6/28/22 Horrible experience with (Rocky) shipping and receiving! OTR drivers stay away if Rocky is working. I arrived an hour prior to my appointment being that this is a brand new Restaurant depot I was looking forward to getting myself familiarized with the receivers and how they operate. To my disappointment, met with Rocky, who had a horrible and nasty attitude, welcomed me with… what do you want? Then asked how many pallets of water did I bring? Then went on to tell me I don’t know what’s going to happen, I am working alone and just received a load prior to my arrival and he did not have space to store them anywhere. For me to park on the side and wait until he figured it out. I offered Rocky help if he needed any to my surprise, his answer was thank you. Mean while waiting, he received 4 other loads while having me wait. Finally, approximately 4 hours later, Rocky informed me that I was next but after he uses the restroom. SMH!!! The audacity on that man is incredible. 45 minutes after his restroom break he proceeded to unload me. 5 hours Plus to take 21 pallets of water! OTR drivers you have been warned if you value your time stay away.
