2022-04-27We called the pharmacy a few times at 4pm on a weekday to see if our order was in. One time when they didnt pick up the message looped back to the main menu. The other four times it rang and rang until the line cut out.

2021-07-23Ive been using this pharmacy for 4 years. I have never had an issue with any of the pharmacists and if there was ever a wait, the techs always apologized for the inconvenience. The store is always clean and orderly and very rarely are they out of what Im shopping for. The clerks are also very polite.

2021-04-04What store finds it OK to continually hang up on a customer when all he wanted to know is if the store was open for prescription pick-up!!?? If the store is closed due to testing why cant there be a polite recording explaining the situation?? Quick Window is closed tossed in the drive thru, while customers are in cars waiting!!! Is absolutely rude!!Especially when the word closed is blocked out and unreadable from outside. Care in serving the public is definitely not thought through at this store.

2021-09-281 week to get needles??? And i still do not have them.... the pharmacy is a joke and honestly so is everyone working in it. Just shows how good the pharmacist Chris who left was and how incompetent the staff is now without.

2021-12-04Today was the second time in a week that my 89-year-old dad came in from a booster from 2:00 to 3:00 where it says walk-ins and they insist that he makes an appointment again hes 89 years old walked in for the second time and they turned them away

2020-02-13Nick was so very rude! On his headphones and refused to open a register while I waited in line. When my turn came, he opened that register for the customer behind me! Bad attitude, and makes a dying company look even worse. Kayla was the saving grace, though. Very helpful and polite!

2019-08-08Lady at pharmacy completely ignored that I was standing in line for 15 minutes. Then finally gets to me with an attitude for no reason. Don’t go to this pharmacy.

2018-02-23This is one of the better Rite Aids. Very clean. There are very seldom long lines. No huge waits for the pharmacy. Nice selection and the shelves are always fully stocked. Easy parking conveniently located. Theres always someone to help if you need something.
