Great spot! I took home three garments on my first visit, all of them showing no signs of wear. The racks are PACKED and spread throughout two rooms, so be prepared to spend some time if you want to take it all in. I found a wide range of style and type, including vintage pieces. The gentleman who checked me out was kind, friendly and patient. I will absolutely be returning :)A few things to note:- There is only one changing room- I could only find one mirror on the floor, aside from the changing room- Cash or Apple Pay (via text message) acceptedMy only suggestion would be to add more mirrors on the floor. This would make shopping more efficient and keep the line for the changing room moving quickly.
Jammed packed with clothes and shoes, which I thought was great, at first. However, there is no rhyme or reason. It’s actually quite disgusting. I was there for about 30 minutes and the man working there, looked me up and down but didn’t bother to speak. I was hoping to buy a pair of shoes but they were in such a chaotic mess, I just couldn’t figure that mess out so I left. Oh, and clean your windows! Two stars for location and variety.
Best thrift store in BK hands down!! Not only they have amazing treasures in there but also the prices are very fair for second hand items.you can find anything from expensive/vintage/ brand items to casual everyday clothes.I ve even bought a vintage leather couch from them…RAphael the owner is the best..always welcoming, knows the value of the things he has and always gonna give you a good price.there’s a lot of racks to go through but I guarantee you you ll always find something.!!love them all 😍
Great selection of some really decent brands (Sam Edelman, Michael Kors, Cole Haan) in great condition and well priced. Staff was extremely helpful. I found a really cute pair of summer sandals and the proprietor very kindly gave me a deal. I was in a hurry but im looking forward to returning to check out the clothes, as the selection looks expansive. Great service.
I have a bit of an unpopular take about this store. Yes, they do have some better curated name and designer brands, BUT they are pretty off when it comes to pricing. Its very random. You will score if you are in mid range/contemporary/designer price points (obviously. its a thrift store after all), but a Zara piece for $25, a used forever 21 for $10, BCBG for $15 and so many more brands that any other thrift store will price at around $5 to $8. He doesnt segregate mass brands from designer brands when it comes to price. And thats the bummer.Other than deals on some good designer items, I find the store presumptively overpriced. Shoes are the most overpriced for what they are. Again, they are not your typical thrift store, which is confusing if you typically support thrift and consignment stores. Its a shame, because I could buy so much more if they priced at market. Its like they are not up to speed of how the thrift market is evolving.I dont think he gives great discounts either. A $104 total, down to $100 is not a discount in my opinion when prices are already so jacked up. Again, if you are a new Brooklyn hipster transplant, you might find the offering amazing at GOOD prices but if you know New York and what thrift is all about in this city, you might disagree on the basics of things. At $50 spend, you might walk out with 4 pieces here, other thrift stores you will definitely score at least 8 pieces. The place can get quite boisterous too, if you go on a warm day. I will give them kudos on the re-organization. They have put quite some order that its a little easier to browse through currently. But, PRICING is why I wont return soon or often enough.Pro tip: Always double check ebay before you buy. If his price is comparative to ebay, then its not a fair thrift price!
Let me tell you - whenever i shop, i try to thrift and this is legitimately, for me, the best experience ive had in memory… (one random fact, for anyone with small feet who struggles to buy shoes? This place GOT US 👏🏼). Such kind people running the place, amazing brands (from europe, especially). Cant recommend it enough. Walked out of here with 3 designer pairs of shoes that actually fit me. It - yeah. Cant believe i didnt know about this place before. 5 stars. Thank u rafael & fam
Was driving by when I saw the shop .. I called and got an immediate answer . I went looking for cowboy boots , and found a few pairs and one that fit . The price was very reasonable and accommodating. They even help me get something for my daughter .. I will definitely be coming back
Fine store they offer many fine brand like dolce & cabana ,Hugo , Burberry , cáñalo , Armani , Prada , todaAny you need is in hereSo visit the store you won’t regret itCustomer service make you feel like familiesI’m very happy and glad for the services and the clothes and shoes they offer
RGR Thrift shop is one of the best shops in town ! They have great deals and a great selection for all - You won’t be disappointed since they get new merchandise in every week and will be surprised every time you go how the designer items are amazing -ladies/ men’s/ kids clothing. They have designer handbags & accessories/shoes for all sizes. Must see!!
I was not impressed with this thrift store. Its extremely cluttered and there were no prices on most of the clothes on the racks. I did see a coat for $75 which is very overpriced. The fact that some of the items were not priced leads me to believe that theyll charge you whatever they want. No bueno. I will not be returning.
Lots of inventory, but kinda cluttered and little room to move. For the size of the store, I was surprised there was nothing that caught my attention. No prices marked on anything, and with 15 minutes of browsing was never acknowledged by staff. You might be able to find hidden treasures, but I will look elsewhere.

2022-06-17Got these green sandals, cute wedges, button up mini jean skirt AND a pair of sneakers all for $50. Going back for the dainty Kate Spade flip flops I saw and MUST have! This shop is clean and well organized. The owner is very pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend! 😜

2022-04-22This is not your typical “edgy hip” thrift store, it’s an actual shop full of a variety of different types of clothes and shoes for all age groups. The shop owner I believe named Rafael was super nice and even offered a very good deal for my things. They have tons of really nice branded gently used and even brand new items at very fair and affordable prices! I picked up some business attire and I loved the selection they had. Definitely coming back!

2022-06-25They have a lot of clothes!! Like, a lot! A whole bunch of shoes as well. Reasonably priced and great for a dig. The owner is super nice. Will be our go-to thrift store around the neighborhood :))Not the more expansive vintage type, affordable & you might also find some good brands and higher quality clothes. Items are well organized.

2022-05-27One of my favorite local thrift stores. Large selection of clothes and shoes for fair prices. I never go in looking for anything specific but I always leave with a handful of clothes from all different brands and designers. There are a lot of clothes to sort through so it might be best not to stop in when you’re shopping with a time constraint. It’s cash only & I rarely have cash on me, so I only stop in once in a while, as a treat. Whenever I do walk in, I always feel very welcomed by the staff. Overall great lil spot.

2022-06-14This was my second time at the store and first time meeting the owner Rafe, he’s one of the nicest persons I’ve ever meet. He’s very patient, friendly, and even stayed open late, so that I can continue shopping. Yes the store is very packed, but if you are patient, then I promise you, you’ll be able to find tons of hidden gems at great prices. I strongly suggest you pack a small bag of snacks and bottle water. In the end, I ended up spending over $500, and Rafe gave me a discount off the total. I look forward to building a long lasting relationship with RGR Thrift!

2022-05-18RGR family thrift store, is a great store. The store is very clean and neat, great customer service. High end merchandise for a affordable price. If your looking for any European design this is the place to shop, no need to go to Bloomingdale’s and Saks, when can shop at RGR and get your designer clothes, shoes and handbag.
