From corporate to management, they are a complete disorganized disaster. Just go to CVS.
They staff here really seems on edge about something. It very tense in here and the staff keeps yes glued on customers. Im guessing the have been robbed a few times. With that being said the customer service is poor. I went in one day looking for a shower rag and I found something close to or similar but before I decided to buy it or not i wanted to ask a worker if they had shower rags else where and i missed it somehow. I ask the lady and she just say flat no. Ive worked in retail and I know if there is a similar product that the customer is asking for im gonna let them know what it is. This worker FAILED TO DO SO. Its seems she had more important things to take care of rather than the customer.
Apparently the education system is as bad as New Mexico, because these guys are completely clueless on how to do their job. Asked for FedEx on 08/13 and on hold for 35 minutes, called the next day and same thing. When I finally got a hold of someone, it was the pharmacy lol. How incapable can you possibly be. No wonder Rite Aid got bought out and most of the employees fired.
The employees in the store are very friendly.I like coming into a store where the associates respect and acknowledge customers.Abby is always very nice.Thanks for doing a great job everyone.
I nearly have a love-hate relationship with this place. Its a stones throw from home-- one in which I can literally put a coat on over my pjs and run out if need be... At times, they dont have the items I need-- And when and if they do; they tend to be on the pricey side. The snack isle is much to be desired-- But their selection of Papyrus Greeting Cards is a little more than acceptable! But its the staff that keeps me coming back-- Especially Arthur, Marlon and Diana (whos there on Sundays)!
The big lady at the pharmacy needs to stop socializing with each customer. It is only 1 person helping out and the line does get long, fast service would be appreciated.
If I could give less than 1 star I would! This pharmacy is the worst one Ive ever dealt with. Please save time, aggravation and money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Not open on time the pharmacy8:30 and they come in at 8:35, if you have a clock problem fix it , I give you a lot of $$$ open on time !!!
They have a very friendly and helpful staff, especially the pharmacy. They are courteous and knowledgeable
Went there to get an OFFICIAL passport photo...... Well guess what? It was the wrong size. Thanks Rite Aid for damn near ruining my trip abroad!

2022-05-27EDIT-----OK I have to go back and edit this review because I forgot about the most important part--the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy is so nice EXCEPT the pharmacist herself. I’m not sure of her name but I know she’s a short Indian lady...and she’s brown skin. But she is extremely rude and she makes decisions on your medication as if she is your doctor, she questions you as if she is your doctor, and she will not give you medication even though your doctor prescribed it, I know a few people who have issues with her. I have actually moved my pharmacy to another location because of her . Even though it is convenient to go to Rite Aid and I do everything else at Rite Aid I had to switch pharmacist because she is just too much to deal with and to rude I will never ever ever again have my prescription filled there!!!!I mostly shop at this location during the night time. The associates that are there at night time are wonderful. I never have an issue with them. The only issue I don’t like about the nighttime procedures are that at 9 PM well it’s usually 8 PM or between 9 PM you are not able to get cash back because they close or count out the drawers. Also recently I had another issue where at 8 PM one night I went to pick up a Western Union and they did not have the money available ($250) I came back twice the next morning and afternoon and the money still wasn’t available until I made a fuss about it and the acting manager called the supervisor and they made the money available to me. That I find unacceptable because Western Union is a third-party service in your store and you should always have money available on hand the senders pay a fee which in my case my sender paid $50 in order for me to have that money right away and I couldn’t get it .I do not shop so much during the daytime but the experience that I have during the daytime is completely different from night time. Almost all of these associates are friendly during the daytime most are not and I do not get a chance to get to know them as well as I know the nighttime employees. So I am not saying that they are bad they are just not as friendly and talkative as nighttime employees. either way I will continue to shop at this location I come here for everything I love the prices I love the bonus program and the associates switch a lot but for the most part they are very well. The store is always extremely clean and the associates always look neat and clean I would recommend this location to anyone

2022-04-17I love my Rite Aid pharmacy in RVC, they know me by name and make sure they call and follow up on my prescriptions. The shelves are always stocked, the workers go out of their way to help you locate products and make suggestions. I appreciate having their service in the neighborhood.

2021-11-11It depends on the staff working that day.Most staff are not very intelligent or customer service oriented.The worst is the young African American staff member. I don’t know his name... he comes to work in sweats and crocs and has close to no professionalism whatsoever.You can get what you need here, but the customer service ranges from mediocre to down right terrible.I wouldn’t suggest patronizing this store unless it’s an absolute emergency.

2021-12-17I can see there are many negative reviews posted here but in my experience the staff seemed mannerly - kind and experienced. The store is kept spotless and well stocked. What else could a customer want ?

2021-07-18Very upset that even though a big sign on the door saying masks required when I went in I was the ONLY person wearing a mask other than the woman behind the counter. The other employees were not! I used to love this location not anymore!
