Riverfront was not what I expected. It was awesome. I didnt think there would be as many vehicles as their was, it was a miniature dealership. I will recommend their selection anytime. They had the truck I wanted, one owner, and looked great. The staff (Brian was the fella who helped me) didnt push to sell the vehicle, didnt try to make it seem like it was worth more than it was. Everyone was honest and straightforward. Even when things were out of order they called to let me know and were upfront and apologetic. I never took a loan out before, and I felt secure with the transaction. I recommend riverfront for a vehicle if you like it. I was looking for a 2004 to a 2007 diesel. They had a beautiful truck. We were looking for a new minivan for our family and found a 2014 Chrysler T&C with River Front Auto Sales. Reached out to them and got Brian who helped us through the whole process. Worst experience!! I had my car for a week and Brian and Ron were not helpful at all! After you sign that line they do not care about what happens next!!! my car was just in the shop for 2 weeks for multiple repairs and even after all the repairs I still have the same issues and noises with this car!! Now I have to again take my car to a shop another time not to mention the out of pocket price I had to pay when they should’ve covered everything. I don’t recommend shopping here and if you do take your car to a mechanic during your test drive!Edit in response to reply: If it was supposed to be no deductible or cost to me then i should be reimbursed for the deductible and extra money I did spend! Thx for the info.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE. Im 20 years old and I had bought my first vehicle here on my own and so far it has been nothing but a disaster. About 3 months ago I had purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram ecodiesel from here because I was looking for a newer truck and I heard good things about this place on the radio. After purchasing this vehicle it has been nothing but an issue, the first week I brought it home it was leaking oil and had to be towed back to be fixed. Not that long after, the check engine light went on so I had to bring it back again for Marty jr. to only reset the code and tell me the problem was fixed. A day later it goes on again only for them to reset it yet again. I had to go back there 4 separate times for them to lie about fixing my truck and ordering parts for it to get the problem fixed. He gave me a rental car with a cracked windshield and to me an unsafe car. Finally I had my truck looked at by a professional dealership to find out that my truck needed a lot of work. I had told Marty jr. and he offered to fix only one of the major problems because he knew I caught him lying to me about it. They say they’re understanding but he knew everything wrong with the truck and yet still sold it to a 20 year old kid. From my understanding River Front Auto Sales gets good reviews by bribing you with free oil changes and inspections if you leave a good review, which is the only reason they have alright reviews. Please dont go here for a vehicle go to a actual dealership, because I wish I did. If I can save one person, one couple, or one family from buying a vehicle here my job would be complete

I called as I am attempting to help our 18 year old son find a vehicle. The guy who answered the phone ( I did not catch his name) got very rude and hung up on me as I was attempting to explain what our sons budget was and what he was looking for. Given that their prices seem to be quite high compared to other dealerships on comparable vehicles I should have known better. So disappointed as I had high hopes they would be willing to work with us based on the commercial that I hear regularly on WGR550. Thankfully there are a lot of other dealerships out there, large and small.
Started looking at older classic cars, Steve Missico from sales helped us out. No pressure,just gave us the facts on the car. Didnt buy what I was looking at originally but got a great deal on a used BMW. Everyone at the store is friendly and very helpful. They have perfect condition used cars. I recommend Steve to anyone that buys a car, ask him to take you on a test drive, it will be a day that you will forgot.

Everyone was very kind and personable but that didnt get us a vehicle we wanted. They really dont stand up to their promises that are advertised. Be wary.I saw a commercial and had to say...I went for an auto loan at the bank and got it, after I left this business. Things happen for a reason and I got a brand New Equinox loaded. Apparently my credit wasnt good enough for a 5 year old used car, but perfect for a brand new one.Do your homework.

Marty jr was great. We have been shopping nationwide for the perfect BMW X5. We found it here in buffalo. I checked the carfax which was available on their site. The SUV was directly from Florida. Went to go see it and was offered to test drive it (UNLIKE other dealers that make me sit in the financial department for an hour just to see if Im approved to buy, before I test drive!).Its a beautiful BMW with low miles. They gave me a great price on an amazing vehicle.
Please dont go here to buy a car. These people take advantage of low income hard working folks. They sell cars that are in need of major repairs. We bought a car and it has been serviced 3 times with in 60 days. The first time was with in one week. They had the car over a week. We were told that if the car needed to be serviced again that the dealer would buy back the car, but of course when the car stop again they did not stand honor their word. This has been the worst buying experience i have witnessed. For those folks that are working hard for their money dont buy here go where they stand behind their word.
Horrible. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Listen, I know youre coming here most of the time because you dont think you can get approved elsewhere or something along those lines believe me thats why I started here. They knew my situation and they smelled my desperation and thats definitely my fault however to advise me Im only approved for the worst car on the lot is beyond me. The best part is they almost had me. Needless to say Im in a much newer vehicle for only 30/month more than the 2004 they wanted to put me in for 3 1/2 years. If your really strapped I promise you you can go elsewhere if Im approved you can be too.

Im writing this in 1996 I bought a lemon a mercury sable station wagon they said it was a great car for what I needed it. My jobs and family at that time with in 90 days the transmission went and head gaskets went almost died I will never forget they did nothing for me. When I see the ads and license plates driving around it dp something too my soul!!

I wasnt embarrassed or put down for not being a qualified buyer, instead, they went those extra miles to make sure I got what I wanted. My experience there was all Pros zero Cons. It should be that way at evrey lot.

Complete jerks working here, please dont waste your time on this place, they do not care a bit about gaining customers but rather making the best buck off you on either your trade or on you buying a new car/truck. Completely dishonest, if you agree with them on something, you better sign it within 5 minutes or the bosses mind will change since hes busy driving all lot vehicles around. Cant even remember your name or what you want to buy, even 2 minutes after he introduces himself to you. ohhh wait, no he didnt. Just unprofessional in all areas. If you want to buy a vehicle, go to any other places around this place and you got a better shot at buying something that works and from someone that wants your business, not just your money and see how much of it he can get.
Went in earlier this week and put a $200 deposit down for a vehicle. I was told by Marty to let them know by Saturday if i still wanted the vehicle and if not they would refund my deposit. I went in today (Saturday) and was told that the person that gives refunds (Marty) isnt in on Saturdays and I would have to come in Monday because he and the owner are the only ones that authorize refunds. One of the gentleman seemed to be in a bad mood, and I was too exhausted to keep going back forth with him.Its an inconvenience for me to go up there again when I was already told to come in on Saturday.
Hi Dane,I waited 6 months to write a review for you. I purchased a Cadillac Escalade in Jan. of 2014 and wanted to thank you for everything you and your crew did. About a week after purchase the check engine light went on and I was having all kinds of trouble getting the map cd into the reader. I called your service dept. and they made me a appointment right away. It was taken care of in one day. The check engine light was a evap valve and the disk reader had two cds stuck in it. Your service guys told me everything they did and said to come back if I had any more problems.I took that truck down to Florida 2 times and Im going again the first week in August. What a vehicle. VERY poor customer service!Went in to try and get out from under a vehicle we were upside down in, but was falling apart. We went to look at a nice vehicle that was listed online, and was the only vehicle we were intersted in. When we got there and asked about it, the salesman constantly showed us other vehicles. Each time I would ask about the specific vehicle, he would say well we have this one over here which is really nice, until I refused to look at any more until we look at the one we were looking for. He looked at his sheet and said that it must have sold because he didnt see it. Fair enough. We decide to test drive another car that we thought was ok, but we we really ready to commit to it yet. The salesman then offered a little under what I owed on my upside down car, then threatened to take the deal away if I didnt decide to buy that day.A week later, we are about to finish a deal from West Herr (who has incredible customer service) with a car that we are much more satisfied with. We also see that they still have the car that sold listed on their website for sale.Pros: Made a generous offer for trade in, offered a 100k mile powertrain warranty when concerns about transmission arose.Cons: Used bait and switch with an online ad for a car that isnt there, used scare tactics to try and make a sale that day, tried to argue that we didnt want a certain type of car and tried to tell us what we wanted.
Once again riverfront came through! What a great dealership- love my new. Chevy Malibu. Must ask Jimmy. He really took care of us! Ty soooo much

Horrible, slimy, snakes. My engine light went on 50 miles after buying, then they lied about the reason, then they wouldnt fix it. Not going to use my free inspection for a review and would never go there for anything ever again. Buyer beware!

2022-06-21Purchased a very nice looking 2011 Jeep with less than 50k on it.8 months after we here a noise coming from the motor. After taking it to 2 separate local repair shops, we are told a new motor is needed(yes we changed oil religiously). Unfortunately due to the VERY low mileage, we did not buy the aftermarket extended warranty and now we connot afford to fix. After contacting Riverfront Auto we were advised to put it in a local auction. Great idea if we didnt owe 6+ years on it.It will sit out near the road with a nice big sign on it that reads how nice our experience was and where we purchased.

2022-08-12Heres the thing - I hate trying to purchase cars, especially on my own as woman walking into a dealer (yes, in 2022, thats still a thing that doesnt work well all the time). BUT - Riverfront Auto is the ONE place I would recommend to all - Brian & Marty Jr. - just the best. I desperately needed a reliable, inexpensive, used car...fast, and had no idea how to go about it. Literally 36 hours later, I drove away seamlessly in a perfect car, 4 brand new all-weather tires, ridiculously fantastic price, low mileage and the financing? Dead on perfect. Brian was the easiest, nicest and supportive person, calling me, texting with me and making calls on my behalf to wrap this up lickety-split. Ill never buy another car anywhere else. 2020-06-30I stopped into River Front with my son just to check out some of the classic cars on display. The salesman was busy but took the time to open up the show room and let us look around. They get all types of classic cars in nice condition and at a reasonable price. When I decide to purchase something I will definitely stop back over to check them out.
