Worse place ever especially the front office people Jennifer and Courtney. I have called several times on my dishwasher not working and water backed up in my tubs along with toilets not flushing. I have left several voicemails and I receive NO callbacks. I walked in the office and they make up excuses after excuses and someone will be there. When I left they never saw my friend in the office and was laughing and talking about me behind my back I was told. They are so unprofessional and bad for business. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in and can’t wait to my lease is up. I have never met anyone so rude and fake especially talking about the tenants behind backs. I do not recommend Riverwalk way to anyone. This has been the worse experience ever with customer service and management.

Lived here for a little over a year , the apartment itself is nice and the area is quiet . However good luck if you want anything done its been over two months since my mailbox key broke and they have yet to give me a replacement or even an update for that matter, I call weekly and its the same excuse. Yes youve read that right two months of not being able to get mail. Luckily enough the mailman will bring it to my door every week or two maybe but its absolutely rediculous.

Have lived here for 5 years, and I really havent encountered the issues others are listing here. I have, on occasion, had to call a second time, on a couple of maintenance items - but I dont really have maintenance issues to speak of. On the most critical one, which was last year when my AC went out on a HOT Friday afternoon, Mary Jane and Joe went out of their way to get me a window unit for my bedroom to tide me over the weekend until the AC guy could get here on Monday. The apartment itself is just the right size for me and I dont hear noise from neighbors. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I would love to be able to get a few of the upgrades they are putting into apartments when others move out - but thats just me being spoiled (and I havent asked for them, so who knows?) :-)

We just moved into these apartments and are very unhappy with the way they do business. The area is nice and quiet. The apartments are fairly new and in good shape. However, make sure that you look at the apartment that you will be renting. They showed us (it has happened to other tenants as well) a 2 bedroom apartment (nice size) and told us that the 1 bedroom is about the same size, except the second bedroom. It is not- its way smaller (very limited storage and closet area)! Management is not very responsible (kind of rude) and the maintenance people are sloppy. When they installed our washer and dryer they left a huge stain on the carpet (in addition to the stains the carpet already had when we moved in). It took us 3 weeks to get a washer and dryer, because they were too busy and had more important things to do (or so I was told).

This place is very poorly managed. Took them over a month to address an issue where the smoke alarm always went off (even just from boiling water). There solution was to unplug the smoke alarm, and not tell anyone. Took them another month after that to replace the stove that wasnt working. The place was not very well cleaned when I first moved in, and getting a hold of someone on the phone is pretty close to impossible. 100℅ would recommend to my worst enemy.

My friends live here... They dont maintain the property ... If you have an issue .. If they fix it takes forever .. Wont let you decorate yoour on porch for any holidays

Pros: Location is great. Quiet, right on the river and next to the walking path to Peebles. Apartments are on the newer side and look pretty nice.Cons: Property management is among the worst Ive experienced. The office is frequently closed during regular business hours. Current receptionist has a bad attitude and is always inconvenienced if you ask her even the smallest question. She also knows near nothing about the place and needs to always check on it and get back to you, however you never hear from her again. Phones are never answered when you call and the voicemail seems to never be checked because you will never receive a call back. Maintenance doesnt care about their quality of work and will do whatever the quick fix is to get out of your apartment as soon as possible. Had maintenance install a washer dryer combo and they didnt hook up the vent for the dryer which I didnt notice right away, causing severe moisture buildup and an unusable dryer. If it cant be fixed with duct tape dont bother calling. The electrical work in my apartment has been wrong from the get go with lights being on the wrong switches and or not on switches at all. My dining room light was not on a wall switch so it was just always on if a light bulb was plugged in. I stopped calling because every time they would come they would break two other things. Shoddy work on door install. No enforcement of dog cleanup or garbage so things can get dirty quickly. Not enough parking. Snow removal during the winter is beyond bad. No large item removal but the city will not touch our large items because of the complexs garbage contract. Certain walkways are kept up but the ones facing the roads are not. Not shoveled during the winter. No paths leading down to on street parking meaning you have to walk through wet grass or snow to go to your car.Conclusion: Physical location is nice, everything else is horrible.

We have lived here for just over a year and we are starting to wish we had never renewed our lease. Rent goes up while the pool remained unopen until mid July, fitness center is run down & 1 of 2 treadmills has been broken since we moved in. The office manager is rude BEYOND BELIEF. She speaks to you with her nose in the air as if you work for her. Its no wonder they cant get enough maintenance help I would never work for someone who speaks to people the way Mary Jane does. If abything breaks you had better take a 2 week vacation from work. If they tell you theyll be there first thing in the morning you can expect theyll show up just in time to say that the job is too big for them to finish before the end of their shift. The solution will be one of caulk, tape, and if youre lucky a bowl to put under your sink.

I’d give the place 0 stars if I could. It’s an over priced complex that is far from luxury living like they advertise. After 2 years and several maintenance issues unresolved, my lease renewal was dropped off with a 10-15% increase in rent depending on length of lease. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.
