Thank you so much!!! Rizzos accommodated my last minute same day delivery for my Moms Birthday. She said it was the most beautiful bouquet shes ever received.
Walked in at 3:30 on Sat to get white Roses for Mothers day. The had them in stock. Beautiful bouquet!! I dont know how to post a picture but the picture I took didnt do them justice. I was asked by my son to get these. He was absolutely thrilled when he saw them. His eyes were as big as saucers. Will def use Rizzos again!

I live in New Hampshire. And wanted to have flowers delivered to my Aunt who lives by herself in Troy New York.i wanted them to be deliver from her area .I looked up florset in her area and called Rizzos.I was only able to give him a description of what I would like for her to receive due to the fact that Im in New Hampshire so this was all by phone. And they did an amazing job my aunt loves the flowers and I am so appreciative for them helping me to brighten my aunts day. The best part is from what my aunt tells me her and her family have been ordering flowers from Rizzos for 16 years and I didnt even know it.
I have purchased flowers here two times now since moving to Cohoes and all I can say is you will not find a better flower shop than Rizzos House of Flowers. The owner is friendly, accommodating and makes beautiful bouquets!
I would love to be able to rate 5 stars since the gentleman working inside was very patient with us while dealing with the loss and trying to pick the perfect flowers but I can not. First, the colors were not what I picked out so it was unexpected which ok it is what it is but the other error was One arrangement was supposed to say mom and one was supposed to say nana. Upon arrival to the funeral home, Nana was on BOTH arrangements and we had none saying mom or mother. I give 3 stars as the arrangements were absolutely beautiful
My husband has been getting me flowers from Rizzo’s for years now, so it was only natural that we chose Rizzo’s for our wedding florist. Mike Rizzo is a great guy and he knows exactly what he’s doing. He met with us many times before the wedding to make sure he knew EXACTLY what we wanted. He also made us feel so comfortable, as if we were his family and he wanted the best for us. Just amazing what this guy can do, whether it’s a birthday floral arrangement or your beautiful bouquet on your wedding day. Thanks for making our flower dreams come true! Order flowers online for same day delivery. I recieved a call later in the day to let me know they were sold out of a container that was to be part of the arrangement. He offer me a solution and would take care of me and my order. He/they did and awesome job for me and no extra cost. This was the first time Ive used them and sure will not be my last. I was very impressed with their customer service as well as the flowers. Thanks for an awesome job!
Place is great. I recently ordered through 1 800 flowers. Spent a $140 on an arrangement that they advertise as huge with a plush stuffed bear. Not only did 100 flowers send me a notification it was delivered and then not get it until 3 hours later but the whole arrangement with the bear could have fit in a kids shoe Box. Total scam.. Rizzos save the day. I told Them what had happened. And he hook me up with a flower arrangement meant For a Queen for the exact same price. Unbelievable arrangement I couldnt be happier. Would recommend rizzos to anyone Trying to show the woman they love how much they care. If I get married. They will definitely Be the ones I choose to take care of my wedding

Beautiful arrangement from their deal of the day special for my mom on Valentine’s Day. First try at delivery she didn’t answer, and they called to let me know. When I called back, they returned for a second try and were successful. Greatly appreciated the extra effort.
I previously ordered a funeral arrangement that came out beautiful so I figured Id order from them again.I ordered two Fall arrangements yesterday that contained yellows, burnt orange, deep reds, etc. I specifically selected the box during ordering that said do NOT substitute arrangement.Both recipients received their flowers and 1. Was in a cute pumpkin vase and had a few yellow flowers but other than that, mostly contained red roses/pink roses, etc. 2. The second was even worse. There were white hydrangeas, red roses, pink roses & had a large purple bow on it. It looked like an Easter arrangement. (SEE PHOTOS COMPARING WHAT I ORDERED VS WHAT WAS RECEIVED)While the flowers were pretty, they were absolutely nowhere near what I ordered.I called the florist and while he was nice about it, there was no offer for a refund of any kind. Just a suggestion that he would pick up the arrangements from the recipients and make new arrangements the following day. It seemed really rude for me to tell these people hey someone is coming to take yout flowers back.. it just seemed like an extremely odd an unprofessional solution. He kept insisting it was better to send something rather than nothing, however, that was the whole point of me selecting the box that said NOT to substitute.Sadly, I was extremely disappointed and likely wont ever order here again :(

I just had flowers deliverd today from my son. We were not at home, the person that delivered flowers and a box of chocolates, propped my back door open with our snow shovel, which also held the box of chocolates against the door. 2022-07-23Walked in off the street randomly to pick up a dozen roses. The guys inside couldn’t have been any more helpful. Helped me pick out the roses and set up the bouquet perfectly. My fiancée said they were the nicest and biggest roses she’s ever seen. Definitely found my new flower shop!

Lou took his time with my daughter to make sure her every detail for her wedding was exactly what she wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure it happened. 2019-02-14Like many guys, I do not know what to get. Im just a dude going to the flower shop to have fresh flowers in my home. I met Lou at Rizzos House of Flowers that made it very easy for me and makes sure that I have a perfect arrangement. I went back for Valentines Day flowers. I picked a vase, they did the rest. Great service, low price and exceptional value.

2021-10-23My grandmother, son & I did a walk in. We needed flowers for my mother who just had surgery. I didnt catch his name, but was wonderful from the moment we walked in. He put together a beautiful big arrangement for my grandmother. It was all purples, her favorite color. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! ❤ He was so kind and polite. He even put together a bouquet of flowers for my son. He let my son hand pick his own flowers. That to me was just wonderful, he thought it was so awesome. All smiles. They are definitely the best florist I have ever been to. Highly recommend for your next floral needs. Theyll take great care of you! Thank you again sir, we are extremely happy with our experience. My mother cried, she loved the flowers.

2021-08-12Very professional, great quality and great hospitality. I had to get a covid test and noticed flowers around back sitting outside, some in very good shape. I asked if I could take them and not only was I met with smiles and great personalities but was given beautiful roses. This was my third time there and I will continue to go. Such nice, professional people that give you that much needed hometown feeling. Thank you so much for making my day. Theres an older neighbor of mine who is homebound. I plan to give her flowers to brighten her day.
