Delivered a video game here to repair. Left it for a very long time with no follow up had to contact them and leave my information multiple times upon I came in to be contacted about my game. Came in 3 separate times recently inquiring about it to be left almost in the dark & be told that my game was lost. Told to come back the following week it would be ready. Came in for a rude surprise when my game still wasn’t ready. Decided to take it back even though my original one was definitely in a better condition. Sad I waited all this time to get a worse copy of a game I loved. He offered to fix the game for free but honestly not worth even the free service if I had to come back multiple times to be turned away & given a lesser copy of my game. Figured he’d never get around to it. Will definitely not be coming here.

Very nice store the retro games are amazing and you can tell that the owners put a lot of work into the store but can sometimes be pricey
Great shop with lots of amazing and hard to find trinkets/collectables. Love going in there to see whats new as the inventory is always changing. The collections of goods spans from the 50s to early 2000s with everything from toys, home goods and electronic devices/games. On my top 10 places to stop in and shop/sell/ trade.
Horrible experience. Sold me an item that isnt working and refused to at least exchange it never going back. Dont trust all there products horrible experience
Staff was very knowledgeable, and did a thorough test of the console I was interested in! Love seeing all the retro odds and ends toys here. Will definitely go back.
Amazing store the people work there are very nice. And their price for retro games. Controllers, Accessories are fair. Highly recommended for those who want to purchase some old school games and console.
Dont shop here. I brought 10 games here. 2 of the Nes game had different games inside. 1 gamecube smash melee was scratch bad and didnt read in my gamecube or wii. the snes system i got was hot glued on the inside and started to smoke when i used it.games and system from here are not tested here. and games are in bad condition ,I though i was getting a good deal, now i see why the price was cheap.When i went back to tell them about the problem they told me how do we know these are the game and system you got here, and said there nothing they can do. This is the worest video game store on the island. Go any were but here
Huge selection of games and Decent selection of figures, but prices are slightly high for the condition of loose figures. Had a box of loose figures behind the counter but was unable to buy anything as they had not gone through it. Very disappointed I could not make a purchase. They have many cool items
Great shop. Sold my old video games here and got a great price (more then I thought). I shopped around and they offered/gave me the most for it.

Great little retro store, the only guys that had a good NES in great condition for $65 also got Ninja Gaiden 2 & Super Mario/Duck Hunt owners are good people helped me out and tested all in front of me
The people working there are helpful and knowledgeable. I love how much retro stuff they have. It was like going back to the 1980s and 1990s. I bought a Nintendo Game Cube with some games and I love it!
The owner has the most amazing collection of 1980’s and 1990’s games I’ve seen yet.Just about any game I’d want to rebuy from the classic systems is here, along with connections for SDTV. He has plenty of peripherals as well- along with board games and classic toys.
Great spot for gaming and reasonable prices. My only complaint is I keep forgetting to have a list ready, so many games I dont know what games to get :)

2022-04-29Highly recommend this place to collectors and anyone who misses that old school gaming experience. It is family owned and everyone was knowledgeable about what they were selling. The person who helped me had to be a teenager but i was amazed about how much she knew. All around great experience

2022-03-28Great place for retro stuff in LI. Unlike their competition 3 blocks away, all games and items are priced. Awesome staff which I believe is owned and runned by a family. Shame its hidden in the plaza and was hard to find at first but totally worth visiting. Will return multiple times in the near future for all my retro needs.

2020-11-29Absolutely, a GREAT place if you are a Cine-file like me. Excellent prices, friendly knowledgeable people and a really great place to find both movies as well as games. They have quite a large collection, especially the Massapiqua store. That place is huge, but Levittown is good too.

2021-03-17Save your receipt. Nice Retro Store. Really Brings me back to when I was a kid. The only issue I had was with a Game Boy Color. Approx. a month ago, we bought two of them at $60 bucks each and bought several games. One of the game boys the sound stopped working. My son was pretty upset. The purchase was possibly over 30 days ago, as I could not locate the receipt. The owner was firm with the 30 day policy. So naturally I feel I got ripped off and was sold a lemon. I asked if the owner if she could possibly give a small discount if I purchased a new one and she declined. Anyway I purchased a new speaker on Ebay and soldered it in. Good as new.

2020-08-24Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They have an awesome 7-day exchange policy, and After I bought an N64 I couldnt get it to work at my house. When I got to the store they gave me tips on how to clean the cartridge, completely swapped out The console, cables and Even the game for a different one that they had. And when I got home it worked like new. Would definitely shop there again.

2021-06-25This is by far the 2nd worst game store I ever been to on long island Everything overpriced here. There was a psp umd (tv show) I wanted and owner was selling it for $20 (more then what its going for on eBay) so I asked him if he would come down on the price a little bit. The owner thought it was a game which tells me he is not very knowledgeable on what he is selling and he yelled at me telling me that he needs to put food on his familys plate and told me to get out of his store very unprofessional. The owner could of just told me he didnt want to come down on the price. If I can put no stars on this review I would. Never coming back here again.

2019-04-19This is an excellent retro game stores. Prices are very reasonable and you might have to have some free time to browse because although the store is small there are many kind of retro items that you can spot that is of your interest. Tanya is extremely nice and will try her best to help answer any questions. I highly recommend this store if you are a retro game collector and toy collector!! Thank you for having this great store available!*UPDATE*The store has moved from the 1st floor to the mezzanine floor of the mall. The store is now two times bigger and is even more incredible now!!!!!! 🙌🙏

2020-08-15Amazing selection of classic games and toys! Friendly and quick service. Great prices, way better than nyc’s prices. They also test the game/accessory/console you want before you buy it. If that exact one doesn’t work, they’ll get another one and test that one too. It’s just the things like these that make this store great. Go here if you are collecting games or just want to take a walk down memory lane.

2020-08-01If you own a business like this, have prices on your items. And if you dont know, dont stand there on your phone and look at ebay on how much an item is and spit out an absurd price. The price they came up with doesnt even go for that and I could easily find it cheaper. It was more of a convenience being there. This is why they have so much inventory sitting on their shelves not moving. Their prices are way over priced for the conditions they are selling them for. And the ones with no prices they look on ebay and spit out and outrageous number. Almost everytime i go there an item wont have a price which is OUT ON DISPLAY FOR SALE, NOT STORED IN THE BACK and one of the kids have no idea how much it is, then they have to find the mother who has no idea how much the item is and will just go on ebay and give a quick price, this chain causes a reaction with other customers WHO ARE WAITING FOR A PRICE . The owner is barely there and when he is, hes always rude to the customers and to his family. You didnt find a pot of gold, I can get it for cheap and better quality elsewhere. I will never support a business that has a customer stand there and look on ebay and give me an outrageous price of an item. Bad business on their part. Their games might be moving but when it comes to other collectibles, they are collecting dust. Completely turned off by their services and outrageous pricing.
