Horrible pharmacy service. Very rude when I had a script sent over and asked if they received it. I was told to go home a few hours and call to see if it was sent and if it’s not I can call the emergency room I was at and can have them send the script again . So I was nice and of course did. Even thou that is their job to be doing. When I called to see if they received it they said no call them and have them send it again. So I called again and the emergency room even said that it’s against policy and they need to call us. So as I’m suffering and sick with out my meds I call the pharmacy once again. I explained that they sent the script and they needed to call them and they again said for me to call them (with tude). I explained I was told that was against policy and they had to. So then after all that they asked me to look up the phone number to call them.
If I could give a zero, I would!! I transferred over to this store because the pharmacy delivers to my home. I have had nothing but problems here. The pharmacy department employees are awful!! They’re nasty, rude and short every time we call for a delivery, question or go through the drive thru! I don’t like to be talked rudly to or talked down to. I’ve never had this problem all the yrs I was at the Mineral Springs location! I’d gladly go back there if I was w/in their delivery area. Save the hassle and go to a different store!!
My sons Dr called in a script @ 9:30am, Riteaid told us it would be ready in 30 min. Knowing this riteaid is slower than most and the script wasnt desperatly needed I waited until 4:30pm to go pick it up. Pharmacist informed us it would not be ready for 30min. We had plans and everything online says they are open until 10pm, no posted hours anywere in pharmacy.Fast forward we return at 8:55pm, through the drive thru, ring the bell lady comes to the window telling me they are closed and if I needed to pick up I need to come inside. I pull around park and go inside (no less than 1 min after her telling me that. Pharmacy is closed and metal gates are up on the windows. I asked the cashier who tells me sorry they are closed. I advise him of the conversation with the pharmacist 1 min prior...he says well theor closed so you will need to come back tomorrow and no use paging the pharmacist because they are done for the night.0 stars is not an option, but Walgreens looks way better than the miserable people who work here.
Pharmacy team went out of their way to reach out and facilitate a transfer of my prescription that was delayed so I wouldn’t miss taking a pill. Thank you everyone!
Horrible service at the pharmacy every time I go... The pharmacist has a horrible attitude, scripts are never ready even when I get the robo call that they are. Do yourself a favor and go to cvs
Pharmacy is a problem here ... Switching ASAPAlso whenever my 5 yr olds antibiotic is finally ready Ill be telling EVERYONE in there how I feel.
The staff is clueless, no supervisor or anyone at the location.
They never have my scripts ready even when they are called in hours before. They have even denied me my child script telling me Im not on a list that I never knew they had
Ive been calling this location since 915 non stop no answer this location is horrible 0 customer service skills always rude and ignorant and NEVER has my script on time i call my dr to have it filled 2-3 days a head of time to avoid this bs they are just plain lazy

2022-04-25Rite aid has been my #1 go to drug store and pharmacy for over 20 years. I have been to many locations amd every single one has amazing customer service. I would never even think about choosing a different store for my regular drug store needs and my prescription fills.

2022-05-19This store is conveniently located. It has improved significantly in the past few months with being well-stocked, prices accurate and extremely neat. Taylor, the manager was very very helpful and friendly. Patrick, the casher was also friendly and helpful, cashed me out quickly with a smile on his face. both said hi to me when I walked in! Felt like I was welcomed. I would like to say that I believe the store should close at least 1 hour earlier each day for the safety and welfare for employees. I feel like doing this would help the store. Many younger employees are unable or unwilling to work that late during week and weekends. May be a perk to fill position. I feel it is unnecessary to stay open that late and dangerous.

2022-05-04I have a fracture in my vertabra because of a mistake they couldnt fill my script, the pharmacist was rude un caring and refused to call the doctor to fix it because she said she didnt think it was professional for her to leave a msg while the dr is at home, then hung up on me

2021-11-19Absolutely the worst pharmacy Ive been to and Ive had a bunch.over the years !! They are rude and crude and I have never been hung up on after asking about a script !! Lady barked out time it hopefully would b ready and slammed phone down on me !! I will go out of my way to inform. Friends and family about their way of dealing with customers and I will post around to the public about this also !! I understand tempers are high with covid and cannot see how they just dont seem to have any sympathy towards their customers they have definitely lost a few customers and hopefully many more to come !!! Also I was trying to call for at least an hour and I was actually surprised they answered !! Not a good way to do business especially controlling how fast it takes to get very important meds !!! Never again !!

2021-11-26Was there to pick up a prescription, I was in line and the lady at the register said one minute let me take the gentleman first ok no problem. But then she took 3 others and walked away clocked out leaving me standing there

2019-05-28Their communication with the drs are always shotty I never get my needs on time and i dont care if i pull up at 8:56 you need to be open still then if youre supposed to close at 9! Its not a corner store it holds medicine! They should be taking their last customer at 9 if thats when you say you are open to the public until! Now I have to wait even longer since they made me wait already since they dont know how to get to talkin to thetDr on time to get the script

2019-09-11The pharmacy here is terrible! For 3 days now my mother in law has been trying to get a prescription filled and they tell her come back in an hour. Well here we are 3 days later and still no prescription. This is not the first time either. My husband is on heart medication that he needs to take or he could have a major heart attack. Twice now he has had to go to urgent care to get his medication because the pharmacy hadnt got to it yet even though he called it in 2 days prior. Also the people working at the pharmacy are always so rude and unprofessional. My husband switched pharmacies and mother in law just switched hers as well. If you need medication for a serious medical condition DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!
