The best nail salon possible. Clean ( almost sterile!), professional and helpful staff, you feel absolutely safe during COVID pandemia - they follow all precautions. Im use to be their customer from the beginning ( from their opening) and can state , they keep very high level of customer service and professionalism.

2/5/2020I have been getting my nails done for decades. (My treat to myself). I have utilized God only knows how many different nail salons over the years.I came upon Ritas be share accident.I could not be happier! I have been going there religiously ever since!Her Salon is immaculate, The girls all speak perfect English. They are true to appointment, do not keep you waiting. Respect your time. Take their time on your nails. NEVER rush you. Do all the work by hand not electric file.(Less damage to your natural nails).Ladies, If you live in Brooklyn, this place is a gem! You will not be disappointed!

Manicure and pedicure the best! I do just cleaning no polish! Jenny does it best)Massage is the worst! I asked for head ,shoulders and arms! The girl that did massage just rub one spot for 2-3 minutes with the same move!!!!! And didn’t even touch my head !

Clean and friendly. I was a regular and then went someplace else and still do due to my work schedule and in between taking care if mom at her home. I recently started coming back when I can. Coco the best. Rot the owner very nice. Jenny very good👍

The place does not offer much in terms of nail enhancements or designs, so if you are looking for nail art, I wouldnt recommend this salon. However, if you are looking for the best natural nail care, such as manicure and pedicure, this place is amazing and very clean! Their pedicure is by far the best Ive gotten in Brooklyn! I strongly recommend their special SPA pedicures, as they include skin treatments and a 10 minute massage.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FAKE GEL .....I came in asking for a manicure tips she told me $30 then I told her I wanted gel and she said $15 more ..which is reasonable then shes doing my nails for a while and shes like its $70 cuz she did 2 people in the time spand of my nails being done then she starts doing my thumbs AND CHARGES $10 for my thumbs being done too!! Then has the audacity to tell me I must tip. Okay so I spent $90 on my nails.. it was my wedding day so I made peace with it then the next day one nail completely comes off and the other chips!!!! I went back after work and she redid those two nails and then the next morning another nail falls off and the one she redid chips!!

Hidden gem. Very friendly staff. I had a mani/pedi and my manicurist was very meticulous to clean up all my cuticles. Just what I needed. Also, best massage chairs ever during my pedi!

Would not go here ever again. I am black West Indian young adult and I took an Uber all the way from Bensonhurst to get my nails done here , they refused me service and said that the lady was to busy and when I offered to wait because I was in no rush , he insisted on telling me no . Literally embarrassed me and Had me walking the street in anger and tears looking for another salon to service me . DONT GO HERE IF YOUR NOT FROM THE AREA .
