Was searching for a repair person. After much research and calls I reached out to some friends and Richie came highly recommended. Friendly, honest, reasonable prices, great availability, clean, polite, courteous, helpful, work truck is unmarked which we liked (No ones business) and professional work shirt. Gave approximate prices by phone to give an idea depending on what might be wrong. Explained things and showed me as he worked. Would definitely recommend and use his services again.

Called Richie for a broken non spinning top loading GE washer. Bought the unit in 2016 from Lowes and it was presently out of warranty. Richie was responsive, professional and prompt with her service. He was organized, showed respect for my home by bringing in work mats. He answered all of my questions and was clearly very knowledgable of his craft and skill sets. I would recommend Richie for future appliance repairs, the cost of his consultation can save one hundreds given the rising cost of appliances and electronics! Thank you Richie- Vik, Farmingdale.

Richie’s has great customer service and prices. Tried to troubleshoot my dishwasher over the phone before coming out to see if it could be repaired. Very upfront and honest with pricing and what he could do.Honest and does great work. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Richie is very knowledgeable man. Ive had him fix many appliances for us. This time it was our oven,he ordered the part ,replaced it all in a timely manner. Its great to be able to call someone and know he is reliable and dependable. Wonderful gentleman.

Richie is one of the best repairman that we have ever used. We actually enjoy when we need to call Richie for a repair. Hes very easy to talk to and explains thoroughly what needs to be done and then though it might cost him some money will be honest about whether or not its worth repairing our appliance or should we just buy a new one. I dont believe there is any worker that we would recommend more that Richie!!!!

Weve been using Richies Appliance for over 30 years. Hes very knowledgeable, honest, and very clean. His prices are also very fair. He always puts down a drop cloth at his work area, and cleans up before he leaves.Every time my husband and I think we need to replace our dryer, Richie gets it to work again! Hes brought it back to life numerous times & its 20 years old!I wouldnt buy any appliance without getting Richies recommendation, hes active in the appliance association, therefore knows what to recommend to his customers.His wife Gail whos his secretary also is very knowledgeable, and knows the right questions to ask. Once my washing machine wasnt working, and Gail asked if we had any contractors do work at the house.We had just done some electrical work and all I had to do was check the circuit breaker which was off for my washer.They both make a great team, and its always a pleasure dealing with them.

Richie is a rare find. He was knowledgeable and honest and not like the referral service ones or big companies were you can not get to speak to a professional tech.He listened to the issue provided a rough estimate and showed up on site quickly and even returned back after a couple of hours to explain and demonstrate what was done.Great personal service you can hardly find these days, highly recommended

Richie was amazing!! I called and told him the dishwasher dispenser door was not opening. He advised he could come out but would be about $300. He suggested a new dishwasher tablet to use Finish quantum because it’s temperature sensitive and will clean our dishes fine. Honesty and integrity at its height!!! Thanks Richard!

I would highly recommend Richies Appliance Home Service Center. Richie was professional, knowledgeable and forthcoming about what parts had to be repaired/replaced and what the cost would be. He also took pains to comply with COVID-19 health and safety issues, something my wife truly appreciated. This was the first time i ever used him for appliance repair, but it surely wont be the last. Richie is also highly recommended by Jays in Levittown.
