I buy my new brand jeep there, they offer me oil change but they never have appointments for that. always 2 weeks. Guest what I have to do the oil change in another place (thanks), the guy try to be helpful but he’s not! I also have a Nissan car and this think never happen in Nissan (max 2 days for appointment), very disappointed of the dealer and u service.
Mopar had told me to have my car towed to the Riverhead location. The service rep was very professional and kind. They were communicative about the issue and returned my car very quickly. Everything was safely wrapped on the interior and it was a very pleasant experience with the service department. Highly recommend
I have nothing but good words for everyone at this dealership. We needed a truck for our business and found just the perfect one, a Ram 1500 5.7L hemi . Rocky. Our salesman had an answer for every question, talented old school man who wont push the car on to you. But rather find exactly what you need.Service department is great too, I had to fix a tire. They took care of it, very nice and respectful crew.
As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed! As a woman you’re not always taken seriously when you walk into a dealership but that was not the case here. I was immediately directed to Bonnie as my sales rep. She took me seriously and tried everything in her power to find me the perfect vehicle. She handled all of my questions and most of all she was friendly and never pushy! She knew what I wanted and she made it happen. The finance process easy and Joe was also super helpful. This is my first new car and I’m so glad I chose Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. All in all you won’t regret coming here!
Excellent service. From Frank at the front and Rob doing my oil change. If Frank is busy David takes over. All front end people GREAT. Service manager Jamie was also great when he and I took my car out to see if we correct the problem with my cruise control before getting the parts needed to correct the problem. I’ve been with them for way over nine years and every time the service I needed was always completed without having to come back a second time.
Hello,I brought my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 in on April 6th for a oil change and inspection. Oil change was fine but the inspection I had my balls broken. First I was shown a dirty cabin air filter that needed to be changed. The price was 79.99, I turned down the filter and paid 19.99 at auto zone and changed it in 5 mins.(unrelated to the inspection but I wasnt happy with feeling like being taken advantage of) when the guy at the service desk said I should be ready in about 5 more mins he than says we cant inspect your car due to front window tints. I then took the car to a gas station and had the car inspected and he said it passed because the tint meter showed 70% light passing through the windows.I purchased the vehicle from this dealer and Im not happy with my experience and service I received. I will continue to service my truck elsewhere.
I have never been to Riverhead Chrysler Dodge before. I was desperate for an oil change and thought let me give this place a try. After using a different Jeep dealer and receiving horrible service I had my reservations about trying a new place. My first call I was greeted happily and told they could try to fit me in later that day. I was shocked 😮! I called later that day and went in also thinking hey get ready to sit for hours. Which was fine as long as I got my oil change. This place treated me like FAMILY the second I walked in. David and Frank from the service department were easy to talk to and extremely friendly as we chatted about various topics I felt at home. I don’t even think I can tell you how long I was there and didn’t care. The time spent with these two men was great. I left with an oil change and a smile on my face. Feeling like I mattered to this place and like I was a human not just a number of a person in the waiting room. This will always be the place I turn to for service with my Jeep. Thanks again great work guys 😀‼️
The customer service in the service department is great. Everyone treats you with respect and they are always smiling. Never saw a happier group. I never had to wait longer than an hour to have my truck serviced. It’s refreshing to see that these guys actually enjoy what they do. Keep up the good work. Customer service is so important.
Everything went smoothly!! Riverhead Dodge is such a professional business. The difference between them and the other dealers is you are made to feel at home and each client counts!!! I have bought many vehicles and they are by far the best we have dealt with! The sales team is very nice and not pushy. They are very professional. After having heard good things about this dealership, I thought how much different could they be? My wife and I shopped at 2 dealerships closer to our home before visiting this one. The experience was like none other. The care and attention to our needs as well as explanation of every different option greatly exceeded our expectations and previous experiences. Make them your last stop and, they probably will be.
My wife and I have purchased over 30 new vehicles from many different manufacturers and dealer. Riverhead dodge was by FAR, the most enjoyable and painless process we have ever experienced. No hidden fees, kept our agreement and within a day we drove our new car off the lot. Bonnie, Mike, Joe, and the rest of the team are by far fantastic. Always trust a family owned business!!! 3 months ago I was trading in a car and a friend mentioned Riverhead Dodge. After a lot of research and going to places with poor customer service, I decided to give Riverhead Dodge a try! I met Rocky and he was perfect. He wasnt pushy and he knew what I was looking for and made it happen within a budget. He didnt bombard me with phone calls once I left. All the paperwork was done during the week so I just had to show up again to sign papers. I just left the service department yesterday and WOW! My appointment was at 11 and I was seen right then and was out the door within 45 minutes. No need for a loaner car. Everyone was friendly and remembered me from a couple months back. The owner was walking around saying hello and it wasnt busy at all! Another great experience that Ive NEVER had at any other dealership. I will be trusting Riverhead Dodge with all of my future purchases!
Ray and his staff took excellent care of us in the service department with our jeep. They are friendly, compassionate, and very informative when it comes to your vehicle. I was actually going to write a review for Manager Ray before this survey came. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of bringing my car in for service or information and Ray had been, hands done, a fabulous and professional tremendous help. He logged me in quick, took enough time to get a full grasp of the problems I was having with my Jeep then told me to hold on for an actual 5 minutes( it was actually 5!) he finished with another customer then immediately walked with me to my car and we sat with him explaining what was wrong, what could be done and when it could be done. He had the car checked out for the problem and was honest and forthright with options I could take and said he would do all he could to move things along. It is always a pleasure coming to this service station. I get the exact same consideration when I, or my husband, walk through the door and we know we are in great hands. I was given enough information to consider my options thoroughly when I got done and he made me smile through the whole thing. I couldnt be happier with the service staff and team working on my Jeep and though I live in montauk and have many many bad experiences with Southampton Jeep I am happy to get the opportunity, even though over an hours drive, to get my car into ray and the staff at his service station. I cant say enough positive things about his performance, personability and overall knowledge about my vehicle. Thank you for having him work with you. I tell others and will continue to do so. Riverhead Dodge always takes care of us like we’re family. Most other dealerships on Long Island can learn a lesson from them. Screwing your customers every turn is not a good business plan. Riverhead Dodge is like an old country dealership where everyone knows everyone. They get the job done right the first time Great!
I travel from Sag Harbor just to get my Jeep Cherokee serviced at Riverhead Jeep. The entire staff takes excellent care of my Jeep. Ray is simply the BEST. Accommodating, friendly and superb customer service. Also, Frank is so helpful and patient. Cant say enough good things about the service team - they are top notch!!
Reliable convenient and even did a recall while I was getting an oil change and tire rotation which was awesome because I didn’t have to make another appointment to come back. Being a smaller dealership felt like you had better service. I will be returning for future services!!

I am so happy with the service I received at Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a customer who was in the market for a new vehicle, I obviously did my research and went to multiple dealerships seeking out my options. In comparison to other dealerships I have dealt with, I was by far most impressed by this one!! Although everyone I dealt with was helpful, I would like to thank Sarah in particular!! She went above and beyond to make sure I found a car that was best suited for me. She was so sweet, honest, and NOT PUSHY!! There’s nothing I hate more than a pushy salesman!! Awesome people in service; Ray, Dave and ? the other service writer. Small town feel when you walk in and they all know your name. We have just had our first experience with Riverhead Dodge. What a great place to buy a vehicle. We were not ready to buy a new vehicle but circumstances beyond our control Like a tree falling on our Jeep Liberty at totaling it forced us to buy a new vehicle. We were looking for something that can tow our 12 cargo trailer. We sat down with Rocky the salesman and explained what exactly we were looking for. Took a walk around the lot and really didnt see anything that was suitable. No pressure!!!! He did mention that he had a truck in another lot but thought it might be more than we needed but it might be worth taking a look at. So we did. All we can say is that we took it for a little ride and thought it might work for us. Pre owned dodge truck. The price was good. We had a concerned about the tires he said no problem we are going to put a new set on and fix anything else that needed to be done. Hes was true to his word. New brakes all the way around fix the front end the Driver side mirror and threw in a nice set of rubber mats.A quick note the TIRES WERE A GOOD QUALITY TIRE not some cheap no name brand we are very impressed and we will buy again.John & Helen
My son and I had a great experience purchasing a truck from Riverhead Dodge. While I was very apprehensive going in, it became clear that this was not the typical car dealership you hear horror stories about. The team was very professional and upfront from the very beginning. They offered a fair price with no hidden fees which is not always the norm for how dealerships operate. Believe it or not,the whole experience was relatively stress free which is why I am writing this review. If your looking for Dodge , Jeep or used car be sure to put them on your list. So happy about the buying and delivery process at Riverhead Chrysler Dodge. No pressure at sales time and the whole process went extremely well. The guys in the service department, and in particular, Dave, are the absolute best! Got me in at the last minute before a long trip, even though they were booked months-out. Every staff member I talked to was extremely polite and helpful (Two names I remember were Ray and Dave). This is not the closest dealership to me but I will be bringing my and my wife’s Jeeps here from now on. So... how’s this for a slimy move?I bought a car from Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in May. I had one car payment left and the salesman, Rocky (john) Stevenson, said they would absorb it as part of our deal.Whelp, they never paid it. When I called him out on it today, his answer was, “this is no where in my notes or paperwork in your folder. My boss says if there’s no note of it, he’s not paying it.”The thing that really gets me is he LIVES in my hometown!!!I checked my paper work. No mention of it. Shame on me..But... Why would I pay another month on a car and turn it in?? I would have kept the car and bought a new car in June instead of May. I TRUSTED him. Clearly a huge mistake!!I will not EVER go to Riverhead Chrysler Jeep Ram again!. Once I started on social media, The manager called me. Told me there was no mention of paying off my lease. I explained I was a reading specialist. Selling cars is HIS area of expertise. I don’t know what they need in order for them to keep this verbal agreement If he needed information from me to make my last payment, the salesman should have asked me for it. He didn’t. Slimy.UPDATE:Mike Pellegrino emailed me and threatened me with legal action because of this review. Nice job Riverhead ! Ugh!
I had a great experience with Rocky. This was my first time buying my own car and he sat down with me and broke down all my options and did everything he could to stay within my budget. The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and made the whole process super simple and easy.
I love everyone at Riverhead Dodge they treat you like family. I bought my car in 2013 and Im proud to say my mechanic Rob is the only one who has worked on my car. My daughter also bought her car there in 2015 and has only gone there also for everything on her car too. I cant say enough about all the guys there. I will miss Kathy though. But best wishes to her.
Ray, frank and Dave were unusually friendly, courteous, thoughtful and helpful with me and my Jeep issues. They were definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with mechanics. This is the first time I actually enjoyed the car buying process. Absolutely no pressure. John and Joe are just great guys and really want to get you the best deal. I was referred to John, and now I am going to refer people to him. I really dont see the need to go anywhere else in the future since these guys are so honest and easy to work with.
I always take the drive out to Riverhead because I trust their service department and they have always given exemplary service. Frank has always gone above and beyond to provide stellar service. My husband and I have used Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for both of our vehicles. Both experiences were amazing! I personally worked with Sarah who is AWESOME! She is so knowledgeable with all of the models, is honest, and is the opposite of your typical “car salesperson”. She doesn’t play games, is trustworthy, and simply a pleasure to work with. She made sure I walked away with the best deal possible and really educated me on my vehicle. Joe was also great to work with on the finance side! I can’t recomend this dealership and Sarah enough. We will certainly be coming back for future purchases and referring all of our family and friends!

Warning read contract carefully.He directed me to a lease that charges .50 a mile for overage. I verbally asked and he told me it was .25. I didn’t read the extensive contract at pick up, my bad. Realized how I was lied to after the fact.I confronted him a few days later. He said he didn’t know! What a lie, car salesman didn’t know charges for mileage overage.He very friendly, very funny. As a new customer to Riverhead Chrysler after being treated badly by Port Jeff Chrysler whose I shall never do business with again and let corporate know that. Ray and the entire service staff has been nothing less that excellent and respectful. My truck was repaired perfectly considering the extensive problem with the engine. It was returned to me clean and perfectly put back together. I’m extremely grateful. As I am considering a trade for a new one Mile Pellegrino has also been there to help with my needs and possible order.nevertheless, Riverhead is definitely my new go to Chrysler dealer!
I found the Jeep I wanted and they were able to find me the color I wanted. Jeep was delivered to the Riverhead Dodge before weeks end and I had it on Saturday. Sara went over the whole car with from top to bottom and answered every question I had. Joe made the financing very easy. Overall, very happy!
Great sales and service departments. Ive purchased quite a few cars and trucks from this dealership and each time I felt like I was treated more than fairly. If you are searching for a mom and pop store experience where customer service and integrity still exists. Look no further! Stop in and ask for TJ or Rocky. See for yourself why I keep going back.
I don’t know to much about the sales department.... but the service department is EXCELLENT!!!.... I have been brining my Jeep here for years and all the guys I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been completely honest in all my repairs. The guys Ray, Frank, and Dave are genuinely nice people and really always try to help me out every time I have brought my Jeep in.... I wish more service departments were like theirs. I wouldn’t think about bringing my Jeep anywhere els. :)
I recently purchased a Jeep from Riverhead CDJR and I can not say enough great things about the entire team! From the moment my wife and I walked through the door we were greeted by Bonnie R.- who, without a doubt, made the entire car-buying a pleasure...I actually was dreading having to go and buy a new car- mostly because of the pushy salespeople and overall bummer of time it can be...However, Bonnie met us as we were browsing the showroom, kindly introduced herself- and left us to it...When we had questions and were ready to make the purchase she was right there and could not have been a better salesperson- in fact, she made the entire purchase possible...She went above and beyond and we can not thank her enough. In fact- the following day when we went to pick up the vehicle and finalize the sale- we had to bring our 2 year old along...and not only did she assist us in every/any way possible with our purchase- and extend every possible perk she could to us...but she pretty much babysat our child while we were busy with all the paperwork and finalizing things...She was all around an incredible individual...an immense help in our car buying experience...and a true asset to the dealership- she should be commended. The entire purchase went seamless and the other employees went out of thier way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and at home...and our time with the finance person, Joe, was equally as pleasurable to our sales experience...They have a top notch team in this dealership!!! We visited two other dealerships prior to going to Riverhead- and the experience, people, and entire overall environment was remarkably better at Riverhead, and they seem to really do care about you as the customer...You do not get the feeling that you are just another sale- as you do at other dealerships...I can go on and on about all the generous and caring things they did for us at this dealership...but without a doubt, if/when we need a car in the future- Riverhead will be our first and ONLY place to go! They are the best, and for anyone who does not want a pushy, ill-trained and uninformed salesperson, and who wants five-star service from the moment they walk through the door- then Riverhead is the place to go! I have been coming to Riverhead Dodge for many years now. Frank is one of the best guys in Service. I can’t be happier with the job you guys do. My car is a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee with over 250,000 miles and it runs great. Riverhead Dodge was one of the only dealerships that will honor my lifetime warranty on my truck. I was told by one of your competitors that they don’t honor other dealership warranties even though it’s a Mopar warranty. So you guys are the best.
My experience at Riverhead Dodge was fantastic. My salesman, Josh, was knowledgeable and supportive. Initially, my color choice was not in stock, but when one was delivered, he called me right away. The finance manager, Joe, took his time to explain my options and helped me make the best decision possible.I am looking forward to my continued patrionage at Riverhead Dodge.

NO FEES AND NO GAMES!!! My husband and I purchased a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and our experience was wonderful! We were very happy with our salesman Rocky- who was very accommodating with our budget and made the deal for our dream truck happen! Prior to our purchase, we priced out the same Jeep at Atlantic. Needless to say, we saved a year worth of payments by going to Riverhead CDJR!! We couldn’t be happier and well definitely be going back for our future car purchases!
Terrible experience! Im a former dealer tech who brought my 2018 ram in for a major water leak. Prior to bringing it in, I removed the rear seat, water tested it, and discovered the leak was coming from the body seam underneath the rear window. Took the dealer one full week to confirm what I originally told them and they attempted to resolve the problem by applying black silicone to the outside of my truck.( I have pics to prove.) Not only was this repair unacceptable, the truck still leaked. Dealer agreed to order a new rear window and have Safelite in Riverhead replace it. (Two week wait.) Truck was returned to me still leaking, having scratches all around the entire rear window area, and a major gouge inside the passenger rear door jamb do to simple laziness. (I have pics to prove.) A fender cover would have easily prevented the damage. Finally, a water leak specialist was brought in. Said specialist simply applied a thick layer of black silicone over the body seam, on top of the painted surface, and returned the truck to me. What if my truck was any other color but black. Imagine black silicone on top of white, silver, or any other color for that matter. To make matters worse, the idiot scratched the entire front portion of the bed and cab corner by leaning on the truck with a zippered jacket. (I have pics to prove.)To the dealers credit, they offered to send the truck to a body shop to have the damage repaired. I brought them a brand new truck with no damage. Not only does my truck look like it was fixed by a high school kid in auto shop, I now have to pay for a truck that has paint repair or live with a scratched up truck with black silicone all over it. Steer clear of this place. Careless and incompetent!! Amazing, I never received one of those ever so important dealer surveys. HMMMM, wonder why.
I recently bought a Promaster and had a great experience. All of the staff were friendly, Chris in sales was very knowledgeable. When I took delivery Joe took the time to offer some extended warrantees (I usually decline), he found one tailored to our exposure and it qualified for a rebate as well. THANK YOU JOE!
I was very impressed by Josh and the rest of the team at Riverhead Chrysler. They told me exactly what I wanted to hear they didn’t give me a run around they were pretty much to the point and because of their care and consideration for my needs They will have two more customers coming to them in the next coming months. We walked into the dealership on Saturday with an idea as to what we wanted to purchase. TJ got us the deal we were looking for. He could not have made the buying experience more positive or any less stressful. Usually working with the financial person is the most stressful part of the purchase process. However, in this case, Joe displayed the same kind, and easy-going personality that TJ did. We will definitely be back.
Its not often that I give 5 Stars to any business, but the staff at Riverhead Dodge earned it. I went in to lease a Dodge Ram 1500 truck and Rocky(salesman) and TJ (sales Mngr / Finance) were fantastic at breaking everything down and working to match competitors deal. After getting the price point I was looking for they even sourced the color I wanted from another Dodge dealer in 1 day. Love the truck and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Two thumbs up !!
I wanted to leave a 0 but that wasn’t an option. I took my vehicle here for 3 recalls on my vehicle. One recall was some fan under located under the hood. The second was a passenger airbag, and the third was for rear lift recall. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:45am last Tuesday and left my number to be texted and called with updates. I was told I’d be called late. I saw they didn’t close till 8 so I called around 5:30 only to find out that the service dept. closed at 5:00pm. I called the next day at 9:30am where I was basically told that they were busy at work and would call when they were done. I called again at 2:30pm and was told they were still hard at work but we’re trying their best to finish quickly. I called again at 4:00pm after not hearing anything and I told them that I couldn’t afford to be without my vehicle for 3 days and really needed to know where they were in the process. I was told they had two recalls done already and were trying to have it finished by 5pm that day. I asked if I was there by 5pm could I take my vehicle and they said yes. I arrived and was greeted by two gentleman who were so polite and commented on the trucks noise and the busyness of their company and made other small chit chat. I went and got in my vehicle with my boyfriend and started to pull out, but noticed the inside dome light was on. That usually means a door is open. My boyfriend started to frantically open and close doors because a car had pulled up behind us to pull out and it was also a busy road. I figured it must be the console dimmer so I clicked it and that turned it off. Hmm .. problem solved I guess. We drove a few minutes then I went to roll my window down ... nope . I later found out that I cannot rolldown any windows, lock the driver door, change either side mirror, and my option is to either not be able to see the speed I’m driving at night because the console is so dim, or I can turn it up and have all the inside lights come on while I’m driving at night. I contacted the dealer when I first found out about the windows and doors. At first he told me that where my door opened and closed was a wire that over time goes. And coincidentally it went. He told me that he did me a favor though and went in and did something which I can’t remember because none of this makes any sense. Since I was driving I couldn’t really verify this wire in between my closed door without opening it and since they were closing I’d have to look at it and call back in the morning. The next day when I found more issues and explained them to the woman that answered she gave me the service manager Ray. This happened to be the same man I had talk to on the phone and in the office the day before. At first he said he didn’t do anything to my driver door then he explained that he already told me that that the back window went down and wouldn’t go back up so he was trying to do me a favor. I explained to him that I had just had my inspection completed and they had the same issue but called me and I explained that the front door has to be shut to power all windows. I also said I was calling for two days and someone should have asked. I told him there was no reason to take off my front driver door on a passenger airbag recall. Now I have lost all functionality of windows, side mirrors, dome lighting, and my truck sounds like garbage. His response was I’m not doing free work so take me to court and sue me. Then he hung up??????? I am now going to have to pay I have know idea how much money to repair my truck back to a safe condition just for taking it to this dealership for recalls.
I bought a brand new 2017 Ram Rebel. Tina Maggio was my sales consultant. We had shopped around at several dealerships comparing prices and models, none of the other Ram dealerships even compared. Everyone was so nice and honest, showing us exactly where they got their numbers from. Tina went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we wanted. She even went out and got us donuts while we waited. I will definitely be back. Customer for life.
My experience with Joe & Rocky at Riverhead Dodge was perfect. They could have easily given up on my sale (I moved from the U.K. In October 2016) however their effort to persists in finding a way to secure the deal was great and was made up of persistence & patience. I leased a 2017 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker and couldnt be happier! The atmosphere is family friendly and Rocky likes his banter so come armed with some whit & leave the emotion at home and youll secure the right deal! 6.4 Hellcat next! Cheers boys
I was in search of a very specific ram 1500, dealership on 112 didnt want to give me the time of day. Riverhead dodge understood what i wanted wasnt going to be available on anyones lot. They took the time to sit and go over exactly what i wanted and ordered it directly from dodge. Allthough i didnt buy a vehicle of the lot, they did have a large inventory and i would recommend anyone to purchase from them.
Browns in Patchogue is better all around. Customer service at Browns is superior, it’s cleaner, they help you out more depending on your needs, they’re garages are huge new and clean while Riverhead is old, dirty, small and run down. Riverhead cares more about getting your business for the money than they do about fixing your issues for your convenience.
Stop here last week to look at a brand new gladiator, just to find out that they add a 500 hundred dollars DEALER FEE to even new vehicles. Everyone was nice and helpful but Ive bought lots of new cars before and have never came across a dealer that added these fees.
I will always use Riverhead Dodge Jeep in the future..I was treated GREAT..I didnt purchase my vehicle from them yet they treated me as if I had & fixed my car which needed major repairs in a timely fashion..I thank everyone that helped me in this through this process..Thanks Ray & Frank with the great Voice...

2022-05-06Brought my challenger in a few days ago to address a few concerns I had. The service manager Chris was extremely helpful. He addressed all of my concerns in the best way possible. He gave me everything I could ask for from a service department. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle out to them

2022-05-05I was there on 4/30/2022. This dealership has gone down hill. The sales people are rude and unprofessional. Dont buy a car here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a long time customer, but Ill NEVER go there again. I will Not buy a car or have service done on my cars at Riverhead Dodge. By the way, my son bought a BRAND NEW car from Nissan in Riverhead. NISSAN in Riverhead I recommend highly but NOT Riverhead DODGE they are terrible!!!

2022-04-21Went to Riverhead dodge on April 20, 2022 for an inspection and for issues with a GPS malfunction in my media center. They found that two batteries needed to be replaced as well. They kept my car for three days after which the GPS malfunction was not fixed. There was a recall that they said they completed and told me to drive it around and hopefully thatll fix itself. It was not fixed when I left the dealership. Ive been made an appointment the next day with another dealership. Thank God for them. They did an analysis on my media center and said that the problem was that it needed to be updated with the Recall. I told them that the dealership yesterday did the recall. They told me they had not. After the recall was completed the GPS issue was fixed. Not go to them. They dont do the work they said they did. When I called they told me that the paper says they did the work. Thats the excuse they gave. Also when I picked up my car I saw it there was 20 more miles on the car then when I dropped it off. They could not account for the 20 miles. There was no reason for it.

2022-03-20Probably only happened to me. Always a first to screw up. Here is how its going for me. Got the car week later didnt turn un. Took it to get it fixed warning light still showing didnt help me waist of time. 2 sensor fails within the first 3 months. Had to change them my self. Oil pan plug shered had to change it my self. Why? Because in the first visit it went in sounding like a gasoline car and came out the next day sounding like a diesel truck. No way im letting them put there hands again in the car. No trust and has only 45k miles. The salesman a complete pro. Last but not least told me 2k down payment and paid but when we went to sign the contract already with 2k in they said they needed 2k more another little surprise. Forgot also no breaks on the car when i got it and i still have 35k and like 6 months of warranty on the car. Sorry but i feel if i take the car into warranty it would bring me more problems than just not using the warranty.

2019-09-24The staff in the parts department were super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Were able to answer any questions about the installation process and offered some very helpful tips. The only downside is that the customer parking lot is limited in space to navigate through. Its a tight squeeze, not unmanageable but just be aware when driving around the building.

2019-01-01A dealership I trust. Prior to my first purchase of a brand-new vehicle, I looked all over Long Island and within a 100-mile radius. I looked at many pre-owned cars online, visited numerous dealerships, spoke with many more on the phone, and never felt right. More often than not, I felt like I was getting swindled by guys in leather jackets who were trying to take advantage of me. It must be my own luck that someone recommended Riverhead CDJR.I called them on the phone, and TJ happened to be the one who answered. I usually go with my gut when interacting with people. and felt that TJ was a genuine individual who wanted to help. I visited that following day, and was given exactly what I was looking for, at a price that we both agreed on, without me having any feelings of second-guessing myself. The salesman Josh and the finance manager Joe were both extremely courteous, helpful, and responsive. I bought the car the next day. Im extremely happy with my dream car. I cant say enough about my experience with the dealership, and I wholeheartedly plan on continuing business with them for the foreseeable future.A reliably excellent level of service, professionalism displayed by the entire staff, a purchasing process that was not cumbersome whatsoever (if anything, I was the troublesome one!), and a thorough experience in evaluating my options throughout. Not to mention I got a good deal on the vehicle! Anything lower wouldnt have been good business, which I completely agree with. Thank you to everyone at Riverhead CDJR for a great experience.
