Robyn was absolutely amazing. Not only was Robyn patient and educated on the buying process, but she also made us feel comfortable and at ease, as first time home buyers. Robyn was flexible with viewings which was beneficial to us and our busy work schedules. Robyn also was very detailed with listings and would make charts with prices, taxes, fees and even photos. My partner and I are already thinking of working with Robyn for our next property. Overall Robyn did everything she could to ensure my partner and I found our dream property.

Look no further! I recently had the good fortune to work with Robyn on the purchase of an apartment in Westchester. Robyn is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly! She took the time to understand my needs, and I actually put an offer in on the first apartment we looked at! That deal fell through, but she remained focused and we soon had an offer in on another (better!) apartment. Robyn then ensured that all parties involved in the transaction kept to important deadlines (myself included!). Robyn was an absolute joy to work with. Not only did she help us find our home she also found a buyer for our apartment. I have no doubt that without Robyn’s help we would not have found either as quickly as we did. My husband and I said we were just starting our search, nothing was going to happen as we just had baby number 2 and simply wanted to browse the market. Well Robyn hit the nail on the head and found a home that we immediately saw ourselves raising our children in. Our must have list was long but Robyn helped us narrow it down to one main item - which was to live in an amazing school district. She found that AND an adorable house we could make our own. Even though recent events have put a pause on some housework and cancelled a few family trips Im excited to have this space all to ourselves and we owe it all to Robyn!
