Hi I am writing this review to talk about my first experience at a Wempes Rolex Boutique. I was greeted by a gentleman named Jules. Jules was very knowledgeable on all the Rolex models.He helped me find something that works with my big wrist . The entire experience was very warm and welcoming. The entire team made me feel like family.However the watch I liked was in great demand and was told I would be placed on a waiting list for the watch. After a short time, I received a call from Jules informing me that he had received a piece that I was looking for!!I really thought I did not have a chance to get the watch because I have never done business with an authorized retailer before.I HIGHLY recommend Rolex Boutique Wempe and Jules!!I cant wait to buy my next Rolex from them!
This has to be hands down the best Rolex boutique in the world. The staff here make you feel like family (especially Jules, the OG who’s been there for decades). I’ve bought multiple Rolexes from them and gotten the exact watch I wanted every single time in the most joyful experience possible. The staff embody the values of the company and they instill loyalty in their clientele. I’ve brought all my friends and family who were considering new watches here and they all became loyal Rolex owners. 10/10. Can’t wait to go back for my next time piece.
I arrived at Wempe and was immediately greeted by Tony L. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately he did not have the Rolex piece that I wanted to purchase for my fathers 70th birthday in August. It did not however deter Tony from being extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be back to do business with him in the very near future. I highly recommend seeing Tony for all your watch needs.
I have been working with Daniela Appiah for over a year now. She is always very welcoming to have a conversation on not only about watches but even just life in general. I feel like my wife and I have found a friend at this store.Even if I just drop by to say hello, its never awkward as she does a great job of taking time out of her day to chat.She has helped with retirement gifts for my parents and in-laws as well as special occasion purchases. Nothing ever feels forced. I would recommend any of my friends to get a conversation started if they wanted to start looking at Rolex watches.
Amazing service by the one and only Jules at this Rolex store!! I was able to get a great watch for my dad recently. Have to say that Jules was able to walk me through a couple of options and provided great insight, which made by decision easier (and Dad loved it!). You can tell that Jules is passionate about the watches and awesome at this job (i.e. not pushy at all!). Fortunately for me, Jules is helping me pick out another piece for another family member. Words cannot do justice to describe the experience I had at the Rolex boutique. The ambiance and the environment were breathtaking. The hospitality Donald and Martina provided was one I had never experienced prior. They made me feel so welcomed and at home. From the conversations we had about our holiday trips, all the way to the different timepieces and their functionalities. It was extremely informative, I walked out with knowledge as well as an experience that will never be forgotten.
I’m looking for a Rolex watch, and this is the first time I’m dealing business with this store. I heard and know Wempe jewerly was in business for a long time. So, I want to see and experience myself.When I walked into the store. The staff was friendly. The store was clean and feel cozy. I was greeting by salesperson Sabrina, I told her the model I’m interested looking for, and she was knowledge about the model. She informed me the model wasn’t available at this time. She also informed me that if one come into the store in the future, and she will call me.I received a phone call from Sabrina approximately 7 weeks later. She informed me the watch I’m interested is available in the store.I went to the store right away and purchased the watch.My experience with this store was great. I just want to say thank you to Sabrina for herProfessionalism and knowledge. Also her effort to getting me my dream watch. I’m walking out the store with a big smile on my face.
I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a great experience at The Rolex Wempe boutique. I usually work with Jules who is fantastic to work with he is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff doesn’t just treat me as another customer they treat me as if I am a member of the Wempe family. Every time I visit I am offered a bottle of water and the opportunity to discuss the new Rolex novelties. I highly recommend shopping at WEMPE.

Alexander the general manager is a phenomenal person! We were able to share our dream of attaining a GMT Master II for our wedding in 2022. My fiance was absolutely delighted and I was just blown back by how beautiful the watch looked! I truly cant wait to open up the watch and wear it on my wrist! Thank you Alexander, for giving us the opportunity to by such a beautiful piece!
Truly 5 star service. I was looking for a watch that I knew wasn’t going to be available right away and I was dreading the dismissive behavior that I had experienced at other boutiques. Fortunately, that was not the case at all at Rolex Wempe. The entire team was completely welcoming and professional from start to finish. Amy placed my order on the waiting list and her colleague Barnaby assisted me when the watch arrived. It was an exceptional experience and I’m thankful to have found a boutique I can trust. Highly recommend!
Krystal Wu is a rare person who is consultative, helpful, patient, and really bold on making recommendations based off of what youre looking for. I couldnt have asked for a better experience from any Rolex dealer. The Wempe location is the best of the best compared to all the other locations. She was very proactive with reaching out when my watch had arrived and even took the time to go over everything in full details after the purchase was completed. I was extremely lucky and blessed to work directly with Krystal Wu. Ask for Krystal Wu and you wont regret it. I promise you that!
My experience with the Wempe Rolex Boutique in New York City has been extremely positive. Martina the Assistant Manager has been very helpful in getting me exactly the watches I have wanted. I have greatly enjoyed the watches I have purchased through her and my wife, daughters-in-law, and sons were thrilled by the watches I bought through Martina and gave to them. I recommend the store and Martina with no reservation.
I first came here 5-6 years ago and had an absolutely first rate experience. As is probably true for many people, I would not say I feel that relaxed in luxury boutiques but Jules and the other staff made me feel completely welcome and the whole experience was top notch.That was a different time though, one where you could walk into a Rolex store and buy whatever watch took your fancy. Having heard many horror stories of how average Rolex end clients get treated these days I was a little nervous coming back looking to buy the updated model of my original purchase. More fool me though, I once again had an excellent experience.Who knows if Rolex will have sent them enough watches such that youll be able to buy what your looking for, either way though I would highly recommend a visit here.
Left my name on a waiting list for a rolex cosmopolitan gmt II for a year plus still no watch. Other faviortized customers who purchase watches from them got their watches. Im told its a shortage of supply . Still will not do anything to help but use shortage of supply and demand excuses. Left my name in multiple rolex stores in a 2 year time span. Visited this location got a ticket just to put my name on the list . Still no watch. Culture of if you buy alot from us we put you ahead not equal treatment .
Rolex Wempe on 5th Avenue gave us exceptional service. We were served by Amy during our first purchase. We were looking for a very rare model for our second purchase, she relentlessly worked with us to find the watch we need and delivered to her promise. She was super patient with us, kept us informed during our waiting period. Honestly her service is rare and hard to find these days. I wish we can give more than 5 stars, that’s how much we loved our experience with Amy and the full experience during both purchases!! Keep up the good work!!
My husband and I had a great experience last weekend browsing the inventory with Jules. Unfortunately they did not have any of the new 36mm silver dial oyster perpetuals, but he took the time to let me try on a beautiful silver datejust 36mm- to make sure I liked the size. He was very accommodating and even checked in the back before we left. I look forward to coming back and hopefully purchasing a piece for my collection, from him. Thanks again for the top notch service.
Called to ask a question about purchasing a Rolex bracelet and given I was planning on pairing it another Rolex, Donald (who informed he he’s been selling Rolex’s for 32 years) immediately began to be dismissive, classic NYC arrogance that people forget they work in retail just because the sell the best marketed Watch (not finest timepiece by any stretch). He then just hung up. Amazing given he has no idea who I might be or my connection to Rolex corporate. There are better more welcoming places to buy a Rolex than 5th av for sure! Icy success Ronald on another 32 years in retail!
Went in today with my pregnant wife to take a gander at a couple Rolex models, unfortunately there wasn’t a plethora of watches available but the hospitality alone made the trip worth it. The general manager Alexander Santore was extremely hospitable, and was took the time to really get to know us. My wife and I really appreciated the hospitality and professionalism.
Fantastic service and selection. I have been a repeat customer at Wempe Rolex for decades. Barnaby, Maria (now retired) are the best.Ignore the negative reviews. They are probably from the kind of folk that expect that they should go to the front of a queue they have never been on before.Keep up the good work!

Dropped off my watch to get fixed 2 months ago (july) but I never received any calls from wempe so I decided to call Rolex service to find out the status. To my surprise ROLEX SERVICE told me wempe picked up my watch first week of September 8th. Its almost end of September, I am furious the fact that Wempe never notified me at all!!.Updated: Alexander took care of the issue professionally. And was able to pick up my watch today. Thank you.

Every single dollar is appreciated or that you might think of spending in this store. Their motivation is to the highest standard, its simply divine two listen to the intricate. Details of how one of the breathtaking , jewelry is manufactured to precision it uniqueness lies in the intricate details. That requires a repertorio explanation of how each diamond is set two unique specification each instant that makes. That jewelry or watch special. 1st time visited the store. Excellent Covid-19 prevention was implemented well, I felt so safe. Martina was so professional and helped me so kindly showing me the time piece I wanted, helped me tried it on and also some other collection. I felt comfortable conversing with her as she explained to me in detail the descriptions of the piece I wanted. I didnt feel the pressure to purchase. As I gave it some thought I was back 2nd time and Martinas colleague helped me purchase my perfect jewelry time piece. Barnaby was courteous and so kind. He assisted me with sizing the watch and also gave me a champagne 🍾 to take home. Looking forward to purchase future gorgeous time piece at this boutique. In my opinion aside from the luxury brand the staff and client advisors makes such a tremendous difference with the deciding factor of client and I must conclude that this boutique has exceeded my expectations. Let me start off by saying ive visited many other authorized dealers across the city and was not able to find the watch I was looking for. Some shops flat out told me they dont have it and basically hushed me out while others demanded i put down a full deposit for the watch while having no timeframe to when the watch would come in. Could be days, could be months could even be years. I went to Rolex Boutique by Wempe as my last effort for finding my watch and im so happy i stopped by. I was greeted happily by the saleswomen Daniela and told her of the specific watch i was looking for. Unfortunately she informed me that they didnt have the specific model in their inventory but still happily sat me down and gave me other watches to try on just to get a feel for things. She notified me that she would be able to put me down for an order of the watch with just a $500 downpayment (which is much easier to deal with than a full deposit) that can be cancelled at any given time if i no longer wished to pursue business there. Seeing how much Daniela was willing to work with me gave me confidence to put down the deposit for the watch. She informed me that again it could be weeks to months for when the watch would come but she would let me know as soon as it was available for pickup. Not even a week later i get a phone call from Daniela telling me that watch is in their inventory and ready for pickup! I was so excited but because of work I knew it would be a stretch to make it before the store closed (which is at 6pm currently). I notified Daniela that i might be running a bit late but she was all but willing to stay and wait for me. I made it to the store at exactly 6pm and there they were watch in hand. Instead of throwing the watch at me and rushing me to finish my business, Daniela kindly sat me down and walked me through the whole process of my new watch as well as making sure i was comfortable with the entire experience. Not once did she or the staff rush me out of the store given that it was a Friday night and everyone wants to go home. The willingness of Daniela and the staff to work with me and make the experience as best as possible cannot be understated. I cannot stress how much the staff here are willing to make you happy in your purchase especially something as big as a Rolex. I advise everyone who is interested in a watch to check this Boutique by Wempe above all else when thinking of buying a Rolex watch. They have earned a customer for life.
Stopped into the store one day just to wondow shop and they ended having a watch my dad was looking for. Bought one that day and the customer service from Sabrina Zhou was world class. Ended putting a request in for a watch for myself that I was originally looking for and got a call for that watch a few months after. Sooooo happy I decided to walk into this store! You’ve earned a loyal customer!
Krystal Wu has been amazing! My sister, mom and I have all made purchases through her at this location. Wanda rose to the occasion and provided me with a memorable experience when purchasing my first Rolex! I have been searching for a Rolex AD to build a relationship with and ultimately purchase my first Rolex from, however that proved to be much more challenging and frustrating than I ever could have imagined. I am fairly new to luxury watches so I felt that most ADs immediately wrote me off. The first time I walked into the Rolex Boutique Wempe and met Wanda, she was very warm and accepting of me even though I am new to Rolex and we didnt have any prior encounters. I had expressed my frustrations from speaking with other ADs, but Wanda took me seriously and invited me to be a Rolex customer, understanding that everyone starts somewhere and everyone has a first Rolex. After a short time, I received a call from Wanda informing me that she had received a piece that I was looking for. I was incredibly surprised that Wanda stood by her word and was able to get me the watch that I had so desired. I couldnt recommend Rolex Boutique Wempe and Wanda enough and I cant wait to buy my next Rolex from them!
Had a terrible time here. Looking to treat myself for my birthday and the woman was very dismissive. I was at Watches of Switzerland Soho the week before and had such a great experience, bought a Grand Seiko, and was ready to buy my first Rolex this week. I came here to see the selection and was so deflated when the rep treated me like I was in the “before” scene in Pretty Woman. I can’t even tell you her name because she never introduced herself - that was the level of respect I was given. My boyfriend (an avid collector and all around watch nerd) then wanted to put himself on a list for a few sought-after pieces and the woman condescendingly explained to him that he had to have a relationship there first - a relationship she had shown no interest in building. I won’t apologize that we’re travelers and New York is a relatively new home for us, so no, we don’t have a history at that shop. I’ll be taking my business to Watches of Switzerland and making that our New York destination and creating a purchase history with them instead.
All Chinese or Asian clients please stay away from this boutique, unless you like to get humiliated by sales!I’ve been shopping in this boutique since 2013. My first Rolex watch was purchased in this store with the SA Crystal. After that, I try to buy a watch from here each year of my birthday. So identity myself as a loyal client of Rolex Fifth Ave.The reason I’n writing this is because I’m fully disappointed by the poor service with Crystal with my October 1st, 2020 visit.I remember in the very beginning of time when I wanted to try watches with her, she wasn’t patient enough to explain and to introduce. But 2013, the year of my birthday, I told her I wanted to buy that watch, then she become instantly helpful and patient after I acknowledged purchasing.. yes, it’s a very typical snobby face and manner from her.With my recent visit to this boutique, I was happily greeting her, and she didn’t even say hi back. In stead she told the SA who was helping toSaying “ forgot about that watch, it’s impossible for you!” This is quiet offensive. She has vast ignorance and arrogance with her service and manner. Is this the friendly way to speak with your loyal client who already purchased watches from you? This is way too offensive.Normally she will tell me this watch is 2-8 years or waiting. After 2 years I’m back, now she told me you shop watches everywhere, you can go other stores who can better assist you!She also mentioned that the some watches are only to serve the clients who spend 1 million dollars with them each year. It means if I spend 30k, I’m like a nobody to her!Ok! I got your message, I bet your parents run the boutique and you can say whatever you want.But it’s truly embarrassing moment to stay in the boutique. There are many high-end boutiques that sell watches in the city, and Ive been to them all - but this is the one you want to go to. I cant say enough about Jules, Alex, Barnaby, and the team. Whether I was in the market to buy something, or just passing through - they treated me like I was a valued, important customer from day 1. Thank you so, so much.
The worst sales Krystal ever. She scanned on clients appearances first, then told clients the watch you interested has five years wait list.She told clients that certain models of popular watches are only served for loyal clients who spend $200K in the boutique annually.As a result, when I return back to Rolex headquarter Genève next trip, I will speak about this shop and her interactions with them. I would say, because of Krystal, I would not consider to spend any money in this location.
I had heard many great things about the service and quality administered by the staff here to the clientele from a good friend of mine. In no means did they fall short in any way. Donald was very helpful in going over in details the mastery and characteristics between each selected time piece i was interested in. Staff was very polite and welcoming, ensured we were all comfortable. A great experience, I definitely will be returning back

Kyron went the extra mile and gave me the breakdown on the pieces and after a few months I got the call on the piece I was looking for. As expected, Kyron provided Rolex service. Top of the line. Pleasant and helpful. It was an exceptional experience, and I am thankful to have found a boutique I can trust. Cannot recommend them enough and will be back in the near future for my next pieces!
The absolute best place to get a Rolex!! I had the honor and privilege of dealing with a first class gentleman. Donald is such a respectful, knowledgeable and non-judgmental person that it made the selecting and buying process so wonderful. He took his time, showed us around, educated us and was so genuinely passionate about Rolex. I highly recommend getting your Rolex here. You will never go any place else! In fact, being a healthcare professional, I felt obliged to personally thank the manager for implementing all Covid safety precautions. From the door man, to the hand sanitizers everywhere, to the screen windows on the desks. It was amazing how they are able to give such a great experience even with our current situation worldwide.

Rolex repaired and serviced my watch. I cannot speak highly enough. Extremely polite, and my watch was returned to me in absolutely beautiful condition. I hope the tech that serviced my watch reads this post. I am very happy with their work, and they completed the repairs for 25% less then estimated. Outstanding service, thank you!
Id really like to thank Rolex Boutique Wempe for their amazing service, specifically from Krystal Wu. Anywhere I travel I like to check out the Rolex boutiques to see what they have available and to ask about some very specific pieces but dont generally impulse purchase - I prefer to plan the purchase of a watch as they arent generally low in price.I happened to be visiting NYC with a friend walking down 5th Ave and spotted the boutique and decided to check it out. Front and center was one of my holy grail pieces. Krystal quickly spotted me looking at it through the case and offered to let me see it and try it on. Immediately I fell in love with the watch, but told myself and her that now wasnt the right time to purchase on a whim, asked for her card, and begrudgingly continued down 5th Ave with my friend.On our way back down 5th towards our hotel I decided to check out the boutique and watch again, and decided to purchase knowing that prices generally dont go down and only go up over time. The purchase experience with Krystal was second to none - champagne and truffles preceded the sizing, and every one of the staff who helped with the sizing, polishing, packing, and preparation of the watch were courteous and professional. Ive purchased several watches in the past, but this experience really took the cake and was nothing like previous purchases of watches whether Rolex or another brand.Thank you to Krystal and Rolex Boutique Wempe! Even though I dont live in NYC, I plan to make all future Rolex purchases through them.
Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable associates! I bought a Datejust at the Rolex boutique and they treated me as if I was buying a platinum Daytona! Wanda was personable and friendly and I felt right at home. I will be looking to Wempe for my future Rolex purchases. Thanks a lot!! 😎
Went to the store today to look around and see what they had in the showroom. But I already had an idea on what I wanted in mind. So just wanted to go in and get the pricing for the watches. I was first greeted by an employee by the door who was friendly. When I told her why I had come in today. She ushered me to one of her coworkers. I told her coworker that these are the watches that I am looking for and was wondering how much they were. With an attitude she said that this watch was 9000 something and the other 7400 something. So I kindly asked her if she can look up the exact price on the computer or in there catalogs. She had the nerve to say that the prices that she had given me were accurate. Out of shock I said so 9000 something and 7400 something is accurate. She had the balls to say that its accurate. Afterwards I left the store. Went in with a nice feeling to compare prices. Came out with disgust in how they treat there customers. Will never go back to this store for any reason.
If you guys don’t want my money, just say so on the store front or something.Great place to visit if you want to feel unwelcome and that it is time to go, even after just entering.Trying to show that with everything possible when I come over, trying to get on a list, is just using everyone time.
Paid $12K to buy my 70-year old wife a nice present. After 18 months, the watch didnt keep time correctly. The famous store I purchased the watch from did no work to get the watch repaired. Note - it is impossible to contact Rolex online for repair support. This caused my wife a good deal of stress and made me very angry. For the price of the watch, Rolex should stand behind it 100%, but they dont. Seiko makes very beautiful watches, from the same materials, at half the price. Rolex corporation is a sham organization and no one should buy their watches.
This is my first time writing a review for anything, but I would just hope to dissuade anyone from using the Rolex USA repair service. In 2016, I had them repair a watch with sentimental value thinking I should use them, but it was by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. They were unable to deliver the watch within the 2-month timeframe and failed to return my calls or give me any accurate information. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for repairs that lasted only a week or so before the watch wasnt working anymore. I was so disgusted I just didnt want to deal with them anymore until three years later, but the warranty has run out. When I told them how dissatisfied I was and asked why I would choose them to do further repairs over another jeweler they just said, thats totally your decision. Only use them if you want to overpay for shoddy work and be insulted in the process.
If I could give zero stars I would. Rolex USA Service has long had a history of extended turn-around, of breaking commitments when providing estimates for repair. We forgive them under the assumption that the job will be done by the best technician and shouldnt be rushed. But Im breaking with that thinking to state their service is terrible. It isnt enough to do a superb job, not when 1) digital systems used to solicit/accept quote approvals either do not work or are not connected timely to staff 2) communication to the customer is NON EXISTENT as the process fails 3) commitment by MULTIPLE staff to return with calls on status of service order are never made. What was committed as a an estimated two weeks turn around is now closing on one month. I only learned this, because I called in, only to be told that it would be delayed further because of a holiday. ????? Sorry? The likelihood your watch is being subcontracted to a technician is very high. Do yourself a favor and skip Rolex USA service, find a certified reputable Rolex technician yourself, save yourself aggravation, a great deal of money and your valuable time.
Good product, unfortunately the service in this boutique is very unsatisfactory due to the fact that you get judged by your appearance. This is really appalling customer service. I know many people that have bought from other brands for this same reason. That is so old fashioned to judge a customer based on the appearance. Rolex needs to get their act together as this will make new and loyal customers change brand quickly. The products are great and nothing bad can be said in regards of quality or craftmanship.
While its very annoying that a swatch will run for years with no problems and a Rolex needs servicing so often, if you have to do it, this is definitely the place to go. Very helpful and friendly people and a lovely office. As expected.Cathy has been wonderfully helpful every time Ive need a little watch work done and Rolex is very lucky to have her.

Rolex of Manhattan is absolutely superb. I personally go out of my way to mention establishments that go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I could have bought a Rolex from anywhere and ended up with the same watch, however, this establishment truly sets the bar high and delivers on promises made. I was in the market for an entry level Rolex that I could wear on a daily basis. I’m not too familiar with these things, I’ve amways had a Daytona and it simply grew old on me. I was able to acquire a new watch, and they purchased my older Daytona for double what any other establishment was willing to offer me. These guys are super honest and it was simply a breath of fresh air dealing with them.Thank you Mr.B.
I went there in 2015 to service my Explorer. When I got the watch back they had a note on the package which read dont call out customers name, sounds funny. I get they were probably trying to be nice, but it was ignorant from my pov. I let it be known in my customer feedback and someone called me to apologize but it still left me with a terrible impression on the store and employees. I spent 750.00 and had to feel like a 2nd class citizen while doing it.Unfortunately I am still a fan of the watches, but Im disinclined to visit the store after that ignorant incident. The worst part was the apology, cheap and disingenuous.
Very disappointing experience. I came to buy a watch on 4/20/19. Instead of helping, the sales people were more concerned about talking to each other and laughing loud, looking at something on the computer at the counter. After asking for a specific watch one of the male reps stated “oh we don’t have that” and walked away. Never will I come to this store again. I ended up buying a different Rolex than what I originally came in for from tourneau 4blocks down with an awesome customer service, the same night! Buyers beware!
I am an overseas visitor and went to the Rolex Boutique this morning to enquire about a watch my brother was looking for. On entering the store I was not welcomed by any one of the several free staff available and it was quite clear I was nothing more than a hindrance to them just being there. I tentatively approached one of the sales assistants, a young Asian girl whose attitude towards me was very snooty and one of contempt after enquiring about the Rolex watch my brother was seeking. Bearing in mind I was wearing my own gold and diamond Rolex watch, I wasn’t in the store just trying to waste time. The whole vibe of the staff is appalling, very snobby and belittling, one of superiority towards the customer, you are made to feel a complete nuisance. I will never set foot in the store again
After spending around $2,500AUD having my Rolex serviced at their Sydney service office I had to reattend three times to have them fix a time gaining issue that was not prevalent before the service.Rolex would repeatedly assure me issue was rectified only for me to go through the extremely irritating and time-wasting process of collecting from their office to then observe later that it clearly wasnt.Now my superlative chronometer gains around twelve seconds a day and this is the best they can do.Avoid Wolf Kehler and Joy Stacey and the rest of the staff at this office as they are completely ineffective in their jobs and note that the Rolex brand in general is not what it used to be.
This review is to describe my experience with Rolex service and the professionalism of their staff.I damaged the crystal of my Rolex Air King. Knowing it was due for service and wanting to use only genuine parts, I contacted the NYC Rolex service center to request that my watch be repaired. Per their instructions I shipped my timepiece to the NYC facility on October 1, 2014. After confirming my timepiece had been delivered, I awaited a response, expecting this to take a few days. Three weeks later I was finally contacted by a member of the Rolex team. The representative claimed to have e-mailed me but in his words most of our messages are caught by junk mail filters. In any event, I was appalled by the slowness of their response, but decided to proceed with the service. I was informed service could take up to four weeks, but my timepiece was in the queue and would be returned to me before the holidays. Six weeks after this conversation, on December 19, I e-mailed Rolex to inquire on the status of my repair only to find their offices were closed for the holidays from December 17-January 4. Needless to say this delayed my repair even further. Finally, on January 7, a Rolex representative informed me my timepiece was repaired and ready for shipment.However after waiting nearly three months, my watch was returned to me with a large speck of dust trapped under the crystal. This was clearly a faulty repair by Rolex. I contacted my representative once again, sharing pictures of the imperfection. They agreed to correct the problem, but informed me I would need to ship the timepiece to NYC at my own expense and the repair would take at least 6 weeks. I was also informed to send in my warranty card and receipt for service along with the watch.Finally, on February 12 my watch was returned to me, correctly repaired. However, Rolex failed to return my warranty card and receipt. I e-mailed my representative on February 13, 19th, and today, the 25th with no response. My phone calls are also now going un returned.Overall, Rolex bills themselves as a premium product but does not stand by their goods. I would have been better off dealing with any fly by night jeweler on 53rd street than wait four months for substandard work and poor service. I still love the style and history of Rolex, but the company has a long way to go to make up for their poor performance.
Please never give your Rolex for any preventive maintenance!!! My Rolex never stopped in 11 years I owned it until I was stupid enough to do a preventive maintenance with Rolex. After that maintenance the watch started stopping every so often. I had to give the watch in for repairs and after the repairs it keeps stopping anyway. Essentially they broke perfectly working watch. I shall never again deal with Rolex once they fix the watch (hopefully they can do it after several attempts)
Absolutely wonderful. I dont have enough words to express how tremendous the entire staff at The Rolex Boutique were at my visit yesterday. From the moment the floor was opened, everyone was so gracious and hospitable and helpful. Mr Alexander Santore was amazing - informative, incredibly knowledgeable, a true professional. Them you to all for your help yesterday.
The most horrendous customer service I have ever had from any brand, ever. It has turned me off to the brand for good. I have a watch, barely older than one year, with a lifetime warranty. They want me to pay either $600 or $1100 to fix it, since it has stopped working. They claim they dont have to fix it for free because it has had an impact, which is absolutely untrue. It has never fallen or had any impacts, I am very careful with it. Basically their poorly constructed watch has one purpose, to tell the time, and it cant even do that for over a year. To anyone reading this - invest your money elsewhere, this is a company that does not care.
They were very helpful, because when I brought my watch to their store the associates and specialists were able to identify the problem in my watch, in which a screw broke and got stuck in the wrong part of the movement, so they sent it to their workshop in Switzerland to get it repaired.But the Rolex brand sucks in my opinion because I bought this watch new and it didnt work properly since the beginning then I had to take it to the service center who said that they had to send it to the workshop since they couldnt fix it and all this happened within 10 days of me purchasing this watch. This watch was bought for my son because of brand ambassador Rodger Federer as he is my sons favorite tennis player. Brand ambassador Rodger Federer should tell Rolex to pull up their socks because he is the ones who is promoting this watch. A submariner bought new from the showroom which doesnt work at all is a DISGRACE for Rolex. And that dealers license should be revoked (Model No 114060)
I Purchased my first Rolex here! I just want everyone to know who is in the market to buy a rolex there is no place to go for a better experience than Wempe at rolex tower. From when you walk in you already feel great. its a very warm environment. Maria the manager was so nice and Genuine and Barnabie was such an authentic person. We were offered champagne and I sincerely only have good things to say about them and for my next watch i will not hesitate to make my way back there. The best experience ever!!! btw i got the BLNR!
Don’t go here ever they are liars. Went there for the launch of the new Daytona about 5 years ago in May stood next to my friend who brought me as his guest since he buys a lot of watches. Put my name down for the panda Daytona with Donald guy with frosted tips and he said about 6 months to a year. My buddy got his few months after and when I called up they told me since I never bought from them I’m not on the list at all. I was like I was with your big customer and that’s what Donald said to me and they said sorry you’ll never get one from us. I told them that was horrible that he would lie to my face and waste my time. Skip this place, when I called and asked to speak the manager they hung up on me.Update: they responded and called me Vivek in their generic response, glad to see they think all Indian people are called Vivek. Thanks guys for showing you care.
Will be taking our business elsewhere.After being a customer since 2016, we were offered to be placed on a “waitlist” for a watch. Fast forward to 2020, never heard back from the store I was back in NYC for work and popped in to ask about the watch.Was told “3 and a half years is little time to wait”.At the same time some person posted a picture of that watch on the comments section on this location as a review in google maps and was offered it as a “walk in customer”.Very shameful!
SOOO RUDE!!I came in here on Saturday afternoon with my buddy, both of us wearing Rolexes, and I was looking around for my next piece. One of the saleswomen, this Asian lady, mid 40s, was so incredibly rude and cold. When I asked her a question regarding her inventory she absolutely couldn’t be bothered and brushed me and my friend off.This is the last time I step foot in this place, will take my money elsewhere. Don’t need to spend money for a terrible customer experience.
Nice store with one of the worlds most prestigious watch brands. have not heard of a single person unhappy with his/her rolex.in store people seemed more concerned about fashion than accuracy of the movements, their exact sizes in mm, or the power reserve. as thats all on the internet, all that counts is to see the watches in real life and try them on your own wrist.

Ive had to take my vintage Rolex back for servicing on an ongoing usually shortly after the warranty expires, which is annoying given how expensive and time consuming this process is. Moreover, the service center works government hours - 9 to 5 on weekdays only, and is closed on public holidays, requiring me to take a couple of hours out of my day to get this done, and a similar time commitment to pick up the watch. Ive had watches - like vintage Vacherons - run perfectly for DECADES with minimal servicing. This is getting to be an embarrassment when a Rolex is expected to be worn like custom jewelry with a high probability of failure as a timepiece.
I recently purchased a pearlmaster 39, customer service and the guy who sold to me wasnt very happy, he was in a pretty bad mood. I dont understand, he cant leave the anger outside of work? But anywho, I purchased it, a week later I went to get buffed a little bit, the same guy who sold me the watch, and I dont wanna say any names, but he broke of the screws and he jammed a piece of metal-like object. Seemed like it was a needle. He sent it to Switzerland to get it fixed. About 3 weeks later the watch came back into pieces. Waited another 3 weeks to get it sent back, 3 weeks back to USA and it looked fixed up and ready to go. A week later of using the watch one of jubilee went missing. I went to back to Rolex and asked the man it went missing. He said he could not do nothing about it.
I have two rolexes and love the watches but the service is ridiculous. You spend a fortune on a watch and they dont stand behind their work. Just go buy a bunch of good quality replicas and save the money, or an iWatch. I am selling both of my rolexes since the repairs are so unreasonable. Sad to see the Swiss watch industry kill itself off through hubris and arrogance.
From start to finish, we were treated with respect and dignity. Donald went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His attentiveness enabled my decision to purchase a watch. From the non pressure, energetic discussion to the champagne toast at the end we couldnt have asked for a better experience. 5+ stars. We will be back.

2021-09-04I had a great experience visiting today. As soon as my wife and I walked in we were greeted warmly by Emily Ji. I expressed my interest in looking for a casual stainless steel watch, but wasn’t sure what model would be best for me and my lifestyle.Although there was none available to purchase that day, Emily was able to guide me through the different models that are available in stainless steel, and educate me on the different functions and specifications.Emily was very patient with me and all my questions. 2020-10-28I was in New York for a business trip and my hotel was near the Wempe 5th Avenue store. So, I decided to take a look. Vanessa greeted me and offered help. I told her that I’m looking for a popular watch that the store probably does not have. Vanessa worked tirelessly with me during the wait period and boy did she deliver. I got my watch and I’m loving it. Honestly the only problem with a Rolex watch is that you can’t just have one of them. So, again I’m back on the waiting list for my next watch. Vanessa you are most professional and courteous I look forward my next purchase.

2020-12-26Came in looking for a few specific watches and was helped by Sabrina. She went the extra mile and gave me the breakdown on the pieces and after a few months I got the call on the piece I was looking for. The boutique is beautiful and the customer service from Sabrina and the other associates is excellent! Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be back here in the near future for my next pieces! They also had several safety precautions due to COVID which was great to see.

It’s been about 15 years since my 1st acquisition and each time I truly appreciate the time Jules spends with me carefully explaining the various intricacies of each watch. You can tell he thoroughly enjoys educating those like myself about the variety of models to ensure the purchase is exceptional. 2021-10-02I really enjoy shopping at Wempe and Jules is my favorite sales professional.He is a very friendly and knowledgeable person.I bought my first Rolex there (OP 39 mm )2 years ago and went back a couple months ago to buy a Submariner for my 18th wedding anniversary.Jules remembered me right away even the conversation we had back then about Turkey.Unfortunately they didn’t have the watch and asked me to be patient but I still left the store with a smile on my face.
