Recently got home and flood insurance and the whole process was easy and the packages were comprehensive/competitive from my view. Jay (Jannon) from the office assisted me and he was so friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and just a a pleasure to work with. We happened to mention to a neighbor we were using State Farm and coincidentally they had recently switched to them as well given the package/pricing. Overall, working with this office, Jay and State Farm has been great and stress free.

I started as a customer with only 1 policy and have added on several others as life circumstances have changed - the team here is simply wonderful! Theyve helped me navigate options, giving so much information and answering all my questions, provided unbelievably awesome customer service, and just made the whole insurance getting process simple and easy. Its nice, and unusual these days, to send an email or make a call and have the person answering actually know who you are (thank you, Jay!). We worked with Jay at this agency and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Based on the web, review’s for this office, and coworkers who also have state farm I feel that I made a sound choice!I enjoyed working with this office on getting my policy finalized. The process was quick and simple! Met with Yesica to review a policy I started online and she went through all the details step by step. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Jay, the office manager, was great to work with as well. He helped set up my appointment and also helped with a small change to my policy. All in all, a great experience all around. I would recommend this office to others when choosing renters insurance.

State Farm has provided insurance to my wife and I in VA for close to 20 years. Were loyal clearly. But when we moved to NY to buy a new car, we were unable to get through to State Farm, I presume because of heavy demand associated with the Texas power outage, and were were forced to go with another not-to-be-named company. Long story short, Yesica rescued us from that company and we are now paying HALF of what they were charging us AND we have more coverage! Yesica at this State Farm is a real tribute to the industry. I have had MANY different insurance carriers in my lifetime and have been through the not so fun process of getting coverage just as many times. I had a unique coverage request a lot of people couldnt handle, or would just give up on. She did whatever it took! My experience with Yesica was by far the best Ive ever had with any insurance agents. Not only was she very polite, responsive and professional (without trying too hard to get chumy, which I appreciate) but more importantly she really knew her stuff! She was quick to answer all questions with the correct answer without any of the typical umm Im not really sure or worse, just guessing what they dont know. On top of knowing well all she was talking about, she did a very impressive job of explaining it all in detail and in order. Anytime I didnt have an answer for her or vise versa she would call back with the info needed ASAP. She did better than I could have expected and I couldnt recommend her more. 2022-08-11I was buying a Condo Unit in NYC under the ownership of a revocable trust. The agent, Yesica, was extremely knowledgeable in guiding me to the proper tenant policy and providing an insurance quote in less than 15 minutes. 2022-06-09Ive been with Robert Stevenson and his office for over 15 years now with multiple policies (renters, homeowners, cars and motorcycles) and always have had tremendous service, including when dealing with big and unfortunate claims (losing everything in an apartment fire; motorcycle stolen). Everyone in his office is always incredibly prompt and helpful and I truly cant imagine using anyone else (or anyone but State Farm).
