My fiance and I rented a Jacuzzi suite for our anniversary. It ended terribly, the room was FREEZING COLD and the heater did not warm it up anymore than 65 degrees. The Jacuzzi was decent but there was a constant problem with water temperature. We called the front desk several times to have the situation resolved, unfortunately nothing was done about it. The staff member that was working the night shift was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The last time we asked him to come and do something about the water temperature he came in felt the water was not warm, looked at us and said well how hot do you want your water? I said HOT its a Jacuzzi its supposed to be HOT and STEAMY. The attendant did not resolve the issue or try to even help the situation. His most prominent suggestion was Use the ice bucket to fill up hot water from the sink and dump it into the tub until its full. Im sorry but i did not pay over $100.00 for one night in a room that was Freezing Cold and The most important part of the room (the Jacuzzi) was broken. The last thing the attendant offered to help with was our money back and checking out at 12 at night. We took our money back and will never be staying at this place again! it was A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!
After a terrible experience at our Erie hotel, we decided to not stay there for two nights and just drive to New York at night after splash lagoon rather than at 7am. I used choice hotels website and decided on this one since the Econo Lodge down the street had terrible reviews on trip adviser.This hotel was fine but the service was even better. i believe its family owned. The front desk clerk who checked us in at 1030 at night was also serving breakfast at 10:00am. Every person we came across was nice. The rooms seemed to be updated somewhat.. friendly happy colors on the wall and flat screen TVs rather than old school hotel wall paper and 1960 box sets.It had a little kitchenette with a sink, larger hotel fridge and tons of cabinet space.I called at 9:59 to ask when breakfast was over since we over slept. The guy said to come on down. On our way out from breakfast i explained well be back in 30 minutes to check out, he told me no rush and to take my time which is unlike most hotels. We were here only 12 hours and it was a happy time.The only downside was they only had a smoking room available at 3pm when i booked it.. While we both smoke, i avoid smoking rooms in hotels. The room smelled pretty bad of smoke but hey what can you do. Also, they shower curtain could probably have been replaced.Again the service was great and we werent here long so i cant really complain too much.This hotel is only 25 minutes from niagara falls and right off of the highway.
The receptionist was quite good and recommended some good hotels and tourist spots around. The wifi was a bit bad at times though. The rooms were clean and nice as well.
The rooms were relatively clean but very worn. The microwave and refrigerator were dirty. The lighting was very dim and the furniture was stained and chipped.
For being a cheap hotel. It was okay. Their breakfast is good their rooms are okay and it was in the area where I just got 20 minutes to everywhere that I went, which makes it very convenient for travel because travel is very very important.
This room is disgusting. Doors are horribly dirty. Bathroom is gross. I literally wiped everything down myself and still dont feel comfortable sleeping here. There are cigarette burns in the comforter. Dirtiest place we have been in. I literally wont let my daughter touch anything.
This was a great place to stay for an overnight visit. It has all you need in the room: WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, cable TV. And you geta continental breakfast as well! All fire a great price and excellent customer service too!

If I could do 0-stars, I would have. No smoking signs on the door, yet ashtray in the room and it wreaked of smoke. Dirtiest rooms I have ever seen, carpet was torn, bed spreads are at least 20 years old with dozens of cigarette burns. I would look elsewhere, pay more or travel a little further. This place is a dump!
BED BUGS! (2016)I reserved a room for two nights (new years eve and new years day). The first room they gave me had a very foul smell so i asked for another room. After checking into the other room a few hours later my boyfriend was on the bed and noticed he had 3 bites on his arm. After searching the bed we found a BED BUG! We captured it and immediately packed our bags and went to the check out desk. After showing the manager the bed bug he did nothing but said hell refund me... Disgusting, save yourself the time and dont book here

When we booked our expectation was really low. We had group of 9 travelled and 3 double queen beds with refrigerator, microwave etc. made our stay comfortable.
I checked in and no one told me where to wash your clothes or what time breakfast starts and ends did not give me wifi password could not call the office no telephone in the room late checkout was good

2021-06-01Absolutely horrible experience! Room had a terrible smell of old carpet. No blanket, just a sheet with cover to cover yourself with. Towels had some stains. But the worse was the fact that we had some criminal enterprise going on next door all night long. There was noises from sex, then man and women argue about something, then they had visitors coming in and leaving all night long. Visitors often had verbal fights with each other. Then a pick up truck pulled in next door at 4 am, couple of men loaded something and unloaded something for couple of hours. There were sounds of breaking glass and I had to get up looking at the window if my vehicle was ok. One man saw me at the window pointed out at me with the finger to another man said something and laughed. And all these happened at the dawn. I slept 4 hours or less. When I checked out and wanted to tell concierge about my experiences, an old lady at the desk just took my keys, turned around and left without saying anything. What a service! If you looking for criminal activity next door and want to ruin your night, this motel is for you.

2018-07-19Extremely clean, great AC and hot water was what I read in a review. That is exactly what it has to offer. It was a great room and just a short drive to the falls. I normally stay in a 4-5 star hotels, but my family and I needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours. You don’t have the all the extra fluff but it was an excellent room, highly recommended if you are ever in the area.

2018-07-22My family and my husbands family stayed here while visiting for our wedding. My husbands family had a very nice non smoking room. My family opted for a smoking room and while it was okay, they had some issues with odd housekeeping habits (like just taking towels before any other service was offered) and with burnt out lights in the room. They were all happy with the place though, and said it was nice and quiet.

2017-07-03Nice and accommodating staff! Simple roadside inn, with clean rooms. Dome remodeling has occurred, and though we knew our room have a mini fridge and microwave we were excited to see a newly remodeled kitchen area with cabinets and sink. Beds are comfortable and heating/cooling unit worked great! Great tv service with on-demand options included. Breakfast is good, though choice are limited and I wondered why no fruit or yogurt was provided - starch heavy. Overall a good experience especially for the price and being near enough to everything, including the falls! We would come back for sure!

2016-12-13Pros: inexpensive, CLEAN, conveniently located, friendly staff, comfy bed (felt like a new mattress), quiet (at night), good restaurant right next door (across the parking lot, comparable to a Dennys), lots of hot waterCons: the toilet had a habit of running so we had to jiggle the handle often, had to ask for toilet paper, ran out of the little motel room hand/bath soap, low water pressure, thin wallsOverall: I gave the motel 4 stars mainly for the cleanliness and friendly staff, otherwise the rating would have been a 3. But honestly, the cleanliness is worth an extra star as I was pleasantly impressed. I stayed in a double room for 5 nights and Im glad I picked this motel. The cons listed were minor compared to how thankful I was for a clean room and friendly staff.

2017-07-01I should probably stop staying at economy motels. They usually dont meet my expectations. This Rodeway Inn was a typical economy motel. The staff was nice. The Continental breakfast was adequate. The room was good with the exception of a bad odor. I would probably look elsewhere next time.

2019-09-05Checked in 12:30 am. wife found two bugs in her bed and refused to stay there. we immediately checked out and had to find a new hotel. when we got home two days later saw that the hotel still charged my credit card for the two night stay.
