Moved here 2 months ago..Very quiet and pleasant place..Mgt is on site and great to work with..
My parents live here. There are many homes, but yet its quiet.
No security there needs to be security. Homes and cars are being broken into all the time

2019-06-14Went to visit a friend that lives here very well kept This is the 1st time Ive ever visited a trailer park not what I expected they look like little cottages a lot of them and my friend is happy living There I was quite surprise I think a lot of them started about $30000 And you pay anywhere from 5 to 800 monthly which is Pretty reasonable If you Cant afford a House this is a great option

2021-11-04The management does not care how the workers treat the people that live in the park . And snow removal is terrible

2020-05-14My parents live there and theyre being harassed by their neighbor, management doesnt do anything to solve the issue and allows their harassment to continue. One of the front desk receptionist is so rude, nasty attitude and ridiculous.

2019-06-07Lovely units. Well maintainted grounds. Lot rent fees are very high, and subject to annual increase. 2019 saw a 11% increase, some attributable to taxes

2018-09-11As far as trailer parks or mobile home communities, go, this place is top notch. Nice, quiet neighborhood and very clean. Not a ton of diversity, though.

2018-03-25It Sucks the monthly rent is too high and they get dont do anything for you when it snows they block you and your driveway and you have to shovel out thats pretty hard for people who are over 75 years old
