Do not waste your time and money on this dump. All they do is take your money. Their rewards program is a joke. They even claim to give you comp rooms and when you book your comp room and show up at Hyatt Regency you will be charged for the night, this place lies and provides false advertisement. I apparently had 2 nights comp, when I booked the reservation I confirmed that the 2 nights were both comp, when I arrived onsite I was informed that my first night is not comp and I am required to pay. I absolutely was not thrilled about being lied to when making the reservation and now showing up and basically being required to pay for the first night or turnaround and go back home. This is wrong and unfair to the consumer. Imagine making plans for a weekend getaway and the company lied and miss lead you just to get you onsite so they can make money off of you. Shame on Hyatt, a large corporation and Resort World Casino. I even spoke to managers at both companies and was not offered any sort of compensation for what had happened. I was even told that the marketing manager would reach out to me in a couple of days, whoever that person is apparently never had time for the regular folks but only care about marketing fake information to reel in other victims. STAY CLEAR! all they care about is their bottom line.
No signs to offer directionsThe security area office located where an old casino entrance is off limits to the publicUnfortunately theres nothing to indicate that policy! If you absolutely need to use the rest room facilities, theres an excellent chance that you will be detained or harassed by the Casino security staff !!!Absolutely NO Signs to direct anyone to the casino! No posted signs as to which areas are restricted to the public!!! There were signs about not parking in the enclosed area thats reserved for AMBULANCE only!
WHEN YOU GO TO CASH A LOTTERY TICKET. THEY HAVE ( ONE ) CASHIER. BUT THEY HAVE ( THREE ) TO CASH TICKETS FOR $ 6OO.OO DOLLARS OR LESS IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE AND THERES NO LINEFOR $ 600.00 OR LESS WAKE USE YOUR BRAIN WHO S BRIGHT IDEAS WAS IT NEEDS RETHINK IT THE LINE IS AT THE $ 600.00 MORE COUNTER
The food court is a bit expensive , but if you enroll in the membership program they provide you with coupons for Meals and other rewards. The establishment is spacious and very clean. There are a variety of machines that you can play , that vary in prices from a penny to dollars. The bathrooms are usually clean or in the process of being cleaned when you enter. On the third level of this casino is the event hall where major events are held. A few months ago there was a tattoo event where celebrity tattoo artists were tattooing , and the line to get in was so long !The owners of the casino have recently added a Starbucks to the second floor of the casino , and if you get a chance to visit the little coffee shop you should try the chocolate marble loaf cake. It’s amazing !!Update : try the double chocolate brownie from the Starbucks on the second floor . It’s so good !!!!
Don’t come to this dumped casino. Bad service bad experience here. Dirty Machines never pay out or even pay the right amount when it is supposed to. I go to HardRock in Atlantic City with my my friends. There we have a good time. they offer free hotel, drinks, …live music, good food .. I even win money in Atlantic City too.
This review is regarding early voting. The main entrance of the casino is under construction. There was NO SIGNAGE indicating where to go for voting. I wasted a good 20 minutes trying to figure out where to go. If you are unfamiliar with this place like I was and are driving by car, you should go ahead and park in the garage by going up the ramp (see picture). For direct entrance to the voting place, park on level 4. I have provided photos of the garage and general area of where the voting is taking place. Once inside, its pretty organized and theres enough people to help you out. Thats why Im giving 3 stars.
I actually went there with someone else to cash their little lottery ticket win in. 🤣 Wound up staying a couple of hours afterward. The cashier area where they process New York Lottery winning tickets is tucked away and hard to find. There is no signage to properly lead you to the area when you walk into the casino. If youre walking around and just happen to walk past the hall that it is located down and just happen to look up and see that one lone sign, good for you. Everyone else should immediately find an employee and ask for directions to where that particular cashier window is located or be prepared to roam aimlessly. None of the other cashier windows on the actual casino floor will cash New York Lottery tickets. While we were trying to find a cashier, we noted that the first one we came upon was closed. Found an employee and were instructed to walk all the way over to the far side of the casino for a cashier. It was around midday during the week. Hope they are fully staffed and open at night/weekends. I would not want to deal with only one cashier being open during a really busy time.Get there EARLY if you need to cash any winning New York Lottery tickets or be prepared to have a long wait to be serviced. There was only one working cashier window open when we got online. We waited about 20 minutes before a second cashier finally came and started working one of the other windows and it was still slow. Be sure to bring your state issued ID or Drivers License and your social security card. Grab one of the winners forms and fill it out BEFORE you get online. Also, fill out the W-9 form if youve forgotten your social security card. If you dont have the forms filled out completely and correctly, you wont be able to do so at the window and will have to step away to complete them, which is only fair to everyone else waiting. You can either take the check to deposit at your bank later or you can cash the check right there at the window. There are vending machines with scratch tickets and a few free standing lottery machines where you can play Lotto, Powerball, Mega, Numbers, etc.I had a good time there. Almost all of the patrons during that time of day, early in the week were retirees. The place was far larger and much nicer than I thought it would be. Clean and spacious, just what I like. No cigarette smoke, no loud and obnoxious people, none of that. It was a nice and relaxing. It looks like it just opened. 👍🏼 (Opened October 2011)Both me and my running buddy quit while we were ahead. Nice assortment of slot machines (1 cent, 5 cennt, $1, etc.) We took our little change and ran. 😁 Ill try to win a progessive jackpot or something like that should I ever make it there again. It seemed that all of the machines were muted so all you heard was the casinos playlist. That was fine by me. I tried the trick of maxing the volume on the machine, but it was mute.I saw one cocktail waitress as I was first walking thru the casino and that was it. No one came around where we were playing. My first time going there, so I dont know if thats the norm. Also, didnt eat anything, so I dont know how good the food is in the place. Aside from the food court and restaurants, there is a Sugar Factory when you first walk in the entrance before you get to the casino floor. I didnt check if the Hyatt also had a restaurant on site as well.Wear your masks. Walk up, stop where directed. Pull down your mask for the camera as instructed. Pull your mask back up over your nose. Go and drop a few dollars and have a little fun while doing so.
Great casino will recommend pretty crowded but at the same time feels empty did not win much but what a fun experience maybe better luck next time they haaveblack Jack, baccarat, roulette, penny slots, quarter slots and dollar slots many machines to choose from its not Vegas but its a great spot in NYC cant wait for them to bring the dealer tables
1. Receptionist is rude towards customers as if she works for TSA.2.The slot machines look outdated (early 2000s vibe) and poorly maintained, some out of work and some have broken buttons,Some randomly freeze or behave suspiciously when playing, some have extremrly irritating 8-bit sound or no sound at all.3.The slot machines feel rigged and guzzling money super fast, and the payout is rare and doesnt make sense compare to the ones of other casinos.4. The food/drink and entertainment service is the worst among all casinos I have visited so far.Normally I would have a good time at a casino even if I lose money, this run-down casino make me feel like an idiot that wasted money and time.Seriously, avoid this place.
Now for the most part, they are all decked out with fall and Christmas decorations! Many opportunities to sanitize your hans in addition to providing disinfecting wipes in order to wipe down your machine. I only saw one server the whole time I was there which could have been tops 2hrs. It was not crowded at all and I was very happy with that! But this was in the middle of the week.😁
People please don’t waste your time here. Old games; old music playing; food closes early; barely any staff; no valet; run down place. I gave them 1 star because it’s not the employees fault this place is managed terribly. I am doing you a favor- avoid this casino! I read terrible reviews before coming here but I guess I had to see it to believe it. I wonder about the Las Vegas location now?
Penny-pinching operation. Even after the pandemic, NONE of the restrooms have HOT WATER! Checked with my wife who also confirmed this. And now if you go to cash a ticket at a machine it will not dispense change due! For example if you insert a ticket for $37.89, you will get back ONLY $37 with a ticket you must present to the cashier to retrieve the 89 cents. They know most patrons after cashing out at a machine will not get on line to get their change and so the casino pockets your money. Imagine this occuring thousands of times over the course of a week and you can see how the casino adds more profits but I guess not enough for hot water!
I went for Wintercon, which was a good enough reason to go - lotsa fun. The casino, while not the Bellagio, was massive, with good variety. Pretty clean and modern, with few clunkers. I left with more money than I gambled. The only improvements I would suggest are Bingo, Keno, and free drinks! Ill be back!
Great place and I assume the only casino in NYC. The games are very easy to understand and there are helpers around to guide you as well. Open round the clock, so one can try luck anytime of the day or night. We were able to win few bucks by trying our luck on different machines. Usually its tough to find spot for few games. It is mostly crowded after 12am. Photos were not allowed inside, but we were lucky to take few pics of the race track from the smoking zone.
For New Yorks own casino its a great place. Awesome workers, awesome food spots, lots of options to commute there and overall a great place. Got unlucky a few times but thats normal when going to a casino 😂. Great place to go even if you dont want to gamble, alot of fun things to do.
Parking was abysmal. A lot of the same slot games. Not a lot that i was personally interested in. A lot of the games seemed very obscure or dated and the reels moved weird. Couldn’t cash out vouchers over $600 at the kiosk had to go to the cage and ended up waiting a half hour to get my money. Staff seemed like they didn’t care.Didn’t eat or use waitresses so can not comment on that.Slots payed okay, but i have better luck (and honestly enjoy myself more) down in Atlantic City or at Foxwoods in CT.
The bathrooms are always a problem they only have one side of the bathrooms operational at a time with such an establishment as large as theirs there should be multiple stalls available at a time there were hundreds and thousands of people coming in and out of this casino on a regular basis and when you go to the ladies room they always have one side closed coupled with that they only have one cleaner to clean the bathroom shame on you Resorts World you need to hire more cleaning staff to clean the commodes and the bathrooms to make the gaming experience better thank you for your consideration
A superb casino for slot loving gaming for all-ages ! Very expansive layout. And excellent facilities all-around for those who want transportation to and from the casino to various parts of Brooklyn and Queens and Manhattan.Costs are about $5.00 (cash or credit) each way. And the Casino boasts restaurants and Café Style food items at a rather higher price than by the standard fare found normally elsewhere outside of the JFK airport areas. Nevertheless such a wonderful way to spend time with family members old and young alike for a spin at winning ... “The Big Money” !!!Payouts are phenomenal should you win. But just as depressing if you dont come away with breaking even ! Tell that to the experts or longtime players who know their way around the slot machines !Resort World has other internationally situated casino locations which include one close to the airport also in Manila, Philippines. Inside a huge shopping and hotel complex. Check-it out !
There getting cheaper and cheaperAt least they used to give free water free soda free coffee and free shuttle now they charge you for all of that all the money they profit. From us and we cant even get a lousy Free bottle of waterCome on resort world at least take care of us players a little bit. Give some kind of comp also new members would sign up and they had a chance to win up to $500 when they first signed up they even took that away come on.
Had a date night, didn’t win anything. The popular machines stayed occupied. Only few exchange machines worked, lines were too long. Tried to use the ATM and it froze. Finally found a stand alone, it printed a receipt and then you have to go to the cashier, join another line of waiting. That was inconvenient. They had live entertainment, that was a plus.
If you are from New York and cant afford to go to Las Vegas or dont want to to take the 2 and a half hour drive to to Atlantic City then this place is your best bet to go to. (Pun intended) It has a really nice sports bar with a very large television. The food court is a little underwhelming and expensive that is why this place gets 3 stars. There is more than enough slot machines and black jack tables to satisfy the hardcore gambler. Just dont expect it to give you that Las Vegas vibe. I have been to Vegas and this isnt it. There is a free shuttle bus at the Barclays center in Brooklyn that takes you to this casino. However, going back home they charge you $5.00.
I was there January 26th for the freestyle forever concert the music was awesome it sounded great and the house was full, I was also there for the Disco Inferno concert and that was awesome. This place is not exactly The Wonder of it all like Foxwoods in Connecticut but its close to home (from Staten Island) so if I just want to go for a few hours with my wife it will do. The one thing they need to change here is add some benches for the people waiting one or two hours online to get in or better yet have a DJ in early and let people in and youll make a lot more money with people ordering drinks. The wife and i ate at the Steakhouse PW Prime I think its called The Steak was great but service was a little slow we were the first one to walk in through the doors when they opened and the place got filled pretty quickly. We saw a lot of people getting their meals before we did. Stay away from the expensive mac and cheese. We took one bite and set it aside. Had no taste at all.
I had a great experience in the casino. I feel like most of the reviews may be biased, because people lost money. Its a casino, its going to happen. The odds of you losing money is high. I brought $500 with me and I was down to my last $100, then won $600. I was prepared to lose that money when I arrived but actually left with extra. It was a nice surprise. Place was clean and well staffed. Ill be back this week to stay at the hotel.
I bring in New years at this spot its ok nothing special drinks were not to much food is a little expensive but they do have the part for the big spenders a d its expensive $30 to get in but like I said nothing special the bottom line is you go to gamble and I did that I enjoyed myself with my lady
Overpriced machines, no table games(even though their website says table games), still asking for vaccination proof?!? Get with the rest of the world …also hotel states black out curtains.. news flash blackout curtains don’t let light in … also food options extremely limited
I am forced to use my reward points at your high priced low quality food. Where on earth besides Resorts do one pay $14 for a cup of coffee , a cup of tea and a bagel? This is downright robbery. On top of that the bathrooms are always disgustingly dirty. Take a look at Jakes 58. what do you think?
I redeemed my birthday voucher for free $10 slot play and $10 food voucher. I got a $20 voucher for slot play after 40 points. They were very diligent about handing out complimentary beverages. The last was yelling so enthusiastically free water, coffee. You get complimentary alcoholic beverages while gambling at night and coffee/water in the day. They rearranged the game floor so some of your favorite games are in different sections. For example I use to love the monopoly located on the first floor by the lotto cashiers cage, now they are on the second floor as soon as you walk in. I saw more table games and they are in the process of building a hotel and outlet section I cant wait. Now all they need is a buffet.
To be honest, Im not much of a gambler. I came here just for the food. I had heard of Good Friends Noodle House, which is located in their food court and I wanted to give it a try. I will say that the wonton noodle soup was delicious. The wontons were adequately filled and the portion kept me full, but couldve been larger considering the price. The noodles were ok.The casino area isnt very user friendly. My friend and I were looking for where to buy casino chips as we wanted to try out the machines but we couldnt find where to go. We did see some counters but they were mostly empty, so we gave up. The shuttle to go to the casino took forever to arrive. We ended up taking an MTA bus after waiting for almost an hour. The shuttle going home was quicker.
Bar 360 is the best ever. Drinks are strong, a little pricey but that is to be expected. Great place to watch sports or hear live music. Only down side they dont sell food at the bar (which is why they got 4 instead of 5 stars) Free parking. Tons of electronic slot machines. Everything is virtual. There are NO live tables.
Well, I only go to play the slots. The place is clean and welcoming. Staff are neutral, but its not them I go to interact with. The machines are plentiful and not as tight as those at foxwoods and Atlantic city, I think. I am usually there everyday and look forward to going. Lots of parking. Havent had food there
The staffs are pretty cool, they have pretty decent food there. The place itself is nice from outside to inside. It’s also well kept, the bathroom are nice and clean. Place is a nice size and people do win money here my friend came up with some high cash. There’s lot of space for parking.
I wanted to have some fun gambling on my birthday and didnt want to drive all the way to Atlantic city so we decided to come here. It was a pleasant experience. They have free parking, many different games to choose from, a bar and live entertainment. We tripled the money we came with!!! The casino is clean and has a nice environment. I gave them 4 stars because their was not many food options and being a pescatarian I didnt really have anything to choose from.
I love this place. It is so lively. I dont go to gamble, but its a great place for a pick me up. When you go inside and look up you see a big and long hanging Chandelier with round balls thats absolutely gorgeous. Now they have a Christmas tree up that is breath taking. The combination of the two is a wow factor.
The band was fun, not really a gambler my friends enjoyed them selves, the only thing is that for all most 24 hours place they should have one food place open all the time, most of the vending machines where with Chinese snacks that were not familiar, thats why I gave 4 stars and not five. All and all was entertaining!
It is very clear that Resorts World Casino unsurprisingly does not care about its customers concerns whatsoever. I had an incident involving horrid customer service and contaminated food at the food court and after reaching out to the casino directly, they simply replied with a generic response pretending to take action on the issue. Really irresponsible and unprofessional. Dont waste your time nor money on an uncaring facility.
I have never in all the years going to resorts World felt so angry after being treated so bad by the employee #646 at the cashier dealing with redeeming my winnings. I am definitely going to write the owners and managers of operation about my Humiliating experience. Almost 12 months later still no response from my emails
Its a casino, so there is a general expectation, but compared to those in Atlantic City, there are no human dealers, only machines. Not all of the machines are easy to understand, this can be quite annoying. The bar servers could pass by the tables more often and the drinks could be less expensive, but once you know what youre doing, its a nice place to pass time and hopefully win some $$$
This is a chill little casino. There are lots of penny slots, roulette, digital roulette, and all the typical casino games here. The place isnt huge, but it isnt tiny either. There are a few places to eat and a couple of bars. Its also possible to get free drinks if you flag one of the waitresses(?) down. The crowd was very laid-back, so thats a plus. They even offer a free shuttle bus. I would definitely go back.
Nice place lovely decor. Wide open plenty of slots , and 3 floors to roam. My only issue is that they , did not have many restaurants to choose from. Though they had a upscale place, their was not much of a variety of places. Plenty of security and valet parking for 20 dollars. Plenty of free parking. They have entertainment certain dates and special promos. Bar prices are fair, but 20 percent gratuity is automatic. Bars are very classy with plenty of seats and T.v.. Plenty of slots , and virtual black jack and roulette. All and all a nice way to spend a few hours. Worth a trip. When the ponies run , its an added attraction.
I love the new attachment they constructed to the Casino 🎰!!! They extended the casino and added more slot machines, and there’s a new Hotel there, it very very very beautiful inside. It’s $350 a night but when you are a casino member you get a discount on the hotel 🏨. They have also included the Sugar Factory where you can buy so much candy 🍭 and eat and dine in there restaurant. (Good for events and Parties 🎉) The Hotel manager told me in about a year they are also including designer shops, more restaurants, and a spa 🧖🏽♀️ in the near future so look 👀 out for that !!! The 3 stars is mainly because I wish their was friendlier staff inside the casino, the hotel staff are nice just the people inside the casino can be a little cranky and judgmental !!! They should hire more staff and bring more restaurants to the food 🍱 🍲 Court , they have like 4 restaurants there 😒!!! They need more waiters there to serve drinks 🍹 to the casino customers, and better hospitality to people.
It used to be able to win 5-6000 on a slot machine. Now it is a question of whether they can win 1000 for 10,000. Their machine is not repaired and the fire link has been stuck. The version has been stuck .$20 one spin often give u one mini and 3 small points totals 150 dollars.
This place is dirty. Atlantic City casinos and the ones in Vegas have a wear to them from being around for decades this place is relatively new and apparently never gets cleaned. I saw an old banana peel that had started to turn black with mold between machines. The floors are almost sticky. The slot machines arent bad and not many were out of order but if you want a casino take the bus to AC or upstate and quasi enjoy it with drinks and a view.
Machines are fun and I get some decent wins. When they have shows, they are pretty good. There is no free alcoholic drinks while gambling. Its sometimes difficult to get service for machine problems or beverages while on machines.Comp dollars are not great. I spend quite a bit and dont get much. Unlike in PA, you get 300 comp a visit. Resorts should take some ideas from Wind Creek Bethlehem and upgrade the machines to order beverages right in the machines and provide free drinks and definitely upgrade comp
When this casino first opened, they offered a lot of perks and bonus dollars, and they had really nice restaurants which included a wonderful buffet restaurant, but as time went by, they reduced the free money incentives and closed down the nice restaurants. All that’s left is a bunch of fast food eaterys and one extremely expensive restaurant. This casino has developed a lackluster reputation for me.
I went to see a concert it was awesome at this resort. I also gambled a little. This is what i didnt like. Its almost impossible to find someone who works there who can help you with the machines. Also you have to buy your drinks. All casinos Ive been to are free. The show was mediocre at best in main floor.
The atmosphere is conducive ,Bar 365 has great entertainment , the machines are easily understood & eatery is well organized .However.....,the biggest problem is the security guards .They are disrespectful & acted as if they are real police 🚨, especially drivers & some at the entrances . Most of us elderly cant food with high sodium , therefore ,we would order from outside ,then eat in our vehicles in the parking lot . Driver patrolling asked that we leave for home or something .Poor training & bullying better describe them . Overall.., its a great place to be especially on weekends .
It was cool it better to be their before 8pm . Most of the restaurants and food court close by 10pm. Gaming is good. Be prepared to pay for drinks. Soda is the only thing free and you have get it yourself. Also their no buses to the casino as well. Most slot machines have plastic barriers between them. Protecting gamers sitting.
Of course the house always has the advantage, but I couldn’t believe how tight these machines are. Place looks run down and old, I guess that’s what I can expect if I visit their Las Vegas location (Unlikely). No live table games. Random kept coming up to me asking for money. No staff or security to control panhandling.
There is plenty of construction going on. It hard to navigate through the grounds. Resorts World Casino use to be a nice outing. They closed the restaurant that had a day for seniors and the machine are extremely tight. Sad because I enjoyed going to a neighborhood casino but I guess its back to Atlantic City or to a casino upstate. Ill just wait until all the construction is finished then try again.3/2022 That was a post from before the pan(keep yourself home) deminic. I went recently and it is beautiful, completely remodeled.Theres new games, tables and a big new candy store. The lobby that I entered was beautiful decorated and the casino is renovationed. The bathrooms are still in yhe same place. It doesnt seem like the same casino. The 360 bar featured a band that was good. I played and won and lost but I enjoyed my visit. It was quite enjoyable. I will be going back. We went on a cold night and I was surprise to find out there was no coat check room anymore so I had to carry my bulky coat around but overall it was a nice trip. I heard theres something for seniors so I will check that out on my next visit. As everyone should know - Bet with your head, not over it. Enjoy !
Been to this place about a dozen times in the last year and I just cant lose money here, win every time I go playing Blackjack. Of course thats no guarantee youll have the same results, but Ive been very lucky here so far.I never go Friday, Saturday or Sunday, just too crowded. I go midweek and no crowds. Sometimes there are groups of people there that can get a little roudy for my liking, but thats not so often. This picture is last nights cash out ticket, I started with $100.00, so I won $350.00 this time, a decent days pay....lol
Need I say more. Very well walked in with $200 walked out with $500. I don’t know what else needs to be said. Great games friendly staff, really good pay out on the games if you know what to play. Stick to your game and you’re fine highly recommend. I will be going back. Every time I’m in New York City I’m gonna make a visit.
I hate when people say you put a negative comment because you lost. No that is not the case. Yea people lose but this casino is legit a fraud. Its trash its no good. Its a waste of time and money. Go tova real casino like atlantic city or foxwoods if you are here around the ny area. This casino is just a robbery. And imagine that they build a hotel and is still super expensive even with a discount for being a member. And nothing comes with the hotel. Its like a freaking marriot in the ghetto but looks nice outside. And the food is super expensive. Cmon. At least going to the other casino i feel good losing to a live table with people. Not a freaking machine.
Im back for my birthday just to have some fun and WIN and thats exactly what happened after a long pause pre-covid-19 experience wasnt good but now it was better and Ill keep coming back because the vibe is more upbeat than before with games you can play and win. Dont be discouraged just take your time choosing the games and you can WIN👍🏼
IAbsolutely deautiful and each visit I enjoy more and more. Im very happy they recently started beefing up security everywhere Including the parking lots. I feel very safe and its just perfect when going with friends or with a date. Either way you have an amazing time along with amazing memories. I cant wait until Im able to be able to stay at the hotel.
Place so huge, compared to the other casinos nearby, got so many games to play with. Also lots of roulette games around, and computer games only no real table. Hopefully someday they will change the rules and have a real dealer tables, it would be a great casino in the middle of Queens Ny
04APR2020. There is no racing currently going on here but we did go here for our vaccine shot for covid-19. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO LINES. Everyone was professional polite and accommodating. It was a breeze to get a vaccination. In and out in 10 minutes it was so organized I was astounded. They have a separate entrance and a separate exit and people are not bumping into each other and standing on top of each other. This is what America is all about thank you so much president Trump.
This place is under construction. Its absolutely horrible to enter from the street parking. Once inside the games are great. Dont think about eating here during the late hours though... The only thing open is Popeyes. I just wanted a danish and a cup of coffee but Starbucks was closed. Go figure... Who wants to eat Popeyes at 12:00 at night. I understand its a casino but you still want to have choices of food.
They have made my last few visits miserable. Until recently I used to like this place. They test the fire alarm endlessly and at a volume that is damaging to their guests hearing and sanity. Why cant they do this during the four hours a day when they are closed to the public. After a half hour of awfull noise I had to leave. Why should I have to spend time getting there and on gas if this keeps up.
Had a good time. The machines arent really kicking out not to many wins. Casino is a cash snatcher. Also it was hard to find parking outside in the lot. I dont know what happened to inside parking. They need to hurry up in finish renovating. The casino looked actually smaller then i remembered.
Coustomer service very very slowIf I want to cash in my wining must waitOn line for a long time only 2 to 3 windows openLike saying to me don’t bother usAnd play your winning again and try to lost everything .What a jokeIf you win , have to wait to get my money. But any time you can put bills in the MashineThe popeye chicken is also a disasterOrdered a $30 family 12 Pc chickenIt did not include a sodaAnd I sawed 2 ps tiny little old dry chicken legs ,Went back to change itThen I ckeck the other chicken PcAnd discovered 7 Pc more very old and dry chickenThe nasty lady who gave me the order was LISAShe won’t give me her last name ,If you don’t want old dry small chicken stay away from LISA nasty ( last name)I recommendAlso the fries Wher not fully filledWill never go back to this nasty unwelcome place anymoreWill try Yonkers casinoInsteadThank you Lisa for the eye openerAny way spend lots of money there never win money there anymoreI’m not sure how they stay openNot many Cousomer any moreUsed to be much better.Bye byeAnd hallo Yonkers casinoWill go there from now onThank you very much Lisa for turning me away from this unwelcome and money stealing casino!
I love resorts, been coming here for almost 10years excellent service, and their security team is top notch. You don’t have to worry about any lost or stolen property. I just wish covid-19 is over and we get the normal beverage services and live music back. I will always come back.
A quick way to win some cash or lose some cash 😀. Always be prepared to lose but on the chance you win; its quite fun. They have nice live music at times.Great crowd during large sports games around the big screen near the circular bar.It has been under constant construction basically since opening. Now building a hotel. Pretty exciting prospect. As always I wish the table were handle by live dealers but its mostly automated. And drinks are not free 😓.Overall convenient in terms of location. Just really missing live dealers and free drinks 😀
It felt new and has several areas under construction. It was very crowded but the machines had plastic spacers for COVID regulations. It seemed very clean and busy everywhere. The signage for where the shuttle for the A-train was a little outdated and was picking up/dropping off in the rim closest to the parking garage NOT under the bus shelter. Signs indicate it stop under the bus shelter AND the first island. They did check temperature on the way in, maybe even in two places depending on where you enter.
Gaming and slot machines in every floor. All of which advertise daily specials. We took advantage of an advertised special Happy Hour daily 4 to 7 pm at the Liberty Bar, Draft Beer ( cash only ) 5.00 five dollars. I ordered three and to our shock we were charged 9.00 per beer! I asked to speak to the manager and the bar tender quickly charged me for two beers at 9.00 each with top and taxes totaled $ 18.00. The bar tender took my wifes beer and threw it out! He took this action on the word from his manager , Christine. I asked to speak to the manager, who rudely showed up thirty minutes later. She reiterated that the price was 9.00 dollars and that the promotion was over. My big question was why does every machine in the Casino advertise the special???. I asked for an apology and received none. My wife was humiliated beyond belief. We asked to see the manager on duty who is named Shawn. We called him and he said to give him give minutes and he never responded to our calls. His voice mail was full and we could not leave any messages. I hope that the director receives this complaint and responds to it. We will never go there again. They just lost three customers and thirty more. We were directed to security and they just gave us the web site where to file our claim. They gave us the run around. Its not the 💰 money but the principal of the actions taken. The fact that they advertise something and dont stand behind it. Buyers be ware. They will steal your money and laugh in your face and say there is nothing that you can do. We took a photo of the advertised special and have it ready for you if needed. Just think thousands of machines advertising a false hood. How many thousands of dollars have they cashed into their pockets without being investigated. Crimes unnoticed by the Casino Commission. Shame on them.
Wiped out my all my points without any notification during the Pandemic. Noticed when I went to buy something for myself at GentingRewards.com. Emailed resorts, no care or concern; went to Resorts no care or concern! Would not reactivate/reissue points. They took the points I earned and was saving up to purchase a nice gift. Will never return to Resorts World Casino NYC!
Was at the casino today..the womens bathroom had no paper towels which makes me wonder how often the bathroom is cleaned and I didnt see anyone wiping down the slot machines. I was in the same area for a while and watched players come and go and didnt staff come wipe down the slots.

2022-01-12Security is on point. Absolutely huge casino with many sections. I wouldn’t categorize it as very crowded given covid times. There are many sanitizing stations around but I suggest you take alcohol wipes or other when using the machines. It is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a bar inside the casino. Rarely would you see a server anywhere. Overall, a nice place.

2022-01-09Security at the check-in point looked for vaccination or covid testing. It was quite clean, with plexiglass partitions for players at the slot machines, roulette, and other games. You can play even if you have a penny or a nickel. I was impressed! However, walking from parking lot B to the building was a little treacherous. A certain part had an icy sidewalk and two ladies helped each other step safely. I had no help.

2022-05-20Good and bad. Beautiful brand new, ENOURMOUS facility with seemingly limitless gaming space spread across many rooms. Many machines with plexi dividers. Not crowded on a Thursday night since there is so much room to spread out. Very clean. No good food options late at night.(after midnight) The video poker selection is TERRIBLE! Also couldnt find any Keno which I like to chill out with once in a while. Only some Game King machines and some Double, double bonus machines with a match card feature. Even the video poker parlor had only those two machine types and two machines with a odd 3 hand game that dealt 3 different hands (no draw for the 2 extra) with random multipliers. No modern video poker variants...very disappointing.Large selection of slot machines, many I hadnt seen before which was great, but missing MANY of my favorites. No All Aboard. No Piggy Banking. (I could have missed them... this place is BIG!) and many other favorites. What they did have, they had lots of...Fireball, Lock n link, old style slots (Double Diamond, etc) Selection of slots in the high limit room was pretty poor and many werent even high limit. I was not looking for $25+ machines, just $5-10 and there were not many choices and many old Double Diamond, etc. No live table games but the electronic versions of Three card poker and Texas holdem worked fine for me. I dont play Blackjack but lots of electronic areas to play this and many other table games-roulettw, craps, etc. Large pits for some of the games. As beautiful and clean and smoke free as this place is, I left disappointed in the game selection.

2022-06-05Alright. Pretty good place to go once in a while to have some fun, especially if you live nearby. There are plenty of machines and variety of things to play, including blackjack, roluette, baccarat, and slot machines. There are no live dealers so the age of entry is 18. There is also a food court with a few options for some quick bites. That being said, there are only a few options for food and the restaurants open pretty late. Many machines have technical problems, such as missing buttons, lack of sound, or delayed feed.Sometimes, the machines can malfunction and take your money with no way to take it out without consulting a worker. This gets frustrating because it can take a while to find one, especially if you are alone with no one to watch the machine for you.

2022-02-23This place was wayyyy better when it first opened. The main bar used to have a nice area to sit and eat. The hotel looks pretty from the outside, but its a nice casino in a dumpy area unfortunately. My biggest issue with this place is that they only have 1 area for video poker, that whole big place and only 20 video poker machines. The lobby is very nice too.

2022-05-04This casino has been open for over 10 years. There have been many updates and upgrades over the years. Theyre constantly adding new sections and new machines. I spoke to one of the attendants on the floor about future upgrades to tables with chips and live dealers. This would be a great addition and would bring more traffic and revenue into the area.

2022-04-18I stayed here the night before my flight. I didn’t want to deal with the traffic that Comes with getting to the airport. This hotel is literally 10 mins or less away and I didn’t have to deal with waking up super early to get to my scheduled flight on time. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. It doesn’t hurt that it has a casino and nightlife entertainment. It also has a steakhouse, a sugar factory and a food court. It’s obviously not a hotel for a vacation stay since it’s so far from the city, But it definitely looks like one from the hotel side entrance. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be like me and not deal with airport traffic the day before or if you get stuck due to delays or cancellations. This would be the ideal place for me to stay if that should ever happen and If I was not from New York. Security personnel are on point throughout the Casino and hotel. They will not let you get on the elevator to your room unless you show your room key. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

2022-06-11We booked an overnight stay at The Resorts World Casino in NYC to celebrate our anniversary. Upon arrival on April 9, 2022 we were immediately greeted by a lovely female manager Elsa. When we informed her that we were celebrating an occasion, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. She exceeded our expectations with world class service and the accomodations were nothing less than first class! The corner suite was absolutely fabulous, with a fantastic view, floor to ceiling windows ( in the bathroom as well)soaker tub, complimentary wine, and a super comfy mattress and pillows. I love you Hyatt❤ And to the Hyatt Manager reading this review, please identify that wonderful Manager Elsa, as well as the front desk clerk Maureen. They both made our stay memorable⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
