Beware of them. I called them to help my mother. They took the case, but didnt do much work on her case. My mother was letting them go and they told her of the reasons why she should continue with them and how they were on the docket to go to court. My mother decided to give them a second chance which turned out to be a VERY bad idea. While they did recover money it was what the insurance company would have given her no matter whether she had a lawyer or not. They did $900 of work (so they claim) put was able to get 5 figures as a payment. Now that they have the payment and my mother is still having issues with the insurance company who will not talk to her because she has a lawyer they are telling her she needs to obtain new counsel and had the audacity to give her the name and number of another attorney. I regret the day I called them to take her case.

I hired Gary Young to handle two car accidents that my daughter was in. Not only was he and his staff very professional, but extremely considerate. All of my phone calls were answered right away. He always kept me well informed about the case. Reading some of the other negative reviews, I have to say myself and my family disagree completely. Unfortunately we all want the maximum we can get for our cases, but that is not up to Gary and his associates it is up to the Judge and insurance company, so any blame on him for that is something I would disregard. His staff was very helpful, professional, and also very concerned about myself and my daughter, and my family, always going the extra mile for us. That is something that you cannot put a price on.

He encouraged me to accept the first offer. I decided to hold out and another offer did come, but still not to my liking. My case was a slam dunk (I am quoting him) but it was obvious to me that they just wanted to accept any offer, take their commission and not have to put in any additional time. Their staff is comprised of the most airheaded uncouthed girls on the face of this earth. They robbed us blind. Of our $12,000.00 law suit we only received $4,000.00. They never returned phone calls, they were always out to lunch or leaving early, whenever I asked qiestions They said theyd get back to me and NEVER did! The one time they initiated a call they told me not to show up in court. I listened and they told me that they lost the arbitration and that the additional monies due me would not be paid. They are straight up THIEVES!!! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM EVER!!!

Does not care about their clients! They charged me for things that I provided for them them the only thing they had to do was file the paperwork all of the research was done by me! I can tell you that they DIDNT make sure that medical bills were taken care of in a timely manner! Because they didnt I got stuck PAYING for them. Some of the staff will say anything so that they dont jeopardise their job! Ultimately they got more money from my settlement than I did. Do NOT use this firm! These people are the most racist and inconsiderate people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did they rob me but when they did give me a check it was significantly less than what I was told I would be getting.They gave me a hand written check minus a few thousand and when I said something about it the lawyer said “Do you want it or not”. The staff are horrible and lack customer services skills. Robert K. Young & Associates are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to anything. DO NOT USE THEM!

BEWARE Robert Young & Associates are thieves my daughter went to him with a case that I had been doing myself the insurance company was ready ro settle they offered my daughter an offer Gary accepted 1k moreshe fired him he was only her attorney for 20 days ge put a lean on her settlement she brought in all the paperwork he wants a third of the entire amount the only thing he did was paid $20 for court fees but he wont give her a number she is willing to give him something but he wont negotiate with her the sad part about it is hes my mothers attorney he handled a couple of lawsuits for her so please be aware this how he treats his longtime clients
