Extremely hard to get an update or status of vehicle. I was not given a direct number so I had to use the service line. I left several messages and my call was never returned. Finally I was given a direct number and after numerous attempts I was able to get the status of the repair. Repairs are still pending.
Rob was very patient and professional with us. We had a citation with our extended warranty and had to make a lot of extra calls dealing with a complicated situation. After all was said n done everything was taken care of and is well, but at the Riverdale reepair shop on Jerome Ave in the Bronx Rob is the man!!! We thank him again for taking good care of us, it doesnt go un-noticed! Thanxx again!George & Donna
Wanted a full service for vehicle and it is only provides monday thru Wednesday from 7am to 1:30pm this is not practical for the working class and services is limited on Thursday and friday and very limited on Saturday. For as much as i paid for my vehicle and service program. Service should be available for the working class
As an example of the customer service the email I received was intended for a Genesis. My name isnt Genesis. Otherwise I had a 7:30 AM appointment for an oil change and it took until noon for me to get my car back with apologies about the long wait. Facility was clean and all staff were friendly though so theres that. Maybe it was just an off day.
Terrible place they had a car parked into the driveway of the garage where your suppose to pull into as well as cars parked in front of the shop which resolved in me getting into an accident. Do not bring your car here as a female none of the male workers from this service shop did not even ask if we was ok they just watched.
Had an appointment for an oil change, beside the initial wait outside for the each car to go in, the registration was simple and quick and the I was in and out super fast. I didnt give it 5 stars because unlwthe old location the seat in this waiting room are super uncomfortable.
After being a car owner for over 40 years, this was the absolute best service that I received from a dealership service center. Nabu was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Nabu went above and beyond to solve the problem with my Jeep Patriot. I will definitely return if needed and refer this Jeep service center to other Jeep owners. I had the pleasure to have an oil change for my Jeep Patriot and Jordan assisted me with a part that I needed for my signal lamp. Jordan was very attentive to the needs of my Jeep and Jordan was very professional. I have made this location for my service needs for my Jeep. The manager also checked the customer lobby to make sure that our needs were being met.
My experience with Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Centerhas always been pleasant and I have always been fortunate to conduct business with someone who was professional and knowledgeable. Naomi was great and kept me up to date with the work being done on my vehicle throughout the day. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable about the visit and why I only gave 4 stars is because some employees were not wearing a mask inside the service center. Naomi had a mask on the whole time she helped me. Other than that, everything was good.
I had an appointment at 9am got there at like 853am. There was a long line but i felt may move quick. 920am came around and there was NO MOVEMENT. I tried to go in to talk to someone and the door was locked as well as noone in the waiting area at all. I wonder if this place was even open? Very horrible service. I understand they just opened but you shouldnt let people make appointments if you are not ready to service cars. I had no choice but to leave there was literally no movement almost as if NOONE was working there.Update: i spoke with someone and they had a very legitimate explanation for closing last minute. I brought my 300 in for a general maintenance check. Chris, my advisor, was attentive and on point with how long it would take. He gave me great detail on how to proceed after the car was looked at. My car will last longer and stay in prime condition with this level of professionalism.
I had originally gone over to Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Yonkers and let me tell you that the two Service Advisors they had working there that Monday morning were probably the worst of the worst I had ever encountered in my life (rude and unprofessional)/ They basically told me to leave that they could not help me with the issue. So I drove right over to Riverdale Jeep and was politely and attentively greeted by Mr. Albert who literally got me in and out within 20 mins (I did have to leave my vehicle for the day). He called me right away when the vehicle was ready for pick up and gave me a quick run down of the issue I was experiencing and how the mechanics went about to fix the issue. Im appreciate of the level of service and professionalism I was received with and would highly recommend this service center!
I made an appointment for 11am and dropped off the car. I had asked for a battery test and was told it took 90 minutes. Im not in a rush I said, I will go home and come back later in the afternoon. No update provided by the time I had realized that they closed on Saturday (4pm) so the vehicle was unavailable to me on Sunday.Call early on Monday morning there is a lot wrong with your car followed by rattling off a list of things and concluding with it takes 5-7 days to order so it will be here a long time, $3400 and none of it is covered by warranty. There was no explanation just reading off a screen and when I asked about the most pressing topic, the battery, I was told they would still need to order the wiring. Absolutely zero effort at finding solutions.In short they wanted me to go away (after charging 190 for the battery test), so I did. I would recommend other potential customers do the same.As an epilogue they dumped the car, still not starting on the street and washed their hands of it. I managed to get it to another shop who did a proper diagnosis and had it running that day.
Had some issues with my brakes and trailer hitch plugs. Crystal couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. This young lady knows her business and is eager to help and explain. Cars are going to have issues, that’s a pain. But this place has done a great job every time I’ve had to bring in my car. Some may have expectations of “when” they get their car back, I prefer the “how” I get my car back. Always running great, I have zero complaints.
Crystal was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of my vehicle. I never had an issue with this Dealerahip, mi d you I purchased this vehicle from another dealership and I come to this one because of the professionalism and their customer service which is outstanding. Went for a oil change since jeep gave me 3 on them. Got there at 1pm but they couldnt take care of me until 2pm so I was a little upset but the great customer made everything better. Once my car got in , they finished super fast. Everyone was friendly! 5 stars cause of the excellent customer service definitely recommend it
Horrible depending on who you go to had a 8am appointment for an oil change didn’t leave until 2 pm and on top of that never even changed my signal lights which are out it was a waste of my valuable time i could of got the service provided for cheaper and must faster I don’t know if its just this dealership but they do alot of walking around and talking and not alot of working
Ive been coming to this dealership for years. Never had a problem. Today I dealt with Katherine...she was very pleasant, attentive and understanding. I did an express oil change and I was out of there within a half hour range. If that. Customer service is always a pleasant experience. The waiting area is clean and they take good care of your vehicle.
I was told $170 and about an hour for a vehicle inspection. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:30 am. It is almost 11am and Ive heard nothing!!! I received a text stating to respond with any questions and I did but got no response. Im online making another appointment because I know they are not going to have time to do repairs as I have other stuff to do and gave them 4 hours time frame (9amto1pm). Update: its 11 a.m. and I was just told that my car has not been touched so Im leaving. Im never coming back Im not recommending this place then Im not even coming here to purchase my next vehicle. I’m happy that there service shop is a block away from now instead of going to central ave in yonkers. As for this shop they are nice and polite and professional as well. I met Kayla she is very nice and polite as well. I got my thermostat done with no problem what’s so eve. Thank you 🙏🏼 Kayla and staff
The Owner should speak to his/her Customer Service Team whi answers the phones. No one hardly ever answers the phones. If youre lucky to get someone who eventually answers thexphone, youre then transferred several times before you get to the right person. Unfortunately, you cant speak to that right person because now you have to leave a voice mail, but CANT because their voicemail is completely FULL. I understand that this is a very busy facility, but the Staff should be more on point in cleaning out their voice mail customers can leave a message to get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. This is VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!!
From the start my last visit to Riverdale Jeep service was not a good one. They recently moved and have no signage letting customers know where to go when you arrive. I was supposed to just know to enter a garage bay and then where to go once inside. I was told that their signs are delayed, poster board and a marker would be better than having nothing at all.Once inside my assigned service consultant was on the phone and told me to wait in my car. Then after a few minutes they decided multi-tasking could work since they were just on hold. They incorrectly stated why I was there, I went through all the things needed which they wrote on a sticky note, that should have been my first red flag that this was not going to be a good experience. I left after being told Id get a call later.Well it was several days later, after I made a couple of calls which left me on hold for 10 minutes then to voicemail and did an online chat. When I finally heard back I was told that that two major items I brought my car in for werent addressed. Days later I was told I could pick up the car, those items still not addressed.For one, they keep telling me if it doesnt happen while we have it we cant do anything at all which seems crazy since unless they will drive it the issue wont just magically appear. Seems Im being told I am making it up. For the other item, a warranty item that was supposed to be ordered over a year ago, I have been told the order was never made and I can contact Jeep directly to deal with it.I also left with one tire needing air (a tire they supposedly rotated) and no windshield washer fluid. I guess the courtesy multi-point inspection is a you get what you paid for type of thing, I paid nothing for it and got nothing from it.I will never go back to Riverdale Jeep service again. This experience was horrible and the service clearly sub-par.
The customer service was a pleasant surprise and experience from start to finish. I bought my car from this dealership and forgot to leave a review then but now I will. I have no complaints. My car needed it’s battery replaced along with a new cabin air filter and the employee that assisted me (Roman) was super professional and thorough. He answered my questions and had a lot of patience with me (this is my first car so I was loaded with questions for him). My car had to remain at the shop overnight but, it was ready first thing in the morning. My only disappointment was in the price that I paid to have the air cabin filter installed. Overall, I definitely recommend this place and hope that Roman receives some sort of recognition for his professionalism. I initially gave this place 5 stars but changed it to 3 because the mechanic did not properly install my battery and my car shut down in the middle of a trip on the highway. Customer service is great but they need to ensure that the mechanics are not skipping important details!
I arrived at the Jerome Avenue Service center a little before 9am on 10/15. I spoke with the person at the service desk and told him that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He informed me that the oil change would be around $89 and the tire rotation at $20. I told him I would wait as he said I was next in line and would be about 1 hour. Several new customers came and went while I waited. At around 11:45, I approached the service desk to ask why it was taking three hours for an oil change. The service person went to check on my car, came back and said that it was now in the bay. Fifteen minutes later, the original service person appeared with my invoice and checked me out. After receiving the paid invoice, I noticed that the tire rotation was not done and went back to the Service desk. The second employee told me that he was only told about the oil change and would look into the tire rotation.Since my car was already driven out of the service bay and onto the street I was not going to wait another hour for this service and informed the employees that I was disappointed in the service and was leaving now that I would have to make a second appointment. As I sat in my car outside the building I saw that the R.O. time was written in at 11:46am, the time I questioned the service, not the 9:00 when I arrived, and the completion time was 12:05, only 19 minutes after I inquired. (Additionally, my mileage was not recorded correctly from the odometer in my car.) The question seems to be, was my job ticket entered when I arrived or not until I approached the desk at 11:45?I dont want to say that I had been lied to but I dont feel that anyone was truthful with information. The only excuse I received was that there were only two mechanics on duty this morning. Nor did I get an apology. I have never had issues like this on a Saturday when you were located on Broadway. Will I return? That is questionable.
From the minute I got there every one was very professional and nice especially the young lady at the desk at the entrance she was very informative , polite, and well educated she explained everything to me . And any questions I had right away. I could tell the tech had the proper schooling for this and was very educated as well . I was happy with the work that was done and the place was clean big plus especially the bathroom I will definitely come back and also recommend. my money was spent well .
I was surprised I had a great experience and my service rep was extra helpful, I will definitely go back to do regular maintenance. (i had to edit this review)2/16/21 Unfortunately this review was given 2 days after service and just one week to the date 7 days, i started hearing noise in my engine and my radiator was leaking. None of this was happening before just saying. After all that my feeling toward them is completely reversed.Yes they supposedly fixed my rocker arms and cams who knows theyre not making noise anymore. 4 thousand. To fix radiator leak i never had before going there 900.
This is my second time going there for an oil change. I got there at 7:30am and at 8 was approached by someone from the service Dept. He told me to go inside once the person ahead of me came out. However, the person after me went inside and was helped by someone at the service desk before me which I thought was a bit unfair. I made the employee aware of what had occurred but to no avail, that person was still helped before me. We were both there for an oil change so I knew their issue was not quicker then mine. Unfortunately, not sure if I will be returning.
Really good customer service, as soon as I walked in everyones greeted me and attended to my car. They do have a waiting area for the customers and keep you updated on the status of your car while in maintenance. I have been going here for over 3 years now with the complaints.
The oil change took very long. The folks working the service while not rude, they were not particularly friendly either. Lots of looking at their phones and texting while people wait. I was surprised to see that the facilities were in such bad condition. Dirty air vents, moldy ceiling tiles, paint peeling from the walls.The restroom was not very clean and had messages written on the wall telling people not to shop in this dealership. I checked under the hood to find the oil dipstick was left one quarter of the way out.I had worse service in other places but candidly, I felt the place seems to operate without pride. These things I experienced and saw are not difficult to correct. My guess is that if they read through this review, they will probably write an apology response. What really matters is that if they care, they will take immediate action. That’s the sign they really care. I would like that they do. This place is conveniently located and it would be nice to keep using their service department. It’s in their hands and I truly feel they can make it happen.We’ll see.
This dealership had my vehicle for 3 months, I have an extended warranty from mopar, a division of chrysler, there was so much passing the buck as they say between the two entities is was ridiculous. The dealership and the service advisor did not follow up with mopar in a timely fashion they(the dealership or service advisor) did not exhibited any type of urgency to repair or follow with mopar. Mopar emailed the service advisor who claimed it was never received even though it was time stamped that it was. The nonsense was endless, 3 inspector had to be sent out to Assess the required repairs to my vehicle. The also damaged my vehicle with they had it but refused to discuss any type of remedy to fix the damage they caused. The are much better dealership to go to for repairs to any Chrysler jeep dodge vehicle you own who will treat you with respect and thoughtfulness and treat you like a valued customer, save the headache and go repair your vehicle somewhere else.
I leave Manhattan to go to this dealership. I drive right past Manhattan Jeep traveling a few extra miles to get better service. To get the BEST service. Crystal! Crystal! CRYSTAL! She is trustworthy. She is KNOWLEDGEABLE! She is HONEST! She doesn’t LIE to you and she doesn’t steal anything from my car (an entire bike rack stolen by Manhattan Jeep. Also stole my lug nuts, also keyed both passenger doors and refused to follow up with me till this day. Thanks Sean).This dealership has a friendly, LAUGHING and smiling staff. Never once has anyone tried to upsell me and convince me that my jeep was on its last legs and that I immediately needed to do this and do that and invest 5K and kidnap my car for ten days trying to convince me to give them money. Every single staff member goes above and beyond every visit.Thanks Guys!
Went in for an oil change and diagnostic and came out with an $1800 dollar estimate for repairs and labor where they charged more than triple the average cost for both. It is a shame that we had to find out from another mechanic that this is a total sham. All it turned out to be was a defective rotor and break pad that cost me a total $180. NEVER GET YOU CAR SERVICED HERE.
I didnt know where i was supposed to leave my car at, no signs that direct you to the service dropoff, The service team was very nice and proactive Crystal guide me to the process and keeped me up to date on everything and called me to make sure i made it in time to pick up my vehicule.

Service was average. What really made me mad was, I had a coupon that I presented when it was time to pay and I was told that I couldnt use it because I didnt show it at the time I requested the service. I dont understand what difference it makes as long as I have it before I pay. Then I got to my car and the paper was still over the seat and paper mat on the floor. I probably wont be back. Ill go all the way back to Autoland in Jersey before I come back here. The coupon experience did it for me.
Took my car in for leaks in front tires and an oil change while I was at it. They changed the oil and filled up the tires without fixing leaks, had to get tires patched the next day at a tire shop because they were too lazy to fix the leaks and just wanted to charge me for the oil change. Never going there again!
Have no complaints at all they are great and professional in everything they do from sales to maintenance all the way around they picked up the car from my house one time cause i have Sergey i have been dealing with them for two years i have never dealt with them and havent been satisfied they are really good at what they do im talking about the Broadway location especially a young lady in the service department called Crystal she really goes the extra mile to make sure things get done how u told is going to be done and at the timing u was told very very professional and loving person
I had the worse experience ever I got there and the lady told me would take 1 hour to change oil, and was waiting and nobody would say nothing , I was there 2 hours waiting, than when they gave me the car the realized the job wasn’t done yet, and I had to wait 20 more minutes, they apologize. I used to go always there, but for now on I will never ever go there anymore. I don’t recommend this place.
Your staff and workers are very professional and courteous. When I have questions and need answers and solutions for a Dodge product...this is where I go. I recommend Riverdale to all who wish to have work done to their vehicles, who have a Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep,or Ram. Good luck to your future endeavors.
Awesome experience at Riverdale Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. The sales people, the finance department, service technicians, management and Ownership; they are all great, super friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve now purchased three vehicles from them and they will definitely have all of my future business!
Returned my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a 2020 Dodge Durango because I needed more seating room. I love both vehicles but I miss my Jeep! Besides that the sales person Jose S. was a great sales representative. He went above and beyond to get the Durango that was not in stock at their location. He made sure the car fit my needs as far as having leather seats. I would recommend this dealership because all the staff are friendly and courteous! Thank you Riverdale Jeep, Dodge, & Chrysler!
Some of employees without mask wich lead to some customers not doing the same also the place look like it was breaking down needs updating it has water stains and paint pealing all over just went for oil change so dont know how the dealer is run but my oil change went fine also the people that took care of me at service had mask mostly sales and management looks like didnt
I had a 9am appointment I was there on time on Saturday 12/12/20 I was there for 4 and 1/2 hours only to be told that they didnt have the part they needed to do the recall and was told I had to come back on Tuesday 12/15/20 @730 am and loose another 1/2 day @ work this was the worst service I have ever experienced I hope it will be much better when I return

2022-07-20Was an emergency to get my 2022 Jeep, retractable sunroof repaired. It would not close. All other dealers gave me dates to come in 3 weeks away. They were able to squeeze me in next day of calling. Although I spent all day there, they kept me updated on a regular and the waiting area was comfortable. Staff was friendly & efficient with the repair of my sunroof. It ended up being a recall on the roof and they were able to fix it! Definitely will go back for all my Jeep needs.

2022-04-22I recently went into the Jeep Service center because my air conditioner stopped working. I want to thank Jordan for providing excellent customer service. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and did exactly what he said he would. He also explained what the potential outcomes would be if service was not covered under warranty so there would be no surprises. I just want to take the time to commend Jordan for his excellent service.

2022-07-01This dealership has been excellent with their communication and attention to my older vehicle. I made a morning appointment and the team here, lead by Steven, actually brought my vehicle in ahead of schedule. The team worked with me, offering suggestions on the best way to repair my issue, which is electrical. The diagnostic was thorough and I hope to have the issue resolved soon.

2022-05-31If I could give this place zero stars I would, dont waste your time or money investing at this dealership. I just spent 5 hours resolving a warranty issue for a tire warranty I purchased through them that doesnt show up in their system because its a supposed third party warranty which makes no sense because they sold me the warranty. when I finally got proof of my warranty they spent an hour and half changing one tire they managed to damage my rim. When I spoke to the supervisor he offered no accommodations for wasting my time and providing a poor service.

2022-07-16I like the fact for a oil change, that no appointment is necessary. I was in and out within an hour. Jaimilee was the assistant who took care of my car. Very nice person to have. I had one little down fall with my invoice being sent to me by email. Next time I will just ask for a print out and a email just for it not to happen again. Glad that was the only hiccup I had. With that being said I will be more than likely return for my next service when my car needs it...

2022-08-08I left my car in early June told them I was going on vacation for 2 weeks so I was not in a rush for a return my service advisor Stephen was welcoming and gave me great customer. Service and I felt confident about it and thats all that was good about it there were 6 things I requested to be fixed or replaced and they were not fixed the parts had arrived but nobody fixed my vehicle and they closed the ticket out claiming I had my vehicle which I never had I then asked when I can get my vehicle they said come back tomorrow morning I said ok I get back the next day only 1 of things was completed the simplest one so I came back every Monday to Stephen to get the repairs completed and every single time is some kind of issue either they cant find the part they have mechanics on vacation the list just goes on and the dealership these vehicles come from riverdale jeep isnt any better
