Deceiving on the prices, make sure you check the contract and numbers before signing anything. Alot of different fees and when i signed the contract the price was different than advertised. I understand theres taxes and licensing fees. But this was just not normal. They try to do everything behind closed doors and just bring u up papers to sign. No transparency!
Awful experience I went specifically to see a car from out of state, I called ahead and made sure the car was in stock, I actually told the salesman I am coming from far make sure its there. We go there go for a test drive in the car then later the salesman tells me the car has been sold and has a deposit on it. the salesman completely wasted our time started showing us models we did not want. We made it easy either have this specific model with milage or not. He took us across the bronx to show us 2other cars not what we wanted. We couldnt have been more clear, he lied and took us across town that they had better models in stock. Typical bait and switch. I left this place and went to another Chrysler dealership and bought it within 2 hours. This place is a totalscam.This is 2022 not 1980 you cant get away with this kind of dealership experience.
Horrible experience with Sales Manager/Sales Team. They had a Dodge Durango listed on their website for $52K. Called and spoke to the salesperson, they confirmed the vehicle is on the lot and the only fees they charge are Tax, Title and Registration. Came down the next day, asked to see the total out the door price. The manager took 30 minutes to put the numbers together. When they came back they added Certification ($2,895) , Pre Del Insp ($2,218.86) and Processing ($695). The new price is now $57,808.86. See attached photo.Pure bait and switch, dont waste your time, avoid!
I can’t thank this company ENOUGH! As I’m writing this I’m in my new jeep! Aka my first car!!.. my dealer was and still is Demitry he stepped up to me with the passion to make sure I got in my jeep renegade.. the process in itself is not easy and he made it as smooth as possible.. I felt very helped and it’s hard to say in words the appreciation I have for this company!.. i Recommend this company 100%.. it’s legit it was transparent and everyone played a part to make this happen.. if my car needs anything I was welcomed to come back and deal with them at anytime!… I come all the way from Brooklyn just to work with them. They put up cars online as A TRICK. YOU COME THERE AND THEYY SAY ITS SOLD. ALSO the speedometer is definitely rigged on one that we saw as the car looked like it had over 100kmiles on it. completely dirty, all scratched up inside and out, pedals worn out to the point that half missing. bumper is poorly repainted. Most Durangos had their front bumpers poorly repainted..
Bobby and Joe always take great care of me when I come by. This is the second vehicle for me and my wife have leased from Riverdale Chrysler. They go above and beyond at this dealership. Guadalupe In the service department is always very pleasant to deal with. Yolanda was the sales rep Joe set us down with. But to be honest I go to him or Bobby with all my questions. I prefer dealing with the managers.2022 update. Just got my fourth vehicle from Bobby and his staff. They always do the right thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO A LARGER DEALERSHIP IN LONG ISLAND THAT DIDNT TREAT ME LIKE MY MONEY WASNT GOOD ENOUGH.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL ADD FRADULENT CHARGES TO THE BILL TO MAKE A BUCK. THE SALESPEOPLE ARE USELESS AND ONLY DO WHAT THE MANAGER INSTRUCTS THEM TO. THE MIDDLE MANAGERS ARE UNWILLING DEAL FOR WHEELS.
I dont think I have ever seen more cars move while at a dealership than today. Shane, you have an incredible staff at Riverdale Jeep: Jose, thank you for taking us thru a nice experience with our Volkswagen Atlas on Saturday. Having explained a dizzying number of car details on our Atlas, I was in awe the entire time. Jose knew so much and handled our experience very professionally. I just want to say thanks again, you made the trip worth it.
This is easily the worst dealership you can possibly go to. They pray on the weak and those that come in with a lack of knowledge on vehicles. They were talking about nearly $1300 a month on a LEASE for a Durango RT, yes a RT, not an SRT. I know the market is crazy right now but their prices aren’t even close to reasonable. I went to several other dealerships and the highest I was offered at another spot was $849 just to use as an example. I’m not going to say names because the face to face interactions weren’t negative or disrespectful towards me. I will note that there was several instances of negative body language and facial expressions when they believed I was not looking. Unless you got extra cash to blow and want to bless those who don’t deserve to be blessed then don’t come here. I’m all about giving a good rating if you deserve it but this place definitely doesn’t. Needs a lot of improvements. If you’ve never bought a car before then definitely don’t come here either because you’ll easily be manipulated into a decision you will regret. Please like my review if you find it useful, so we can get this message to the people. I’d greatly appreciate it.
Anne was super unprofessional. Doesn’t deserve to work there. Offers horrible service and on top of that add hidden fees that will bring the car price up to $10,000 more. Doesn’t know which the type of car she’s selling or what the car has. On top of that nothing was done to my car.

I went in with my father to purchase a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica limited S which is a hard to find model. After speaking with our sales person we came to an AGREEMENT on a price. We then had an issue with the insurance so we werent able to purchase the vehicle that day. I asked for my down payment back while we tried to fix our issue and they said I needed to LEAVE A DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO ENSURE MY VEHICLE WOULD NOT BE SOLD. Since this happened on a Thursday and we were not able to fix the issue. I was told someone in their dealer could fix the issue if we came in. I come in on Monday to purchase the vehicle and a different person takes care of us, He said that they COULD NOT SELL US THE VEHICLE, because it had a mechanical issue. I would be ok with this if it was true but then they proceeded to try to sell me a different car which none had any of the features of the original purchase. We were there for almost 2 HOURS!! I asked for my deposit back and on the paper itself it says the reason for the refund was that THE CAR WAS SOLD!!!I think as a business this is absolutely wrong if I gave you a deposit to ensure my vehicle why would you LIE!!! the last thing was that the deposit is going to take 3-5 business days to process which is standard lets just hope it doesnt take longer than that..........VERY DISAPPOINTED they lost a sale and a customer at the same time for not being honest. I would of been fine purchasing a different vehicle but dont lie to a potential buyer!!! thats just wrong.......
The general manager Shane was amazing ! He made sure all my needs were met and I didn’t leave without being happy. He went out his way to get sooo much done for me . I can’t thank him enough ! Ceinna was so patient with me. Even getting frustrated she kept it cool and just made sure she heard me out. By far the best service I’ve relieved anywhere spending my money . Henry & Marcus the porters was very helpful and patient considering I went through 3 different cars lol. If your looking to buy a car I definitely recommend this location. Don’t second guess it trust me.
This kind of Dealer has a lot of hidden prices the prices on the Internet pages are not real They tell you that this is not the original price and that you have to pay many more things and the legal ones only charge you taxes and license plates open your eyes wide when they are doing the papers
My car buying experience with Omar was amazing. He was polite and answered all my many questions and didn’t hold back when asking to advise. I was extremely impressed with the dealerships professionalism and diligent work in helping me drive off the lot the same day 🙌🏾🍾🎉
This place was pretty great! Cienna, our salesperson, was able to find us a great car and a new insurance plan. She was so good, I thought about walking out with two cars! Shane was also super helpful in walking us through our options us out the door. I’m sure the whole team is good, but if you want good results you’d do best asking for them!
I had Bought a car with my mom from them in the beginning of October, Since buying the car it’s been nothing but trouble with a “certified used” car. When at the dealer ship I was told multiple times that the Jeep I was getting was one of the best models there is and that there was for sure no problems with the car. A little over a month with the car I started to Experience battery issues & starter problems, I had even called the dealership and was told to go to their repair shop. While at the repair shop i was told i had no warranty nor insurance. The car is a 2016 Jeep and has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. I even Called the salesman who sold me the car nd said He wasn’t able to do nothing about it.
4-month review. Purchasing my car was an okay experience. When I came in they were having a team meeting so I experienced a short wait. Chino was the seller, he’s super helpful and accessible. If there is anyone who did their job correctly there, it was him. I got my Honda, went through the finances with a financial officer and was sold a warranty with my vehicle. I was told that when I bought the warranty, if anything happened I would be able to bring my car there and pay a 200 dollar deductible instead of paying everything out of pocket. I was sold.3 Months later, my car was damaged due to rodents crawling under my hood and biting some of my steering cords. I triple A’d my car over there. When I got there, there was a gentleman from the service department and I explained my situation, told him I had warranty. He told me that someone will call me and let me know what’s going on with the car, but there is a chance that warranty is not going to cover it. About 2 hours later a mechanic Albert called me and told me that rodents chewed up my cords and that the quote price would be 959, almost 1000. I asked him what parts he needed, he said he didn’t need any parts, it was just re-wiring. So he was basically charging me almost 1000 for labor. At first I was going to pay it, because I was desperate to get my car fixed (it was a few days before Christmas), then I became sort of sad because I realized that paying for my car to get fixed would mean none of my family would be receiving gifts for the holidays.I spoke to another mechanic and decided to go there instead. Before I left, I cancelled my warranty (BEST THING I COULD’VE EVER DID) , I ended up getting almost 3,000 added back to principal car payment (which means I’ll be paying off my car sooner). Before I left they made me pay a diagnostic fee of 185 before leaving. So in total I would have payed 1,144 plus tax to fix my car there if I decided to get it done there. I payed the 185 and went on my way.When I went to the other mechanic. He was super friendly and fixed my car for only 200. I gave him a 100 dollar tip and now my car runs super smooth.I feel like this dealership like to get over on people and I won’t be purchasing from here again.I ended up saving about 3,600 NOT getting my car fixed there and cancelling my warranty. ☺️UPDATE: 1 WEEK LATER....The warranty company they used called me and asked me why I cancelled my warranty. I explained the situation. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THEM TRYING TO FILE A CLAIM, AND THEY DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS COVERED WITH THE WARRANTY. I don’t know whether to be upset or relieved. Either way, I’m glad I stuck to my gut because I knew something wasn’t right.SECOND UPDATE: This morning was a wake up call! My dad came back from his base today and I was so excited to show him my car. When he saw it, the first thing he asked me was what is wrong with your tires ?. I didnt know what he was talking about. He explained to me that they sold me the car with USED SPARE TIRES ! I dont know much about cars so I didnt notice it until he brought it to my attention but I hate this dealership. This dealership would rob you blind if they can. I would STAY AWAY !!!
I can’t lie I almost didn’t get a jeep and was seriously considering just getting a Honda. I went to multiple jeep locations within the Bronx and westchester area. My dealer Angel, the sale/financial manager and Joel the head manager really worked with me on this one. I came in with my daughter who is 11 and Angel was super nice to her open the doors for her to get in some of the cars we looked at he really took his time and gave me options. I wanted a 4 door wrangler with big wheels. Marco the sales/ financial manager worked with me on the numbers explaining everything and gave me some options. Joel came and went above and beyond to make everything go as smooth as it could. What I really appreciate about this dealer and this amazing staff is that they weren’t cut throat I left many of jeep dealerships just not feeling like they really appreciated me as a costumer but here at riverdale it was just a completely different experience. The way everything turned out I would not only recommend friends but family as well. They have a good inventory of cars and will make it happen!! Check them out if you are even considering anything at a Jeep dealership.
They told me I used all my tire rotations ..which I only used 1 their mechanics are marking it as changed which it hasn’t (one rim has a scratch that’s how I can tell). they left tubes unplugged you can see it hanging down from my car. and I have a brand new jeep that is now having problems.. I went in for a oil change and came out with problems.. should’ve known when the oil wasn’t saying 100% until I manually reset it! Another thing I now have to get a wheel alignment when I told them I needed it before they just kept saying you have a new car there’s nothing wrong.. well I drive it smh!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They held my car hostage for 6 weeks! They would not return my phone calls, I repeatedly tried to get my car back, and eventually had to go through the sales agent who sold me the car to even get an update. I will NEVER return despite still being under warranty because this place is unbelievably unprofessional. The worst part is that the reason my car was there in the first place was that while it was with them for an oil change they wrecked it! And they also charged me for the oil change! Then they issued me a loaner car with bald tires that blew out on my way home (pic attached). Then they refused to call me back for 6 weeks...
Absolutely waste of time is dealing with them.I tried to trade my car to another which was just a few years newer than mine , same brand name and model.According to the published advertisement, the car was proposed for 19000$I am repeating that mine is the same , just 5 years older and 35000 miles more.I told from the same beginning for how much I want to sell mine , and the process began. I had to provide all the documents from my car , my ID , then we went to se show my car.Whole process little more than 30 min , which is ok, but the sale person come to me with his proposal ,and giving me new price .Listen carefully:The advertised car from 19 000 $ is now 33 000$ , and my car is rated for 2 000 !I have no other suggestion,except do not visit that place ever .
I feel Like I didnt have to take 3 hours for you to tell me Im not approved Never seen a dealership take the downpayment before the application Was finished And I felt as though I had to wait and asked for my money back when it should have been handed to me. If your looking for a new Jeep this is the place to be. Chevy is amazing!!! This man has the time and patience to explain, walk you through your options, and negotiate. If your looking for a good deal go to him. He knows what hes talking about and works on your timeline. This man went through a literal storm to make sure that I drove off in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I was interested in a Ford Pickup Truck which was 35000$ and I asked them out the door price which they hesitated to provide me initially, finally they told me its gonna be 45500$, almost 7500$ in markups. Dont waste you time at this dealer, make sure you ask them out the door price.
It is very sad for a new car dealership to be this unprofessional when it comes to transparency. Their attitude is disgusting and I would never recommend to buy anything from this place, the only person that was nice was the receptionist well done. Manners and respect should always be present it no matter where you are, in the dealership I Experienced the worst situation of my life.
Went in yesterday and had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone was so welcoming specially Sammy who helped us get our new GrandCherokee. Sammy helped us through out the entire process and any questions we had he will have an answer too. I recommend this location to anyone.

Not only did Krystal make sure I got exactly what I wanted she went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle on time and she really worked with me. They were so patient with us and super professional and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend them and definitely will be going back there for all my future cars.

Chevaughn was superb from the beginning , professional, good listener, and knowledgeable.I told him what I wanted and showed him my options. I explained my budget , what I wanted and he didn’t try to persuade me. He actually is better than a lot of salespersons in the past. He made the customer happy! I am satisfied and driving today ! In addition, credit is in rebuilding stage and I still got what I wanted !
I have absolutely no complaints I was there Saturday service dept was nice friendly and respectful. George helped me with a purchase he conducted himself very nice explained and showed me everything I needed to know. Brian was also very precise in his explanation and showed me what I had to do and why. Over all my experience at Riverdale Jeep was great. George and Brian in my opinion were God sent.Thank you Guys.
This place is great if you want to get your hands on a new vehicle! The staff is friendly and accommodating as they assist you in getting into your new car! Anne was amazing from beginning to end, making sure everything was set as it should be and even followed up after we left. The finance manager made sure we understood every number that came with the paperwork and was patient with us. I would recommend this location to whoever needs a great experience and new car!

This has been the by far the worse experience I have ever had! There customer service is horrible the supervisor for service department didn’t help with anything. My car was help way to long and I had to do all the phone calls to my insurance they don’t care about you as a person they just want your money!!!
Very pleasant and helpful. I had an overall good experience. I didn’t read the reviews before going to purchase and hopefully I will not have a negative experience to post. I purchased a new car on Saturday, and the process was fairly easy and fast ( but with all car dealerships be prepared to be there for at least 5+ hour).

The dealership called me literally 10 times,.. asking me if I’m going if I’m going,.. when I showed up they just sold the car !?Last call from them was six minutes before a arrived ,.. and yes they just sold the car ,..My advice to whoever reads my review is :Don’t waste your time it’s not series dealership if they lie in the beginning think about it what they gonna do to you if you start financing with them !?
Customer service is horrendous. Full of arrogant people who dont care at all. I love my jeep but I really regret buying it from here. It makes me resent the jeep that I gave them money.Had lots of small minor issues that were not big deals at all but way the people at this branch deal with them is disgusting. I know all of the rumors of car sales people and unfortunately they are true. I wouldnt trust them at all.Not to mention the nonsense charges they try and hit you with over the sticker price.Bottom line of you want a jeep buy it from a dog in the street before from these guys
No stars!!! Very nasty customers service I received on Saturday 8/16/2021 by Shanel who hung up the phone on me after asking to speak to a manager. Today the Manager Guadulape who is seems to not know anything about service was very one worded when trying to get answers from her. How can they place someone as a manger who is not knowledgeable of service?! Worst dealership ever! This car is definitely going back to the dealer and I’ll pay off whatever is owe and take my business somewhere else useful.
Working with Chevaughn was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly he was very professional. The buying process of my vehicle only took two visit. The best part is Chevaughn stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. He even transferred all my items from the old car to the new one himself. Cant get any better service than that! I highly recommend you talk to him if you are considering a Jeep!
Ok dealership, but find a better one if you can. Came here looking to finance a car and we got one were happy with. Stanley, who was taking care of us, was a huge help with a great personality. We looked at a CPO Cherokee and the interior TRASHED! Pet hairs everywhere from the steering wheel to all the seats to the trunk! At least have the cars fully cleaned and detailed for customers to see even if you didnt get a heads up (you never know what cars customers are going to look at). After weighing the pros and cons of this car, we decided to purchase it mainly because they gave us an amazing price. However, after they detailed the car for almost 2 hours there was still hair and stains everywhere! There was dirt inside the air vents, sweat stains on the doors. Thats all stuff that comes off with the correct detailing job which Riverdale did not do. Granted it was a national holiday and presumably less staffed, the car still shouldve been cleaned as if your parent was buying it. Now the pros were Stanley and Sam. Stanley got us a great deal on the car we wanted and Sam went out his way to compensate us for some of the eyesores that came with the car. Riverdale is not as pushy as others, which personally is a huge plus when car buying. All in all, a good dealership but find a cleaner and more updated looking dealership who will actually make sure whichever car you buy looks like it came out the factory... used or new. Keep up the good work Stanley and Sam.
If you can take your car to another place for service please do. I had the worst experience in this place as far as service goes, (customer services, management and staffs). I brought my car in for service with an appointment on a Thursday, after waiting for more than an hours I was told that they can’t look at the car because it will be too much for that day (it was around 1:30). Came back next day (Friday) I was given an appointment for Saturday, I left the dealer with another appointment and my car broke down on a holiday weekend. Came back on a tow truck (which I paid for), after $1,500, three of missed work days and two weeks later, I am at the dealership again. When calling for service and explaining what’s happening and who I am the calls dropped. I come to the dealership and in here no one is responsible, no one can help because it’s Saturday. I don’t understand why is the dealership open if service can’t be offered and no manager can’t be reach. The only reason I am back here is because this is where I got the service done, if not I would’ve never come back to this place.
I just left the dealership. It was a waist of time. I left work early and traveled and hour and 15 minutes to get there. I called before to make sure the car I wanted was there. When I got there I was shown the car. We did all the paper work and Arturo came back with paper for a loan amount of 12k more than the car I wanted and was shown. He then tried to talk me into the more expensive car saying the bank will only give me a loan for the more expensive car. I said I didn’t understand and could he explain. He said the bank will only allow me to buy the more expensive car and that was it. I should have read the reviews first. I was so excited about driving home today. This is really a big disappointment.
I heard of this place through a recommendation of a friend that told me this place was very professional and that I would leave with a great deal, he was right! This place is very professional, the dealer who helped me, Ruben, was great, he was very professional and answered all my questions. Went in to Riverdale Jeep was just curious to see what they can offer me on the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L since other dealers came in very expensive. Anyhow I was blown away by the great offer they gave me.. I dealt with Derick he was so much fun to deal with the entire Riverdale team were really amazing the attitude there is extremely positive Im happy with the deal Derick was able to give me. cheaper from other dealers I tried.. dealing with Derick was a real pleasure. This place is amazing. Highly recommend..
Car owners BEWARE!!!!!I recently moved into the area where this dealer is located. I check their reviews whish were not good but figured Ive give them the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately the reviews are right on point with regards to this place!I need to have the software in my vehicle updated and contacted this dealers service center in order to get it done. Service writer, Jose Gomez, was assigned to me and was supposed to help me. He NEVER once returned none of my calls. I even went to the dealership in order to setup an appointment but after a week and a half of no answer, I took my car to a different dealer.Thank God for Eastchester Dodge!They took care of my issue within two days with no issues.
The Ultimate Bait and Switch!! I inquired about a car advised on Cargurus (online).Next morning received a response that the vehicle was available. I ran in, was there in less than an hour. When I arrived, I waited a short time (about 10 minutes). Then here comes Manuel! We had a conversation I express why I’m there, he looked up all the information I gave him. (My pre-approval for the car, license, company email response etc). He then says great I’m going to get your hard approval, run your credit and I’ll be back. AFTER running my credit and showing me a similar car cause he said the one I was getting was being serviced. He finalized my credit check Then says well that car is SOLD!!! We have all these other cars that cost Much more!! Right then I knew it was a scam. I Walked out with a credit hit!!!!
There your best friend when your buying and dont know you day after you drive off. Bought a used jeep which they said would be certified and serviced prior to me taking it. Drove off and found the A.C need Freon. The oil was at 18%. The GPS didnt work. 2 chips in the windshield. Park sensor didnt work. Called next day and no one calls you back no matter how many times you call. Drove back and manerger states certified just means you can get an extended warranty. Eventually got vehicle serviced and changed oil and added Freon. I was told to come back in a month for a new radio and sensor which I didnt understand. Eventually parts come and the dealer claims they ordered the wrong radio. How does a dealer get that wrong. They reorder another radio but now only takes 5 days. Turns out they waited for my extended warranty to kick in to pay for everything. Also took tire warranty and now my tire blew and they wont pick up the phone and when message was left, got a run around and disconnected. Also sold vehicle with a tire lock but gave no key to remove. And no one will talk about the 2 chips i have in the window. I should have read theses reviews and went somewhere else.
Be aware I returned my lease here in June 2021, the lease company has reached out for the return haven’t received it yet 8months come to know they might be renting out the lease I have reached out way to many times been completely ignored after trying to clarify what happened if there is honestly no one should be hiding specially if your true intent is to build a business relationship but I have provided miles proof to the lease I had did oil changes a few weeks prior

I met with Cienna, who was so confident and knowledgeable in the field and super positive. Also Jose patiently working to get me all that I needed to drive off with my new vehicle. Worst. Dealership.EVER! Literally the worst experience I have had at any establishment for any type of service EVER!!! Aside from the murder that took place on the lot shortly after I bought my car (Google it). No one answers the phone, no one responds when there is an issue with the car, the paperwork at sale was not completed correctly so the service contract was not put in my name and NO ONE can be reached in order to rectify the situation in a timely manner. Save your self the frustration, wasted time, money and disrespect and just go to White Plains. This place should not even be in business. Disgusting!
Stay away from this dealership. My car was leased with them. I had a small noise rattle coming from my sunroof on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee so decided to bring the car in for service to them since I got the car from them. They told me it was the catalytic converter that needs to be replaced. I kept asking them if they are sure because the sunroof has nothing to do with the catalytic converter. After having my car for a week. I finally got it back with the same sunroof noise rattle AND a small scratch and dent on my door. After I confronted them about the damage they tried to accuse me of damaging there loaner that they gave me all scratched up. Thank god I took a video of all the damage the Loaner had before driving off. When I emailed them the video they apologized. Took me almost 3 weeks to get a check from them to fix the damage that was done to my car. Took my car to a local mechanic and he fixed the noise rattle for 50 dollars, it was a loose screw in the sunroof it was such a easy fix. I have no idea why they changed the catalytic converter which costed the warranty $2500 when it had nothing to do with that. If any one goes there and get a loaner I suggest recording every scratch before taking the car. If I didn’t do that they would of tried to use that against me to not pay for the damage that they did to my door. I never usually write reviews but I had such a bad experience with them, people should know. My local dent repair shop fixed the damage they done to my door for 200 dollars but it’s still visible a little bit, to fully fix it the entire door needed to be painted. I am never getting another car from them and definitely never bringing it in for service

Been trying to purchase a $45,000 car for days now. I was told that they couldnt help me with a buyers order because the manager was out driving the truck adding additional miles to the vehicle and that no one could get in touch with him because it was his day off. I have literally been transferred to person after person & no one has resolved my issue in the slightest way. every time I call I receive a different answer as to why the information my bank needs is unavailable . I am traveling from 2 hours away to purchase this vehicle & thus far the customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced !!! In addition my husband called them with a fake name to see if he could get info on the car & they have been calling him telling him to come see the vehicle even though I am currently actively trying to purchase the truck just literally waiting on a signed buyers order ! I have never experienced such hardship trying to purchase a vehicle ! I did not want to leave such a terrible review but I am in hopes that the right person will see it & actually offer me some help ! I also think it is very unprofessional for the managers to be driving around in these vehicles running up the mileage & adding wear & tear on a vehicle that someone will eventually pay good money for ! I will gladly delete this review if I am helped out more professionally moving forward !
CROOKS.On November 15, 2021 I went to Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to purchase a 2021 Dodge Scatpack. Both my expectations and hopes were high but to my dismay things soon took a turn for the worse. The saleswoman kept on adding hidden fees to the overall total. The overall total was $46,000 at first. Somehow, during the time she was calculating and re-calculating, the total had reached $62,000. After questioning the numbers, she re-calculated again and then came back and said the total is now $58,000. After asking her why the price took a huge leap, she answered “A Dodge is a special car. You have to pay an extra 15% of the car ($6,500). The company will stop making the other cars, and prioritize your car. The extra money is you paying Dodge for prioritizing your car. This how Dodge operates. If you do not believe me call Dodge.” I didn’t believe her, so I called Dodge. The representative over the phone said “that is false. The only “extra pay” is the destination charge and the destination charge is $1,495.” After hearing that, I left. This lady is a crook. That $19,000 in hidden cost was to fund for her vacation since clearly her commission was not enough!

Horrible Customer Service, I had an appointment to see a car, took me 1 hour to get there only to be informed the vehicle was sold 40 minutes prior to the time of my arrival. I understand business must go on but at least give me a heads up, send me a text message or an email informing me of the sale and let me make the decision if I still want your business instead of wasting my time.
First of all. Id not recommend this place to anyone. Specially the Service department. This people are RUDE. I saw other customers complaining because theyve been waiting for hours. They took over 2 HOURS to change the oil on my car. Did not honor my previous oil change package That I purchased October 2019. First they said the oil change package was expired and that I purchased the new car in another JEEP Dealer. They wanted to charge me almost $100 for an oil change. Worst experience at a JEEP dealership.
Great staff, ambiance and location, it’s always a hassle when you have to bring your car in to get work done but when you come a place like this that you get treated like family it really brings a smile to your face. I went for a oil change it states the fluids were topped off theres no fluids in the car still even after going back 3 times and addressing this with the advisors so now Im starting to question if the oil change was even done. I initially went in for brakes are still squeaking. Took them a day in a half to replace the brakes. USB was changed the old one left in the car, they left a baggie of grabba in the passenger door. Im just disgusted with the service. Horrible

Alex stated give me a call tomorrow and we will take care of it. I called and texted, no answer. I went to the dealer on Saturday and was told someone would reach out with an appointment. Horrible establishment, i put down money to reserve the car i wanted to look at, they said if there was no purchase that the money would be returned. Ended up not getting the car, they said the money would be returned, it has been 2 weeks and still no money back. Ive called multiple times and been put on hold for an hour with no pick up..They also marked up a car with a window tag of $39,000 to $54,000. a 15k increase in price for no reason. Said its only 39k if i qualified for the offers. The car was a car without power windows/locks. and they wanted more than 50k for that? all they said that the car was hot

Horrible experienceI arrived to the dealership after being in contact with multiple employees about a car for sale. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was not acknowledged by any sales staff (keep in mind there was only 1 other customer who was already being helped), after waiting a few minutes to finally be greeted, i was finally spoken to by the front desk receptionist. I asked for Shane (General Sales Manager), who I had spoken too that morning and was expecting me. Shane quickly acknowledged me but continued to keep me waiting for an additional 10 minutes (talking on the phone and acting too busy/important to talk to me) without even an explanation. Once he finally got around to helping me, he seemed uninterested. Upon reaching the car, he was of little help and said absolutely nothing about the car, and left us alone after a few minutes of being outside with us. He eventually sent out a different salesman who also had little knowledge about the car, he takes us inside and begins asking me about my employment history, salary, etcHe finally asks for my social security number, I tell him I plan on paying for the car cash, but he insists we complete the credit inquiry because of the taxes and fees. I later found out that this is a shady tactic dealers use to try and up sell you or see “how much your worth” even if you have no intention of taking the loan. He leaves for another 10-15 minutes to take a copy of my license but from my end it seems like he was just joking around with fellow co workers while wasting my time. Finally be comes back and tells me that he’s unable to sell me the car at advertised price as a cash sale because it’s a repo. At that point I had had enough and just walked out the door happy to finally be out of there.This place is sketchy! It’s dirty and fails miserably to represent themselves as a professional dealership. Happy to take my money elsewhere
I have went to this dealer ship to buy a car for $50,950 on 8/27/21 we went back and forth with the manager until we agreed to the price of the car of $50,950 the sales man Derrick ask me for a deposit to lock in the price and so nobody else buys it and we agree for me to come back the next day and finish the deal I go there and the manager came to me and said he will not sell me the car for $50,950 and said the car is in high demand and won’t sell it for me for msrp that he has to sell it over sticker to $57,000 I didn’t want my refund or pay $57,000 I wanted the car that we agreed on for $50,950 msrp price I even agreed to go to $53,000 but they won’t give it to me

My husband brought our car in to be fixed and it was such a hassle. We were barely kept in contact with the technician unless our pick up day was to be extended; he was always too busy otherwise. On top of that,One of the issues with our car was not fixed even though we were told it was fixed. Then the technician texted us for a review and we gave him our honest opinion and he sent us a text where he sounded annoyed with our response. Just overall terrible service here.
It was excellent. All the staff was friendly especially my sales man Derrick . He was super helpful . Also was really knowledgeable about the car i wanted . He explained everything perfectly . Would definitely recommend everyone i know to vist that location and see Derrick.
I recently visited this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend who told me this place was great and had good deals. I had the pleasure of meeting with John Camacho, he was a great help! He helped my family get exactly what were looking for, for a wonderful price! He was very professional and so nice, he even bought me lunch! I had such a wonderful experience!
I had an extremely positive experience at Riverdale Jeep when leasing a new car a few weeks ago. I have lease several cars over the years and always dread going into the dealership. Riverdale appears to be the exception in this business. We worked out the preliminary details over the phone and picked up where we left off when I got there. I met with Manny who had the car ready for me to inspect before sitting down to start the paperwork. He was attentive and professional from start to finish. I worked out the final numbers with Gracie who was thorough, patient and a straight shooter. I also showed up 45 min before closing but was still accommodated. They didn’t rush me through the process and both Manny and Gracie were gracious enough to stay later until the deal was closed and I was pulling off the lot. I will be going back to Riverdale for my next vehicle.

This place is run down a quick lube turn into a 3 hour waiting with an appointment the show room only has two vehicles and how to return because they did not get my wheel balance correct the first time how are you supposed to trust them with your vehicle and your prices are very hight

July 2020 - This place is great! I came in needing a new car and wanting to trade my old one in. They talked me through the trade in process and offered a more than fair amount for my car. We worked together to find the perfect car for me. The sales manager we worked with, George, was wonderful in answering all of our questions and being more than accommodating in showing us different cars until we found the right fit. I would highly recommend Riverdale Chrysler Jeep to anybody who is looking for a new car. Ask for George!September 2020 - I purchased a car from here in the beginning of July and gave the most premature 5-star rating. I walked out thinking that I got a good deal on a good car. Fast forward 6 weeks when I needed to make the first car payment...I found out that the car was sold to me for nearly $4,000 more than what I had agreed to. When I called, I spoke to my AMAZING salesperson George (he is the one redeeming quality about this place) who told me that there was sadly nothing to be done. I am absolutely baffled and disgusted that this dealership charged me $4,000 more than what I had agreed to. I noticed a much higher number on the papers that we were filling out, but when I pointed it out, the finance guy told me not to worry about that. So many people told me not to give this place my business, I only now wish that I listened. For a neighborhood dealership run by neighborhood guys, its a real shame that Riverdale Chrysler Jeep has such as bad reputation.And Kathy Finn, please do not comment asking me to give you a call. I have tried eight times now, and every time I call, I get forwarded to your full voicemail box and am unable to leave a message. That doesnt do anybody any good.Buyers, beware. Dont come to this place unless you want to be put through the ringer. The sales people are lovely, but everything else about Riverdale Chrysler Jeep is incredibly corrupt. I feel like I got scammed.
Was not happy with their service and follow up. I spend full price for a new replacement part for my sun roof ($2500+ tax) and I received a used part for my car. I wasn’t given a discount and the used part was extremely filthy (probably laying around a junk yard) which cause me to get my entire interior detailed. They also cause engine issues for my car when I got a oil change which caused the oil filter to have leaks/ low oil pressure. I will not use them in the future and plan on going to the Jeep dealership in White Plains next time I need any type of service.. Suggest you do the same..Albert was my sales person and he lost my trust.FYI- I live only 3 blocks away on Broadway but the bad service doesn’t help with local convenience
Unprofessional and unorganized during purchase and after purchase. I would not recommend. Find another official dealership. Their customer service sucks. I regret getting my car from them. I was told I was sold a Cherokee High Altitude and was sold a Limited instead. I was charged the Altitude price. I have the shipping slip paperwork. Extremely careless!
Horrible experience with this dealer they don’t deserve a 1 star rating. Bought a car cash from this place started to feel a vibration when driving called was told I would have to speak with the salesman who sold me the car, who was out for weeks. In the meantime I had the car checked out by Nissan come to find out it needs a new transmission called to speak with someone and was told to bring it to them I could pay for their guys to look it over. No thanks, thank god the car still had a manufactures warranty so I got the transmission with no out pocket expenses. Should have known better when the test drive was the salesman driving me. Lesson learned!!
I went in for a trade, spoke to the salesman George, he let me in on all the details of it, downsides as well, but very accommodating to what I wanted. Very helpful throughout the whole process, and even through the financing process when I met with the accountant, gave me excellent insight on how I could save and lower payments down the line. I did pay more than I initially wanted, but that was my choice, never felt any pressure to continue if I didn’t want to. The vehicle I chose was a 2018 jeep Cherokee 6cyl which was the exact model I had been looking for. Looking forward to the drives I will take and down the line take advantage of the opportunities they presented me with in terms of vehicle upgrades and leasing.

The day we actually bought our car was long, but great. Krystal was wonderful, and I dont think wed have left the dealership with a car if it hadnt been for her. Id love to have given more stars, but still waiting for the title for the car I bought outright. Several messages have gone unanswered over the last few months, so would think twice before recommending.Edited to add that I did call the # posted in the response to my review, and STILL have not had my call returned at least a week later. Thanks guys, for charging me document fees, and then making me pay AGAIN to get my documents directly through the DMV.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I drove one hour to this location to get my car inspected and when i got there the service staff told me they have no inspection tickets, so no inspection could be perform. I asked why they didnt call me to let me know that (since i made my appointment a week in advance) and they said there is no way for them to know that they were going to run out of inspection tickets. Another costumer who had arrived at 7:30 am for an inspection was just learning about this issue at 9am and he when ballistic on them. This man spend one hour and a half in that location and he walked empty handed. The staff told me to wait and at 9:30 am they took my car in because the inspection tickets arrived They asked me to return after my inspection was done. 11:30 am came back to pick up my car and still no inspection was performed. I asked why and they said that they still have to inspection tickets so no inspection was done. TOTALLY poor managed location.

This dealership had my vehicle for 3 months, I have an extended warranty from mopar which is a division of chrysler jeep dodge. There was so much passing the buck as they say it was ridiculous.This dealerships service department did not follow up with mopar extended warranty service in a timely fashion, they( the dealership service dept / advisor did not exhibit any type of urgency to repair or follow up with mopar. Mopar emailed the service advisor who claimed he never received it even though it was time stamped that it was. The nonsense was endless I called chrysler customer service which accomplished nothing they just transfer me to another department, Who then transferred me to mopar extended warranty who said it was the dealerships service department that was the problem. 3 vehicle inspectors had to be sent out to assess the required repairs to my vehicle. They dealerships service department should be shut down, Horribble experience. The dealership also damaged my vehicle when it was in their possession for repairs, when it was brought to their attention they refused to discuss any type of remedy to fix the damage they caused.There are much better dealerships to go to for repairs for any Chrysler dodge jeep vehicle you own, that will treat their customers with respect and thoughtfulness , treat you as a valued customer. Save the headaches and go repair your vehicle somewhere else.Update: 0n 10/06/2021 this dealerships service manager has now banned me from the dealership as per the service advisor.I presume they didnt like my Google review. Customer service is truly dead in this place. No understanding of how a customer should be treated or what a good customer experience should be.

2022-05-02Never coming back here again for service. I bought my car here and the salesmen were great. The service area, for the most part, they’re hanging out in the back talking. But I don’t careAbout that. However, I have a problem when I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for an oil change and one of the workers decides to speak and help the MAN behind me. I said something and he said he had an appointment. Mind you, so did I! It’s not fair to just say that you’re helping another customer while I’ve been waiting. So next time, Albert, you could tell your customer to wait a few minutes to see what’s going on to make sure the person in front is all set and go back to your customer. I never felt so disrespected by a man at a service area. Never again.

2022-08-07Horrible experience. Called ahead and got an appointment, yet the truck wasn’t ready when we arrived. 1.5 hours went by before we saw it for the first time. Salesman was nice enough. Appraisal was a joke - in summer 22 trying to take 30% off my month-old car with 800 miles. Used cars are just as in demand as new, currently. Additionally they tried to bait-and-switch on the price of their truck. It was listed on their website with a 3k discount. The price they brought to the table had a 10k mark-up “because this is the current market”. Not what I was told via email nor over the phone when I made the appointment. This is a perfect example of why the dealership model broken. Take your business elsewhere.

2022-05-03Words can’t explain how much im in love with my new vehicle, and it’s all thanks to Cienna. When I tell you i was so Nervous and indecisive on where to start and what to do I was about to lose my mind. Cienna came to the rescue and reassured me everything will be handled and I had no worries, just to leave it up to her and her team… so I did just that I left everything up to this young lady and she exceeded my expectations. Even got me into a 2021 when I was looking at a 2019 !!!! I HIGHLYYYY recommend riverdale you guys won’t regret it. Make sure you ask for Cienna ☺️☺️
