Customer service is excellent. Friendly. Rates are good. Only complaint is the webcam that they advertise hasnt worked on their website for months. Either take the advertising off the website, or get it fixed! Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt for that!..........the owners got the webcam fixed and went out of their way to call me at home to notify me it was up and running. Now as far as Im concerned, thats great customer service!!

Wonderful family owned business. The owner is so much fun to talk to; you could get swept away in conversation within a minute. I get a kick out of the bumpkins at Halloween and look forward to the annual yard sale.
I rented a climate controlled room for about 4 months. The staff were always polite , the prices very reasonable and the fact that they have a truck to rent is really convenient. I highly recommend them.
We recently had to rent a few units after making room for my mother to move in with us. Having an affordable option in a place that I can trust is secure took a huge weight off my shoulders.
I purchased a tape recorder from them through Etsy on the net. It didnt work, so I sent it back. By taking 2 photos of the stamped serial number and rearranging the numbers by Photoshop on one of them, they accused me of returning a different machine, refused to refund my money, and threatened to file a mail fraud complaint to try to scare me off. Im pursuing the money through Etsy, but dont have much hope. I would recommend staying away from these people.
Their people skills are absolutely grand. My experience over two years was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage on a short or long term basis.

Liberals running it with a combative tone asking me if I was a republican when I stopped in. I was just there just to find out information and the girl behind the desk started the loud liberal - I have to have everyone hear me routine. The somehow dropped my last review. I will now put it up every time its dropped...

2022-06-30I shipped at item that was stolen off a porch when it arrived. Wendy and Carly did a great job advocating for me and I was given a refund from FedEx when I normally would not have gotten one.

2022-02-05Absolutely the most disrespectful lady I’ve ever met in my life, the lady that owns this place should not be in business. I never write reviews but I just wanted to warn people. The only reason she has a 4.6 out of 5 star is because she deletes all bad reviews. I was advised by my doctor to not receive the vaccine for medical reasons. This lady went out of her way to ask me about my medical history then came to within inches of my face yelling at me that I was selfish and to get the hell out of the store. Mind you she was worried about Covid and she is putting her face in mine “joke”. I wish I could post the video of how irrational and unstable this lady is. If I could give zero stars I would.. check out the pictures of this unstable lady kicking me out because I didn’t have my vaccine. But gets within inches from me. 🤪

2021-09-05This is my second time using this great place to store basically anything. I love it the first time and loved it even more the second time. Wendy and company make it so easy . And they go out of their way to help and make it even easier. As Tony the Tiger says . Their Great . I highly recommend Room for Spare Storage .

2021-03-11Over the course of the several years we have at various times rented three separate units, two of them simultaneously, with Room to Spare. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The office has a great sense of humor and their front area sells literally anything youd need to pack up your stuff and lock it up. I highly recommend this locally-owned business.

2021-03-11I had all good experiences at Room to Spare! My family and I used them for some moving projects between 2018-2020, and they were always helpful and kind! I would use them again and again! I would recommend for anyone looking to use a great, safe storage facility to call these guys!

2020-04-04I have rented a storage unit from Wendy for about 4 years now and from the day I first met her to today has been amazingly friendly and easy. The units are well priced and super clean. The entire property and store are clean and well maintained. The staff, dont even get me going on them, because to a person, all knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Alicia who always has a smile and kind word for each and every person through the door. They are also an excellent and efficient way to ship and also sell a wide variety of shipping and packing products. A fabulous business run by a fabulous woman!!
