I would give ZERO stars if I could. I will file an official complaint about how this place handle their business with clients/patients. I will also write this review in other places and make it known that although the RNs/Drs I have seen there were ok, the other staff is just terrible. This happened multiple times: I have been hung up / put on hold indefinitely the moment I asked for the full name of the person who answers calls for appointment, because she was being completely unprofessional, and ridiculous, does not listen what I have to say, too concerned about making the phone call go away without even trying to remotely offer a solution. I was running out of medication, and I needed medicine management which I have been doing with a Dr there. All I was asking for a 10 minute Zoom with the Dr (because that is how long it takes) and this person refuses to listen and understand. She told me there are other thousands of others in same kind of emergency. I have never been turned down like that in any other medical setting when I asked for an emergency 10 minute Zoom appointment to be squeezed in between other appointments. She had no idea of triage, and acting just like someone with zero medical office experience, and just like a receptionist. Completely ridiculous. Also it seems to be all the positive reviews with no text but 5 stars across the board are by people who were specifically asked to give 5 stars, or maybe even relatives or friends. Id expect anything from this administration.
The new front desk receptionists are very nice and professional. If your in need of a psychiatrist I recommend Dr. Shalts he is awesome, he’s helped me so much and actually takes the time to properly diagnose you. He will also FaceTime/zoom with you if you may need anything at short notice. Dr. Shalts always explains medications and how to use them and how to take them, he always listens to what you have to say, I can’t say enough good things about him.
After making an appointment over the phone, where my insurance info was confirmed, they claimed - falsely - that my insurance did not cover a certain service, despite the fact that all insurances are mandated by law to cover such services. Unfortunately, not the experience I had with Dr. Shalts office in Manhattan some years before. Avoid these scammers. I cancelled my appointment then and there and was told there would be no fee. Lets see if they keep their word.
I have been going to Dr. Irina Kiblitsky’s office for almost a year. The office is brand new and very clean and the staff is very professional , helpful and always friendly . Making appointments is easy and there is never a wait line. I have seen different doctors there and everybody is understanding, compassionate and warm . They always listened to my concerns and I am very happy I found them ! I highly recommend Dr. Kiblitsky’s office because I have nothing but kind words to say about doctors working and staff!
I have only met with Suzanne Bile once. She seemed very nice and interested in trying to help. However, the office staff at this place is horrible. When i showed up to my first appointment with them, they told me i was not in the system and didnt have an appointment. Weird thing was that the had all my information in the system already? I told them i made the appointment with Egor and they looked at each other knowing he made the mistake of not putting in my appointment (seems like this wasnt the first time). They couldnt do anything about it and i had to reschedule for a few weeks later. When i finally had my appointment with Suzanne, THREE workers walked into her office as we were speaking. Completely unprofessional especially in a sensitive space. They saw me, apologized and continued to talk to Suzanne about missed phone calls and administrative things she needed to do. Even she looked annoyed at them and asked them to leave since she is with a patient. Then i had to argue with them about my insurance. They keep telling me its my deductible but my insurance tells me its just a copay. They charged me $150 for the appointment and then when i got the EOB to show that my insurance had paid them everything, they are promising a check in return to refund me (still waiting on that).I have an upcoming appointment with the doctor but realized im a few days short on my medicine. I called to ask if Suzanne could write a prescription to hold me over until i see her in a few days. Laura told me no and that next time i should call in advance to make appointments in time with my medicine and that its my fault for not being on top of this. I explained that this is sensitive medicine and i cant just stop taking it like that. She still said no and basically hung up the phone on me. I called back the next day and got a nicer receptionist who communicated to Suzanne that i just needed a few more days. Suzanne put in the prescription for me.I cant speak for any of the doctors but i am constantly having issues and i have only been able to have 1 appointment so far.... I could continue with more examples, but i think you get my point.
When I was looking for a psychiatrist I came across Revived Soul medical on google search, after seeing their reviews I was skeptical but I gave them a shot and it was the best decision I’ve made. At first glance after arriving, the facility is brand new, very clean and the staff was courteous and professional. I had an appointment with Dr. Kiblitsky for 2 pm, I arrived 1:50pm checked in at the front desk and provided my insurance information. After a few min I was told the Doctor was ready to see me and was greeted by Dr. Kiblitsky. I didnt know where to begin or how to open up, Im a private person and am very reluctant to share sensitive information about myself. Dr. Kiblitsky made me feel comfortable and it made all the difference in what I was able to share with her. It’s not everyday you come across someone so genuinely caring, understanding and knowledgeable. I cant thank Dr. Kiblitskiy, Dr. Abramovich enough for being there for me. Also I want to thank Igor S and the whole Revived Soul staff for their hard work and being so accommodating!!
This place is run by low level functioning people. Very unprofessional office practice that only care about co-payment. The doctors should examine their staff because they clearly dont know what they are doing. Do not use this place unless you enjoy disorganized, confused, and total lack of professional communication.
All the reviews I read on zoc doc were absolutely awful, but I was desperate to get into a psych soon so I took my chances. I absolutely will not go back. I’ve gone three times now and haven’t even seen my actual doctor, just a nurse every time despite me saying when making the appointment that I wanted to see my actual doctor. The receptionist is so incredibly rude and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain what I needed. I don’t know her name, but it’s the one who is most likely American (the Russian receptionist is very nice). I was trying to speak to a doctor about something my insurance said needed to be spoken to a doctor about, and she wouldn’t pass on my information and kept saying “the doctor will tell you the same thing I will”. The reviews were right and I won’t be returning. Medical offices are supposed to help people, not shut them down.
You will NOT get positive mental health services! The doctors don’t care, the staff doesn’t care. They are extremely judgmental and ignorant. Their only goal is money; 100%, NOT at all helping patients. Just calling to get an appointment, ask a question or to get a prescription refilled will make you develop anxiety or worse.
I dont know where to start. Im speaking mostly of my experience with the medical office and less about Dr. Glick, although Dr. Glick is cold and treated me like a criminal every time I came in. Your office is inept and Ive had a problem every single time Ive visited. I will not be returning. It is common to wait 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor for a five minute appointment. Theyre so busy they wont even schedule a follow up appointment, I have to call and schedule it.Laura and the administrative team are completely clueless regarding billing and my insurance, or generally just running an office. Its bad enough that my copay was outrageous, but your office has the nerve to upcharge for using a debit card. My breaking point was my most recent and last visit. Laura charged me for my previous visit, in August, because the claim was denied. The claim was denied because--heres where it gets interesting--Laura billed it to an old insurance of mine. Thats funny, I gave her my updated and correct insurance information at the time of the August visit. How can I prove this? I had a forty dollar copay. If she billed it to the wrong insurance or didnt have my correct information, how could she possibly have known what my copay is? Of course she didnt tell me this, I had to do my own detective work through Beacon Health and Metroplus. She also claimed that your office called me and left voicemails to get in contact with me. This is simply not true. Simply put, I was punished because Laura didnt know what she was doing. To make matters worse, the story changed every time. First, it was the claim was denied, so I had to pay the hundred dollars. Then the excuse was my deductible, which had nothing to do with the original charge. The simple way to right the situation was to resubmit the claim to my new insurance, so the office could get reimbursed and refund my money. Instead, Laura submitted the old claim again. When I asked her to resubmit a new claim, she said she had, lying to me, and had a very poor attitude. She even said the claim would be denied. It sounds like she was hellbent on making sure this situation would not be resolved.Im pretty sure Ill never see that money again, but its pretty shameful that Laura could not admit that she made a mistake. One hundred dollars is nothing for your office, so Im not sure why your office--including Dimitri--have been so difficult. I really didnt want to get an attorney involved or to file a grievance, but I was left with no alternative. The only word I can find to describe this medical offices practices? Sheisty.I seriously hope there is an audit of the billing offices practices and someone is held accountable. I cant imagine if I needed that hundred dollars to feed a child or to pay for transportation. Whats worse, I cant imagine someone going through a mental health crisis dealing with this nonsense.
This place is terrible, they never stick to their appointment times and the girls in the front and some-what decent but useless. I called several times about an appointment that was supposed to be over the phone at 1 PM it is 2:05 PM currently & the women on the phone told me I have to wait another 20 minutes for this phone call & gave me attitude when I made a complaint. Do not waste your time here like I did. Find another place there are so many. They called to take my Co-Pay at 1PM they didn’t waste any time there.
Dr. glick is a straight shooter that addresses the immediate need of his patience and then developed a great road map to make you feel better. His non judgemental and Frank. Love him.Ladies at front desk can be very rushed and rude. Make sure you always book your next appointment right after last and make sure he will be in the office
I will NEVER COME BACK HERE... I am changing my rating from 5 starts to 1 for this location, simply because I have been experiencing the worst customer service since February. And I gave them so many chances... but the front desk staffs are very impolite & hang up the phone on you and even put you on hold and never get back to you. I have to call back every time. And they put you in a situation that no one can help and as if their words is the finals as if they are supervisors.
I have nothing but good words about this office the receptionist is kind warm welcoming as soon as you walk she work’s with your schedule in now Nathan abramov is awesome speak to him about life and truly cares !!!! but this office would get 101 stars if I was able tooo thanks for always being there for me mentally
Youll grow roots, be prepared to wait a long time or be told your doctor didnt come in the day of your appointment. Have been waiting over 50 minutes for my appointment, first time I came in was told my Dr. was not in the office. Very unprofessional, will be looking for help somewhere else.
It was not a good experience for me at all. Actually I should say it was horrible. I feel that my intelligence was insulted by Dr.Kiblitsky when she said to me, Why do you need ADHD medication, its not like you are in school or working with a tone that i did not appreciate! I wish I had replied, Well Dr.Kiblitsky I have been diagnosed with ADHD and my life is in shambles due to it. One of the reasons I am not in school is because I cant concentrate at all, actually I barely heard anything you just said during this session because i have untreated ADHD. And while attending university my life was in shambles due to the symptoms of this diagnosis as well. The other big reason is that I just had 3 major surgeries, so please give me a break. But unfortunately I did not eventually she did end up prescribing medication to me after I told her I cant concentrate on anything at all not even a conversation. HOWEVER I called the pharmacy and they told me that specific medication is on back order and they do not expect to get it anytime soon. I called 10 pharmacies and none of them had it! They ended up telling me the manufacturer is not sending this specific medication out at all and this will be the case for a very long time. I called the office the staff was quite rude to me! Eventually after I decided I wont use my nice voice anymore, instead Ill speak to them the way they speak to me, they said the doctor will call me back. She called me back and said THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE I SENT THE PRESCRIPTION I told her it has nothing to do with that. It seems that she didnt understand. She then said Ill call the pharmacy to which I responded Yes, please do that. She has yet to call me back and Im sure she never will. I cancelled my follow up with her and made an appointment with someone else. We need more empathetic and understanding doctors in the healthcare system and ones like Dr.Kiblitsky should not be allowed to have the title Dr. The doctor and staff made me feel so low. Ive never had an experience like this before! Please beware!!
Revived Soul has a great team. I have seen multiple doctors there and they all have been not only attentive and professional but caring! The best thing about this place and really what makes any medical facility possible is all the bread-and-butter essential work of scheduling and calling pharmacists and insurance companies which is done by Jasmine at the front desk. Jasmine is vital for the establishment and always makes my visits enjoyable. She has the rare sensibility of being direct and clear when she needs to be but always with kindness and understanding. She truly makes her patience feel cared for and never fails to demonstrate that. What amazes me is how she maintains composure even with understandably difficult clients at a psychiatric facility! Revived Soul has connected me with the treatment I need that changed my life and I am always treated well there and my concerns are taken seriously.
First three times I waited over an hour past my appointment time. So I made sure to schedule my follow up as the first appointment of the day at 9am.The doctor didn’t arrive until just after 10am.Scheduled again for first apt. of the day. I arrived again at 9am, office didn’t open until 9:15 (I stood in the hall with two other clients until the front desk admin arrived) and the APRN I was scheduled to see didn’t show up until 9:45.They also failed to fill out paperwork required by my insurance which resulted in me fronting $320 out of pocket for meds.I saw the dr/APRN a total of 5-10 minutes each time and was charged $250 each time, plus a 4% markup for not paying cash.Horrendous.
Dr. Irina Kiblitsky is the best doctor in New York. Dr. Glick is one of my favorite doctors too.All the doctors & staff members in this facility are friendly, professional, and caring. But Believe me you haven’t met a good doctor until you meet Dr. Kiblitsky. It’s very hard to find a caring doctor with so much knowledge and particularly who does this profession to truly improve people’s life. And Dr. Kiblitsky is very compassionate about her job, and this statement is coming from someone who have gone through hundreds of doctors for the past 12 years. I have pretty much seen it all as a patient, I have been diagnosed with several chronic diseases since the age of 17, and most of them are major conditions. So, believe me when I say this.. it is truly difficult to come across a great doctor with all of the great qualities, especially in a big city as NYC!I have never said this to Dr. Kiblitsky before, but I would like to say it now sincerely, from the bottom of my heart Thank you so much Dr. Kiblitsky for being who you are, and may God bless you for all the hard work you do!
This office & particularly Svetlana Buryakov saved my life. Ive been in therapy for over 30 years & have seen countless therapists, but the progress I have made with Svetlana is very unique in my experience. She really cares, & by following her suggestions, in just a shirt period of time, I have made unparalleled progress in my well-being. She is incredibly smart, empathetic & understanding, while helping guide me to a better life. I am sincerely grateful for having found Svetlana as my therapist, as I know how difficult it is to find one that truly has concern & care, & actually helps, & makes a very noticeable difference in my life & demeanor, as my friends & family can attest to.

2022-06-23I really gave them a lot of chances. Too many to be honest with you.- first of all they need to fix their phone. Whenever I’d call someone from another location would pick up and when they realized I’d call for this location they’d get annoyed and be like “you need to call this number….(insert number” meanwhile that’s the same number I called……- their providers are always late. I genuinely don’t understand how someone can be an hour and a half late to a phone call appointment…not once was my appointment on time or anywhere near on time. It’s so inconsiderate. As if I have no other obligations in life then to sit here staring at a wall waiting for my doctor to call me. For this reason im done with them and I will never go back. I can’t allocate a whole day for them to sit around and wait. Sometimes I’d call the front desk to make sure they didn’t forget about me. But there have also been times where I’ve had an appointment for 4:30pm and it was already passed 5 and I didn’t get the call and I couldn’t even call the front desk because they all went home already :)- I would definitely not recommend any of their offices. The service isn’t even good. Sometimes I’d wait a week for them to do everything for my prescription and run out of medication.- it should be noted that I’m writing this through a friends’ account so the name isn’t the patient name

2022-06-02I wish I could give a 0 rating. I am a patient at the primary care office and have had the worst experience at this office. Firstly, the receptionist is extremely rude. She answers the phone yelling and talks down to patients. Yana the NP has no bedside manners and she doesn’t know how to explain medical diagnosis. Oh and the worst part is you will wait 1-2 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. Good luck scheduling here!!!😂

2022-02-14Zero star for front desk guy.1) He was really RUDE. He had a strong accent and when I want him to repeat some details for the appointment, he started to yell at me. I was pretty depressed and I finally got some courage to reach out for help. And this guy just made my situation worse and I felt even more triggered.2) He knew NOTHING about their services. When I asked how long would a session be, he said he knew nothing about it. I was like??? Hello??? You are the front desk but you know nothing what the service your agency provided??? So for my 1st session, should I expect a 10min session or 45min???Terrible front desk!!!

2022-06-28I’ve been a patient at their primary care and mental health office. Both the doctors and the support staff couldn’t care less about patients, it is actually impressive. Obviously it’s a management problem, without getting into details just trust all the negative reviews here please.

2022-01-19I am only giving this review 5 stars becuase I love Tiffany lawson, she is amazing very caring and makes you feel comfortable and just simply great, however the staff is HORRIBLE I’m constantly being told to wait days or even weeks for simple task. There’s only one person that i can say is truly amazing there and if u have problems contact JASMINE she seems to pick up all the slack!! I don’t even think she works in this specific office, It’s just relieving when she answers the phone line. The other receptionist should be trained by her. I just waited 3 weeks for somthing that jasmine took care of within an hour. I’m so tired of the rude unproductive staff who talks to you as if you are below them.

2021-12-15Staff are rude, petty, confrontational, and incompetent. Try to find a different medical health practitioner that will give you a net positive mental health experience.Staff across multiple locations have...- started arguments with other patients in front of me in waiting area- hung up on me during an emergency- sent me to wrong office location- interrupted patients regularly (not just me)- yelled over their own staff doctor during a 1-on-1 meeting between me and the doctor- ignored my doctors calls 3x after they requested he contact them to share information- told me my doctor was a liar when I asked them about the previous bullet- screened my calls until closing time when they were busy (answered phone, then upon hearing my name placed me on hold for various increments of time before hanging up the line)- promised to schedule an appointment for a specific date and never scheduled any appointment- fallen through on promises of followup callsI have also had some tedious and dubious experiences with Dr. Kiblitsky.

2022-03-10They try to push either expensive new therapies on you or Ritalin or adderall.Terrible treatment. Rude. Just there to get your copay and get rid of you.

2021-09-20Take that one star as NO STAR. The receptionist at E.17th is horrible!!!!! RUN FAST! They do not answer the phones if they do theyll hang up on you or put you on hold for 160 minutes. In order to get to the doctors you have to get through the receptionist and they do not make it easy. The receptionist will yell at you saying you need to do a DRUG TEST even if your provider has never disclosed this information with you, Im sorry but I didnt know a receptionist can make such clinical decisions. They are so rude and unprofessional I will no longer return to this doctor sorry to put this out there but if you are any other race than Russian dont expect to be treated kindly. When I called again I spoke with a receptionist named Jasmine ( because its important to get a name with all the mistakes they make) she was so helpful in more ways than 1 she was professional and I can tell she knew how to resolve the issue that I called about. Other than her an the doctors this place is no help. FIRE THE FRONT DESK!!

2021-01-16There are very good specialists. They working with responsibility, and trying to help. Very nice people at front desk. I read bad reviews – may be that people need something else, expected something other from life. But I think, this is the best choice for most patients. And, please, dont be negative to medical workers at this difficult time. You have to understand, that they working, helping people, caring about many patients, they working many hours every day, they are tired. But they trying to make this life better for many people.
