Easy process to rent a suit attire (including shoes, shirt, tie, cufflinks). Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off process was straight forward. Only con was that they didn’t have the rental suits in the store and you had to pick them out of a catalogue. You’re basically taking a chance on if you’ll like it or look good in a particular suit. Worked out for me but definitely would have preferred having something i can see in person before putting in a rental order.
I have to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Robbie with @mrrobbiesuits. I had a specific vision for what I wanted my suit to look like for our special day. Robbie not only brought my vision to life he added details that made my suit extra special. We met for the first time in his shop that’s equipped with a pool table, drinks, and music. We sat there and created my suit on paper right down to the color of buttons and stitching I wanted, all while I sipped on some beer. Robbie made the whole experience personal, fun, and easy. Words couldn’t explain how happy I was with the final product. So thanks for getting me right for our day Robbie, the suit was a hit 🔥👌🏽
I must leave a review because Robbie really saved my wedding. I went to him for all of my groomsmen but my dad wanted me to go with his life long tailor for my own suit. 4 days before my wedding the tailor said he wouldnt be able to deliver my suit on time and wasn’t even sorry about it. I called Robbie desperately at 3:58 pm and he answered less than two minutes later and told me pass by the shop and he will help. I get there, he sees me and helps me himself and assures me he can turn around any alterations in 48 hours that way we had enough time incase anything further needed to be done. He answered all my questions and concerns even spoke with my dad on the phone about how the suit looked on me. 48 hours later and my suit was ready for pick up as promised and fit me like a second skin - perfection. Not only did he help me in a time of need he made sure I wasn’t worried about anything and treated me like a true professional. Robbie cant thank you enough, I looked and felt amazing on that huge day!
The gentlemen at Roobie & Co. could not have been more helpful. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a quick answer for any question. High quality menswear at very fair pricing. Will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend for all formal needs.
Great experience overall getting fitted for my wedding suit with Robbie, and help picking up and further fitting the custom suit with Shareef and the team at Robbie and Co! Shareef is a hilarious guy too so Im glad the experience could be fun and productive!
What can I say about Robbie? He’s the best. Wanna feel like a rockstar? Maybe a professional athlete? He’s your guy. But, the best part of it all he doesn’t rip you off. Really excellent experience with renting a tux here. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, ready to answer any questions I had about the tux rental process. As far as I can tell, prices are comparable to other tux rental prices in the area.

Came to Robbie & Co. for my wedding on 6/27/21 and so glad I did!! Robbie is a very professional and well experienced tailor who will take care of you down to the very smallest yet important detail. I got a custom tux for my wedding and the price was very fair for what you get. To add a cherry on top I was able to get a custom lining with pictures of me and now wife throughout the years! It was a pleasure dealing with Robbie from start to finish and will be sure to come back soon!

Picking out a tux is not as easy as it sounds. There is a lot more to it than just the tux. I found that out very quickly when I went in search of one for my wedding a few months back. I also found out that nothing fit me quite the way it should. I was starting to give up and was going to settle for anything I could find that fit me halfway decent. This is where Robbie and his boys came in. I started googling places that could do custom work with the limited time I had left. There were a few places on my list but Robbie & Co Men’s Shop was the only one that told me “yes we can do it”. The other places were also 5 star reviewed places, but they all told me they couldn’t do anything for me with the time they had.Walking in to Robbie’s shop you see suits everywhere in a nicely packed and organized NYC sized shop. He has endless selections whether its 3 pc suits, tuxedos, dinner jackets, or even accessories like pocket squares, cufflinks, and ties. You definitely get the feeling you can get everything you need to make your outfit complete at this place. Not only that but the guys that work there are incredibly nice, completely approachable, and have a great sense of style.When I arrived I went up to the lounge area for my sizing and to discuss my options with Robbie. This guy is the real deal, he absolutely knows his stuff and his style is second to none. I told him what my goal and inspiration was and he set me up amazingly. I ended up leaving with two full outfit tuxedos (one for ceremony and reception) for the price that one brand name non-custom tuxedo at your well-known department stores would cost you. Everything fit to absolute perfection after a few fittings. Robbie’s tailor is incredible. Even my tuxedo shirts were exactly fitted to the shape of my torso.In addition to the tuxedos, I told Robbie I wanted a suit for my rehearsal dinner. All I showed him was a picture of RDJ as Tony Stark in the Civil War movie as my motivation for the suit, and he formed an outfit for me almost immediately. It was a killer Grey and Red 3 pc suit. I got tons of compliments on the day.On top of the amazing service Robbie and his boys provided me personally, he also took care of all 7 of my groomsmen and made sure they all looked great. Each one of my guys had to come in for their fittings and everything fit perfectly. Everyone was happy with their tux’s. Robbie even went out of his way to send us all a second pair of shoes all the way down to VA from NY after I mentioned to him that some of the guys were not digging the style of the original pair.If you are getting married and need a tuxedo for you and your groomsmen, or just need a nice quality custom suit for an upcoming event, there really is no other place. I will never ever go back to a Nordstrom, Bloomingdales or Saks for a suit again!! Robbie & Co Men’s Shop is the only place for me after this experience. These guys will do absolutely everything they can to make you look amazing, and they are happy to do it. Can’t wait to go back for the next suit in a few months!

I had a very last minute change on a tuxedo that didnt arrive so I went to Robbie & Co. where I got an amazing tuxedo, shoes and cuffs for my son. I received personal help from Sherif who knew exactly the perfect look for my son. This mens shop has a huge selection of options for prom attire, but also handsome suits from Italy. Best Taylor in the garment district! Robbie personally set my while bridal party up with great tuxes. As a bonus we were able to use the upstairs lounge watching the game and playing pool while the guys were getting measured. Ill def be going back when I need my next suit and would highly recommend Robbie for any wedding party! See you soon!
I’ve been going to Robbie and Co. for years now. I just purchased 3 custom suits and could not be happier. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to details and overall customer service is unparalleled. I sat with Robbie to select from a wide variety of fabrics and customized the details of each suit. He has all of the best fabrics from the best mills available to choose from (zegna, vitaly barberis, etc.). Robbie is also knowledgeable about all the current styles and will guide you accordingly. Once the suits were ready, I went in for another fitting to make sure everything was perfect. Robbie doesn’t cut corners. He wants you to have the best fit possible. If that means making additional alterations, that’s what he will do. I’ve received so many compliments when wearing the suits to weddings and events. Highly highly recommend this place for all your suiting needs.

Ive had 2 experiences so far with Robbie & Co and they have both been amazing. I first rented a suit from them earlier this year. The experience was smooth, quick, and painless. They had a great array of suits to choose from as well as shirts and ties for rental/purchase. My suit was ready in a day and I absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing the shirt with it. Fast forward a few months, I needed a rental for an event, called Robbie up and asked for the same suit again and rented it over the phone. Was able to pick up the suit and have it adjusted within all in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place, the guys working there are all very professional and personable, and will not steer you wrong.
I walked in here nervous and unsure of what to wear and left feeling like a million bucks thanks to Sharif! I told him about my modest budget and he assured me it’d be no issue at all. By far the best menswear team in New York City. Robbie and his team pay the upmost attention to custom details, requests and customer service. They make you feel like a celebrity in there (some of which come to Robbie and team religiously). Skip the cheap big box retailers and visit Robbie to establish a long lasting relationship of style throughout the years. I am using them for my wedding, work attire, and necessary rentals.

I needed a tux for a white tie event…which means tails. I visited Robbie and Co. They immedaitely helped me , where other could not. Everything was fine quickly and painlessly. When the event occurred they delivered the tux to me on time and it was perfect. Can’t thank them enough and told others to use them. If I could rate higher I would.
I went to see Robbie to view tux options for my wedding, and the service as well as quality of material could not have been better. Robbie made sure to offer exceptional service, laid out my options (taking time to explain the differences for each), did not rush me at any time, and made the entire process easy. He made every effort to make sure our tuxes fit the right way. I bought my tux and rented 9 others for the members of my wedding party. This was made possible even though 6 members of my wedding party did not visit the store. I shared with Robbie the measurements for each of them, and he was able to get them the tuxes quickly. For those that needed adjustments, the modified piece or pieces were sent to them just as quickly. It was an outstanding experience and I suggest anyone in need of a suit or tux take the time to visit his shop.
My husband has never found a suit that fit him comfortably. Robbie & Co provided him with a wonderful selection and had his suit fully tailored to fit him within about 5 hours. I was visiting the city and looking for a sport coat that would stand out and Id be able to wear to many different events be it casual or formal. I went to Macys and a couple other places and just hated everything I saw and tried on. Not too mention the prices were insane for some of the off rack coats. Anyway as my wife and I were giving up hope and heading to lunch we walked by Robbies and even though the store front is small it definitely catches the eye so we walked in. Immediately Robbie was helping me figure out the perfect fit and style just by looking me up and down once, didnt even pull out the tape! Basically he made me understand what a fit is really supposed to be, Ive had tailored suits from a couple big name places and none of the jackets fit and flatter the way the jacket I got here does.I was in and out in 20 minutes and tried on a bunch of coats, Robbie really hooked it up and Im very happy with my purchase. I wish I had known about this place before, I couple have looked better in my wedding pictures!

The prices are much more reasonable than other outlets and their quality is better than most extremely expensive stores in NYC.Robbie takes great care of all customers and will always be honest on whats the best fit/style for you. I brought in my wedding party for suit fittings. There were nine of us in total and people came from as far as Maryland for the experience. Robbie & Staff did not disappoint. Everyone walked away thanking me for doing this and they all wished they had done the same thing for their weddings. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the suit and for a price point that makes more sense than renting for one day you couldnt go wrong. (Which was on a show mind you. That’s how I even found them.Robbie was the best. He not only took care of me. He made it is mission to make sure I looked good in my first suit. I walked in to get fitted for my friends wedding, the entire process went extremely smoothly. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly on top of that the suits came in really early which left time for any alterations if necessary. I definitely see myself doing business here again.

Mostly Cheap quality suits that are marked up at extreme high prices. If you’re a suit person, you’ll understand as you view the quality in suits. If you don’t mind paying $950 for a $100 suit, then go to robbies and get robbed for your hard earned money. The staff is not helpful at all too. Don’t waste your time in this little dusty hole in the wall store. There are better places in midtown with better prices and quality.

What an awesome find!!Came here for an event.Apart from having great selection of suits , this place also has a pool table. We also had a small bar, small bites and DJ at the event. This spot is such a great find and after talking to Rob came to know they also have great prices.There was a small session of how to tie a bowtie and double know tie. Overall a pretty nice event.
Bond James Bond! Its a Friday and I was funky fresh dressed for the day because I had a client meeting and then happy hour with friends after. I Im getting into the cab and my pants rip apart down the seam and across the thigh (too much cross-fit). Yes I could have went to a department store and bought suit but I need a suit the was tailored fit and matched my style. I ran to Robbie and his staff was great, helping me find a suit fit like a custom tailored suit...Flaco went to work and genes up my pants and got me back out the streets looking better than when I went in there!!! I rented a suit and it was kind of expensive but then again the place I used to go to before they closed was expensive too. Thats just how suit rentals are I guess. Easy going, quick and good quality.
Nice selection with highly variable prices. Not as cheap as some of the reviews suggest. I ended up paying a thousand bucks for my suit. It is a nice one though.
Great suits with a distinctive and unique style. Top notch staff knowledgeable about what works with your specific body type. On site tailor was very good, and they even let me have a good glass of scotch while I was being measured upstairs.

Pretty good rental suit shop on a budget. They have modern suits that are reasonably priced. I have issues with the dressing rooms and the staff (especially interns from Italy) are rude and dont understand what they have in the catalog.

2022-02-04Robbie & Co. was the best decision I could have made for my wedding suit!! Top to bottom they were incredible the whole time. This shop makes you feel at home from the very beginning and they have an incredible staff. Robbie himself is a professional and knows everything there is to know. Also when he says custom, it is CUSTOM. All things done to your exact specifications and some hidden gems all around. 100/10, I will be back again without a doubt!

2022-06-28Robbie and the team over at Robbie and Co absolutely NAILED my custom wedding tux. Everything from sizing, to the little details, to final alterations, they had me covered and feeling super comfortable. They also did everything for my groomsmen with their rentals and made that process super easy. Everyone looked GREAT. 2022-05-20I can’t say enough about this place. I used them for my wedding suit and all the suits for my groomsman. The suits were high quality and looked so good on everyone. They also tailored it perfectly for everyone. Chris was amazing to work with….he communicated very well and fast and even gave some good fashion advice. I’ll be definitely going back here for any future suits I need.

2021-08-06Robbie and his team were absolutely phenomenal suiting me and my groomsmen up for our wedding in July. We looked fantastic in our perfectly fitted suits and he was able to handle every request or issue that came up. My groomsmen are scattered across the country so coordinating everybody’s sizing and suit delivery wasn’t easy, but Robbie was always on top of it.He’s the man too, so it was great getting to know him and spend time in his shop picking out the ideal wedding attire. The best part of the process is the official fitting for the groomsmen. Robbie has a sick upstairs lounge with a pool table, beer on tap, sports on tv, everything guys would need and it made the suit fitting day a bonding experience for everyone. I will definitely use him again in the future and would suggest anyone getting married to use his shop. Prices were totally reasonable as well and he makes the entire process feel very personalized. Always accessible for questions or concerns. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again Robbie!

2021-09-25Robbie is a mutual friend who has made countless suits for my husbands close friends. The process was quick and easy. Robbie totally rocked my vision and pleased my husband with all the little custom accents that he offers (embroidery and jacket lining). He also hosts a fitting for the groom and his best man that includes drinks - again this made my husband happy because he made it an event. If youre looking for a specific color/texture suit or tuxedo Robbie is your guy.

2022-03-18Great tux rental shop. I was looking to rent a tux in the city, and most of the places were either crazy expensive, or their suits looked and felt cheap. I havent personally bought anything here yet, but I was extremely satisfied with the rental process. The people there clearly know what theyre doing. They are accessible and give you tips as well. The rental process is easy, affordable, and convenient. The quality is also very nice and doesnt feel cheap at all. In fact, at least 7 people at the wedding that I went to asked me about my tux, because they not only liked the color (it was a navy blue), but the style and fabric as well. Highly recommended place.

2022-04-27There are not enough words to explain how great this company is. They help you every step of the way throughout the design of the custom suit process and with setting up all of the groomsmen’s rental suits. It is a great spot to take the boys to get fitted for a suit on their second floor with a pool table flate screen TV and beer on tap and then spend the rest of the day in the city with everyone. Robbie cares about his customers and only wants the best for them. He doesn’t try to sell you on something more expensive just to make extra money, he will be honest and truthful with what you need. Making appointments are very easy just call the store and they will set you up. Every employee in the store is extremely nice and helpful as well. If someone cannot make the fitting or pick up their suit for the event they are apart of, they are very flexible and have a solution for everything. Returning the suit is easy as well if it is a rental. They will send you a shipping label to your phone, print it out and ship the suit back if you cannot make it back into manhattan. I will always recommend Robbie to anyone looking for somewhere to get a suit!!

2022-03-01I bought a tuxedo for my wedding and came back to buy two suits from Robbie in the last few months. The service and quality is incredible for the price (Super 150s are the standard) and unmatched anywhere else in NYC. They have a tailor on site where your work gets finished overnight. If you cant make it for pickip, Robbie has shipped it to me for no charge ($20 value). He is incredibly generous, fair, and has always done his best to make me happy (as well as the rest of my family who rented tuxedos from him). I wouldnt recommend anyone else more.

2022-06-20I don’t even know where to start to describe how incredible Robbie and his team are. My husband and I were on a bit of a time crunch and Robbie really outdid himself and exceeded an expectations we might have had. My husband and his groomsmen looked top notch. From the fit to the quality, we were blown away. My husband bought a customized tux and the groomsmen rented theirs. Whichever way you go, you can’t go wrong. I wish I could give more stars.

2022-07-17The staff at Robbie and Co have really gone above and beyond for my groomsmen and myself. The staff actually care about what you pick unlike big chain stores. I would highly recommend Robbie and Co they have really great prices and many different styles to choose from. During our group fitting we were given complimentary drinks and were able to play pool while one of us were fitted at a time. Thank you to the staff for making the experience of getting a suit easy and fun.
