This store is always so helpful. The pharmacy is always fast and knowledgeable. After having pharmacy issues at Walgreens. My daughter went there not knowing, she will always use rite aid from now on! So glad we still have this store in Rome. Thank you!!

Ever since I had to switch pharmacies due to Walgreens and my insurance no longer work with each other all I have had were issues... the most recent one was showing up to pick up a script in relation to blood clots... get there earlier in the afternoon and was told they would have it filled in 30 mins... I give them 3-4 hrs before returning and nope they wont even have it until the next day after 5pm... if that is the case DONT tell the patient/customer it would be filled in 30 mins (and they had the script since at least 3 days prior).... every time its never ready when they claim... suggestion call EVERY time, even multiple times before going in hopes they are being honest on the status of the script..

We bought Roblox card for my kids birthday and the pin rings up invalid. Rite aide refuses to return it. Supervisor wasnt very personable about it. No return policy on any of the cards. Theres absolutely NO SIGNS up that says they wont except returns on these card. So its up to you as. Consumer to guess when ou spend your money. I mean how do you sell products that have errors and except NO responsiblity.

AWFUL experience over the phone. A female Pharmacist answered my call after I was placed on hold and hollered at me This women was very rude and unprofessional. Completely disrespectful and judging a personal situation she knew nothing about. Instead of politely talking to me and explaining herself, she did the opposite. I will switch pharmacies. No problem.

I really dont like this place I called at 3pm to place my order for the meds I take for my back.I tried to call for about an hour after that with no luck. I go there to check and there is three people working behind the counter. The lady that waits on me asked what I needed I told her the name of the meds she then says well we did not fill it because we close in 20 mm so I dont no If we can today. I told her that I called them in at 3 pm and she said well if I have enough time I will see what I can do very rude people that last couple times I have went there think I will go somewhere else.

I rarely go there for anything other than prescriptions, so my review is about the pharmacy. As others have said, the pharmacy staff is horribly rude, with the elderly lady being the absolute worst. The only exception is a young, hipster looking dude, who is extremely courteous & respectful. Hes still fairly new, but dealing w/him has made it slightly less dreadful to do business there Luckily, he usually works the drive through window, otherwise you can expect to sit there for several minutes waiting for service, even after ringing the bell. Oh yeah, and dont go there if you need real Sudafed, which is kept behind the counter. Somehow its always out of stock no matter what dosage you ask for. The ONLY reason I continue to use this pharmacy is that it is conveniently located about a 1/4 mile from my house.

Very rude staff. The pharmacy area takes 3 hours to count out 30 pills. A very older lady does not belong working with people she is beyond rude and likes to ask personal questions on why you are on the medication that you are on . If my doctor did not think I needed the medication then he would not give it to me . When did it become the pharmacist job to judge me for what medication I am on ? When did they become smarter then a doctor ? Horiable placd will be going to walgreens from now on

One of two Rite Aid stores in Rome, NY. Clean fast friendly service. Decent prices on most things. They have a Drive thru pharmacy and they deliver upon request. Good place to develop photos too. Competitive prices.

Rite Aide hosts a nearby pharmacy with drive through, and accepts telephone orders and prescription discount cards. Always good specials from Halloween candy to name brand over the counter (e.g., Bayer back and body, Advil and related generics). Julie Ann Racino, 2018

The workers and management are very rude I have such a hard time getting my medicine delivered at times when I call the store they treat me with disrespect this is towards the pharmacy mostly
