling alone, I find the studio apartment feel of the Residence Inn to be much more comfortable and relaxing.
Everything was great except for the woman in room 202 who was on the phone yelling at her husband/boyfriend from 3:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. non-stop yelling and cursing. I did not call the front desk because my friend felt bad for the woman and that she was probably having the worst night of her life. She kept me up all night with her screaming.
I stay at this location each time I am in LI - which has been weekly since January. The staff is always friendly, accomodating and willing to help in any way they can. I have met several people during this social mix and it is a great atmosphere after working all day.
We recently stayed at this location for a baseball camp in Medford. We also wanted to go into NYC for a college visit. This location was very convenient. It was the perfect distance for events in the local area as well as for trips into the city and also a trip to the Hamptons.

2022-04-12We were upgraded to a spacious 2BR suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was just an overnight stay, but we enjoyed the hot breakfast before checking out and heading home. It was conveniently located off the LIE.

2022-02-06Employees are some of the most attentive, caring and hardworking I’ve come across at a Marriott. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. I miss the waffle maker but the pre packaged ones on the weekend are super yummy. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Hauppauge area.

2022-02-18Residence Inn is located in a great location. It is close to restaurants, Northport VA hospital & the casino. It is clean and the room feels like a home away from home with microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink, cabinets filled with everything you need. More like a timeshare villa than a hotel facility. Live Marriott.

2021-07-28We stayed at the Hauppauge,NY Residence INN for two months between houses. The best thing going for the hotel was the staff, from the managers Robert, Marj, Shelley, Brianna, and the others I cant remember. They were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, and the maintenance staff (Hector and Renee) and the cleaning staff (Daisy et al) do a great job. Our room was pretty quiet , except for some heavy feet above us! Parking is easily accessible, and access to stores, etc. is easy. It all helped to make our stay tolerable under the long gap between our homes. Thanks again!

2021-09-17Your Residence Inn Long Island Hauppauge location is one of the best Marriott locations we have ever stayed in because the staff is so wonderfully accommodating, business customer service oriented AND very significantly I received no complaints from my team members. Our group consists of 10 traveling members, who spend most of our year on the road for television production. Our accommodation needs are varied and extremely significant to results regarding the comfort and convenience of our stay, efficiency of our logistics and personal happiness receiving Marriott Bonvoy points.Regarding our stay, your rooms are spacious and work well for long visits and our business/production needs. For example, we are appreciative of the complimentary high speed Internet access during our stay in reasonable priced guest rooms. Additionally, allowing us to use the locked/secure Conference Room was a huge, crucial bonus and our crew was able to keep and sort their expensive gear at the beginning and end of the day. The most impressionable observation is your Front Desk team is exceptional, attentive, expeditious and favorably responsive with intelligent leadership from Marjorie Monty. I personally interacted with Robert the most because he answered the phone very, very early in the morning and very, very late at night. He was incredibly calm and helpful with answers and I assumed he had similar 16-hour work shifts with us. This may sound trivial, but it is not…many times he personally locked and unlocked the crew door for us – no small feat because we also store the vehicle keys in the room and many of us were entering and exiting the room frequently. Dylan also provided great support including checking- in a few of us, distributing our mail and packages personally bagging ice for us that we could put in our vehicle craft coolers for the day. He also let me know about package shipments. etc.Bree identified, received, and gave me a package from eBay, originally delivered elsewhere, but someone must have driven to the hotel. She also made sure I had a FedEx delivery, minutes after the arrival the package containing of my passport.Valerie was helpful during our quick departure, helping us with various requests. She helped with some items we intentionally left behind both in the Conference Room and for a prop rental pick up.Prior to staying, Thema was very accommodating in noting all of our specific requests.

2021-10-08I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I booked a two-bedroom suite for my daughters wedding. I wish I would have looked at it in advance. Everything in the room was old and outdated. There were missing tiles on the kitchen floor, the bathroom was extremely small. Also, it was not very clean. It is a pet-friendly hotel, beware of the smell when you walk down the hall.

2021-09-30I stayed here for a few weeks while I waited to close on my new home. The closing process took much longer than expected. The staff here, whom I got to know, were all SO helpful in extending my stay so I didn’t have to change rooms, breakfast buffet was delicious, room was cleaned each day, everyone was friendly and attentive, pool was warm, all the gym equipment worked. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during a stressful time. Thank you to Marjorie, Robert, Shelly, Brianna & Dylan for really making this a welcoming place for my son and I to live!
