I have lived here eight months. I have found communication between leasing office staff and maintenance not great. And I also think organization and communication with maintenance and their boss isnt very organized and could be improved. Otherwise maintenance care is at most average. Lawn care horrible!! Fencing around trash area painted then no one bothered to sweep up the mess that was obvious after trash cans were moved around. My first time ever living in a complex and I am told by others no other complex is really good with care either. Disappointing for sure. Neighbor issues also, flooded twice and also smoking in my non smoking building. Many fireworks very late at night too. Difficult living for someone that is OCD about clean. Big adjustments.

The only decent thing about this apartment complex is the snow removal. The people that live there are slobs and dump their garbage anywhere due to pure laziness. If you do not follow up after leaving, they will keep your security deposit and NEVER contact you, even though they have your phone number and new address. They hold parts of your deposit for the most ridiculous things(things that are part of normal maintenance after any tenant leaves a property). They charged us $80 for a shelf in the refrigerator that wasnt even there when we moved in!! And $90 for cleaning the carpet when there was only 1 small area in the living room that required spot removal(the carpets were spotless, as we NEVER wore shoes or ate throughout the whole apartment!) I suggest you keep your lease close by Bc the leasing office DOES not even follow its own rules. Maintenance just entered our apartment once, without any prior notice. When I called the office about this, I was told that it states in the lease theyre allowed to, thankfully I had the lease in my hands and had to read it to the office personnel where it clearly stated that maintenance must give notice. They do not follow their own rules, cops are always at the same apartments, and 75% of the people living there have dogs, even though it states in thr lease the only animals allowed are for service purposes.

My experience living here has been great. The office staff is both professional and considerate. Any inquiries weve had were promptly addressed and issues quickly resolved. The maintanence staff is very competent, responsive and they even have parts on hand for common issues such as ignition filaments for the water heaters. The grounds are well kept and the playground was upgraded significantly... looking forward to a fun summer enjoying that with my kids. My neighbors are considerate and we seem to mutually contribute to keeping our vincinity clean and safe. Best cost/quality ratio in this area, Im certain.

I lived there going on 10 years they havent replaced the carpet the carpet is so cheap that it tares they keep the front looking so nice but the back awful bc they dont do nothing back there they dont keep the dumpsters clean Im afraid of getting mice or roaches from it . when you call for something to get fix it you would have to keep calling them back bc no one comes down for weeks or even months they dont ever clean inside the heat ducks which they are supposed to the snow removal is terrible they say they will be a certain time and they will come b4 then and they get your vehicle towed and their towing company should be looked in bc once you hook up a vehicle they have to bring it back to their lot and not down the street so they can get more out they would stash peoples vehicles

I can only rate this from what my friends place looked like. It was beautiful. The apartments are so roomie. They are not small or run down and you get the radisson extras which I love. The only downfall on my end is that I have been trying to get into this place for 3 years and continue to remain 21 on the list which I find strange. I am still waiting to get in there and its becoming more and more of a need to get in now but Ill probably be waiting another 3 years or more.

Have some relatives moving there and it looks like a nice location. Homes are all well maintained as far as we could tell. Access to main road has a light, which is nice and its 5 minutes in either direction to major shopping centers or towns, Clay , Liberpool and Baldwinsville. Im hoping for the best and will update my review if we find any troubles.
