Me and my wife are big RH fans...we have a couple of furniture pieces throughout our home. After the queens outlet location closed we usually shopped the outlet in Jersey. This one was so much closer to home. We put our name on a call back list for the porthole bar and got a call within 2 weeks! We missed out on this bar 2 years ago in the Tanger outlets RH. We love RH but some stuff at regular price can hurt your pockets. Needless to say we went straight to the store to pick it up. Shout out to the manager Jerome and the staff that helped wrap and pack the bar into the van. Special thanks to Jack (the up and coming actor) who helped me get the piece home on his own time. Talk about customer service!
Ask for Deborah and Dena -- two superstars that will help you with all of your furniture needs!! They have been amazing in helping me to furnish my place since November 2019. Thank you both!!
Great place! They get deliveries all the time so its worth calling and/or stopping by if youre in the area.
Not very big, maybe if you go weekly you can find a deal. Better off getting the catalog.
The Brooklyn location is an RH Outlet only where you can find pieces of furniture, but none of the decorative items or accessories available in their regular stores.
The presentation needs quite a bit of work, it looks like a mish mosh in one room, the customer service is amazing and no linen like their other outlet.
Inventory doesnt turn over that much but good for the occasional bargain

2019-12-07Beautiful furniture, well organized space and amazing people at RH Outlet. Haven’t found my piece yet but Argenis and Dena were so helpful in answering all my questions. Will def be back regularly to check on inventory.Update: after several visits, I realized the prices are marked down 40% from the original price, not members price. Considering these are either slightly damaged, returns, and you are stuck with the color, fabric or configuration option. For me, the difference was not enough to settle for a sofa which I will use for years to come. I also spoke to other interior designers and after much research, I bought made in USA sofa elsewhere in the exact color and design I love for far less than what I expected to spend at R&H Outlet.Knowing what I know now, would I still recommend to try going out there? Maybe, just to see for yourself. Would I ever go back for any furniture? Nope.

2021-08-17First of all, the third part delivery company is 👎. Delay time, high charge. We also ordered some huge,super heavy items from nj RH outlets, the delivery there is nice, reasonable price. But BK rh delivery charged super high. A mirror, a rug and a piece of outdoor couch, charging for $500(you even don’t need to install it). We ordered king size bed, 500lbs coffee table, 250lbs side table, including installation only around $400. But, RH staff are nice. Only complain about the delivery company. And about the mirror! They even don’t offer the assembly!! That is hard for normal people to install to wall.

2021-05-25The customer service here is really top notch - I cant imagine better even if one were to pay full price. If you REALLY want to appreciate it, go to the ABC Carpet outlet first for contrast!Beyond that, the stock is quite solid with new stuff coming in all the time. Youll have to work with a third party shipping company, but the staff makes that very easy, too.

2021-05-16This is a very functional showroom for final sale and last call items from Restoration hardware. Its not the typical designer vibes youll get at the flagship stores (i. E. theres no brunch and no bar lol). However, There are some steep discounts relative to their full retail price.The selection is obviously random, and sometimes only 1 piece of a kind is available. They have a holding system where you can place a hold on an item you want and youll have 2 hours to redeem your hold and make the purchase.Shipping is through a third party ($$) or you can choose to Do It Yourself like I did: the U-Haul is a 10 min bike ride away or a short cab ride.Found the hard to get cloud sofa here and luckily made our hold/purchase just before a few other couples arrived. #victoryThe staff was awesome in wrapping the items and carrying/dollying them over to my rental truck. 🌟 Definitely would return here if Im searching for new furniture. Exploring Industry City is a fun few hours of adventure too!

2020-07-14Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Brooklyn RH outlet! I worked with Dena, who was knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly friendly. Thanks to her, I was able to find a great bed + rug that fit my budget and my space perfectly. Highly recommend making the trip to BK!

2021-07-14Holy moly. Debbie, the manager, is the “what not to do” example of customer service. Her demeanor to our family and everyone we observed her interact with was abrasive, argumentative, entitled, and belligerent. She could make the most loyal RH customer not return. :(

2019-11-09Love RH, but I honestly miss the outlet in queens, it had a wider selection. Not all the staff are personable, kinda picked who they talked to, just because I don’t look like I have money doesn’t mean I don’t. Everyone walking though the door is potential to introduce someone to the brand, and not just create a one time customer but a life long brand shopper. I walked the store for 20 mins and after I noticed how I was treated I observed to see if it was only me, it wasn’t. Love RH but I’ll find another store.
