I have been going for the past 2 months for my lower back pain. My therapist is Dr. Rushabh Shah, so far the best in the business. He pays attention to detail, and does a custom treatment dependent of where your pain is. Other therapist treat you like its a car wash, doing basic therapy routine. But with Dr. Rushabh you will never want to see any other therapist.
I’ve been going to the Forest Ave location for a month now for shoulder pain. Dr Esha has been treating me and she is great. She takes her time and shows me exercises I can do at home. My shoulder pain has been improving since I’ve started treatment.
A huge thank you to Dr.Thakkar who has helped me for the last few months with arthritis in my left knee! My pain has gone from 10/10 to 3/10 due to her advice, stretches, and massages! I highly recommend having her for your PT needs!
Last year I had successful and caring treatment from Dr. Mahajan following shoulder surgery. I somehow reinjured my arm and was pretty much unable to move it, so back to Richmond Physical Therapy, Forest Avenue location. Therapist Mausmi Thakkar is treating me this time. After two sessions with her, I had regained much of the movement of my arm. She is continuing treatment with heat, STIM, gentle massage, stretching and exercise. Most of the pain is gone. Im confident that soon I will be painfree because of Mausmis gentle ministrations. Last year I had a few sessions with Chaitrali Altre and Dr .Chris Theaver who were both great. Always get a greeting from Brianna when I arrive and from Srushti Patel who then gets me setup for Mausmi. A very friendly and caring staff and expert care await you at Richmond Physical Therapy.
From Lynn Roschbach,I just had my second visit at Richmond Physical Therapy with Dr. Sirisha as I have been experiencing a constant ache for awhile starting at my neck which radiates down into my upper arm. Due to her knowledge, techniques and the exercises I was given, I feel some relief in this short amount of time. Dr Esha is knowledgeable, caring, competent and compassionate. She has helped me greatly with my significant back pain. My physiatrist ordered the Schroth Method which Dr Esha implemented with brought me relief from pain. Thank you Dr Esha
I initially came in with right shoulder, neck, and jaw pain, but after these few weeks of physical therapy (including massages, stimulants, and exercises), my pain has essentially gone away. Thanks to Dr. Esha and the welcoming staff, I feel much better after treatment.
I have been coming to Richmond physical therapy for about 3 months now I deal with serve back, neck ,and knee pain to do an accident CHAITRALI Is the therapist I see at the forest Ave location she is amazing she takes her time to actually get to know the patient she targets all the areas where I am having pain at.she also makes sure to thoroughly massage my problem areas which is a great help to my neck and back . I HIGHLY recommend her you will not be DISAPPOINTED .

Dr Thakkar has been helping me with my herniated disc at the L5/S1 and I can explain how much she’s helped me. I was told by the doctor I fit my MRI from that im going to need surgery and that I need to get steroid injections to help the pain until then . I came here with a pain level of 7-8 out of 10 and two eeeks later im at a 2/10! It’s crazy to think about but she gave the best advice on stretching and that provided with the massage and electric stimulation has helped me so much. Wish I came here earlier, she’s the best ! For me to make that much progress in 2 weeks is absurd, looking forward to the next couple weeks where I know I’ll get to 100%! Make sure you ask for her, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
I love coming here from the therapist to the nurses and receptionist they all friendly. Also, they do what’s best fits your needs and been doing my therapy it has been helping me a lot.

I started coming to Richmond PT for vestibular therapy. Been seeing Chaitrali and in less than two months my balance is almost at 100%. She is thoughtful and patient. Takes her time and explains everything. I really recommend this place and her if you need PT for any reason.

Richmond Physical Therapy has been so helpful for my back pain. Dr. Krishika Shah is very kind and makes sure to explain everything I need to know, and the exercises she has taught me have been making a difference in my discomfort. Dr. Mausmi Thakkar also helped me to get customized orthotics that have made a world of difference in my posture and helps with my overpronation, in addition to being kind. Scheduling is also very easy and the people at the front desk are nice and professional (shout out to Christine!), as well as the PT aides (thank you Zane!). Cant recommend enough.

I had a broken ankle with plates and screws never thought I would walk again. My doctor kadakia has me back better than ever combination of heat and cold wraps,massage,electro stimulation, challenging exercise weight balls, resistance bands,cycling wonderful foot and calf machine.Her knowledge and care saved me the staff down to earth caring kind and helpful parking always near and at location
I had called so many Therapy places to help me w/a dropped foot from an Aortic Valve Surgery back in June 2021. Until a very good friend of mine who’s a VNS nurse told me about Richmond Physical Therapy. Too my surprise I had gotten an appointment right away & to top it off they come to the house. They came the next day to evaluate me & then the following week I started. I had gotten a great therapist her name was Poojah Mayank. She took her time & she knew exactly what she needed to do & she stayed longer then 10 mins. Poojah knew exactly exactly what & where to work on. It’s like God sent Me an Angel! And your not rushed. I’m getting better Thanks to Poojah &it’s because of her my foot is slowly coming back. She was my Guardian Angel. I have been going to physical therapy at the forest location for a knee injury being a patella dislocation, treated by Dr. Esha for the past month and a half. I have had a great experience here between the nice and attentive staff and my doctor pushing to exceed my own thoughts of my strength. She is very helpful, patient, and encouraging. I would recommend this place and Dr. Esha to anyone in need of recovery and excellent treatment
I came in with some knee problems. On my first visit I got diagnosed with a first degree torn meniscus and my kneecap bone was dislocating. Ive been seeing Dr Chaitrali since I got here and she has been such a great help. When I first came here I could barely get dressed, I couldn’t get out of my car, and I couldn’t go up the stairs. Now I have returned to my normal self and have been able to do everything I did before. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I am so glad that I came here, and I recommend this place to anyone that needs physical therapy. 😊
Chaitrali Atre worked wonders on my body. She was able to heal my year long pain in a matter of a few sessions.
Richmond Physical Therapy is a great place to go, their staff is friendly and helpful. I am seen on time with little to no wait when I arrive. My physical therapist Chaitrali is knowledgeable and very good at her job, when therapy is done I feel better and my pain level has decreased. Whether she is working on my ankle/knee or back/neck she always makes sure that I am comfortable while she is working on me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy.
Amazingly Great Physical Therapists!I began therapy at Richmond Physical Therapy after an orthopedic surgery. The therapists treating me are Sayali and Esha. It is unbelievable how their expertise eliminated my pain and significantly reduced inflammation and other issues within a week. They both work tirelessly to treat their patients in order to achieve a favorable outcome. They take the time to ensure that all my concerns are addressed. I especially like their traditional approach to physical therapy. The fact that they enjoy being therapists makes the journey more enjoyable. I believe that all the aforementioned characteristics allow both ladies to achieve optimum quality outcome in patient care.I wholeheartedly recommend Richmond Physical Therapy!

I have been going to Richmond Physical Therapy on Forest Avenue for a few months now and I love my therapist Mausmi. She is excellent in every way. She is very attentive, asks how Im feeling every session so she can assess how to treat me that day. She is always recommending new exercises to do at home. The treatments she gives in the office have benefitted me tremendously in such a short time. My stamina has increased a great deal as well. I feel like a new person! Ive been to four other therapists on Staten Island and Richmond Physical Therapy, by far, exceeds all the others. The whole staff is great...Thank you Mausmi!!!

Ive been a patient at Richmond Physical Therapy for about 2 years now & I am soooo grateful to them for all the help theyve given me. All of the staff is AMAZING, for real. Dr. Madhu is The BEST at what she does & the fact that she honestly CARES about her patients is what puts her in a class above most. Sarah makes the place run INSANELY SMOOTH & its just an all around comfortable experience every time Im there (which says A LOT considering Im there addressing chronic back & neck pain!) They make physical therapy as painless as absolutely possible & I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I had my doubts at first my back was going to heal, but after a few sessions I had hope and my mobility has greatly improved and my pain is diminished. It has been a great experience from day one. The doctor carefully listened to me, explained what could be the root of the problem. On the first visit I was given a massage, a few exercises and ultra-sound therapy for my back. The moment I got home I realized how much better I feel. I fractured my Femur in April 2021 and Ive been coming here working mostly with my therapist Dr. Mausami Thakkar. Because of my fracture, my leg is 3/4 of an inch shorter and my collapsed arches in my feet were not taking it well. My progress was very slow. Dr Thakkar recommended I get custom orthotics for my shoes. I agreed. She made the orthotics within a few minutes and I have been wearing them religiously and they help so much! My walking has improved tremendously! I am thankful for Dr. Thakkar and her staff for helping me get through this difficult time as comfortably as possible.
I trust Dr. Esha to treat my upper back, neck and shoulder pain with expertise, care and concern. She knows how to help me find relief and listens to my input about how Im feeling, what works and what doesnt work. My treatment with her has made a big difference! So thankful!
My treatment was for a sprained ankle and I did tele-health treatment with dr. Esha Kadakia. Within the first couple of days of working with her, I could already see noticeable improvements with my ankle. Im walking normally again without any pain! The treatments are simple but highly effective. Would certainly recommend!
When I came to this facility I was barely taking steps .Just after a few therapy session my leg strength has improved.I can walk longer distance. No more pain in my legs and the ladies are very kind and compassionate about their worn.I highly recommend Richmond therapy.

They are super supportive. They care about your well being. I been coming here for a little while now and they have helped so much. They listen to the problem I was having and they helped me basically learn how not to baby my leg after being broke and in a cast for so long. They are very tentative and care about their patients. Hi, Im Stephen meadows and Ive been undergoing physical therapy for the past month and a half. Dr.esha and the staff at the forest location treated me with great hospitality, even to this day and explained the recovery process simplistically making it easy to understand. I can say without a doubt that the therapy is having a positive impact on my condition (herniated disc). I can surly recommend this facility for recovery and treatment 👍🏾

Dr. Esha has been treating me for about 7 weeks now for sciatica and pelvic dysfunction pain from my pregnancy. When I first began treatment I was in my 2nd trimester and could barely walk down the driveway because the pain was so crippling. She has made such a huge difference in my mobility and strength going into the 3rd trimester. I am very grateful to her. She is a kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor, I highly recommend!
I came to Richmond Physical Therapy after I had surgery for a torn rotator cuff. Recovery from that kind of procedure is rough. You’re in a sling for a month. It’s hard to get dressed. You have to sleep sitting up in a chair; you can’t drive for weeks. At first, I couldn’t even reach the turn signal on the steering wheel!I started physical therapy with Dr. Mausmi at Richmond Physical Therapy two weeks after my surgery. At that point, we were in the protective phase - just working to keep the elbow and wrist moving freely while still wearing the sling. Dr. Mausmi followed the protocol set up by my surgeon exactly. We were able to start shoulder therapy when the sling came off. Little by little, Dr. Mausmi worked one-on-one with me to raise my arm to the front. Every session we made progress. At about two months after the surgery, I was even able to raise my arm laterally, higher than I could pre-surgery!I am thrilled with the progress I made in my recovery from surgery. My experience with Richmond Physical Therapy was always good. The staff is very professional, courteous and up-beat. There is very little waiting time when you arrive. My therapist worked one-on-one with me, always asking how I was feeling, and whether I had any pain or soreness. I was treated with hand massage, electric stimulation, and ice packs, and Dr. Mausmi worked with me personally, encouraging me with my exercises. They even have a fantastic foot massage machine which you can use when you are in their office!I highly recommend Richmond Physical Therapy and give it 5 stars. I was able to walk to their location on Forest Avenue, but even if you don’t, it’s worth travelling to!
Their office staff is very professional and friendly and their physical therapists are very knowledgeable and hard working. They understand patients individual needs and work hard to treat them accordingly. Me and my husband are treated in this clinic and we can see the improvement in our lives in result of their treatment. This clinic is also safe and they follow all SOPs for covid-19. We are blessed to be treated by Sawati, she is very friendly, professional, hardworking and knowledgeable.
I needed a good physical therapy place for my parents so I searched various sites for good reviews and found this one amongst them. My parents really appreciated the care they were given at the office, specially by therapist Mona. They have since gone back for various other treatments. I myself started visiting after my parents, and really found the office staff to be great and Dr. Madhu to be an amazing therapist. She not only cares for her patients wellbeing but also goes above and beyond to suggest treatment options. The staff is very friendly and very active. Patients do not wait at all for therapy. On rare occasions if there is wait time, the therapist will apologize or based on your preference will ask another therapist to accommodate you. All therapists are equally competent and equally caring. There are various services the office provides, I have also participated in strengthening exercises with Sialy. She is great, will do a thorough evaluation of what you are looking to improve and what you may need and will work with you on specific exercises. I have not yet tried the acupuncture treatment, but I may in the future and will update this review accordingly. I also recently had an EMG done at the office and it was a really surprising experience for me. Compared to my previous EMG I did not scream in pain and the doctor explained every part of the process so it was an educational experience. I do highly recommend this place and hope people will have as great of an experience as I have had.
Recently injured myself and I spent a long time trying to find a good physical therapist.I go to the Forest Ave location and I normally see Dr Chaitrali or Dr Krishma. They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They make me feel comfortable and open to answering my questions.I highly recommend this location especially because they are punctual for your appointment and have many openings available.
All the therapists and staff are extremely nice and patient. They are ready to help and you can see the improvements after working with them. I would highly recommend Richmond Physical Therapy!
I have been suffering this pain of my left shoulder (partial tear of my tendon) for a long time. I had been to several physical therapists and for the first time I found this physical therapist place at 1785 Forest Avenue, thru a friend of my daughter to be very good. I went for consultation and treatment on February 16 and seen by a doctor and then assigned me to a lady physical therapist by the name of Ms. Chai Atre. Ms. Atre not only is a good therapist but she is very knowledgeable and treats conscientiously in a very professional manner. I am very much impressed the way she patiently treats her patients and also in a very ingenious way. I am undeniably feeling better with professional regimen and I can recommend anyone to this place and seek for the professional services of Ms. Atre.
One of the worst places on Staten Island to have physical therapy first thing about it was the only thing they wanted to do was the ultrasound machine and the electric stimulation. None the less I was to their office back in 2017 after a car accident and they did nothing to get me better no exercise or home exercise. Which is why I stop going there.Here we are in 2021 and they sent me to collections after never informing me that no fault did not pay for any visit. 4 years later sending me to collections after never receiving a single bill or phone call stating that I had an outstanding balance. Not to mentioned I only found out because of my credit report that they had sent me to collections. After speaking to the office I find out that they did not have my correct address. I kindly ask them to remove this off collections and that I would pay the bill. I asked them to please write a letter stating this was incorrectly place in collections due to me not receiving a bill the office manager stated that the direction of the practice stated no that could not be done.This is ridiculous and morally wrong. Why would anyone want to go to this office. Clearly this was completely wrong on their end. They are not willing to do anything other then take the money for the appointments.
I have been going to Richmond Physical Therapy for more than two years now. They have been prompt in their services, their staff is respectful and kind, courteous and take good care of me and my family members. But I have a special word of appreciation for Dr. Esha. She started working with me on my back pain issues a few months ago. I so appreciate her keen interest in the problems that I face week to week. Her knowledge of the physical issues that I have, her suggestions for improving, her stretching exercises and massages, and the care she gives every week with much interest has tremendously helped decrease the level of uncomfortableness and pain that I had before. The doctors in this practice are very professional and take utmost care to personalize the treatment to individual needs of a patient. My Mom has been very much helped with decrease in pain and increased mobility of her right hand. I will happily recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Came to Richmond PT for pain in my shoulder. Saw Dr. Madhuri for my evaluation and first follow up. She is very knowledgeable and found the source of my pain immediately and she implemented effective treatment. Afterwards, I saw PTA, Chitrali, the exercises she gave me really work and I feel myself getting stronger. All staff members are really nice and professional. Sarah helps set me up everytime and she is accurate and speedy, never have to wait to too long. For covid social distancing, each patient gets a private room for treatment. The gym isnt busy. They provide gloves when working out on equipment. They take temperature upon arrival and have multiple hand sanitizer stations. All in all treatment is effective and on point. I would recommend others to come here.
Very nice therapists. Many to choose from so youll find someone you like. And you can alternate therapists for varied techniques. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. They will recommend the best people for your specific needs.
This is my second treatment episode with them and first in Forest Ave clinic. The staff follow a strict protocol for COVID19 and I felt safe while there. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helping. Beside Dr. Madhu who is always very understanding and provides you the best treatment possible I was also treated by PTA Chaitrali and appreciate that they have intelligent staff who understands your physical problems and provides you the best therapy. I also joined their Exercise and Strengthening classes and hope to benefit from those sessions.
Very good service. I feel secure when doing my physical therapy. In these times of pandemia, the personnel and service people are very thoughtful and cautious with following best practices to avoid being infected with virus. My therapist (Zankhana Bhorsar) is really efficient and effective using double mask and face shield. The premises are pristine and clean. The chairs are covered with disposable sheets and you are treated in an independent room. My therapist follows protocols of washing her hands, using gloves before starting with my therapy. I highly recommend Richmond. Physical Therapy to anyone in need of physical treatment. I feel secure in this place compared to other centers I’ve been.
I am currently receiving excellent care from Richmond Physical Therapy by Dr. Madhurani. All of the staff are friendly, efficient, and extremely professional and caring.
I have been going to physical therapy at the forest location for a back injury for about a month treated by Dr. Khyati. The experience at this clinic was great. The staff was very helpful and kind!
I love coming here thrice a week. My pain has decreased tremendously. Dr. Chaitrali is awesome. She uses this deep massager that I absolutely love. I can’t wait for my back to feel 100 percent better
Sayali is the best Physical Therapist Assistant. She is an assistant to Zankhana and a one on one exercise trainer. I call her my personal exercise trainer lol. She does one on one training with me to help me strengthen my muscles, while doing this she is also helping me to lose weight.She is the best!! She knew I had asthma and other respiratory health issues so her first focus was to help me breathe and then we started focusing on my exercises. There are so many things I didn’t think I could do and now because of her I am doing them 😢🤗 because of this enthusiastic, loving person I am doing it.I feel more confident instead of cripple.Thank you Sayali❤️
I like to inform everyone that Khyati is very good at her job as a physical therapist. She has massage, mobilize and stretch. My shoulder muscles to get them unstuck with great care. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who I knew was looking for a therapist.
It is very important for me to give credit where credit is due! During this Covid pandemic, I was able to still have my therapy sessions with Zankhana Bhavsar through Telehealth Services. Having my virtual appointments were so convenient for me, especially because I am high risk and did not want to take a chance going outside for anything. Being able to continue my sessions from the comfort of my own home was just great! Zankhana would always begin by asking me how I felt, especially after our prior appointment together, just to make sure I was getting the proper results. It felt as if I had my own personal trainer!The peace of mind I received made all the difference in the world. As soon as I felt comfortable to go back out in the world, I went back into the office to continue treatment. I see that the rooms and equipment are sanitized thoroughly throughout the day after every patient, making every effort to protect everyone!I am currently seeing Pooja Pahilajani for physical therapy at the Forest Avenue Office. She is very diligent in my care, and I always feel better after I leave. I have seen Dr. Madhu, Mona, and Chaitrali too. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality service. I must say that I love the staff at Richmond Physical Therapy! They are all wonderful.
I had a total knee replacement . Everyone who has treated me there are professional, experienced, compassionate, and so nice. I immediately felt comfortable there. They listen to you when you explain where the pain is and they work so well to alleviate it. My range of motion, my pain, and my ability to walk has improved almost 100%. They are able to accommodate my schedule and always make sure I can be seen as soon as possible if I need to cancel. I have been to 2 other PT offices and this one is by far the best. I cannot thank the Doctor and all the staff members for helping me and sincerely caring about me. Thank you all so much.

If anyone is looking for a great Physical Therapist, we strongly recommend going to Madhurani. Her expertise in the area is commendable. She is great, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Last year my father visited us from India, met with an accident and underwent a surgery. He was recommended a few therapy sessions by his Orthopedic and we sought Madhuranis counsel. All exercises that she recommended were hugely helpful and effective. Moreover, she was v helpful and also provided guidance from the insurance standpoint given my father had a travelers insurance. This was my first time experiencing therapy, and I was a bit scared because I didnt know what to expect, but the therapist and assistants made my first experience very comfortable and relaxing. The service provided is great and i feel comfortable talking about my pain. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I was a client and made my appointments on a timely manner and was friendly with staff and therapists. However, after 2 years, I received an invoice from a collections agency from this firm that I was told was taken care of from their own staff. They are not good with dealing with clients nor any communication thereafter...choose other practices instead of this headache! Perhaps they can check with their employees about a bill before going to collections as one of their employees told me that this bill was taken care of. Their billing is totally disorganized and provide miscommunication and misinformation. Totally a mess!
Yes Im on Im from Brooklyn Im not from Staten Island getting my therapy and Dr Esha is my therapist my doctor therapist shes a wonderful person over here everybodys very gentle very friendly and they take care of you they work with you on your schedule and I recommend it to everybody in Brooklyn.
This therapy session is the bomb dot com. Dr. Esha treated my wrist and shes like super duper cool. Due to me being in Buffalo, she was like, Aight no problemo, muchacho. so we did it over zoom. And so our 4 weeks journey to healing and enlightment began. My strength and grip has slowly returned to me and i can finally hold my laundry bag instead of kicking back to my room. She very serious with her joke, i know cause i tried to joke around and she straight up said, Stop that. Yoirre not funny. thats when i knew Dr.Esha was the physical therapist for me. She even emailed me! Haha!

Because of the Covid situation, I switched my PT visits to Online.My Online Therapist is Zankhana.She is great & the Online platform is alot more effective than I expected. If you need PT but are hesitant to go because of Covid. Give Richmond PT a call. You can continue your rehab at home with a great therapist.
Dr.Mahajan is a wonderful physical therapist.She focuses on the issues at hand and is on target with her therapies and treatments.She is a professional,courteous and intelligent doctor. Hi Im a survivor of covid-19 which hospitalized me for 2weeks, bed bound me for 3months having to live on oxygen. Covid could have taken my life thats how severe it was. What Covid did take away from my life is the ability to walk. But with the help of Richmond Physical therapy and the dedication from this facility and staff, as well as my own! Im on my way! I had PT Chaitrali and she was amazing. Initially I didnt know what to expect. My condition came out of no where. She was patient yet allowed me to push myself a bit more. I couldnt even step up stairs and 3 weeks later seeing dramatic results!

I highly recommend this PT practice to anyone on the island! Dr. Madhurani Mahajan along with her staff really listen to your concerns and tailor their treatment in a way that will benefit you and give you the results you are seeking with recovery of injury or pain management! This practice has a lot of options outside of the traditional PT world which is more strength and exercise driven. Here you have that basic PT expectation but also a variety of tools and tapes that can be used manually to assist in your recovery. This does more than what exercise and minimal manual manipulation or hands on time by a regular PT could do. They also have personal rooms for all of their clients for personalized attention and privacy! This place is great for all ages! Highly recommend!
If you are in search of a trustworthy, efficient and experienced Physical Therapist, I strongly recommend Madhurani Mahajan. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and her expertise is commendable. Last year I had severe pain in my neck, right shoulder extending all the way to my lower back. I had lot of difficulty with even basic daily tasks. Having a young and super active toddler at home I certainly needed quick recovery. Madhurani was extremely patient during my sessions and worked around my schedule to accomodate me. She recommended simple exercises that were very effective and within a few therapy sessions I was back to my routine even with my intense workouts. At my first week there, I was walking more steadily and even have improved posture. The female physical therapist only wanted to use the ultrasound machine and tell me to do exercises at home. I wasted over a month going there and my problems werent even close to being fixed. Going to a different physical therapist. On the other hand, the medical assistants, were very friendly and helpful.
Madhurani treated my knee. Her diagnosis was accurate and she chalked out a very good treatment plan. I had to visit her only 3 times and then she showed me exercises to do at home. Very reasonable and patient friendly atmosphere.

I was suffering from severe dizziness related to BPPV(Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). I called dozens of PT locations but could not find anyone willing to take me in for an appointment. Finally spoke to a receptionist at Richmond PT, and I was fortunate to get an appointment on the day of New Years Eve.Dr Madhurani Mahajan immediately was able to diagnose which ear was responsible for the vertigo symptoms. I was treated on the spot using the Epley Maneuver, and instantly the dizziness was gone. Dr Madhurani Mahajan was very professional and kind. I would not hesitate to go back at any point in the future, and would certainly recommend her to anyone.
This office is great. I am very lucky to have found it. The staff is amazing Antonia was so helpful and extremely nice. The doctors are all the best and everyone makes you feel that they care. They have eased my pain amd I am so thankful for that. The hours are great and accommodate everyones schedule. I highly recommend this office.
I would not recommend. Definitely not good for Gait training. Facility is pretty much a small half basement. With no walking space. One Handrail to downstairs is not secure, with a sign on it saying Not to use. So that is definitely unsafe, especially for those trying to recover from injuries, etc. I went with a family member and observed, and timed the actual time spent. First time after eval. In and out in 25 minutes {12 minutes of that was a heat pad, which was unnecessary, just used to fill time}. Next time, heat pad 15 min??!?, And 13 minutes PT work, 5 minutes bike. Now you would think PT work would actually increase. The last time I went we spent an hour there with only 10 minutes PT work, 5 min bike, and the rest was unnecessary heat pad and just waiting. Sooo, we obviously left this place. And went somewhere else that actually does PT work and takes it seriously, not just collecting the check. We accomplished so so much more in 3 visits at a new place, then 5-6 visits here.

2022-02-03I had hurt my shoulder at work all the way in June. I had to face workers compensation and i was finally able to receive Physical Therapy. Let me tell you, with just one visit and I was almost back to normal! Doctor Chaitrali is absolutely amazing. She was very gentle, yet so motivating! She has such a sweet and genuine personality. She understood my pain and how much it’s been a struggle. I am not much of a people person but she gave me so much comfort that every appointment, we I felt at home. Each appointment was progress and motivation. She has helped improve my pain by so much! Yet, the staff is so organized and friendly. Every next appointment was made the day of and calls to remind me were done. Love this place!

2022-05-20I am so thankful that I found this office. The therapist are ALL truly wonderful. They’re caring and super attentive to your needs. The staff is so kind and welcoming from the moment I walk in the office. It is very clean and they have a lot of great equipment. I have been coming for a month for both my knees and I truly feel so much stronger with less pain. I have had problems with my knees for years now, and no other therapy office has helped me this much. I think that Ive been coming here for about 2 months already and I love everyone here everyone is very nice very polite every time I come I feel very comfortable especially with Sandy.. Sandy is a very compassionate lady very sweet shes always asking me if Im okay if I need anything I appreciate Sandy very much I also appreciate all the physical therapist that take care of me they are wonderful theres no complaint about any of them and like I said also I have no complaint .Sandy shes a very nice lady makes me feel very comfortable I would recommend Richmond physical therapy to anyone that needs any kind of physical therapy... 2022-01-27I injured my lumbar area and could barely walk. I was in pain and fearful to go to physical therapy. Dr. Esha calmed all my fears, she listened, was compassionate, and treated me was such care. Within 3 visits I was able to walk much better and with less pain. Josephine her PT aide, would come in and check on me to make sure I was okay and didnt need anything. I definitely recommend this place. The place is always clean and the staff is ready to help you.

2022-03-03I had recently gotten surgery on my back for herniated disk. It was the best decision of my life. I came here for physical therapy to get my back more bendable and to get rid of the little nerve pain I had left and this place has really helped me with that. Especially Dr.Khyati she is helping me get rid of my fear of bending and making life more easier for me after surgery.

2022-03-07Richmond physical therapy has significantly helped me with my lower back pain. After having a fall in January, I came here for treatment. For the past two months, I have felt a significant improvement in my lower back as well as in my side. Dr. Khyah is very friendly and informative. She was able to give me advice on how to continue to take care of my back as well as teach me stretches that loosened my right muscles. Overall the staff is very welcoming and has great customer service.

2022-05-31Ive been coming to Richmond PT since December 2021 for Tarlov Cyst repair surgery recovery. Dr. Esha Kadakia has been absolutely amazing helping me get back to my normal functioning after having spinal surgery. All the PTs and staff are extremely skilled, kind, and helpful here. No long waits and flexible appointment times. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.
