Super friendly and very competent. Easy to talk to and explain everything very nicely. Very punctual with appointment time - I went in t see the doctor at exact hour of appointment. Highly recommend to anyone.
I have high level of trust in Dr Ricardo decisions. He explains medical conditions very well. He listens and answers my questions. I highly recommend him.
1st time at this location. Had a 1:45 appointment. Of course I got there early to fill out my paperwork. Did it and handed it in and was called within 20 mins ... I definitely love the staff and dig Dr.RICCARDO
I found Dr. Ricciardi to be very professional and caring. He is very nice and the older woman the front desk is very nice.
Very good doctor, he just needs a new staff. Unhelpful and non professional. Make sure if you need a doctors you ask them a week in advance.
Dr. Ricciardi really raises the bar when it comes down to caring and compassion! Hes One-in-a-Million!

2021-12-16Unhelpful doctor by all means. left my dad in pain for 3 months after promising the procedure would work. now he is undergoing prostate surgery after being told it wasn’t a prostate problem by dr ricciardi.

2019-04-01Dr. Ricciardi is very professional. I instantly felt very good on my first visit with my dad. He kindly called me back each time, he said he would. Always answered all my questions for my Dads condition. I highly recommend him!! He genuinely shows he cares, and helps put your mind at ease. Impeccable bed side manners!!! I am very selective when choosing a doctor and I must say Dr. Ricciardi is very knowledgeable and helps give you peace of mind!!

2018-12-07I had a wonderful experience with Dr Ricciardi! His caring and compassionate attitude was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and helped create an individualized treatment plan for me and helped me to a speedy recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Ricciardi to anyone looking for a Urologist that truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing. Top of the list!!! I am so grateful for the care that Dr Ricciardi gave me!!

2019-08-21Dr. Ricciardi is wonderful he was professional, calm and compassionate. He explained my medical condition and procedure and made me feel at ease and confident that I was in good hands. The staff at Metropolitan Lithotriptor Associates where I had my procedure was friendly, helpful and had great bedside manners. I would recommend Dr. Ricciardi but would advise everyone not to see him at TJH Surgical Suite in Jamaica, NY the staff there are the worst I had to constantly call to get a date for my procedure. Faxed my paperwork 3 different times because they claimed they couldnt find it. They dont return your calls when you leave a messages and they dont follow through. I highly definitely recommend Dr. Ricciardi but try one of his other offices.

2018-07-20Update (07/20/18) Thanks to Dr Ricciardi, I was FINALLY able to get diagnosed. It only took 2 out of 54 physicians to help me get the right diagnosis and he was one of them. It took years to find out. Im blessed to have gone to his office. I wish I could give him 10 Stars!******************************************************Update (06/02/18) Dr Ricciardi, Jr, steered me in the right direction.He referred me to the rheumatologist and then got referred to the oncologist. I am happy he was able to get me out of this terrible loop of the ED and specialists that did nothing but make things worse.Thank You! God bless you!************************************************************I went to Dr Ricciardi for a 2nd opinion after going through hell with my old urologist.He was very pleasant and actually explained everything that could possible be wrong. I will be following up with him soon. I hope I can change my review to 5 stars. I hope he can figure this out.He showed me some empathy, which I dont see much in physicians these days. I PRAY to God, I will stop suffering soon and he can help.Front desk staff was very nice also.
