I specifically asked for 5 tier cake and had also double checked with the hotel venue manager and the wedding coordinator to make sure that’s the case. However; in the end I was received 4 tier cake with one tier missing. This caused distress on my wedding day since the mishap came a surprise. Also, given that the wedding cake is a representation of our wedding, this is a severe issue for us. There was no rationale given why the mishap occurred but it sounded more like lack of communication.The cake was delicious and we received a lot of compliments on the cake, however, managing the completeness and expectation of the wedding cake created unwanted stress.

Ron and his team were wonderful to work with for our wedding. The cake was absolutely beautiful and incorporated elements from the bride’s dress, our custom-crest, and sugar flowers of the same varieties as the rest of the floral decor throughout the event. It was truly a masterpiece and took our breath away when we saw it.We also loved that we were able to build several flavors of cake and icing into each tier and our guests still talk about how unique and delicious their slices were. Although our partnership with Ron was included and and arranged through Tavern on the Green, we cannot recommend the RBI team enough for a beautiful wedding cake.

We had a great experience with Ron Ben-Israel Bakeries, Bridals. They were very professional on their approach. Tasting was schedule way before the event, we was a very comprehensive and broad degustation. The day of the event we had the cake on time and it was beautiful, the taste of the flavors we selected were amazing! Everybody that we spoke to were complementing the cake. I truly recommended to use Ron Ben Israel.

Cake is amazing!!! Sooooi perfect I ordered a cake during COVID time I needed a one single layered cake I had all the flavors I was so happy so just this recently I needed a cake for the holidays one layer cake when I call Ron he told me that he wasn’t doing it anymore that he would he required a 650 minimum for two layered cake which was not fair it wasn’t right at least be more considerate at least ,Everyone wants a lovely Cake, he didn’t seem to not care 😞 he talked about his ovens , his chefs and all the non sense that didn’t make sense but it’s fine……

Ive ordered a chocolate mousse cake and a dark chocolate (with raspberry jelly) layer birthday cake, and also a Key Lime pie from Angies Fairies Cakes and Parties.. The chocolate mousse cake was delicious with a fluffy, chocolatey middle, and a decadent chocolate shell with raspberries. The cake wasnt overly sweet and Angie also sprinkled the cake with edible gold sprinkles and bon-bons for that extra “luxe” touch. For a milestone 50th birthday, I ordered a layer cake on short notice--just a few days beforehand. Angie was able to complete the order on time, and even delivered it to the restaurant where the celebration was held! The cake itself was like an indulgent cocoa-lovers dream come true: dark chocolate topping with moist and airy sponge cake layered with raspberry jelly combined with vanilla buttercream frosting, white chocolate kisses, and fresh raspberries on top. Needless to say the birthday celebration was a success--YES!One of my favorite summer treats is key lime pie, and although pies arent on the list of services, Angie agreed to make the specially requested pie. The 9” graham cracker crust pie had a sweet and delicately tart body, and it was delivered along with two mini key lime pies! Unfortunately I have no pictures of the pies because they were devoured quite quickly! If youre looking for baked goods that are a step above commercially available cakes, or have a special request that requires attention to detail, then Angies Fairies delivers wonderful service and custom quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I sent the mini cakes to friends in Philadelphia and they were overwhelmed. The cakes were delicious and the service and delivery were outstanding. I highly recommend! Thank you Ron Ben-Israel!

Ron Ben-Israel was highly recommended by our wedding venue, and so we met Ron and some of his staff in his studio in nyc for a cake tasting and design consultation. We were very impressed by his creativity and keen interest in creating a design that worked with our flowers, my bridal gown, the venue and our concept for the wedding. Also, the cake and frostings we tasted were delicious and hard to choose among all the options. In spite of the fact that we had seen examples of his artistry in his studio, when we saw our cake at the reception, the design and the artistry involved in creating the cake blew us away! Not only were the flowers created out of frosting stunningly realistic, Ron captured the lace on my bridal gown in icing. It was truly a work of art. We received many comments by our guests about our beautiful wedding cake. And of course, our cake was delicious!

My husband and I got married this past weekend at Cipriani 25 in NYC, Ron Ben Israel’s cake MADE our wedding!!!!! His design was MORE than we could have ever dreamt of, it was a focal point at our wedding and it’s all our guests talked about! His attention to detail is out of this world! Ron and his team are so professional in every way. Choose Ron and his team for your wedding you will NOT regret it! Thank you Ron we love you!!!

I cant even begin to describe how amazing the entire experience was working with Ron from start to finish. The cake tasting with him and design process was so fun and he completely took my vision and brought it to life! We wanted a unique cake that was still beautiful and delicious and thats exactly what he gave us. I couldnt recommend him and his team highly enough!!!

When you select Ron Ben-Israel to create a cake, youre choosing an experience that goes above and beyond. From the moment we walked into RBIs sprawling studio, (Greeted by Ron, himself!) we were completely enchanted by the incredible confectionary designs and superior hospitality by Ron and Elizabeth. Our tasting and design session went beautifully, and I truly have never ever had a more delicious cake. I am not typically a cake person, but Rons cakes are in a class all their own. On our wedding day, our gorgeously constructed rose gold-accented cake had ourselves and the guests in awe. Looking back at it in the pictures is an absolute pleasure that well be able to experience forever.Thank you so much to Ron and Elizabeth for giving us a completely first-class experience and ensuring that we received the cake of our dreams!
