I found that its hard to organize the amount of clutter they have. Its not totally their fault but just wow, overwhelming. Some of it is literally at the end of its use and should be recycled not reused. The prices are a little high as well, many of the items I looked at were priced close to the new value. I dont think Ill be making a special trip to stop in again anytime soon.
I enjoyed my experience right up until it was time to check out. The gentleman on register was quite rude, and extremely not helpful. He even made ME feel like I did something wrong by bothering to buy something. I will go there again, but if I see this person up front again I will likely leave.
Very unique store a little bit of everything one-1 negative was they sell used battery chargers for tools and they dont even know if the chargers work or not. Other than that I had a great time in the store and probably spent at least 40 minutes there and did purchase something
I am a full time employee of Finger Lakes ReUse, am a founding organizer, and work there with many wonderful co-workers and incredible volunteers (without whom, none of this would be happening.) I know that while there are indeed a few people who have been discouraged by what they perceive to be high pricing, our internal policy is to price items at 50% to 90% below what you could find an item at retail. We are not corporate sponsored, and are not quite making ends meet with the sales of materials, although this is our goal.We strive to serve our community in the best way possible. I cant say enough how proud I am to work with the people I work with, or how impressed I am at how far weve come. This is an amazing group effort, and this project is built on positive energy and support from the community. Thanks to everyone who has supported us with amazing donations, and by simply shopping at the ReUse Center first, before you buy it new! You are helping with our mission to enhance community, economy, and environment through reuse, so thank you!
This is a nonprofit organization that strives to help the community, economy, and the environment. As a relatively young organization, they are doing a great job of serving the community while creating living wage jobs and preventing unnecessary waste from entering the landfill. The ReUse Center is just one of their programs, along with the eCenter, a computer refurbishing and recycling program, and the Deconstruction Services, a program that disassembles buildings by hand, diverting up to 90% of materials from being thrown away. This organization does so much good for the community and the people that work and volunteer there some of the most caring, thoughtful, and responsible people youll meet!
I wish they would buy a local newspaper to look at prices once in a while. I see many used things in there that are listed at prices you can buy the same things for brand new around town. I have pointed it out many, many times to the people who work there but I get the same excuse every time.
It is a second-hand shop in Isaka. You can buy various items such as furniture, books, clothing, and tableware. It is recommended for those who want to keep the tableware cheap, such as buying tableware for less than $ 1. It seems that it is America that sells someones trophy. We also sell some electrical appliances, but the product lineup is not good, so it might be better to go to the Ithaca ReUse Center near Wal-Mart in the southwest.

2022-06-12Lots of stuff between the 2 stores, with inventory always changing. Some of the furniture and other items are way overpriced for being used goods. Kinda cluttered

2020-10-18I had once rated this place 4 stars. However, offlate I find the store to be increasingly void of inventory. Its been over a year since I ever found something useful here. There used to be a very good selection of lamps shades, spike busters, electronics, office supplies etc. For whatever reason, they seemed to have run out of good inventory.

2019-04-27Love this place! Lots of junky looking stuff BUT one mans junk is another mans treasure. And there is treasure to be had here. From cabinets to doors and windows. To desks of all kinds. Following. Hangers. Toys. Kitsch. I can spend half a day looking and finding wonderful bargains and treasures. Store is crowded but organized. Staff ate helpful and friendly. The best thing ever found here was by my guy. A 1937 Ford model car in pristine condition with working headlights, rotating wheels and more. $2. Go buy and see what you can find.

2019-03-17This is a great place to shop. The people are very nice, there is a wide selection of items, the store is clean, and the prices are reasonable. They have books, household items, electronics, furniture, adult and baby clothes, and purses/luggage/backpacks.
