Victoria Romeo is very patient agent. She knows everything an agent needs to know. She advertised my house in different webs, and created a beautiful 3D view! Only in 2 days after she listed my house, we received 6 offers and the final sale price is much higher than our expectation. Highly recommended!
This group was great when selling our home and helping us buy a new home. Tori gave us great feedback on what we needed to do to get our house sold and how to stage it for pictures and viewings. I recently moved from Washington state to upstate New York with my husband. We had very specific wishes for a home in an area of upstate that we knew would make finding what we wanted difficult. We also wanted lakefront property and we were considering building new. To make things even more difficult, we were still living in Washington at the time and were only able to fly out here once to tour properties.From the beginning Tori was confident that she could help us find our dream home (or land!) in the time frame we were hoping for. We must have looked at hundreds of properties online between the ones that Tori sent us and the ones that we found on our own. We toured a dozen of them in person. We made multiple offers (some accepted, some not). We changed course on homes 3 times. Throughout it all Tori was extremely responsive and professional. What else can I say besides possibly the best agent in all of the United States?I have bought and sold real estate across the US (both for personal and investment reasons) and worked with dozens of different real estate agents with varying levels of skill, dedication, and competence. Tori and her team are the best and most skilled Ive ever worked with - hands down.Moving from Washington state to New York presents as a very unique challenge. You change your mind a lot and need constant communication to stay on top of things 3000 miles away. The needs of my wife and I were very specific, but also changing on a regular basis. Which county? Build or buy? This house looks great on the MLS, but not in person. Etc. Often times agents will become exhausted from fussy clients (and Im one of the fussiest) and give up on you until youre on your own. Tori guided us like an absolute pro and kept up the same level of enthusiasm from day one all the way through to the end.I couldnt tell you how many properties we toured, offers we put in (and pulled), and endless phone calls and text exchanges we had, but Tori and her team were there every. single. time. - Always looking out for our best interests and driving us to make good decisions. Her experience and ability to provide valuable insight were absolutely key for us. We didnt always agree, but there wasnt a single decision I would have made without bouncing it off of her first. So first some disclaimers... Tori is my cousin (in law) and she was the buying agent for my house as well, and Im also a very anxious, easily stressed about things, kind of person.... so being my agent, AND my relative is just possibly the worst job ever... it takes someone with a lot of talent, knowledge, and patience to be able to handle this combination. Enter Tori. She handled everything about the sale of my house with great professionalism, calm, and expertise. She was honest and upfront about her thought process when it came to staging, pricing and the (multiple) offers I had. I need to also add how amazing her entire team and staff is! (An actual A team... with all of the ladies who helped me having A names!) When my house was listed, Tori was out of town on a mini vacation (I know, the nerve of her thinking that she is allowed to take a whole 3 days away with her husband and babies!) Her entire team stepped up like I was *their* client, handling multiple calls, texts, emails (I said I was anxious!) with professionalism and anxiety reducing skill. They all were absolutely wonderful to work with, and with the combined skills of Romeo TEAM Realty, my house was under contract in 2 days. With multiple offers.Thanks to the world of Covid we all living in, everything about the sale process was a bit longer, and a bit more requiring of patience. Every time my anxiety would start to peak at the length of the process (due to covid) Tori was able to reassure and calm me.All in all, the entire team is simply amazing, and, much to the chagrin of my friends,(who I tell should ALL be using her team), I will keep recommending her and her team to anyone who will listen... not just because shes my cousin, but because she frankly was born to do this work.
Sure, she’ll sell your house and save you as much money as possible. Will she do it honestly and ethically? Maybe not. Somewhere out there, people are living in houses she sold, struggling with dozens of undermined issues that were ignored or denied during the sale process. When buying a house, be careful if Tori is your selling agent. She mistakenly lives by a philosophy that the other party does not matter and has no respect for them, which is highly unprofessional in real estate. If buying a house with Tori as the selling agent, you could end up with a myriad of repairs when you move in. Maybe you saw the red flags before you closed, but Tori will gaslight and try to intimidate you and your realtor if you have any concerns regarding your inspection report. She will call you unreasonable, hang your deposit over your head, make excuses for the current homeowners’ blatant neglect of the property, try to tell you that the house is old and that you’re unrealistic even though 12 years old is NOT old, make any excuse to justify an inflated selling price despite the issues with the house, and complain that she could have chosen another buyer instead of you if it’s a seller’s market (who very well would be disappointed by their inspection report as well, but that doesn’t get thought of). She will allow her clients to leave the inside and outside of the house filthy with items broken, and doesn’t care about the humanity of the buyers because what matters to her is that commission check.
Very grateful for Romeo Team Realty during the recent sale and purchase of our home. They came through big for us and if it wasnt for their attention to detail and responsiveness we would have lost out on the house we wanted. I would definitely recommend Victoria Tori and her team if youre thinking of buying or selling.
Victoria helped my husband and I buy our first house two years ago. She was patient, thorough and walked us through each step carefully. Tori and Anna are extremely responsive and scheduled us to see houses on the market very quickly. On the purchase, we came in as out of town buyers and she took lots of time to tell us all about the area and found us an absolutely beautiful home that we loved.We sold our property during COVID and she showed a creativity in selling it during this challenging time. 2020-12-16After interviewing several realtors over the phone and via zoom (Due to COVID), we decided to list with Romeo Team Realty and Tori. Great decision. We were under a time crunch to sell our existing home and Tori got it done ahead of schedule for the $$$ we wanted. She went out of her way to advertise and place our house under several listing services that got us noticed and SOLD!!!We then had Tori help us with a new construction house, getting us favorable results from the builders realtor.She even had our brand new house professionally cleaned from top to bottom after we moved in.You dont get that type of service from many companies.
