I was a long time patient of Dr. Adler, who retired earlier this year. Beth Ann and Sharon are still there, and both are great. Since Dr. Adler retired, I have had the chance to get to know Dr. Poznyansky and his staff over the course of several visits. Dr. Poznyansky has always been professional and friendly and seems very knowledgeable. Like wise his staff have also been professional, friendly and helpful. Both Emely and Raquel have been very helpful during each visit. Natasha has also been friendly and helpful whenever weve spoken. So far I have been impressed with the practice.
Listen, i dont leave positive reviews often, so this is a testament to how well this place did today. I am declaring them my official primary dental care provider. I felt so cared for. The place was clean, the people were nice. The doctor was not trying to scam me into a whole bunch of stuff I didnt really need. It was a godsend and I am looking forward to going back. I cant believe Im saying that about a dentist!
After a couple years of neglect I decided to get my teeth back in check and a co-worker recommended me to Riverdale dental and I must say.. WOW... Im so glad he did. Nothing short of perfection. Everything from day one has been an awesome experience that has given me my smile back. Wait time is zero to a few mins. Office is modern, well equipped. TVs to keep your mind of your dental fears. Lounge chairs to make you jealous. A staff that is well trained, caring and make every visit a comfortable one. Even Sharon at front desk is a sweetheart. Dr. Eric is truly a master at this craft. Listened to what I wanted and explained to me in detail what steps I needed to take to achieve my goal of a perfect smile again. My Hygienist, Samor made every painful treatment so relaxing and painless that I show up to every visit worry free. Natasha in billing who I assume every person fears because of the price tag that comes with fixing bad teeth...lol.. makes it go smoothly. Pricing to my surprise was affordable and Natasha handled my insurance carrier and explained all my available options with precision. One word for this office is perfect to sum it up.
I was treated to for implants at Riverdale Dental.The staff is very polite and professional. I am very happy with how easy and effective the procedure was. The dentists are very knowledgeable and professional. Loved the experience.
It must be true that business can pay to have bad reviews removed I don’t see my review from a year ago This place is awful, sneaky with fees, terrible shoddy work Let’s see how fast they make this review go away…
We love Riverdale Oral Health and Denise is the most thorough, down-to-earth dental hygienists you could ever hope for. Dr. Adler is great, too!! (He helped save my tooth after I fell and needed a root canal.) We recommend to all our friends!
Dr Adler is one of the kindest & most concerned dentists you will ever meet. He genuinely listens to you & tries to solve each & every problem. He and his staff are so pleasant & responsive as well as extremely professional. A neighborhood gem !
Riverdale Oral Health performed my wisdom teeth removal. I’ve been coming here for years and they are the best dentist I have ever been to. The cleanings are exceptionally thorough and attentive. My oral surgery was easy and as painless as possible.
The best overall patient experience I have had in years in the dental setting. Dr. Beth Berson did amazing work with my dental implant and I couldnt be happier. As a medical provider myself, I am not easily impressed by other healthcare professionals but she restored my faith in dentistry, especially with respect to the complex nature of my successful dental implant.
Dr. Adler is a highly skilled professional and I always feel at ease in his chair. His assistants and office staff have made every visit pleasant through the years.A friend recommended him and I’ve remained a loyal patient for years.
Never go to this Dentist. This is the worst place you can go to. They sent you bills months after your visit ( they do not come clean and tell you right in front what you are going to be charged for) THEY ARE NOT IN NETWORK WITH CIGNA DENTAL dont let them scam you. They might want to add unnecessary services to your bill so pay attention.

Not a single negative thing to say. Beautiful office. Beth-ann made me feel like i’d been with them for years on my 1st visit. Doctor Adler is GREAT !!!! 1st time ever dealing with a broken crown with no numbing agent what so ever !!!! Unfortunately my insurance isn’t accepted so i paid out of pocket but i will still go back to them for big work.
My appts.at Riverdale Oral Health have always fine. The office staff and the hygienists are delightful and good at their jobs. And Dr.Adler is not only very professional but answers all your questions clearly. I highly recommend this place.
Do not go, Dr Eric is the worst dentist I have ever experienced in my life. Do not go there if you actually need to seek dental help
The service was on time and excellent. Dr. Adler restored a 25+ years old bridge in my upper jaw on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. The bridge had popped out and I thought a new one would be needed. So far, the old bridge is staying in-place!
Hi my experience at Riverdale is very positive they give you a warm feeling when you walk in Natasha explain everything to me about that Care Credit summer did a wonderful job with my deep cleaning and Eric the dentist was very informative Im looking forward to coming back to Riverdale dental
Competent and caring staff to assist with billing issue and schedule changes (Sharon and Bethann) Appointments in the morning begin on time. Everyone has been very supportative when I decided to move forward with an extraction and implant. Dr. Berson, Dr.Adler, Denise, and Carmen are very professional and pleasant.

My mouth was sooo painful and I was not sure what to do.I called my family dentist at Riverdale Oral Health office, and got an appointment that afternoon.To my surprise, I had an ulcer on my torus, which is a bony projection from the hard palate. It must have been there for 2-3 week, and had not healed with Orabase and avoiding crusty foods.I was given a prescription for a steroid gel to apply 6 times a day. I was to call in two days and report how It felt. I thought it was better, but by the next week it was still painful ,so was told to return to be examined. Dr Adler did not like the healing progress, so referred me to an oral surgeon for a possible biopsy.The oral surgeon examined me and decided the lesion was likely a traumatic injury which heals slowly. My life just got a little better, no cancer in my mouth. The care I received at the Riverdale Oral Health office was caring, prompt and wise.
Dr. Beth Berson is amazing. I am a “big baby” and she is very professional and patient and did an amazing job on my crowns. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

2022-04-06As soon as I spoke to Natasha on the phone to schedule my appointment I know I was in luck with Riverdale Dental P.C. ! I was completely attended to and knew Natasha was helping me along the way with my questions about payment and insurance. At the office, Summer took excellent care of me during the teeth cleaning and created a relaxed environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and raising some concerns. Dr. Erik finished my visit reviewing necessary next steps and friendly recommendations about taking care of my teeth and smile :)Will definitely be back!

2022-06-09I am so happy I chose to come to Riverdale Dental P.C. It was all a great experience from the moment I walked in and met with Natasha, she was very kind and friendly. My cleaning was handled by Gaby, she was AMAZING!! She made me feel so at ease through the whole cleaning, it was great! And at the end Dr. Erik came in to do some extra exams and fill me in on my next steps for my next visit which was very helpful.

2022-05-26So its been a while since I been to the dentist. Thats my own fault. And yeah, maybe Im a bit shy about showing them off. So I mentioned that to the hygienist and to the dentist and they were both like please, this is a judgement free place. We just really want to take care of your teeth and figure out how to keep them healthy. Thats just what I needed to hear to make me feel better and comfortable. The place is immaculately clean, so Ill definitely be back. They have their own entrance off the corner, so dont go to the building next door.

2021-10-13Clean, friendly and high tech environment with professional team! Highly recommend this dentist to all of my friends and family. I am so afraid of dental visits but everyone there made it so easy and worry free. More work needed but no longer have same level of dental anxiety. They also had this relaxing spa like aroma and special TV on the ceiling made it great too.

2021-10-13Its been very hard looking for an hygienist like Samar and of course the Dr himself Dr eric they work very well . Im happy to have been referred here ! Nothing but amazing hospitality from the beginning to the end . Thanks to Natasha for making me feel very welcomed from the very beginning of my journey she has helped me explore all my options thoroughly . Im definitely in good hands and will be sure to refer my friends and family .

2020-10-29I left the office with a large smile hiding behind my mask. I was a bit hesitant about going since Dr Adler retired and the hygienist I had used also left. However, Irina and Dr Eric were amazing! Irina has a true love for oral hygiene and took the time to explain to me how to best floss and brush my teeth. Dr Eric began the visit with how can I help you? What can I do to support you? I was shocked that a dentist would even ask me that! Everyone in the office was warm and welcoming. I will definitely continue to use both Irina and Dr Eric.

2020-10-12I highly recommend Dr. Eric Poznyansky and his team at Riverdale Oral Health. I was a little apprehensive after Dr. Sid retired, but have been very pleased. The work is high quality and the fees reasonable. Dr. Eric is very experienced and knows the cutting edge techniques. He explains everything that he is doing and why. Plus, the entire team seem to really care. Emely is the best dental assistant ever! I am a horrible dental patient and she is very gentle and caring. Natasha runs the office quite efficiently and is very pleasant as well. Overall, this is an excellent dental office. 5 stars!
