I have been going to cycle stop/Roc on Harley Davidson for years and I always make it a point to see Cory when I’m there. She is very friendly, motivated, funny and even has great taste in knowing exactly what you need. I’m looking to buy a bike in the spring and I wouldn’t buy it from anyone but Cory. Stop in and see her you will not regret it and you’ll have a new friend.
Stopped in and met with Jim in sales, worked with me for over an hour and we found the bike I wanted.So in the spring we will stop back in and see him againTo place the order. If you haven’t been there since the new ownership has changed hands please stop in to see these folks Jim was just a bank of knowledge and willing to go the extra mile for us.
Apparantly bikes are non negotiable here . As told by sales person when asked if they can come down from sticker price .
Ive purchased 4 bike from here and counting. Jim is great. They give you the most for your trade in.
I went in looking for help locating an older model cycle part and Jim and his team were all very helpful!
Love going there for my Harley shopping!!! Owner and employees are so polite and helpful.
Showroom is very organised & they have tons of toys for sale. In addition theres tons of merchandise, helmets, boots, clothes, everything your heart desires!! Stop in & take a look around!
The Parts Dept staff, specificly, was absolutely OVER THE TOP with help over the phone. What a complete difference this staff makes at a place I made a point to stay away from under previous ownership. Congratulations and best wishes :)

2022-02-02Stopped into Roc On and had a great experience with Cory and Jim in sales! They were awesome to work with. Matt was very knowledgeable with all the custom things we wanted to do to our new bike. These guys and gal are the dream team. If you are looking for a new Harley these are the people you want to see.

2021-12-04Best Shop around! The new service team is top notch! I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else. The parts guys feel like family and are always happy to see me, as I am them. The girls in the clothing area know my style better than I do and never let me leave empty handed. Cory in sales is awesome! She knows her stuff and loves what she does.

2022-01-28I will not shop anywhere else other than Roc-On Harley as long as I live in NY, I was in Savannah, Ga getting ready to move to NY called about a bike that had, asked if I could put some money down to hold for roughly a week and they were more than willing to let me do that. The day I bought my bike Jim was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Thanks Roc-On for making my first bike purchase a great experience.

2021-08-21My experience at the new Roc On motorsports, was unmatched. I have been in the store before, in the past, however the new ownership is amazing. The owners wife Beth, was more than happy to answer any questions that I had and I was even offered me a donut. The staff, from the technicians, to James and sales team, to just the floor employees are ready and willing to do anything they can to provide a first class experience. I ended up purchasing a bike here, and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking to purchase a bike, apparel, or even have service done , Roc On motorsports should be on your list. Thanks to all involved.

2022-04-11Best in the Rochester area. New Owners came in and created what I consider to be the perfect team! Everything from Service, Sales, Parts, and Clothing. I cant stress enough if you havent been in lately to make a point of coming again as this whole store is transformed.I noticed some really silly one star reviews. I can promise you there is nothing 1 star about this place.

2022-04-17We were down from Canada.Wow ! I was not expecting to see the massive selection of bikes, p&a and clothing. Not to mention everything else from A-Z Harley related. If it says Harley Davidson on it I am pretty sure they have it in stock here .

2022-07-02Very disappointed that when you are on a trip and something goes wrong when you call the best advice was get as close to home as you can and then tow it the rest of the way to a dealership.. Thats a little difficult when youre 5 hours away. While I appreciate a full service schedule perhaps leave a spot for those in need.

2022-01-08Sales girl on 1/8/22 was very annoying. When I first walked in I said hello and made some small talk and I told her if I had any questions I would let her know. She then Followed me around the showroom while I looked at the bikes asking me annoying questions and was watching me like a hawk. Everywhere I went, she was hyper like she just drank a pot of coffee. I went in there because I called about a Iron 1200 and when I got there 30 minutes later it had a sold tag on it when I walked in. She said well technically it is sold but no one put any money down on it so if you want it you could buy it today. So do you really think I would fall for your dumb sales tactics? Like she was waiting for me to run out to the car and get my checkbook and write her a check. Sleazy sales tactic. I would push my motorcycle past Roc on Harley Davidson with 2 flat tires before I would spend a dime in there. Off to Stan’s Harley in Batavia.

2021-12-17What can you say about someone that you feel, is the type of person, ALL HUMANS were,(inside and out) ?!?My wife and I have known Cory for over 5 years, and in that time, have come to LOVE HER, AND HER FAMILY!!!!BEAUTIFUL, COMPASSIONATE, HONEST, GREAT MOTHER, WIFE, CARING...ETC...! When Cory asks you ...how are you...? she is truly interested ! She ALWAYS participates in events that local MC Clubs sponsor to help the less fortunate, the marginalized, the battered and abused,and Veteran Outreaches of ALL types.When Im giving my money to someone (weather its a candy bar....or a cycle !!),these personality traits are FAR MORE IMPORTANT TO ME, than how good of a salesperson she is !!!
