UPDATE: The number they had on file WAS correct. They never called me back and someone tried after I posted the review. No thank you.I had messaged them and requested a quote for my truck, they did have the best price BUT the associate I was chatting with said they had ordered my windshield and that it would get to them by the day of my appointment, which they said they were going to call me that day to confirm they had my windshield and what time I could come in for that day. Well its been well over my appointment day and no one ever called to confirm, to let me know if they had it, ask me to come in or nothing. So we are back to researching other places.
Got my window broken in this morning. Called Richmond Auto glass and they were able to have me come in the same day. At first I was going to have to leave my car and pick it up tomorrow, but they were able to find a replacement for me the same day. I got my window fixed within 3-4 hours of me coming in. It was a fast and easy process and I am nothing but happy with my service. Thank you!
Omg....where do I start!?!?! My window switch was broken...talk about anxiety🥺 they diagnosed tge problem and I have an appointment to fix it completely when the part arrives....fast and easy breezy 😃

Replaced my broken GMC SUV Driver side window front door and rear venting window. I chose them based on price and great customer service. Next day on the spot removal, clean up, and install of both was excellent. Service men were professional, efficient and cleaned up the broken glass. Great workers.

Great staff. Very Friendly. Took care of everything very quick and very professionally. I highly suggest going there for any of your auto-glass needs.I had a crack in my windsheild and couldnt pass inspection. I called them and they actually had the windsheild in stock and had it done in like an hour and a half. That was just the first time i used them.

Repaired my Odyssey sliding doors. Very knowledgeable and professional. They also demonstrated they stand by their work by following up with a subsequent adjustment to the slide system. Very nice to deal with. Thanks for a job well done.
Mess leftover, Burn marks on top of car , black stuff all over the driver & passenger pillars. other then that I can say they were quick after 2 weeks

2022-06-08Awesome place I called spoke to Tony, he told me come 9am the next morning. I had a chip that was spider webbing. He quoted me $65 and about 40 minutes. It was $65 and 40 minutes. Looks much much better. People are really nice, fast service, inexpensive.

2021-11-04My daughters 2008 infinity g35 was leaking water from what I thought was the door rubber n seals. Read some really good reviews on this place and decided to place the call. Once I spoke to the guy on the phone right away I knew I called the right place. He was very knowledgeable about the Situation and knew right away what the issue was. Brought it in to him. He told me it’s the sun roof Chanels that were clogged up n even demonstrated it so I can see what the issue was. Said to bring it in the next day early Bc he was all booked up n I called prior to closing time. It was about to rain and he was nice enough to tape it so it won’t leak. Next day he fixed the issue within couple hours. I highly recommend this place for all your window needs. Give them a call and you’ll send everybody you know there as well. Price was reasonable as well

2020-06-12When my car window was smashed by someone I was frustrated and mad. But calling Richmond glass made the whole process of replacing the glass a breeze. The phone was picked up at the first ring. Toni was a delight to work with. He gave his cell phone number to send the picture of the window and within 10 min I got a quote which was the best price from anywhere. The next day morning his staff came to the house and installed the glass exactly at the promised time. I was kept in the loop at all times with perfect communication at all times. When I later realized that the insurance will pay for the glass Toni was more than accommodating in helping me getting a refund from the insurance.Here is a small business that deserves all the accolades that they are getting. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

2020-02-16Excellent service, I got my wind shield replaced on my Express 3500 a couple of weeks ago and there are no leaks. He even took the time and get rid of the rust around it too. I took it to him in the morning and was ready for pick up that same day. Also very helpful over the phone. I would recommend to anyone who needs it

2019-07-13Its really always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Ive had probably 4 windshields replaced over the last six years or so. Today I had them replace a passenger window and the power regulator that broke. Their customer service is really good and Im confident in their work. I think their prices are reasonable and theyre honest.

2020-12-09Wow, all I can say is these guys are very very nice and go out of your way to help you. I live in Texas and they had some vintage glass for sale on eBay, so I decided to call to see if they had the right glass for me. While they did not, they looked long and hard to find someone that did. You just dont see that kind of service these days, so theres no doubt Id recommend Richmond to anyone.

2020-01-13LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is fantastic! Had something hit my windshield while i was driving and it completely shattered it. I called several places and wasnt satisfied with the prices. Was about to go to Safelite, but all their google reviews were horrible. As a last ditch effort I just emailed Richmond Auto Glass on a Saturday evening for a quote and Craig responded within minutes. He gave the lowest quote out of all the other companies (even Safelite) and said he can replace the windshield on Monday morning. We set up the appointment and dropped off my car Monday morning. After a couple of hours I got a call from the tech saying that my car was ready for me to pick up. When i got there I inspected the windshield and all look perfect and the I paid the exact price I was quoted. I waited 6 weeks to leave a review because I wanted to make sure that all was well with the windshield and that no leaks had formed. I really applaud this place for not taking advantage of people when they most vulnerable. Everyone that worked there was kind and friendly. They will have my business should I ever need another windshield!

2020-06-03Called ahead and spoke with Tony for an estimate on fixing some loose trim. He suggested I come right in and he saw me right away. Fixed the annoying trim in less than 30 minutes for a good price. Really nice guy and great service.
